"Confidence Without Conceit, Part B" | DR. Mike Woods

Dr. Mike Woods teaches on building confidence rooted in God rather than ego. He uses the metaphor of depositing your gifts into the "bank of God" and contrasts human intelligence with what he calls "Supernatural Intelligence," urging believers to rely on divine wisdom through spiritual disciplines like fasting and prayer.

Perhaps you have just stumbled upon, uh, this guy talking. Glory to the name of God. But we're in 21 Days of Action, fasting plus prayer. We're fasting and praying for fire. We have determined that fasting and fire are inseparable. If you really want to move in the power of God, you have to have a consecrated life of discipline in prayer and in fasting. Uh, consistently operating in this discipline releases the fire of God in our life. Uh, we broke this down into 3 basic elements, uh, where we're fasting to seek God better, we're We wanna be consistently seekers of his face, his heart, his ways of doing things, and not necessarily all the time his hand. We wanna seek him and get to know him and so that his consuming fire can overtake us, consume us, take charge over our life. And then listen, secondly, glory to God, we want to be able to fast to Oh my God, serve God in a dimension of fire where everything we touch, the consuming fire of God touches it too. And the glory of God is released and revealed. Praise the name of Jesus Christ, our King. He's so good, man. I'm telling you, he's so good. He's so good. And then we wanna share God with the world. We wanna show up in authority, in fire, in the glory of God and have good success. And so that when people see our life, glory to the name of God, they want to partake of what we have. And we can literally testify that it has been our God that has got us here. Glory to God. So we're grateful. Glory to God. God bless you, Mother Martin. Good to see you. Glory to God, for sure. So glad you're here. So guys, do me a favor. I'm gonna get off that sales pitch and I'm gonna teach. Glory to God. Because I don't want to waste time. I'm already 10 minutes in. Trying to get people to share. Glory to God. God is so good. Elebe Santa Bacosi. We give you the glory, God. We honor you. We honor you. We honor your name, God. We bless you. We lift up our voice and we honor your name. All right, we're going to get into this. Let's pray. Praise God. And then we're gonna jump right into the heart of this today. Father, in Jesus' name, We give you praise, we give you glory, we give you honor. This is the day that you have made, and God, we rejoice and we are glad in it. Thank you for the opportunity to disseminate your word, to teach your word, to share with these your people. And I decree and declare today, God, as we share the word, their lives will be changed. I thank you that there will be a supernatural release of divine confidence. Glory to the name of God, that we would know that with you all things are possible and with you nothing is impossible, and that we can achieve and conquer and we can maximize our potential. And Father, we thank you that great purpose will be realized because we serve and because we walk with you. In the mighty name of Jesus we do pray. Amen. And thanks be to God. Listen, welcome again everybody. We're so glad that you're here. Glory to God. Uh, good afternoon Zion, good to see you daughter. So glad to see all of you today. Glory to God. Thank you guys who have shared, I appreciate you. Let's jump into this. So today, uh, we started yesterday talking about, uh, confidence without conceit, and we basically learned yesterday that in quietness and in confidence is our strength. You know, we built this teaching on the substratum of Isaiah 30, verses 1 through 5. And guys, we, we discovered that if we're going to be strong, if we're going to win, you know, we gotta, we gotta have the quietness and we gotta have humility and we gotta trust in God. And one of the points that we discovered yesterday, and I just want to give you this by way of review, We discovered that if you do not know what you're not able to do, if you're not clear and don't have revelation of what you can't do, of your aptitude, your aptitude, your ability, then you'll never know what he can do in us. You know, this is why through the history of your life you have these different series of failure. Okay, and things that, you know, you, you may fail at, but God will allow you to fail in some areas to teach you that you can actually do nothing without him. And but you got to have the confidence to start. You got to have the confidence to bump your head so that you can trust that, okay, well, I need the help of God right here. And God has equipped us with all of these abilities, all of these gifts, and we heard about this yesterday. And we just gotta be confident that he wants us to win. He's working with us. And watch this, that he never, ever, never, ever— somebody say never, ever, ever— wants us to lose. God, hear me, ladies and gentlemen, hear me, family. God wants us to win. Matter of fact, if you're watching me right now, type that in the comments: God wants me to win. I need you to— I need you to get that in your spirit. Gosh, oh my God, God wants you to win. He wants you to win. He wants you to win. And I decree over your life right now, no more failure. Glory to the name of God. I decree and declare that you get up from where you are, you dust yourself off, you grab your confidence, and you keep moving without delay. Oh my God, glory to God. Don't listen, do not wallow in your ill, glory, in your failure. Failure is not final. The grace and mercy of God is sufficient for us. Get up from there, dust yourself off, and keep it moving. Glory to God. So today, uh, I want to, uh, again jump in here And because we ended up yesterday talking about how dangerous pride was, and we talked