ASSIGNED TO SHINE! | DR. MIKE WOODS, SR.

Dr. Mike Woods Sr. preaches on believers' divine assignment to evangelize, citing Atlanta's 7.4 million residents with only 7-12% born-again Christians. He argues churches have become "bushels" hiding the light and calls for outreach tactics like tent evangelism in parking lots and underserved neighborhoods, powered by the Holy Spirit's signs and wonders.

I love you with all of my heart. I love you with all of my heart, Jesus. I love you with all my heart, Jesus. Come on, worship him. Come on, love on him. Love on him. I want you really to just— because God is here. And just for a few moments, I want you to move into a real intimate place. I don't want you to just do something that you know to do and that's rehearsed. I want you to find a real place and worship him in spirit and in truth. It's easy to do what you know. We love you, Jesus. We love you, we love you, we love you, we love you, we love you, God. With all of our heart, we love you. With all of our mind, we love you. With all our soul, we love you. Come on, open your mouth in this building and worship. Those of you live, open your mouth. Then your mouth is an expression of hunger. Yeah, when you open your mouth, it says, 'I'm hungry.' It says, 'I want more of you.' My grandson Maverick, when he's hungry, no one in the house can speak louder. Because he's not going to quiet down until he gets food. He's not going to get settled until you put either some food or a bottle in front of him. If you're hungry for it, if you're hungry for Abba, Baba, If you're hungry for him, I don't want you to do it because I asked. I want you to worship because you're hungry. And just for a few moments, I believe God wants to do something for you tonight. Them that hunger and thirst will be filled. I believe our live audience is going to be blessed tonight through our hunger. Come on, worship the King. Hallelujah. I love you, Jesus. I worship and adore you. Just want to tell you, Lord, I love More. Come on, sing it again. I love you, Jesus. I love you, Jesus. Sing. I worship and adore you.

It's so amazing. Oh God, hallelujah, hallelujah! His love is amazing. Hallelujah! That he thought about us, that while we were yet sinners, he died for us. He couldn't let us die in sin. He couldn't let us die in our transgressions. But while we were yet sinners, the Bible said Christ died for us. And his love is amazing.
Oh God, amazing.
His love is amazing. Ah God, amazing. His love is so amazing.
Amazing.
His love is so amazing.
Amazing.
His love is so amazing. Oh God, his love is so amazing. Love is so amazing. Oh God, his love is so amazing. Amazing love. Amazing love. Amazing love.

So if you want my heart, Jesus, you got it. You got it. You got it! You got it! If you want my mind Jesus— hey tell him "you got it!" If you want my body Jesus— tell them you got it!
You got it!
If you want my mind Jesus— Hey!
You got it!
If you want my heart Jesus—
You got it!
If you want my body Jesus—
You got it.
If you want my eyes, Jesus. Want my hands, Jesus.
You got it.
If you want my mind, Jesus. Ah, God, you got it. Tell him you got it. You got it. You got it. You got it. You got it. You got Tell it, you got it, hey, you got it, you got it, you got it, you got it. Jesus, the Bible says I present my body a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God, which is my reasonable service. Whatever you want from me, God, Whatever you desire of me, you have it. You want my mind, God, you got it. Want my heart, Jesus, you got it. Want my body, Jesus, you got it. You want my mouth, Jesus, you got it. Wipe my hands, Jesus. You got it, you got it, you got it, you got it. Come on, just worship him. Give it all to him. Father, we thank you for your presence tonight. Speak and send your word. Do something unusual in this place. Do something man cannot do. Saturate the walls. Yes, sir. Charge the atmosphere of this building. You have consecrated this place for your glory. Yes, sir. It's only a little over 2,500 square feet, but let every inch of the square footage of this building glorify your name. And when people walk through the thresholds of the door, may they not come looking for Michael Woods, may they come looking for you. And when they get here, may they find you, and may you transform their lives, and may they never be the same. We honor your great name. We thank you. We bind up every spirit of manipulation and witchcraft. We bind up every warlock and every word curse spoken over this ministry and our lives. And we thank you that no weapon formed against us can prosper. We give you praise. We bind up every lying tongue. We bind up every tongue of debauchery and division in the name of Jesus. And we declare victory, and we have full authority by the blood of Jesus. We bind up every GPS locator that's connected to our history, and we declare that our history is under the blood, that nothing in our past can hinder our future. And Father, we thank you that even our past cannot shorten our lifespan. But the life you planned for us. Oh God, we declare we'll live it fully and we'll maximize our days. And with long life, you'll satisfy us. We rebuke death, and we rebuke and bind up every death warrant issued by the enemy to kill us physically, to destroy our purpose, to thwart our assignment. We rebuke every warning, we place it under arrest. We sentence every warlock and witch to death in the name of Jesus. For your word says you suffer not a witch to live. Yeah, God, you better pray through with me. I'm telling you, there's witches brewing because the enemy sees what's about to happen in this ministry. He sees what's about to happen in this church, and there are warlocks stirring because they want to stop the destiny. But I got my foot on the neck of 3 witches, and I decree— I declare them as dead in the name of Jesus. And they won't stop our financial flow, they won't stop our wealth, they won't stop souls from being saved, they won't stop the destiny of this house. I decree and declare now that according to the word, that their life will be exasperated. In the name of Jesus, we suffer them to not live but to die. And we declare life, life, life in this ministry, life in our purpose. I command every purpose under the sound of my voice in this room and live. I command every purpose to live and not die. I declare your purpose is not dead, your dream is not dead, your vision is not dead, your assignment is not dead. But I decree and declare tonight that your dream is still alive, your vision is still alive. And I heard God say If you stand in faith and if you trust me, I'm sending quick help. I'm sending quick help. I'm sending quick help. I'm sending quick help. I'm sending quick help. I tell somebody, shout it! Quick help! Quick help! Quick help! Maranatha, come quickly! God, Maranatha, come quickly! I rebuke every delay. Yeah, I rebuke every delay. I rebuke every blessing that's been held up. Some of you had blessings and answers to prayers that dispatched heaven already, and there were strongholds and demons that intercepted your answer. But I decree and declare tonight that there'll be no more delays. I command the enemy to loose your answered prayer. I command the demonic strongholds that have come to block your healing, to block your deliverance, to block your blessing, to block your breakthrough. I command you now, let our money go, let our healing go, in the name of Jesus. I dare somebody, shout, loose my money and let it go! Loose my money! Shout, loose my healing and let it go! Loose my breakthrough and let it go! Devil, loose our future and let it go! Loose our ministry and let it go. We declare victory in the name of Jesus. All the glory, all the glory of Jesus. May it rise among us. Let the glory of the Lord rise among us. Let the glory of the Lord rise among us. Let the glory of the Lord dwell with us. Let it be upon us. In the mighty name of Jesus. Father, bless your word tonight. And Father, we thank you for ears to hear what the Spirit will say to the church. Do something unusual, something man cannot do, and we'll forever give you praise. And all the glory and honor shall be thine, in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Clap your hands, everybody. Come on, clap those hands and give God praise.
