Created To Worship, PART 2: "PRESENCE VS. PERSONALITY" | DR. MIKE WOODS, SR.

Dr. Mike Woods Sr. contrasts God's presence with human personality, warning that believers often treat God as a novelty instead of pursuing deep worship. He delivers a prophetic word for 2024: Stand up, Show up, Straighten up, Shut up. True worship must produce heart change, not just external expressions.

And dear God, tonight in the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against us will be able to prosper. God, that's your word. Thank you, Lord. And we thank you that we stand victorious. We're victorious over the enemy. We're victorious over every demonic force that wars against us, we thank you that we stand in victory. And Father, even in the midst of systems and structures and social norms that go against your word, Father, we choose to stand in the victorious posture of your word. And we believe your word, God, and we believe that your word will never return void. But that your word will accomplish— thank you, God— that which we have sent it forth to do in the name of Jesus. And so, Father, we give you glory. We thank you that this word is real, this word is alive, and it's sharper than any two-edged sword. And so, Father, as we preach, as we teach, as the prophetic utterance flows through my vessel. I declare, God, that change will come and that that two-edged sword will cut away everything in our life that hinders us from the manifestation of your promise, your authority, your power, your dominion in our life. And I give you praise for it, and I give you glory for it now, in the mighty name of Jesus. We glorify you, God, in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Glory to God tonight. Hashi moshi andalabatai. Yes, God, we bless you. In the name that is above every name, in the mighty name of Jesus. Listen, tonight I need you to share if you haven't already. Hit that share button, glory to God. Hit that like button, glory to God. Hallelujah. And comment below and let us know that you are here. Again, I want to welcome everybody. Thank you for being here. Welcome to Thursday night. And this is where everything that we're gonna— we always share on Thursday, pretty much everything we share all the time is going to be tools. That's why we call it Kingdom Bible Study, to help you become a better kingdom citizen and help you show up in the world and advance the kingdom. And yeah, God, I'll do that now. I'll do it. I hear you, Father. So I want to give you the word of the Lord that God gave to me for the rest of 2024. We are in October, it is the 3rd day of the 10th month, and this is the year of 2024. And God told me to share, first off, to remind the people of how his word came forth. Glory to God. Even earlier this year, how the prophetic word came forth even in our church, uh, during the month of January. There were several prophecies that came forth regarding a lot of the things we're seeing in the media now, because even the things with, uh, P. Diddy, things with popular preachers that are being exposed, and the Lord spoke that there will be not only preachers that will be exposed this year because they refuse to release ego, which means edging God out. But he said there'll be many celebrities, and the things that will come out would astonish you. And so the things you're seeing now is to cause our eyes to open. And watch this, the Holy Spirit said to say to you These things are not present before your eyes for you to judge. I'm going to say that again. These things are not before your eyes for you to become a judgmental, narcissistic saint of God. These things are before your eyes for you to pray, for you to enter into a dimension of glory. Hear me, so that real deliverance will break through and real power can begin to manifest in the life of those that's being ridiculed in the media. The Bible says, if a brother be overtaken in the fault, you that are spiritual, restore him in the spirit of meekness and love, considering yourself. So the things that you're seeing and the things that you will see in the days to come God said, I am not allowing you to see this for you to judge. I am allowing the world to understand that they are not to put any gods before me, whether it be a secular celebrity or a celebrity preacher. God says, I will have no other gods before me. And God says, before I do that and allow this iconolistic idolatry to exist. God said, I will snatch the covers and show you that they are mere men, and I am the only true and wise God, saith the Lord. And while sin— I hear you, Father— has become an accepted thing even among the church, God said, for October, November, and December He said these are days where we must become deliberately and strategically righteous. We must embrace holiness because God said it will be holiness, purity, and chastity that will cause the manifestation of his promises in our life in the days to come. For as we cross over into 2025, there will be things that will hit our nation that those who are pure in heart— he said, Michael, tell my people they will see me, they will understand me, they will know me. And God said, he said, Michael, tell my people, he said, while everybody is talking about stocking up God said to tell you not to stock up. He said to tell you to, number one, stand up. He said, I need them to stand up and worship. Oh, Shemaiah! I need them to stand up in— whoo!