about that we needed to be careful— glory to the name of God— uh, when we think we're standing, lest we fall. So we need to always be clear that there's the potential for us to come short because we're in our humanity. So the potential is there, right? So we have— but we have this confidence in God that says I can be humble and I can accept myself. I can accept me. Watch this, flaws and all. I can accept the areas that don't quite measure up to what people may think I should be. Hear me, I can accept those things and still understand that I can be confident and have humility. Watch this. Without self-depreciation. We're going to start right there today because too many times when we look at our idiosyncratic ways, when we look at areas where we come up short, we don't even wait for people to depreciate our value. We'll go to work on ourselves and start set this self-depreciating sob story about, oh, my mama would have did this, my daddy would have did this, if that would— this wouldn't happen to me, if that wouldn't happen to me. And you go, you, you continue to repeat these same cycles like you're not saved. Watch this, like 2 Corinthians 5:17 is not true. If any man be in Christ, he's a new creature. All things are passed away Behold, all things are new. So you cannot allow your history to preoccupy your attention so much so that you miss destiny. I will say that again. Thank you, Holy Spirit. You cannot be so preoccupied with history that you miss destiny. So you gotta learn how to operate in humility without self-depreciation. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Hey, Jerry Green, welcome, sir. Hey, Shannon, welcome. Glory to God. See some new people came in. Glory to God. Hey, Minister Anderson, welcome. Listen, y'all stay with me. Y'all share this. Listen, don't depreciate your value for nobody. Did you hear me? Can you read my lips? Can you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth right now? Glory to the name of God. Do not allow anyone to depreciate your value, and don't you dare self-depreciate. Oh, sheban tataya, that you, you self-depreciate to accommodate others, to make them comfortable. Don't you another day deny your intellectual capacity to make someone else feel comfortable with you. Don't. That's fake, it's phony. Be you. Don't deny the power of God, the gifts of God that you to create a comfortable environment for people that don't want nothing anyway. Okay, God, have mercy, have mercy, have mercy. Let me move, let me move, let me move. So you got to have humility— type that in the comments, guys— without self-depreciation. That's important, that's important. You gotta stop depreciating your value. You gotta stop beating yourself up over the places you came short, the places you missed it. Listen, over your insecurities, of your idiosyncratic ways. You gotta have— oh my God— humility without self-depreciation. Stop beating yourself up. Glory to God. Hallelujah. So write this down, and then we're gonna go to Mark 8:34. Glory to God. We give you glory, God. We give you honor. We praise you. Oh my God, we're gonna go to Mark 8:34. But listen, I want you to write this down first. Let me go to it so when we get ready, get ready to go here. I'm already here. Glory to God. 34. Glory to God. Yeah, there we go. Glory to God. Listen to this, guys. Write this down. So we talked a lot about pride, arrogance, not lifting yourself up yesterday, right? So watch this, write this down. You should not lift yourself up. This is another one of them little side notes I'm giving you. I gave you— I reviewed 4 yesterday from the first messages, and then yesterday I gave you one. I'm giving you one right here, so this will be the 5th side note in this particular part of this teaching. While you are not supposed to lift yourself up, listen to this, you're not supposed to put yourself down either. Okay, we back right there, right? We back right there. No devaluing yourself. So you ain't supposed to be haughty and proud and arrogant, but you ain't supposed to put yourself down either. Yo, stop saying things out of your mouth that degrade you. Stop speaking things that are belittling and putting yourself beneath others. You need to raise your appreciation, raise your value. Matter of fact, while I'm teaching right now, y'all may not admit it, glory to the name of God, but somebody's stock just went up. Yeah, see, the stock market fluctuates based on the revelation of value. If you, if you understand economics and financials, the financial system of the stock exchange, no matter which one it is, no matter if it's NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, no matter if it's Forex, the foreign exchange, the reality is the value of a particular stock option, it increases or decreases based on revelation. So let me give you an example. So once the public gets a revelation, let's say Amazon is valuable. So then people start buying Amazon because they got a revelation. Okay, nobody's gonna stop shopping on Amazon, and this price, glory to God, is going to go through the roof, glory to God, because the public got a revelation that Amazon is valuable. So it makes it more expensive based on the revealed value. Or you can look at a stock, glory to the name of God, like a startup company, glory to God. Like, um, let me use WebEx when it first started. So when WebEx went to market, glory— it's a webinar software. So I mean, I think the stock was like $6 a share, but— and then so nobody— because nobody knew who they were. But as webinars got more popular, watch this, The stock went up to like $200 a share. But watch this. But now in the decrease of webinar usage and the emergence of a tech company like Zoom, hear me, Webex stock is, is low again because many people don't do webinars like they used to. So again, its value is based on revelation. And so you got to