Hallelujah.
God is good. He's a mighty God. Wonderful Jesus. Hallelujah. We sing praises to your name, oh Lord. Praises to your name, oh Lord, for your name is great and great. Joyfully-yam to be praised. Come on, one time, help me sing it. We sing praises to your name.
We sing praises to your name.
Come on, everybody sing.
Oh Lord, oh Lord, praises to, praises to your name.
Sing, oh Lord, oh Lord, for your name is great and greatly to be praised. Yeah, I sing praises to your name. Sing, O Lord, O Lord, praises to, praises to your name. O Lord, O Lord, O Lord, for your name is great, for your name is great, and greatly to, and greatly to I know I said one more time, but let's do it again. Come on, we give glory to your name.
Glory to your name.
Come on, everybody sing.
Oh Lord, oh Lord, glory to, glory to your name.
Oh Lord, oh Lord, oh Lord, for your name Your name is great and greatly to be praised. Yeah, I sing praises to your name, O Lord. O Lord, praises to, praises to your name. Sing, oh Lord, oh Lord, oh Lord, for your name is great, for your name is great and greatly to be praised.
Hallelujah.
We We love you, Jesus. We give your name the glory. We give your name the honor. Your name is great. Your name is greatly to be praised. Thank you tonight for that great name. No other name given of men whereby we can be saved.
Hallelujah.
Well, all right, tonight, praise the Lord, and God bless everyone that's here. Welcome everyone that's watching us online. Uh, Pastor, if you can do me a favor, adjust the inputs on that TV just so that— glory to God. Good to see y'all on the Thursday night. Amen. And Brother Smith, it's good to see you, period. We've been missing you, sir. And we understand you've been working, but the Lord said, tell you, it's temporary. Just do what you got to do. And he's sending quick help. He just said that. Quick help. Glory to God. Are y'all here? Somebody point at Brother Scripps and say, quick help. Hallelujah. I believe it with all of my heart. Amen. So, so good to see you back in the house. Glory to God. And when you hear there's a difference atmosphere when you're in the building. Amen. So I'll be looking for you. I'll be needing that energy. Glory to God. Thank the Lord. But God is good. So glad to see everyone online. Please comment below, let us know where you're watching from, and please share this live stream. Glory to God. God is good, isn't he? And beside him there is no other. Praise God. We bless him. Go to Matthew's Gospel, chapter number 5. Praise God. Hallelujah. Matthew's Gospel, chapter number 5, and we're going to read a few verses starting at verse number 14 here. Uh, I was, I was enjoying preaching favor. I'm glad we got through it Sunday, uh, because what I'm about to share is so important and so needed. Um, glory to God. So Matthew 5:14, the Bible says this, it says, ye are the light of the world. Just look at somebody, say, ye are. Come on, tell them, you, you, you, you, you. That means you. You are the light of the world. Watch this. It says a city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Verse 15, he said, neither do men light a candle and put it on the bushel. They don't do that because they light the candle because they're trying to chase away darkness. If they put the candle on the bushel, two things are going to happen. One, it's going to remain dark. Two, it's going to burn up the bush. All right, so, so what we do is— glory to the name of God— is we understand that we don't go hide, understanding that we light, because the world needs what's in us, right? The Bible said they put it on a candlestick and they give it light unto all that are in the house. Verse 16 is where the thought for this series is going to come this month. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Let's just turn them off for me if it's not coming up. Is the computer still on? Okay, just— yeah, thank you so much. This month, and we're gonna ride this all because I got a lot that God has given me on this. Glory to God. It's a lost subject in the body of Christ. Nobody wants to talk about this because everybody wants to be an apostle, a prophet. Everybody want to talk about, you know, demons and prayer and all that stuff. But this right here, if we don't have this discussion, we might as well close the door. Because what we're doing is really in vain if we ain't doing this. The topic this month is going to be Assigned to Shine. All right, touch yourself. Say, I'm assigned to shine. Heaven has given you an assignment to shine. And that doesn't mean you're assigned to walk in pride, to flaunt your gifts and your anointing amongst church folk. All right, are y'all hearing this? The world is in darkness. Do y'all agree? Yeah. So that means we can't make the church building a bushel. All right, are y'all hearing this? And come in the church building and we under the bush. And when we leave the building, the world's still dark. Are y'all hearing this? The church has become a master at church. We can do this. We know how to come in here and speak in tongues. We can pray glory now. We can preach till the heavens fall. We can sing and worship till the heavens open. But we have forgotten that we have a mandate from heaven, and the mandate is not an optional assignment. It's assignment that must be adhered to and obeyed. Can I commit to you tonight that the church is failing in this regard because we have an assignment to win the lost and we're not doing it. All right. Matter of fact, what most churches call church growth is not really church growth, it's membership transfer. Are y'all here? I don't want to be one of them churches. I think we got a fresh opportunity. Yes, Lord. To add to the church daily, yeah, such as would be saved. Now mind you, God will send you people who are assigned to you because God set the members in the church according to Corinthians. Yeah. However, your whole ministry shouldn't be built on people who's already saved. All right. Amen. While that's the case, The church is still building ministry on membership transfer. Let me give you an example. This region we're in, when we started planting this church, we started doing prophetic research in this region. And one of the things about Atlanta in the metropolitan area is that it is oversaturated with churches. Okay, say that with me. Say Atlanta is oversaturated with Churches. Watch this. And people. So I want to announce to those of you watching me from another state, you contemplating moving here, Atlanta is closed. We ain't got no more room for you. Just go and stay where you at. And those of you that moved here, you got in on the half. Hallelujah! Because we're closing the door. We didn't deal with these folks already. Are y'all hearing me? We ain't got nowhere to put the cars on the road. They tearing down all the trees, taking the wildlife from the deers, putting up houses and buildings. Listen, y'all stay where y'all at. I'm serious. Let us figure out how to logistically handle y'all coming. Okay, but listen, I want you to understand We're oversaturated with people and churches. All right, let me give you some numbers that the research revealed. So the metropolitan Atlanta area, now there's 7.4 million people. Wow, that's a lot of people. Oh yeah, 7.4 million in the metropolitan Atlanta area. That's in the 5 counties of Metro The reality is that's a lot of folk in this little space, but here's the problem: only 7.9% of that 7.49 million is born again and Spirit-filled. That is terrible. 7— not even 10%. So that means less than 700,000 in the metropolitan area out of 7.4 million is saved. But you got churches, well, all around 285. I can name off 10 right now. I won't do it, but I can, that say they got 5,000+ members. About 6 of them say they have 15,000+. Wow, that tells me these churches are exchanging members. Y'all ain't got stuff. They're going from New Birth to Word of Faith to Dale Bronner's. They go from Dale Bronner's to the next megachurch, to Victory World Church in Gwinnett. All right. And they're just circling around the Metroplex exchanging people while our city is going to hell. Are y'all here? God spoke to me clearly. He said, son, the church has to begin to mind my business again. Okay. When I was in Florida, I got up one morning, went on the balcony in the house we were staying in, and I was looking out at the golf course. The Lord said, son, I need you to understand, and I need you to tell the church that it's time to mind my business again. Not our business. Okay, the church is his business. Souls is his business. And what pastors tend to do is look at the people as stockholders and shareholders that keep the business functional, well, versus souls that need to be transformed. All right. So we gotta now understand, you have to say, you gotta understand the assignment. We gotta understand the assignment for real. It's not for us to be these— pack out these big arenas and nobody gets saved. This is how we gotta mind the business of