— study of my word. I need them to stand up in prayer. Glory to God! And I need them— glory to God! To stand on my principles and stand up in faith so my glory can be revealed through and in them. So instead of stocking up, God said to tell you to stand up. And then after he's— after that, he said, Michael, tell them not just to stand up, but now I need them to show up. And it just echoes what I've been teaching all year about showing up in the world. The Holy Spirit said, tell my people tonight that starting October 3rd, like never before, they need to show up in the world. He said, for those that will yield to my spirit and those that will trust me, glory to God, I will accelerate my anointing. I will accelerate favor and blessing on their life because they are positioned to do what I desire and not what they desire. God said, show up. There are people in your family that need you. Show up. There are people on your job that's been watching your life. They've heard your words. Now they need to see the manifestation of what you're saying actually working in your life. God said, show up. The saints of God are going to have to stand up in the things of God and show up in the world carrying something for real. Then God says, if you— yeah, he said, don't stock up, don't stock up. You don't even have to worry about that. Glory to God. One of my daughters, Prophetess Cargo, She shared with our— in our leadership meeting a few nights ago, and she talked a little about how the things that happen in the world and how we got to position ourselves. God said, yeah, you got to stand up, you got to show up. And then the Lord spoke and he said, son, tell them after they show up, they— hear this— have to straighten up. So don't stock up. Stand up, show up. Straighten up, which means you got to get your life right. The Spirit of God said to tell you again, holiness, purity, and chastity will be vital keys to the manifestation of the power of the living God in your life. Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy. So instead of running out here buying all the bread and milk and all that stuff, you need to trust God to be your supernatural provider. You need to stand up, you need to show up, you need to straighten up those things you know that you're doing and operating in that are outside the will of God. And some of you are not doing the big sins, but all sin and all unrighteousness is sin. So you need to check the doubt, the unbelief— sin. You need to check the fear. You need to check the comparisonitis in your life where you waste time scrolling and comparing yourself to everybody else. God said you need to straighten up. As a matter of fact, there are some people on this live right now, you've been lingering in certain sin too long, and you wonder why your life is stuck right where you are. Sin is a reproach to any people, but righteousness exalts a nation. I hear you, God. He said, stop running to the store trying to stock up and worrying about these dock workers. God's in control. He's your supernatural provider. He said, stand up. Lebahasi andalobo. He said stand up. He said show up. He said straighten up. And finally, I'm gonna say it just like God gave it to me. Lebahasi ando. Lebasiku tolabahi. He said to tell you, yeah, yeah, after you stand up, show up, straighten up, he said to tell you to shut up. Shut up. Shut up. It may sound rude, but that's just how he gave it to me. Shut up. Some of you talk too much, and the Lord said to tell you, some of you are speaking on things that you are not qualified to speak on. Shut up. Some of you are posting things, saying things in front of your phone. Shut up. Some of you are literally embarrassing the body of Christ, shut it up. Holy Spirit said shut up. Get you a ministry where you can learn and grow and get somewhere and sit down so that that gift can be stirred. Lord, I love you. He said shut it up. And mainly he said to shut up your negativity. You are ensnaring yourself with the words of your mouth. He says shut up the negativity. Quit all that negative talk about how you feel. Glory to God. Start speaking words of faith. Quit all that negative talk about your bank account, all that negative talk about How God's doing something for somebody else and, and why he ain't doing it for you. You need to start lining your words up with what God say, because it is going to be the power of your tongue— hear me— that will get you through this next season. That's gonna— there are some challenging days that are ahead, but for those of us that find ourselves in faith Those that find ourselves walking with God, God said, I'm gonna bless you. I will be your shepherd. Yeah, I hear it. I hear this Sunday school scripture I learned as a little boy. He said, I'll be your shepherd and you will not want. Lebebe siandolo vokoria. He said, I'll be your shepherd and you shall not want. I will make you lie down in green pastures. You'll eat from the best pastures. You're, you're, oh my God, and you'll be in good health. I'll prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies. Yea, though you walk through valleys of shadows of death, that'll be all around you, but you will not fear because he will be with you. His rod and his staff will comfort you. Goodness and mercy will follow you. Take this scripture, take this word throughout the rest of the year. Labasuto rababakaya. Bransurembese telebesuto rabakaya. We give you praise, God. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Your supernatural provider is about to show up for you. All your sowing, all your giving is about to pay off. All of your obedience, it's about to pay off. So instead of running behind the news media, letting them terrorize you, because CNN, Fox News, ABC News, terrorists. Just like they did in COVID. They will scare you and you'll walk in fear and you'll start trying to stock up. And then these prophets try to ride everything that everybody is saying. Listen, that stuff cannot affect you if you're under the covering of God. So stand up, show up, straighten up, shut up. Glory to God. Father, we love you. And we receive your word. We receive your word. Hallelujah. We receive your word, God. Hallelujah. We receive your word. We receive your word, God. And we will do it, and we'll look for the blessing to be manifested in our life and be accelerated. In the mighty name of Jesus, we do pray. Glory to God. Glory to God. Just worship him for a few moments, family. Glory to God. God is good, and beside him there is no other. Come on, give him glory. Ah, give him honor. My God, hallelujah. Give him honor. Give him honor. We praise him. We magnify him. Glory to God. We lift him up and we exalt his name. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Well, let me get in this, guys. Glory to God. I'm already 26 minutes in, but I want to drop this word like it's hot tonight, so stay with me. Glory to God. I pray you receive the word of prophecy. I know I receive it. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Tonight again, we want to talk about— oh my God— presence. Thank you, Lord, versus personality. Just open your mouth and say that. Say presence Versus personality. This is part 2 of our series on Created to Worship. Glory to God. And listen, I want you to get all of this tonight. Don't miss one piece of it. Glory to Jesus. Glory to God. Because I'm telling you for real, we indeed, my God, were created to worship. We were created to give God glory. We were created for God's best to flow out of our life. Glory to Jesus. And so I'm grateful, man, that I'm, I'm in the number, because it could have been the other way. Y'all didn't hear that. It could have been the other way. You, you could be in a position where you don't even have a mind— hear me— to worship God. But thank God you got a mind to worship. You got a mind to pray. You got a mind to glorify God in your body. That's a great thing, man. Glory to God. So tonight we're going to jump right into this. We're going to talk about presence versus personality, because I think this is vitally important, guys, to this idea of being created to worship. Just a few things we shared last time, and I'm gonna drop these principles just by way of review, and then we're gonna get right into this. So last time We, we learned that everything in life was created to function in a Pacific environment. We discovered that the ideal environment for humans, for mankind— hear me— is the presence of God. I'm gonna say that again. The ideal environment for mankind is the presence of God. Glory to God. I need you to hear me. Glory to Jesus. The— the environment that we were created to live in, because we come out of him, our life source is God. And it is worship that opens up the portals that tap us into the Father's house so that we can serve him and live for him. And I'm telling you right now If you're operating day to day and not creating an environment for God's presence, you're making life harder than it needs to be. And that's why you need to have sacrificial opportunities to worship so that, glory to God, you have time to bring the presence into your life on a day-to-day basis. What am I saying? You don't need to be in your car doing drive-by worship on the way to work. Uh, come on, come on. What? So that means you need to get up early enough. My God, you need to get up early enough so you can spend some prime time with God, so you have enough time to create an atmosphere of his presence in your life. You shouldn't deal with nobody else until you get before God. Are y'all hearing this? Glory to God. So we, we did— we saw where the thing that separated man from God's presence and kicked him out of his ideal environment— we saw last week it was sin. Sin always separates you from God. I don't care what nobody says. Yes, grace is sufficient. And I said it last week, I'll say it here, his grace is sufficient for you. You could get saved, the grace of God will save you. You could get to heaven repenting, and every time you mess up and, you know, you apply grace to it, oh my God, it will empower you toward righteousness, right? But you'll never have heaven on earth if you don't use your grace to empower you into another realm and empower you to a lifestyle that can host God's presence. God is holy. So the work of the cross can save you, but if I want life with God, I got to maintain the holiness that The cross provides so God can dwell in my space. Are y'all with me tonight? Somebody type in the comments for me tonight, just give me God. And see, and then, and we're going to jump into tonight's teaching because I— that's a good segue to transitioning tonight. Type that in the comments, just give me God. Those of you on Instagram, Facebook, wherever you are, YouTube, type it in the comments. Just give me God. There has to be something that you make up in your mind that says he is what I want. Glory to God. Just give me God. See, people are running after everything else, but just— that's my testimony— give me God. People are running after being a celebrity. They want to be a fan favorite. Glory to God. They want likes