get— take an introspective, oh my God, and get a clear revelation of who you are, what you bring to the table. And once you got clarity between you and God, and you know who God says you are, and you in alignment with what God says about you, hallelujah, and you clear on what you saying about him, it boosts your value, it boosts your confidence, And you can do that without being haughty. You don't have to put yourself down. I just need you to get a paradigm shift in your mind about just how valuable— that's right, Dr. Tam, hallelujah, your stock just went up, glory to God. I'm telling you, your stock has increased. Your personal value has increased. You got to get that revelation. Of who you are. Glory to God. And it starts right in your mouth. You gotta start speaking to your future, speaking those things that you don't see right now as though they are. Once God reveals where you're going and what you're becoming, oh, you got to speak it. Glory to God. You gotta know what you bring to the table. Mark 8:34, let's go there, let's go there. Mark 8:34. Mark 8:34. Listen, listen. And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said to them, whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. So let me tell you what, what the, the hardest cross is, guys. Let me tell you Our cross is to forget ourselves. All right, again, confidence without conceit. Our cross, really, this— because, you know, believe it or not, it's easier to give up other things than to give up, you know, the right to be arrogant, the right to be boastful, the right to be conceited, the right to be stuck on you. But you gotta nail your agenda, your plans to the cross, and you got to deny yourself. The church I grew up in, they used to sing a choir song, glory to God, and the song was always powerful. It always hit hard. They said, take up your cross and live for Jesus. To live without, there is no reason Read the word and live for Jesus, then you will have everlasting life. The reality is, if you want eternity to come to you, if you want the heavens to submit to you, if you want heaven to superimpose itself and you wanna be one with the resources of God, you gotta take up your cross. You gotta live for Jesus. And, and the clarity of that is to live without, there is no reason. I cannot think of any good reason to live without God. Oh, come on, man. Or to not live for God. So every day you should be taking up your cross, o shiay, and declaring, I'm gonna live for Jesus. And to live without, there's no reason. I'm gonna read my word, I'm gonna pray, I'm gonna study, I'm gonna worship. You gotta decide these things. That you're going to crucify your flesh, you're going to increase your value, you're going to get the education you need in the area of your purpose. Hallelujah. And you're gonna have eternity with you, everlasting life with you. Hear me, at all, at all times. Oh my God. 1 Peter, let's go there. 1 Peter 4. I pray y'all getting something out of this. Glory to God. 1 Peter 4. And verse 19, I'm gonna show you what it looks like to release yourself and literally to align with God. I'm gonna just really show you in this text what this looks like. Because matter of fact, write this down, write this down, because again, you got to forget yours— you got to forget yourself. I'm not saying neglect yourself, I'm saying you gotta trust in God's ability, God's way more than you trust in your way. You got to forget the systems that make you comfortable, and because they make you comfortable, you lean on them, you lean into them. But the text is suggesting that when we take up a cross, we're crucifying the flesh, we're mortifying our carnality, and we're trusting in Jesus. Glory to God. I know you think you can do it better. I know life has probably dictated to you that you may be smarter than God, but I need to tell you, you're not. Glory to God. But let's read, glory to God, Philippians 4:19, because see, we got to put ourselves totally in his care. All right, you got to grab this because it's not just going to church, going back home. It's not just you know, going through motions every day, and really you have not sold out to the fact that you're totally in God's care. Now, touch yourself, say, I'm totally in his care. Now put that in the atmosphere, let the devil hear that. I am totally in the arms of Jesus. I am totally in his care. Let's read it, uh, 1 Peter 4:19. It says, wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well-doing as unto a faithful creator. Now watch this, the Bible says here, even when you're suffering, even when you're going through, even when things are hard, he says if you're in alignment with the will of God and you're suffering and you've got challenges. Let's just break down what suffering is. Let's not run over that. POSCHO, P-O-S-C-H-O, POSCHO in Greek. And this word, watch this, oh my God, that you have been affected because of a pattern or path— watch this— planned by someone other than you. So this word, oh my God, poskos. It deals with the idea that God has— when we talk about suffering for the will of God, that there's a plan, that he— there's a path that he beat out. Another word is pathēma in Greek. It's a path that he beat out and structured, steps that he has ordered for you to go through. Watch this, to qualify you. Oh yeah, because if you endure the process You're qualified to keep the manifestation. But if you get things without process, you lose them quickly. So God says, after you've suffered a while, yeah, I'll establish you, I'll make you perfect. Glory to the name of God. I'll make you sore, I'll make you strong because you go through. Glory to God. And you're able to endure. So when— so yeah, it's suffering to give up on what— how you think it ought to be done and trust his way totally. Yeah, that's a tough piece. Matter of fact, what I just said is for