souls. Amen. I'm telling you like never before, have you ever heard this before? And if you ever believed it, you better believe it now more than you did then. Jesus is soon to come. Amen. And there are yet people who are assigned to your voice and my voice. And perhaps some pastor watching me, to your voice, or some minister watching me, your voice. God spoke to me and he said— so there's a part— there's a pastor I know that said they won't give me the tent. I ain't been able to get on the phone so they can give me the tent. Because I'm gonna take that tent and in all them 5 counties I'm gonna find me a spot in each one of them and set that tent up and start having tent revival in this region. Amen. So that the people who are lost can hear the gospel. Amen. And if they don't come through in the next couple of weeks, I'm gonna buy my own tent because at the end of the day We gotta mind this business. All right, we gotta tell you what we're doing. Out there they need prophecy, and I'm gonna get into this, but out there they need hands laid on and need deliverance. They need to hear the word of God. And guess what? We can see here all every Sunday, every Thursday, and wait around and think they're gonna come. They ain't coming. All right, I'm gonna tell you right now, there's a command in the Bible, it's called the Great Commission, that says, go ye into— say, that's you, that's you. Go ye, you, yeah, you and I, we gotta go ye into all the world, not the church. He said go into the world. You got preachers out here trying to get an itinerary. I mean, I've been full-time in churches for 36 years. I laugh at some of this stuff. They be posting a little flyer where they gonna be all month, and I look at some of that stuff, I said, they ain't doing nothing but going back to the same people over and over again, laying hands on the same church folk, and them same dead, dry church folk— y'all ain't talking to me here— ain't going out into the world because they're not being empowered to do it. Oh boy, they're not gonna like me because Prophet, they don't want to preach this. Nobody want to talk about this. Everybody wants to jump, shout, speak in tongues, spit, blow bubbles, fall out in the floor, but nobody want to go ye. All right, amen. But God says we got to mind his business again. We got to put the go back in gospel. First two letters of the whole word is go. So not sitting here on our gluteus maximus treatus Glory to God. Our comfort zone where we sit stuck and get fat sheep. We eat the word and don't take it and give it to nobody else. All right, okay, all right, I'm gonna move. I believe that every believer— say every believer. Say include me. Has a divine assignment to reach the lost. Say, every believer, every believer, inclusive of me, including me, has a divine assignment to reach the lost. To reach the lost. Amen. I want you to hear that, right? Because that's not a euphemism, that's not made up. We just read the text. That indicated you have that assignment. So you really can't talk about this without talking about assignment. So I, I need to give you a quick refresher on assignment. First of all, Michael Woods, what is assignment? Assignment is the problem you're created to solve. Every person in this building, inside of your DNA, is a solution solution to somebody's problem. All right, your assignment suggests that you are a life jacket to somebody drowning, and you gotta find them so they don't die. Matter of fact, there are people who are on their way to hell, and the only thing that's going to stop them from going to Hear me, is your assignment. It's us taking our place inside of the assignment that God has given us. I had a preacher tell me one time, my assignment is not souls, uh, my assignment is to apostolically plow and create new streams and rivers from heaven so that people can experience God in a deeper way. And I looked at him, I said, okay, that may be true, to do, but that still needs to be undergirded with a need for people to be saved. Amen. I mean, because I question the fact why every time you have a meeting it's packed, but nobody in the meeting is unsaved, is saved. And you got no sinners that show up to your meetings because sinners, one, They're looking for an authentic Jesus, and the moment they see something that looks inauthentic to them, they're going the other way. And they'll tell you quickly, I ain't going to church, I ain't going over there because that ain't real, that's fake. That's why you have so many pastors that get under fire on social media, because these people see all the authenticity— inauthenticity on their posts, on their streams, and they start talking about it. Their behavior doesn't reflect light. You can't save somebody from something you're in. Well, okay, all right, you can't help somebody to get delivered from being a hoe if you're a hoe. I was like, are y'all here? Okay. You can't help the homosexual community if you're a homosexual. Amen. You can't help the alcoholics if you taking drinks when you at home. You can't even go to bed at night because you done took your whole fifth before you lay down, and you supposed to be the man or woman of God. This ain't per se for y'all, this is for the world because people need to understand You're a life jacket to someone that's going down with the same issues you had that God delivered you out of. All right, and somebody needs to know when they look at your life that God can literally change them, and you become the light, the direction to God. Oh God, say that with me. Say, I'm a direction, I'm a direction sign. Say, my life leads to God. And it can't lead to God if you still doing everything that you say God delivered you from. All right, I like to say that ain't in here, we talking about the phone on the, on behind the camera. So glory to God, don't get mad at me. I'm just saying we got to make sure that we understand the assignment so that if I'm a solution enlighten somebody else's issue that needs what I walk in, then my behavior and my lifestyle should suggest I'm walking with a God that's imminent, transcendent, involved with my life. But if my life ain't a reflection of that and I'm talking God, nobody's gonna follow me to God. Or am I trying to change the Bible to justify my sin? Because you know, you got some idiots out here. They just had a conference here in Atlanta, uh, and one of my sons sent me the clip of the foolishness. I'm gonna tell him, just stop sending me stuff because I just get godly angry when I watch this stuff. And I'm like, I ain't supposed to be this mad because I'm reading and looking at it. And I want to go through my phone and just choke everybody on the panel because I'm like, these idiots. Because all of them, first of all, used to be preachers who preach the Bible and believe the word, okay? But because of their homosexual desires, now they want to change that. We need a new canon, which is a new Bible, which is just the stupidest thing ever. And then one of the dummies had the unmitigated gall— so I can talk like this because I'm not calling their name, all right, so y'all stay with me— one of the dummies had the unmitigated gall to say, well, who is Jesus anyway? Jesus really has no power. He's just a figment of our imagination. I said, you dumb stupid idiot, because the Bible said, if they be ignorant, let them be ignorant. But I'll tell you, I was 48 hot. I don't know, 40 hot, maybe 38 hot. I was hot because I'm like, y'all crazy. How can you go from believing the scripture? You know what it says? You never tasted him. Because Hebrews said, once you have tasted of the heavenly gift, have been enlightened, it is impossible for you to turn away. So people who turn away, they ain't never tasted him. Well, they never really knew him for real. All they had was religion. All they had was a form of godliness denying the power thereof. And I'm telling you, God wants to know us in a real way because it's stuff out there like that that people are falling for. Yeah, so we gotta walk in the real truth. We gotta walk in the real light. Are y'all here? So there's a mandate over my life to evangelize the lost. So in order to do this, so I gotta let my light shine boldly, creatively, and consistently. Y'all heard that? Boldly, creatively, and consistent. So if you're gonna win a soul, you better be bold, creative, and consistent. You got to be all three of them things. And guess what? You're creative because the Holy Spirit lives in you. Oh, I said it again. We are creative because Creator lives in us. So we ought to be creating like he create, okay? And we should have creative strategies to bring people in that don't know God. And then when you don't have one, you— so one of the things I'm praying for this month, even throughout Tuesday fast, glory to God, and we're gonna have some other days where we come together and I'm praying for wise strategies to win souls. Proverbs 11:30 says, he that winneth a soul is wise. That means I, I, you— I have