grown folk, man, for real, because you got to be willing to part ways and separate ties with old paradigms, with old systems, old ways of trying to get it done. And you got to figure out, you know, the way I've done it, you know, it's done what it's done. But I— if I want something different, I got to do something different. So basically what Peter is saying here is that we gotta completely deposit ourself in God. Hear me, we got to completely deposit ourself in God. Glory to God. Oh boy. Oh God, we— yeah, going to the bank and making a deposit, or whether you make a deposit, if you deposit stuff on your phone or you get direct deposit, either way you're releasing those funds to the care of the institution. And you trust that when you go to withdraw them, when you pull out your card to pay for something, you trust— hear me— that that finance, that money is going to be there. Are you hearing me? Are you catching this? Glory to God. You trust that your card's gonna work. And let you pull up somewhere, pull out your card knowing you made a deposit, knowing that somebody Zelled you, knowing that you just cashed out on your Cash App and the money should be in your bank, and your card get declined. Yeah, you talking about attitude, you talking about conflict, because you trusted that, right? Same way you trust the bank, which you have— most people have no earthly idea what banks do with your money. Banks maintain their wealth because they invest. They invest in markets, they invest in real estate, and they use the consumer's money to do it. Oh boy, yes they do. That's why you sign a contract that you probably never read when you open an account, because they're using your funds and they're guaranteeing that it's insured, that if anything happens, they're gonna make sure your money is still there. But you trust that. I'm trying to understand why it's so hard for us to deposit our life in a supernatural God that we say we know, and a supernatural God that we know has our back. Because when you totally deposit yourself in his care, in his protection, in his provision, again, it alleviates worry. Your confidence is in him. Watch this, it alleviates failure because there's no failure in him. See, whenever failure shows up, it's either because God wants us to fail so he allows it, or we are not trusting in God. Only for two reasons. Oh God, okay, okay, okay, okay, all right, glory to God. All right, so true humility— we're moving. True humility, again, is not thinking depreciating thoughts. I just want to reiterate this before I move about yourself. True humility is understanding that my thoughts about me are substandard to God's thoughts about me, and I should choose to release what I think, every negative thing I may think about myself, and embrace what he thinks about me. Listen, you have to see yourself the way God sees you. So it's not depreciating thoughts, downgrading yourself. It really is simply just not thinking of yourself at all. Somebody said, boss, you crazy. I gotta think about myself. It may sound crazy, but when you're with God, you know, you don't think about yourself at all. You know, let me use myself, my relationship with Felicia, for example. If, if Felicia and I go to eat, there's something as simple as going out to dinner or going to a movie or going on a trip, you know, at the end of the day, I have postured myself when I'm taking her to do these things where she don't have to think about herself. It's not a second guess when we get in the car, we're going to get food, of whether she's going to have to go in her pocket and pay for dinner or pay for a movie or pay for something we're doing, because that's my job. And I have positioned myself in a way where I want her to be clear that, hey, this is what I'm supposed to do, so I'm going to do it. It's not thinking of yourself, it's knowing that somebody's got you, all right? It's knowing that you're covered. So that's what I mean when I said not thinking about yourself. You know God has you covered, so you're not worried about you because you know he's got you. Oh, okay. Oh boy, oh boy. Okay, okay, man. Okay, all right. So let's look at this because I kind of feel like some of y'all still think, okay, Apostle Grace, so let me, let me break this down. If you think about the word meekness, meekness, let's, let's just get a working definition of meekness. Meekness doesn't mean that you're weak. Meekness doesn't mean that you're not gifted. It doesn't mean that you don't have a voice. It— watch this— it doesn't mean you're not capable. Meekness says, I respect the presence of strength. I respect the presence of help. I— oh my God— I respect the presence of God and those around me that God have sent to help. And I'm humble enough— that's what meekness is— to receive the help, the assistance, and watch this, the blessing of strength that may come from outside of me. So you're really meek when you can accept God's way of doing it, God's way of getting it done, God's way of bringing it to pass. Oh my God, today Good God, good God. Oh my God. So a truly humble person, then, when you understand meekness, they really don't have themselves on their mind all the time. Glory to God. Oh we— oh we— so you got, you got according to Mark 8:34. We gotta forgive, forget. So we forgive because we're not thinking about ourselves. We forget because we're not thinking about ourselves. We lose sight of ourselves in the presence of God because we live through him, we live in him, we have our being in him. Come on, scripture. It is in him we live, in him we move, in him we have our being. It's in him. It's in him. It's not in you. It's in him. So you got to choose. Either you're going to live through yourself, and you just really got to calculate how did that really have— how has that really worked out for you, for real? You know, living through your flesh, living through your carnality, living, leaning, and trusting on you and you alone. How that turned out, you don't have to answer me, but I want you to take an introspective. For real, I can live my own life and see every time I have had failure— watch this— it was a prayer failure first. It was a lot. It was me leaning more to me than what I was asking God about. Every success I've had, it was a prayer success first. I'm gonna say that again. I'm gonna say that one more time. Every failure I have endured in my life, it was a prayer failure first. Everyone, every time I have failed, every time I missed it, every time I made a mistake, I fail to pray through. But every success was a prayer success. It was me in total— see, successful prayer is one you believe in, one that when you are praying it, you already know it's answered. You get up from prayer rejoicing because you know the results are coming. That's a prayer success. And every time you do that You're going to see it come to pass, but you, you leave that prayer still in doubt, still in fear, still in worry, still questioning your confidence in God, still trying to figure out how you can do it. Oh my God, today. Oh my God, today. Okay, let me just— let me move, let me move. So, so the key really is— go to Galatians 2:20— because the key really is that you and I must know again, who we are not. Come on, before we can know who we are in Christ. Again, you got to understand that detached from God— my God, today you're nothing. You're— you have limits. Limits are imposed on your life when you are detached from him. But when you know, hallelujah, who you are in Christ, there are no limits. Oh, there's no limits to what you can accomplish financially. There's no limits to the joy you can experience in your relationships. There's no limits. Glory to the name of God. Oh. Oh my God, today on the, the, the success you could have in business, the impact you could make in the world, the impact you can have in ministry, it's no limits when you know who you are in him. All I'm saying is today, make a deposit of you in God. Once you see your value and know who you are, deposit that value in him. See, don't see the value and get caught up in you. Oh my God. And get conceited. Oh my God. And start believing, oh my God, I'm the cat's meow, I'm the dog's bow wow, yeah, I'm all of this. Okay, but take what you know about you, take that high-value stock that you've discovered about yourself and deposit it in the bank of Jehovah Jireh, the bank of Jesus Christ our King. And let the things that you know about you manifest in and through him. Good God, good God. Today, ah, who operate? Are y'all getting some out of this? Glory to God, glory to God. I don't know. I don't know, I don't know, I don't know if you're getting this today. Make a deposit. When last time you went to the bank of heaven and said, I would like to deposit myself, I would like to present my body a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God, which is my reasonable service. I'd like to submit my agenda, my plans, my dreams. I would like to make a deposit of my gifts, my anointing, the things that he has bequeathed to me. I'm bringing them all back to him so he can get the glory out of my life. Young person, millennial, I know you're smart, I know you're connected, you're scrolling, you're learning, you, you can go to school on YouTube. Glory to God, I understand you gifted. Young people writing code. I mean, glory to God, young people building billion-dollar corporations because they're gifted, they're smart. But you got to deposit that gift. What, what more could you do if you deposited that back with God, the true and living God? He's real, he's real. I'm not just saying that for somebody that's watching this that don't know him. He's real, and you got to deposit yourself in him. And when you do it, glory to God, there are no limits. There are no limits to what you can accomplish. Galatians 2:20, let's go. I didn't start running my mouth and forgot to go to the scripture, but here we go. Galatians 2:20, glory to God. Hallelujah. I pray to God you getting somebody it is. Glory to Jesus. Well, this is soul food. Glory to God. It's soul food right here. Glory to God. This is soul food. And I'm telling you right now, if you take this and use it, it's gonna work for you. We prayed about it this morning. Don't just be a listener only, be a doer. Revelation without application is constipation. I'll say that one more time. Revelation without application is constipation. So watch this. You get revelation from the word, it feels good to you, it sounds good, you get hyped up about it, but it does you no good if you don't apply it. If you don't apply it, you're constipated, you're stuck, you're not gonna move. We hear good preaching, good teaching, but when you don't apply the principles Oh my God, today, whoo, you stay stuck. You know what constipation is, right? Uh, most of us on here today are from the South. We've ate stuff that's got us backed up, you know, and it's straining, it's hard to get it out. Yeah, and what you need at that point is a laxative. That's what I am for you today. I'm a spiritual laxative. I'm spiritual fiber to get you moving to make you active and confident so you can deposit yourself, so you can let go of you so God can be glorified in you. Some of us are so protective. We've been so hurt. We've been so rejected. We've been so downtrodden. People have stepped on us. People have lied on us. People have walked over us. People have— oh my God— pushed us around and bullied us all of our lives. And so even when we come to God, we're still so protective and we don't want to let go of the protective mechanism. This protective mechanism— I'm sorry, glory to God, I'm just excited— the protective mechanism that we have, we don't want to let it go. We