a proper use of creative knowledge so that somebody can find God. And that's what we need to win Atlanta. I was telling you earlier, only again 7.4% in this Metroplex is born born again and Spirit-filled. But watch this, let's just deal with the ones that's born again and they in just traditional mainline religion and they don't talk no spirit. If the number's a little higher for them, I think it's like 12.8%, but still, if you put all that together, that's still 19% of our population in this region person that's born again say they love Jesus. So that leaves well over 6 million people left for us to reach. We got to become bold, we got to become creative, and we got to be consistent. And that's what God told me when I get that tent, be consistent spread it. When we start putting it up, put it up in these areas and keep going back to each one of them, and he's going to draw people to the word, draw people to the worship. They're going to get saved, they're going to get delivered. God will add to the church daily such as would be saved. Amen. Are y'all hearing this? I mean, we need to put that tent up in these old mall parking lots like Greenbrier Mall and Soft and Carrot Mall Westgate Center, all these malls that's dilapidated. Put that tent up on the parking lot out there because there was— those places are still in the hood, they're still in the areas that people don't want to go. Oh God, we didn't put one up on Old National right next door to that lot next to Creflo Church because everybody that drives to World Changers come from somewhere else. That neighborhood is going to hell. That neighborhood is worn down. All the money down there on that corner where he is— oh, y'all, y'all here? Okay, maybe I messed with y'all favorite guy. I'm sorry. All the people going there is the folk that's coming from everywhere else. They want to hear the grace message and that it's okay to just do what you want to do. But the reality is there's a whole community around him that won't walk in his doors. Are we here? So there's a lot of areas around that we can put that tent up and get the folk he won't reach. Are y'all here? Yeah, because the harvest is great but the laborers are few. Hallelujah. So tonight in this first part, we're going to talk about the mandate of evangelism. So your assignment— again, say, my assignment is the problem I'm created to solve. Real quick refresher on assignment. First of all, in every assignment there are people, because God is a people-oriented God. Every assignment God gives you is connected some way to humanity. That's why when the dude told me, I only plow for heaven, I don't open the streams of heaven— listen, what are you saying, dude? God loved the world and he gave his only begotten son, and whosoever believes will not perish. So this whole thing from the beginning has been about God loving the world. Why all of a sudden we so— we deeper than God? And we got cities where under 30% in most major cities are actually born again. That's in America, because America has left God. Are y'all here? But we got to be a standard, a light bearer, to bring them back. So every assignment has people. Every assignment also have places, geographical locations that you have to go to to fulfill the assignment. And I'm gonna tell you something, as a church family, our assignment is this region called Georgia. We must take this region for God. And I'm not talking about stealing folk members. There are some people who have been assigned to what we do.
What—
what's this? We gotta plant at least 6 more churches in this state. Amen. The way we're gonna be able to do that, we gotta win some souls. We gotta go into these different regions of this state and revival break out, and we have no choice but to plant a church to maintain the harvest. All right, are y'all here? And we got to have people in the house that's trained to develop enough that we can send out to lead the those houses. Amen. I'm just trying to cast a little vision to you. The reality is we're not just here having fun. We're laying a foundation for something greater than what we see. Are y'all here? I was sitting in a place today with at least 1,500 people at this conference, and I was taking the position of a learner on some things I need to learn about launching my podcast and things that we're doing. Because I, you know, I'm a person of excellence, so I went to set so I can learn with these people that do it right. Well, I, you know, I know what I know, but I mean, I want to make sure, because if this guy's got a million people following him and downloading his podcast, I want to make sure when I start talking about Jesus, I presented in a way that people will download it. Are y'all hearing this? So I learned a lot today, but in the midst of all of that, what I understood it was, was that when you have God in you— I looked around and thought about all the people in there that were doing what they said they were doing, and even the ones on stage that were doing it. And I thought about what God had invested in me, in himself. It gives us the edge. If they can reach a million people and they download a podcast If a million people go to a worldly podcast that ain't talking about nothing, all right, I mean, just two women with this thing, but there's one podcast out there, there's two women be on there, all they be talking about is divorce and bitterness about the ex-husband and mad. I mean, and guess what, many folks download that because they want to buy into that bitterness. But if Felicia and I launch our podcast At Home with Mike and Felicia and we're operating about marriage and how to maintain it, and we're being transparent under the anointing and under the Holy Ghost, we got an edge already because God is with us. We just have to come into that world with wisdom. Are y'all here? So we can win that world. We can't come in there bumping the Bible and run everybody away because they're not gonna adhere that. Are y'all hearing me? Say, we got a mandate to reach people. So in every assignment, there are people, there are places. Watch this, there are also particulars, specifics. There are ways and methods you have to be taught on how to be a wise soul winner. There's people that Brother Smith can reach that I can't reach, right? I'm gonna tell you why. Because he has an experience in some areas that I don't have. He's been through some trials in certain areas that I haven't been through. So because he has come out of that life, he can go back to them same people and say, look at me. Are y'all hearing this? God has transformed my life. God has delivered me. Follow me to God. And he can creatively come up with the particulars necessary to reach that demographic of people. Are y'all here? Yes. That's why you can't be ashamed of where you from. You can't be ashamed of what God brought you out of. Are y'all here? You got to be willing to be open and honest about what God has brought you through and say, look at what God has done. And God will give you strategy and specifics and particulars on how to reach the demographic connected to your process. Process. And even if you never really went through no hard thing, the fact that you saved is enough, because you still could have been a sinner, and you have a testimony to talk about your experiences with God. Are y'all here? Watch this. Two things cause a person to get saved. We overcome them by the blood of the Lamb. So the blood of the Lamb first helps them to overcome the devil. They get saved. And the word of your testimony— your testimony is towards testimony, a monologue about the test. So you talk about the test in the anointing with wise strategy. You talk about what you went through. Are y'all here? And what God did to bring you out. So in every assignment, there are people, there are places, there are particulars. Every assignment, there's also problems. There's problems because the enemy doesn't want to see you fulfill your assignment. That's right. So he creates scenarios and situations and problems to slow you down, to distract attack you, to discourage you, because distractions always lead to delays. When you get distracted, you start focusing on what's distracting you, and now you over here focusing on something you ain't got no business focusing on, and now you slow down the manifestation of your assignment. Distractions lead to delays. Watch this, delays lead to detours. You start trying to take shortcuts to finish the assignment now because you don't got delayed. So, so now you're trying to play catch-up and find a shortcut to get back on track. Are y'all here? Can I submit to you there are no shortcuts? The only cheat code in God is consistency. Consistency. You got to keep going. I'll say that again: the only cheat code is consistency. You can't quit. I heard a guy say today, which was powerful, he said his podcast for 54 episodes over 2 years didn't make a dime. 9, and the maximum amount of views and downloads he had was somewhere like 25.
Wow.
But the 54th episode, he had like 16,000 downloads. He monetized that one episode and ended up making about $75,000 on episode 54. What if he would have quit at episode 50? My Lord, 4 episodes away from the breakthrough. What if he would took a shortcut and say, well, I'm just going to do something else, I'm going to just go work at Home Depot, call said, this ain't working. But the reality is, he said, no, I'm gonna stick to it because I got a promise. I, I believe what I'm saying, people are going to get it. And now he's a multi-millionaire just from podcasting. But if he would have gave up at 50, he never would have saw the 54th episode. All I'm telling you is, even when it looks like the assignment ain't working, you got to keep going. You got to keep dreaming. You got to keep operating in vision. You can't be so distracted by circumstances that you want to quit. Are y'all here? Okay, so every assignment— people, places, problems, particulars. And finally, every assignment has provision. Amen. I said before, I said again, if it's God's will, it's his bill. So matter of fact, I ain't gonna even call that preacher no more and ask them about that tent. I'm gonna trust God to just give me the money specifically for that tent that I want. And the tent, I want expensive. It ain't no cheap tent. And I want my own equipment just for the tent. I don't want to take this down and all that to take it. I want stuff on the truck for the tent. When the tent move, everything already there. Amen. Chairs, speakers, everything, sound system, everything for the tent already in the tent. So I'm gonna believe God because if it's his will It's his will. Where God guides, he provides. He's for vision, and his greatest vision is souls. Do you realize the greatest miracle, greater than the blind seeing, greater than cancer being healed, greater than the lame walking, is somebody getting saved? Are y'all here? That's the greatest miracle ever, and it's the less seen miracle of today in America. You know, there was a time from this country we were sending missionaries across the water to other countries, but now other countries are looking at us saying, we might have sent some missionaries over there. Y'all hear that? I'm telling you, it's funny but it's true. They probably like, they done lost their mind. A nation that once went after God, right? Now you got French missionaries coming over here saying, we come to preach Jesus, cuz, cuz we, we off on our own thing. But we got a command to shine. It's a mandate. Let's go. I quoted it earlier, but I'm gonna go there real quick. Matthew 28:19-20, he says, go therefore and make disciples of all nations. Here's the other things a lot of these crazy preachers do too. They said, well, God didn't really call us to win souls, he want us to make disciples. Well, you big dummy, you can't make no disciple if you don't get them saved first. They cannot become a disciple until you get them born again. But y'all hear me? Yeah, God just called us discipleship and community. They can't get in no community and no culture of heaven, and they can't be discipled in the things of God until they get born again. That's why you go to some of these churches, you got all this community and all type folk in the community. Are y'all here? You got nobody's shame, but we in community, we're at church, we're serving. Somebody proposed a question on this same, uh, platform that my son sent me. They were talking, said, well, what about homosexuality? Um, as one of the preachers who was supposed to be straight, well, do you let a homosexual serve in your church? Well, he was like, I don't believe in homosexuality, but I gotta let them flow, and are they gonna leave? No, you don't. They need to sit down and get delivered. No more than a whore monger needs to be served. Are y'all hearing this? Or no, a non-tither don't need to be counting money. Well, are y'all hearing this? How you got deacons that don't tithe counting the money? I don't care if they is a deacon, if they ain't tired, they need to sit down somewhere because they got cursed hands counting blessed money. All right, you done messed up the whole system. Why y'all not hearing me? I've got 20 deacons lined up with offering baskets, not one of the deacons tired. Something's wrong with that picture. Matter of fact, in most of those situations, the deacons don't tithe and they stealing anyway. Way, because all them deacons on the bank account and all them deacons running the church— well, I'ma just tell it like it is. The reality is you cannot serve if you're not in light. Amen. I don't want you serving me and your life ain't in light. Light is gnosis in Greek, illumination, revelation, where you're open and you can be exposed by God and the people can see the good in you. The question becomes, if you walking in light for real, can I follow you home? I'm serious, because it's easy to be in light when you show up in the church. And I said it in the beginning, we come in here, this has become a big bushel in most of these churches. Then we get saved, got enlightened, go to church and get under the bush. Oh God. And leave the church with a Bush anointing. And that's why people ain't getting saved, because you walk around a big old bush, they can't see no light. They see grass, they see stick of bushes, and they can't even handle you because you injure them. Well, are y'all hearing this? Because you're a light under the bush. And it's under the bush because the preacher not advocating for you to be the light. Oh, I gotta go home and go to sleep. Okay, okay. He said, go and make disciples of all nations.