want to keep holding on and try to protect ourselves. But can I tell you something? Woo! God's got you. My God, me neither, Sharon Quinn. Glory to God, I don't want to be constipated neither. Glory to the name of God. God's got you. Glory to God. Yeah, let's read it. Uh, Galatians 3:20: I am crucified with Christ. You know, crucifixion is a, is a death. You— I am dead with Christ. So that means my agenda, again, my dreams, my ways, my systems, my paradigms, they are dead. They are crucified with Christ. Glory to God. Good God from Zion. Nevertheless, I live. So watch this. Anytime you read nevertheless in the Bible, it means God's option or God's way is never less than yours. Can I say that again? Whenever you read nevertheless in the Bible, It means that God's way of doing things, no matter if you think yours is better, is never less than yours. It's always bigger, it's always better, it's always smarter, it's always wiser. Y'all ain't got to say nothing to me. Glory to the name of God. God's way is always better. Oh God, my God, oh my God. He says, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me. And the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. So whatever life I have, I have it because of him. And the more I deposit myself in him, the more he's magnified in the life. That's all the apostle is saying. He's saying it's no longer I. See, y'all thought I was just saying something, but it's, it's in the Bible. It's no longer I who lives, but Christ that lives in me. So it has to come to a point that your life is a direct reflection of the Christ in you. And I'm not just talking about your holy behavior. That ought to be given because you love God. God, right? You'll not live holy because you're keeping rules. And if he's really through in you and working through you, your holiness and righteousness is going to manifest out of your life, and you're going to have a desire for that daily. I don't want to harp on that, but really, at the end of the day, beyond your behavior— because there's some people that are not even saved that are good morally. They don't lie, they don't cheat, they don't steal, they don't cuss, they don't drink, smoke, none of that. Okay, but at the end of the day, they're dead. They're, they're dead in sin because they have not accepted Christ. But you and I as believers, it should be the ultimate goal not to be religious, but for every time we move, everywhere we go, for Christ to show up. And that— oh my God— then when people come in contact with us they encounter Christ before they encounter us. Because it's no longer I, but it's Christ that lives, because we have deposited ourselves in him. And so now we become a supernatural bank. Good God Almighty! Because we're— oh, I feel like running here. Glory to God! Because we have deposited ourselves in Christ. So, so now everywhere we go When people come in contact with us, what they are doing is making withdrawals on our gifts, making withdrawals on our anointing, making withdrawals on the authority and the power and the blessing we are. And we're literally showing up in the world and changing the world because it's no longer I. It's not our agenda, it's Christ's agenda. Glory to God. It's him that lives in us. It's him that breathes through us. Because it's no longer I. Listen, let me tell you something. Here it is, here it is. This, this is all I'm saying today. You got to become— to have confidence without conceit, you got to become an everything slash nothing. That's a good fraction for you. Everything using words and not numbers, slash nothing. You got to become an everything slash nothing. Somebody type that in the comments. We need a visual on that. Everything slash— thank you, Holy Spirit— nothing. That's, that's what this scripture is saying, which means you got to be everything in Christ, nothing in yourself. You must become an everything slash Nothing. Everything in Christ, nothing in yourself. Oh boy, everything— there it is, Shannon— slash nothing. I know you want to, you want to, you know, be involved and you want to— hallelujah— be seen with people that are really walking out with God. They don't want to be seen. Glory to God. They just want to be everything in him. They desire to get likes, clicks. Oh, y'all ain't got to say nothing here. They're not trying to be— and listen, there's nothing wrong with growing a following on the internet. Listen, I work hard to try to do that every single day because I want to get the message of Christ to people. But at the end of the day, that's because I want people to see him and not me. But there are people, I mean, they try everything to get likes, clicks, and they're being fake, they're being phony. End of the day, you need to be everything, whoo, slash nothing in yourself. Everything you are, you should want to be it because you have made a deposit of you in him. Oh boy. I pray y'all are getting this today. Good God, good God from Zion. Good God. Everything slash nothing. In other words, family, yeah, put no confidence in the flesh at all. Oh my God. God. Yeah, put confidence in him. That's all I'm saying. That's all I'm saying. I'm saying it a lot of different ways, but that's all I'm saying. I ain't got time. I got 8 minutes. Go to Philippians 3:3. Glory to God. Oh my God, my time's about gone. Glory to God. Hallelujah! God is good. Glory to God. Hallelujah! Boy, you ought to rejoice if you're getting something out of this. I'm telling— maybe I'm happier than y'all, but I'm telling you, my aim in life, glory to God, is to be everything in him and nothing in myself. Everything slash nothing. Y'all take that this year as we are in this year of action. Let that be the call to action that you heed, to everything in him and nothing in myself. That means you don't want to do it by yourself, you want to do it with him. And you don't want to