We—
so in other words, we go get them saved, teach them discipleship to follow the ways of God. Watch this, Acts 1:8 says, you shall receive power After the Holy Ghost has come upon you. Wait a minute. To be my witnesses. Okay, all these Holy Ghost tongue-talking folk, I'm trying to figure out how they got the tongues but didn't get the witness. How do we get the tongue but didn't get the witness? Are we here? He said be witnesses first in— oh my, y'all ready— in Jerusalem. So we got to be a witness among each other. We got to be a witness in our home country. We trying to go to the nations. Jesus done spoke to me, and I'm going to the nation, child. I got a ticket already. I'm going to Africa. And I'm gonna cast out devils in Africa. Listen, the demons in Africa will eat you alive. These demons over here are mosquitoes in comparison to some of the demonic forces you deal with in foreign countries. I was talking to my— one of my friends, glory to God. I don't know if you remember him, probably he used to come to church. Uh, Harry. Harry Jackson. Harry Jackson was a missionary to Africa. He used to come, he's come, he came a couple of times to Mississippi. He, Harry, told me a story, and I'm gonna say this for, for context. He said he was in, in African country, and one of the villages where he was at, because he was going to the bush, he wasn't going to South Africa where it was civilized. And he's trying to get me to go. I'm like, man, I'm good. God didn't call me over there right now. I ain't going. I'm gonna deal with this right here. Because the stories— these— I said, you want me to go? Don't tell me these kind of stories. So one of the stories he told me, he said there was a village and he went to do a crusade in the city right outside his village. So they had an outdoor meeting set up. He was preaching every night. And he said one night God told him to tell one of the pastors that were there, I need to go into that village and minister to these people. I said, the pastor said, well, no, we cannot go there. He said, why can't we go there? So we cannot go there. There is heavy witchcraft in that village. He said, it's run by nothing but women. He said, these women exceed 100 years in age. He said, you go there in the nighttime and they transform some kind of way into these voluptuous women. They look like young, beautiful women at night. They lure the men into their bed. They sleep with men, kill them, take their heart out, drink the blood from their heart. Are y'all hearing this? Because in the blood, the life is in the blood. So they're coming in with the enemy through taking these lives, right? So they, they drinking the blood, and this is how they live so long. And they killing off the men. And Harry said to him, that's why I need to go. God said the men and the male seed is being threatened, and this village is going to be saved. Harry went into the village at night and just began to walk to the villages in the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus. He said he just declared the blood of Jesus, and he said while he was doing it, the demons began to scream out, and men begin to run out of houses and tents. And these women start coming around him doing these chants, but he just kept saying, the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus. And the more he said it, they transformed back into their old state. And when they did, he said they confessed Jesus as Lord. Lord and got saved. See, and then folk talking about they want to go over there. I mean, you better know that God's calling you over there. We need to be first in Jerusalem. Well, and deal with some of these demons over here. Let's practice on them. Y'all hearing this? Because ain't nobody turning into no young women over here that I know of. It might be happening somewhere, but I ain't heard of it as long as I've been saved. So let's deal with what we got here. Let's be witnesses first in Jerusalem, then in Judea and Samaria, and then the uttermost parts of the world. But if you have Holy Ghost in you, you ought to want to tell somebody about this thing. You ought to want to be a witness for him. All these praise breaks, all these exciting worship experiences we have, and nobody's getting saved. We got an assignment, people. God says, I'll provide for it, I'll take care of it. He's watching. Here's one of the provisions: it's power. He said you'll be— you have power to witness. So your witness should come with power. Say, I have the power. I have the power to be a witness because Holy Ghost lives in me. Now watch the word witness. The word witness is martus in Greek. It's where we get words like martyr. Martyr is a person that's willing to die for a falls. When I was growing up, I would hear the mother say, for God I live and for God I die. One of my favorite preachers, before he died, one of the things he would say all the time, he would be like, Lord, anoint me or kill me. Anoint me or kill me. He wanted—
if he—
in other words, I don't want to live if I can't have you anoint anointing. I don't want to live if your power is not resonating with me. We have to get a resolve, glory to God, that we're willing to die for this thing. I was down there today. I'm always witness for Jesus. God walked by me. He was just looking me up and down. And you know, I, I think people look at me sometimes because of what I have on, maybe. Yeah. So I, I don't take it offensive, but he was just looking. So he walked by and he said, How you doing? I said, I'm doing well, sir. I said, how are you? And he said, oh, I am blessed. And he was this big burly dude too. He said, I'm blessed. And I said, how do you know you blessed? I said, okay, I said, that's a good thing to say, but how do you know you're blessed? He said, what do you mean? I said, I'll tell you exactly what I mean. I said, the source of all blessing is Jesus Christ. So if you don't have him in your heart, there's no way you're blessed. I said, now, do you have him in your heart? He said, oh yes sir, he is with me, I have received him. I said, so next time you say that, I want you to say it knowing that he's the source. Because sometimes people say that stuff just cause it's conditioned to say, and they don't— they really don't see any result in blessing in their life. There was a lady one time, she used to get on my last nerve. I'm telling you, I loved her. I love this lady. She'd get on my nerve, man. I said, how you doing today? Said, oh, I'm blessed and highly favored. First of all, your car barely made it to the church. Don't you tell nobody else you blessed and highly favored. Your house— your car is smoking from the corner to the No, Lord have mercy. Let me go home. I'm sleeping. I'm gonna go home. I'm sorry, sis, if you're watching, but you know me. I'm just telling the truth. Glory to God. Listen, the reality is, I'm just confessing until it change. So I— when she first— when I first met her, she was doing it. I'm like, okay, but your car been smoking for 2 years, so where the blessing and the favor at? Because that's what a sinner gonna say. They say, how you doing? And you say, blessed and highly favored. And you look like you about to steal something. Are y'all hearing this? They're gonna say, well, bless— well, who blessed you? Are y'all hearing this? The reality is, guys, your confession is good. I don't want you to miss that. But listen, Don't confess and make God a liar, right? You gotta believe what you're saying. Say it and believe it. And if you do that, what you're saying will come to pass. Amen. But you're just saying it because you're conditioned, and it's the thing everybody's saying. I'm blessed and highly favored. And the sinner's like, yeah, yeah. You just took my order in Wendy's. I mean, that— I mean, seriously, I'm not downplaying that, but what kind of God you serving if you've been working at Checkers for 40 years? I know somebody that's been working at a Checkers that long. My wife know them too. They've been working that long. But do you ask them if they blessed? They gonna tell you They blessed. But blessing, one of the definitions— makarios in Greek, which means to be marked with an indwelt quality of deity— which means the deity of God exudes out in your life and the blessing is seen. That's part of light. The blessing needs to be saved. We don't need to be struggling all the time and think we got a good witness. I get it, you on the bus, somebody at the bus stop with you, y'all, you witness to them, but at some point y'all get off the bus. Are y'all hearing this? Absolutely. Okay, maybe Maybe I'm wrong. Okay, I'mma close with this. So there's a mandate for evangelism.
There's a mandate.