do life without him, you're going to do it with him. And I'm not just talking about just being saved and going to church, I'm talking about actually doing everything in your life with him. Oh boy. Oh God, have mercy. Glory to God. All right, Philippians 3:3, it says, but we are the circumcision which worship God in the spirit and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and we have no confidence in the flesh. So now this, this text, and I gotta unpack this and not just read it. I don't have much time, I may have to end up stopping here, but I do want to give you one last note, so I'm gonna do this quickly. So he says, for we are the circumcision. I want you to hear this, the, the peritomi in Greek, that, that word is powerful. Which means that we are— we have been cut away, because circumcision means to cut away. It's a rite of passage into maturity, manhood, that happens for male factors. But as his children in the spirit, uh, the foreskin has been removed through the blood of Jesus. We have power, we have potency, we have authority. We are the circumcision. We've been cut away from the worldly paradigm. We've been cut away from worldly systems, worldly way of doing things. Oh, but we are the— so when you get saved again, it's not just a ritual. When you get born again and you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost, it's not just a ritualistic act. Literally, something happens in the realm of the spirit that removes your human existence from life as you knew it before. You are the circumcision of Christ. Oh my God. And because we're the circumcision, so we gotta number one, be separate. That's why the scripture says, come out from among them and be ye separate. So there ought to be something different about you and I. And again, I'm not just talking about behavior patterns, that's included. Because a lot of times we get hard on behavior. Now don't get me wrong, behavior is important, but again, the practice of holiness through my moral living should be based in my love for God and his love for me. The separation, the circumcision, is when I show up in the world and I have a light and a fire that permeates from me that's like a magnet. Because I'm telling you again, fire, it— oh my God, it induces heat and it induces light. So when you're circumcised and the fire of the Holy Ghost is on your life, every situation you show in— show up in, you, you create a new level of passion, a burning passion to competently get things done. And then you become an illumination, a light to people in the world. Listen, you gotta be the circumcision. Oh man, am I teaching okay? Glory to God. I just feel like y'all quiet. Maybe you just learning. Maybe that's good. Glory to God. Listen, I need you to understand, you got to be separate. You gotta be different, and the best way to do it is to have no confidence in your flesh and deposit yourself in him. But also, he takes another step. He said, with the circumcision, we worship God in the spirit. So wait a minute, worship in the spirit according to this text, which is latreo in Greek, which— watch this— it has nothing to do with how great is our God has nothing to do with that. This right here, this word latreo, it means to become a slave. It means, glory to God, to serve God wholly and completely without reservation. It means you become a slave to his way. Your life becomes an act of worship. So I know you thought you just worship, and that's proskynēsis, when you're singing and lifting your hands and you prostrate before him in homage, in a worship experience, or when you have personal worship. But no, I'm saying your everyday life and your everyday thinking. You got to become a slave to his way of thinking. Someone said, I know, Apostle, I ain't doing all that. I'm not going to lose my mind for nobody. Well, maybe that's a problem. You need to lose your mind for God. Paul said, I became a fool for Christ. I think he did pretty good doing that. First of all, he got delivered from killing women and children in the street from his past life, and then God turns around and uses the Apostle Paul to write 75% of the New Testament because he became a fool for Christ. So you want to accomplish something in God, you gotta lose your mind in him, deposit it in him. I'm not saying become unintelligent, intelligent? No, you're thinking alongside the most intelligent being ever. You're talking about enhanced technology. You got all this AI, artificial intelligence, out here today. I mean, you got— I mean, it's amazing. I got some AI apps, what this stuff can do. But listen to me, there's nothing greater than SI. SI, supernatural intelligence. Glory to God. And that's what God wants you to tap into, where you're operating in SI, not AI, supernatural intelligence. And it's crazy how many people are leaning to AI to write ad spaces, to write white papers, to write books. Even people are writing whole books with AI. People are developing business plans with AI. What would happen if you tapped into SI? Supernatural intelligence. How would you soar? How successful would you be? My God, today. Oh, shabba, bronce de consciente, tabancete, robosi. We see, see, the world will present something to us like AI. And watch it, they put it on our iPhone. Siri, glory to God, she's AI. She can communicate with you. You talk to her and you trust whatever she says back is right. Because she does a search and finds things that you need. Can I tell you something? You need some SI, you need some supernatural intelligence. Glory to God. So that you can soar, oh my God, and show up in the world and be a light and be an illumination and be the intelligence and expression of the Holy Spirit. Listen, supernatural intelligence according to Philippians 3:3 says this: It says that we pride ourselves— watch this— in Christ Jesus because we have become slaves to him, and we have no confidence to what we are in the flesh. And then the scripture had the unmitigated gall to tell us to rejoice about it. He said, look, uh-uh, uh-uh, uh-uh. He said, don't get mad about it. Oh my God, he said rejoice about it. Don't get mad that you got to give up your flesh and your carnality and your mental capacity to think on your own. He said use this supernatural intelligence I've given you. Glory to God. I got to quit, guys, my time gone. I heard you, Holy Spirit. I'm stopping, I'm stopping. I just want to pray really quick, God. Hallelujah. That we will tap into— good God, I pray you got something out of this today. Oh, that's just the joy of the Lord. Glory to God. That's why I'm laughing. Good God from Zion. You need supernatural intelligence. Don't you call yourself dumb another day. Don't you call yourself not having enough knowledge another day. Glory to God, because you have supernatural intelligence. You have access to the mind that created— oh my God, whoo! Watch this— a respiratory system that has invisible breath that keeps us alive, and the doctors can't figure out how that works. Glory to God. They can't figure out the factor of where the— oh my God, the breath actually flows from. It's the ruach of God. Man will never be able to figure it out. But if you got supernatural intelligence, think about the problems in the world you could solve. Think about in your area of purpose and influence, the things you could do in your business and your ministry Oh my God, if you tap into this dimension— oh, we give you glory, we give you glory, we give you glory, we give you honor, God. We magnify you, we praise you. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, thank you for this word today. And Father, I, I pray today for supernatural intelligence. Intelligence. For every person under the sound of my voice, I decree and declare that they will tap into a dimension of supernatural intelligence that will change the very trajectory of their life. Father, I decree and declare that it is true that SI can do more than AI. We thank you for the emergence of AI, but God, we thank you now that you're raising up a generation a super breed of saints. Oh, glory to— oh, sha, ma ki anta tamunsia. A super breed of children of God. Woo! Oh, oh my God, a super breed that will operate in supernatural intelligence because we have had the boldness and the tenacity to accept the circumcision, to come out from among them, to not trust in their paradigms, but we have been deposited in the system of the divine, the system of Theos, the system of the Almighty God. And we receive today supernatural intelligence, and we declare out of our mouth that we are creators because the Holy Spirit lives in us. We declare that we are innovators because the one that created the heaven and earth lives in us. The one that formed the mortal body— whoa— he lives in us. And so, Father, we rebuke every cell— glory to the name of God— in our body that will get out of line. We tap into supernatural intelligence. We don't understand how you work a miracle, but we receive the intelligence that you can to work miracles in our life, God. Do something that cannot be done. And we give you praise for it now in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. I dare you just shout it. Glory to God. I receive supernatural intelligence right now in the name of Jesus. I receive supernatural intelligence right now in the name of Jesus. Listen, perhaps you have been scrolling and you just stopped on this video right here and you said, what's all this talk about supernatural intelligence? Well, I'm telling you, it's the gift that God gives those of us who are saved. And perhaps you're not born again. Stay with me, family, praying that someone would hear this call to come into the kingdom, that they will repent of their sins, that they will be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and they will be filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. I decree and declare today, if you're watching, this is your last day as a sinner. If your business is not straight with God, I decree and declare that as you repent of your sins, your sins will be forgiven. The Bible simply says, if you will confess with your mouth, believe in your heart that Jesus died and rose again, the Bible says you're saved. It says if you're baptized, you, you become one with his identity, one with his name, one with his authority. And as you're filled with the Holy Ghost, you become one with him. You have a right to fellowship with him because he comes alive in you. So perhaps you don't know Jesus and the pardon of your sin, and you say, I want to accept Jesus Christ. I want to receive supernatural intelligence in my life. I want this benefit of living for God. Would you pray this prayer with me? Say, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, say, I confess that I am a sinner. I need to be saved. I ask you, God, save me. I open my heart. I invite you in to take control of my life. I repent of my sins. Forgive me, God. Say, Father, I believe that you died and rose again. And because I believe, and because of my confession, right now in this moment, I am saved. Listen, if you said that prayer with me, glory to God, your sins— hear me— are forgiven. Glory to God. And new ways are being made Your old history has passed away and all things— hear me— have become new. Listen, if you pray with me, I want you to go to our website, israwchurch.com/contact. Glory to the name of God. And I want you, glory to God, to fill out that form there and say, hey Apostle, I prayed with you, glory to God. And I want to know the next steps. It's something the Lord is doing with me. I've been really reserved, isolated, quiet. Glory to God. But there's some instructions that he's downloading into me, and I'm just yielding myself.