Say, my witness has power. My witness has power to bring change, to bring change and transformation, transformation in the life of others, in the life of others. Now, Mark 16:15, another version of the Great Commission, it says, go into all the go to the world and preach the gospel. I gotta deal with this before I close because evangelism is rooted in the gospel, one gelzio in Greek, which is the good news about— watch this— the birth of Jesus, the life of Jesus, the death of Jesus. The resurrection of Jesus, and the ascension of Jesus. Amen. Those 5 things constitute the gospel. Amen. It's the good news about those aspects of Jesus' life. A sinner can't comprehend our deep revelations. Are y'all hearing this? You can get into all that deep stuff with them, they gonna shut down because darkness can't comprehend. Oh, come on, it can't communicate with light. You can't comprehend it. So you got to come to them with something that is universal, which is Jesus. The gospel is something you could preach anywhere. I'm gonna say that again. The gospel can be preached anywhere. If you can't preach it anywhere, it ain't the gospel. Okay, I can go in a Catholic church, have done it, and preach Jesus and it be received. I've gone to Muslim gatherings and preached Jesus. Watch this, it was received. Because the gospel can be preached anywhere. Everybody knows who Jesus is, even if they choose not to serve Yes. Now watch how powerful the gospel is. Paul said it in Romans. He said, for I am not ashamed of the gospel. And in order to preach the gospel, you can't be ashamed, because you, again, you got to be bold, you got to be direct, you got to be creative, you got to be consistent with sharing the gospel. So he says, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Watch this. For it is the power. So that just took the work out of what people think they need to do to get somebody saved. I met a missionary one time, she said, oh, I'm a missionary for God, I go around and I saves people. You don't save nobody. I saves people. No, you don't. Jesus is the only one died on the cross. You ain't dying for nobody. And the Bible says the gospel is the power. All right, so we have to have enough faith that when we declare the gospel, it will save the hearer just because we preached it. Y'all, y'all hear me? So when we go to— so watch this. The gospel should be preached, doctrine should be taught. Right. So we teach the doctrine of the kingdom in the church to deploy people as kingdom citizens, but when we got an audience where sinners are present, we have— we need to preach the gospel so that they can be saved. The Bible said with the foolishness of preaching, all these people that all they want to do is teach all the time— teaching is good, I love to teach, y'all know But at the end of the day, preaching is necessary. The power of preaching to draw people to God is a necessary necessity that our world needs. Folks want to have their glasses on their thing and writing their notes and look like they're at the university in church. But at the end of the day, the sinner don't want to do that. They need some power. They need to know something about the God that can save them. Are y'all here? He said, preach the gospel to every creature, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, giving them a new identity in God. He said that these signs will follow them that believe in my name. They'll cast out devils, they'll speak with new tongues, they'll lay hands on the sick and they'll Why those— watch this— those signs are following every believer. They're not following you to church just so you can go to church with them. Those signs are following you around in the world. So when you go to Kroger or Walmart or the gas station and see somebody that needs one of those signs those signs stop following you and catch up to you and work through you. Are y'all hearing this? That's what you want. You want these signs not to just always be behind. You know how many people go through life, their whole life, and you got tongues behind them? And tongues right here is not in reference to the diaspora that we do in church. the spiritual tongues, the worship tongues. These tongues are for the preaching of the gospel. These are tongues where if you run into someone who is Russian that don't speak a lick of English and they need to hear the gospel, God will get on your tongue. Oh, y'all ain't got to say nothing. And you start speaking to them in their language. The gospel of Jesus Christ. You meet a Chinese person that can't speak no English, you know how they tell you, no English, and you, you just— and you go right into their tongue because the Holy Ghost gets on you. Takes a lot of faith to believe that sign's back there. It's amazing though that we can believe the other tongues in the church comes on us for church. Well, but we won't witness to someone from another nation. In their language. When I was in the military and Navy, had an experience like this. I, I was in San Diego and they had a place down on the pier where they had all these different kind of shops. So it was all kind of people down there with stores— Indians, Buddhists, all kind of folk. So I'm going in at the store and then I went to this one store, and back then I was just bold and crazy. So I went in, little fat Buddha statue statue. And then, you know, every day they put food out there for the statue, fruit and all. And so I came in, I said, is the Buddha gonna eat this fruit? The man looked at me, said, no English. He didn't want me to talk about his god. I think he could have understood me to an extent, but he didn't want to have no discussion about that fruit. And the Lord said, witness to I said, the man said he don't speak no English. The Lord said, just start talking. So I started talking and he kept doing this, and then he stopped. I'm still hearing myself in my language. Lady comes out of the back speaking in her language, and then she stops her language and speaks in mine. She said, I didn't know you spoke Russian. He is listening to what you're saying about your God. I said, I didn't know I was speaking Russian either, but I kept talking because apparently he was hearing what I was saying in his language. See, that's interesting, y'all. When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were in one place on one accord, and they began to speak with other tongues. Now watch this. Those were these kind of tongues that follow us, right? Don't— don't— on the day of Pentecost, it wasn't the tongues we do in worship. It wasn't the language of the Spirit. It wasn't our heavenly language. It was a communicating tool so they can understand each other. And I can imagine everybody was still talking in their language.
They—
the others just heard them in their own tongue. That happened to me. I'm telling you, it's possible for these signs to catch up with you when you really got a heart to minister to people. I mean, show up at an oncology office where they ain't doing nothing but treating cancer patients. You ain't got no cancer, but just walk in there with a heart to pray for the cancer patients, knowing that lay hands on the sick and they recover is following you. See, lay hands on the sick, when you walk in there, he be like, oh Lord, I've been waiting for this. Because now you got opportunity for someone sick to recover. You ought to be in the Walmart looking for clues, all on every aisle, looking for somebody with a cast on their arm, a cast on their leg, letting the Lord talk to you about what somebody got going on in their body, and just walk up to them and say, can I pray for you? I understand you have sickness in your body and you just went to the doctor, but I'm going to pray for your healing. That lay hands on the sick, he there. He want to catch up with you so that person can be healed. Are y'all here? Yes. So there's a mandate to shine. That's a command to shine. I'm gonna close with this. Evangelism is not optional, it's a command.
Man.
It's a divine assignment. Again, you're not just saved to sit, you're saved to share and shine. Someone needs your light. Still watching us? Somebody needs your light. You're saved because God made a deal with somebody else. That he will save you, and then you will come back and get them. Guess what? They're waiting for you. They need your spice, they need your light, they need your anointing. You're a city, a situation that sits on a hill. People ought to be able to look at your situation and say, that's what I want. I want happiness, I want joy in like them. Everybody stand.
I'm done.
We going to pray. Hallelujah. I pray y'all got something out of that. Harvest has come, and this month is going to be a month where we going to finish this— we going to finish this year strong. I'm telling you, we going to see souls saved. Amen. He's going to give us wise strategies. Somebody watching, you've been complaining about that family member. Stop complaining about him. Witness to him. Tell him about Jesus. Don't complain about what you permit. You got the power to bring about change in their lives. Let's pray. Father, we give you praise. We thank you for this word tonight. We give you glory, we give you honor. We thank you for the power of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation. And I pray, God, that even as we leave this place, you'll begin to put people the rest of our life in our path that need this gospel, that need this message, that need this authority. That you've invested in us. And Father, thank you for the signs that follow us. Thank you that we'll even witness to people in their native tongue. We'll lay hands on the sick and they recover. We'll tread upon serpents and scorpions, which means we'll tread upon systems of the world, evil structures and systems, and we'll show up with light and take authority. And many will be saved because of our position. Thank you, God. We are assigned to shine, and I decree and declare tonight that every person under the sound of my voice will heed the assignment and they will shine. Glory to God. Until drug dealers are saved, they will shine. Until drug addicts are saved, they'll shine. Glory to God. Till doctors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs, athletes, and celebrities are born again. They'll shine until prostitutes are saved, homeless people are transformed and restored. They'll shine with the light of the gospel. Thank you, God, that the church won't be a bushel that hides our light, but we'll sit upon a candlestick and we'll lead the world to you, and we bless you for it tonight. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen and thank you, God. Clap your hands and praise God if you can tonight. We're going home real quickly. You're still watching us, the ways to give is scrolling at the bottom of the screen. Uh, if you're here, you desire to give, please use our Cash App tonight. Our Cash App is Ronald church. And whatever you choose to give to the Lord, please do what he says. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. And so, Father, we thank you for every giver, and every giver, return it back to them a thousand times more. The word says you have no pleasure in them who will draw back. So, Father, we thank you for a liberal church. We thank you for a giving people. And because they are giving people. I declare they are blessed in the mighty name of Jesus, and everything they give, I declare it doesn't leave their life. It may leave their hand, their bank account, but this seed doesn't leave their life. It moves into their future, waiting for their arrival. So we thank you for ministry support, give towards souls. We We got some big things planned. Glory to God. And we're looking for God to do a mighty thing through our ministry. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. We're going home. Glory to God. Um, just a few announcements. We'll be right back here on Sunday. Uh, I'm gonna ask, and I'll announce this again on Sunday, all the leaders, and I'll have Pastor Jeffrey actually send out a text Text. He mentioned me to me to do this. I'll just ask him to do it. I'll let him do that as well. But all leaders, just Sunday, if you can, uh, oblige me for about 15 minutes after the service. So directly when the service is over, we'll have a quick meeting. Just a few things I want to share with you that are very, very important as we begin to move forward. Amen. All right, so 15 minutes on Sunday. Um, remember, we start at 9 AM on Sunday. Uh, bring somebody with you if you can. Even if you see somebody on the street, pick them up and bring them. Glory to God. We believe in God this month for harvest. Uh, at the end of the month, August 29th, 30th, and 31st, we're having what we're calling Soul Winters Weekend. And those of you watching us, I want to encourage you to be here. Text the word SOULS to 470-777-8279 and go ahead and reserve your seat. Friday night we're going to kick it off, and then Saturday morning at 10 AM, we're gonna have a session at 10 AM, a session at 11. We're gonna get some training on power evangelism. Evangelism, how to use those gifts I talked about tonight, how to use the gifts of the Spirit to actually win people to God. So make sure you're here. That registration is going to come with lunch. So after we're done with the session, we're going to serve you lunch. Uh, the registration is free, but it is required. So if you're online watching and you want to come, you need to register because we need a count of how many people is going to be here so we can serve you, uh, on that weekend. And then Saturday night, uh, we have another service. Apostle Tony Hill will be with us. He's going to preach. Let's make sure we're in the house again. We believe in God each service for souls. And Sunday morning at 9:00 AM, um, I'm going to preach again. We're believing God for souls. Then we're going to close it out Sunday night at 6. So we're coming back, we're gonna have 5 sessions, y'all, because this is serious business. Amen. We got to get this in our spirit, and we gotta— I'm gonna be teaching it all month, and we're gonna close the month out strong because we're gonna close the year out strong. Amen. We're gonna get this, we're gonna get some people saved. Amen. And we're gonna be bold, we're gonna be creative, we're gonna be consistent. So keep those dates in mind. Uh, I'm gonna give you this again Sunday, but I'll give it to you now. Uh, even those of you watching, if you desire to go with us— my wife and I was talking about this last night, so we might as well go ahead and get the information out now. Uh, put these dates in your calendar: December 31st, which is New Year's Eve, January 1st, and January 2nd. I'll be in Madison, Jackson, Mississippi at Glory Revival Center with Apostle Brandon. I want the entire church to go with me, so I want you to start planning now, okay? New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and the day after New Year's Day, uh, we're gonna do 3 services. We'll come back on the 3rd, uh, Pastor Jeffrey— between Pastor Jeffrey and Felicia, they're gonna get together. We're gonna try to get some transportation where we can go down together. So we're working on that. We're gonna block some hotels off, get you a good rate where you have a good place to stay if you need to stay in a hotel while you're there. But, uh, I always have a good time when I go to Apostle Brandon's church, um, but I want you guys to go with me this time. I think it'd be a great experience. A lot of times when I go, a lot of old people I ain't seen in years come out the woodwork, but But I, I want my family with me. Amen. So I believe it's going to be a supernatural blessing. So put that in your calendar. Amen. Amen. All right, we're going home. Lady Woods, do you have anything before we go? You've been a videographer tonight. God bless your heart. I thank you. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Everybody stand. We're praying. Glory to God. Now, Brother Smith, we love you, man. We have missed you. And, uh, like I said, it's temporary. So you're doing— you're doing what a man is supposed to do. And so I appreciate God for that. But God sees it, and he's gonna open a great door for you. So just keep plowing, man. We, we praying. And when we don't see you, we miss you for real. Yeah, Mama, you all right back there? Yeah, you look Sleeping. She's sleeping. All right, we're gonna praise him. Go on, go to bed. Glory to God. I'm sleeping too, Mama, I promise you. I was teaching sleeping the whole time. I got up at 5 this morning so I can be at that conference. And, uh, yeah, I was there up until the time I got ready to come here tonight. So, but it's good, and I got to do it again tomorrow because I'm learning. You know, if you ever get to a point you think you can't learn, you're in trouble. The Bible said we're ever learning and coming to the knowledge of truth. And, uh, I just rejoice that I have that in me, that I want to learn. No matter what I know, there's still something else I can know. Amen. Let's pray. Father, we thank you for tonight. We thank you for this word. Thank you for this series, God. And we pray, God, that many will come to hear throughout a month, and they'll be encouraged to go into the world, show up in the world, show up as light. And when light shows up, darkness has to flee. It's just that simple. It's the principle. We turned on a switch in this room tonight and all of the darkness left. When we show up in the world, we're your switch, and darkness has to flee. So no longer will we complain about darkness. God, we're going to show up. We're going to make being the light our business because it's your business. And we thank you for it. Thank you for provision for every person under the sound of my voice. Thank you for every person that has given tonight or anytime this week. Multiply that seed a thousand times more, and may favor rest on their seed. And God, may they lack no thing, neither will they have a care. I thank you for great days ahead for every person listening to me. And Father, do something special for us on Sunday. I'm asking you now. I pray, Son, that you do something special for us. God, you saved the soul last Sunday. I'm asking you to save again even this Sunday. God, I'm even asking you for deliverance and liberty and transformation at this altar on this Sunday coming, and we thank you for it now, in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. You're dismissed. It's still saying full. Oh, what? Dropping out on me. It's good to see you. The live still was on. I'm sorry.