and clicks. Glory to God. They post a picture and can't even sleep at night trying to check their phone to see who liked that picture. Man, later for that. Just give me God. You got to set God— hear me— as the priority in your life. I need you to hear me tonight. Glory to God. Just give me God. That's what we want. That's what we need. That's what we desire. And so tonight, this, this lesson is going to help us get around the novelty of God— watch this— in today's culture. Because in today's culture, what we've done— hear me— we've made God a novelty. Oh, we, oh, we, oh, we, we have made God a novelty. And you know what novelty items are? They're temporary. They come, they go. Glory to God. We've made God a novelty. And God says, no, I cannot be a novelty. Watch this. God says, I want to be real to Just, just— oh my God, as you desire God, I just heard this. God says to tell you, you have access to him. You have access to him. You have access to him. You, you got that access through worship. Worship is the thing that opens up the relationship. Let's go to Isaiah 65:1. Because I want to get in his word. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Hallelujah. We need to know him for real. Novelties are fake items. Novelties are things that remind us of where we've been. Come on. So if you go to one of my favorite places, I proposed to my wife in Disney. Uh, I, I take my family to Disney every year at Thanksgiving. Glory to God. We spend a whole week there. I love Orlando. It's one of my favorite places. Now, because I love to play golf, Florida has the best golf courses. I have shirts, I have flags, I have a lot of novelty items that remind me of my trips. They remind me of where I've been. See, God is not in your life to remind you of history with him. God is progressive. So God is constantly trying to progress you into the next place, the next dimension of living in him. Obo an a. Shabando robo koshyai. He wants you to walk out his plan in your life. And so that comes again through relationship. Isaiah 65:1, let's go. Let's go, let's do it. Glory to the name of God. Isaiah 65:1, he says, I reveal myself— listen to this— to those who did not ask for me. Wait a minute, I was found by those who did not seek me. So watch this now, this is how God becomes trendy. Watch this. This is what— how God becomes a novelty, where people meet God and never get to know him. Remember last week I talked a little about that? You can meet somebody and not know them. In order to know someone, you got to spend time with them. So he says, I reveal myself to those who did not ask for me. And I was found by those that didn't seek me. So God can become an item of interest for people, and he— God can be revealed to them in a church service, in a setting. Gifts can be revealed to them. Oh boy, hallelujah, hallelujah! And people can bump into God and they can make him a casual occurrence. You know, kind of like what most people do on Sunday. They show up at church to bump into God, and they don't spend any time with God after church is over. That's a problem, people. That's a problem, good people. Glory to God. I'm telling you right now, because in this society, I need you to be clear that God has become a novelty for many people. But that doesn't need to be your testimony. See, and by that I'm saying he's a symbol to some people. You ask most people, do they believe in God? They'll say yeah. Ask them, do they know God? They'll say, yeah, and some of them gonna be lying because they don't know him. They just met him. He's just a novelty. Y'all ain't got to talk to me here. Oh my God. So, good God, they have a symbolism of God, a religious approach to God without power, without authority. They just again bumped into it. They stumbled upon him. And because teachers and the people with the mic in their hand have refused to— and I posted something to this extent today, a message I was teaching about leaders need to either be— they need to be a conducer and abandon being a seducer. See, there are some seducers. A seducer pulls you into himself. A conducer pulls you through himself or herself to God. But ministry has become so iconolistic, people view you as stockholders— hear me— and shareholders. Glory to God. To keep their business functional. I'll say that again. Most leaders— whoo-wee! That— yeah, yeah, I get it. Oh boy, glory to God. I know, and this is going to hit some of your favorite popular preachers, but I'm sorry, but you're a number and you're a stockholder and a shareholder to help them keep their business open, and they don't view you as a soul. They don't view you as a gift. I was sitting in— I was in a meeting today, you know. I'm always ministering and feeding, and the Lord spoke to me last night and said, you need to go in and eat. And I didn't know where I was going to go, but something popped up in my newsfeed. I had never been to this place before. Uh, this— there's a church in, in our area led by an apostle. He's having a conference. I don't know none of the people on the conference. I text one of my spiritual sons, Apostle Brandon. I told Felicia, I said, Apostle probably knows some of the people that's preaching. Let me see who these people are. It didn't matter because God had already told me I needed to go and eat, right? So Apostle knew one of the people on the flyer. I said, okay, well, he validated, said, yeah, they're good, Apostle. And I know I got to do better, all right, about fellowshipping with people in my city. But sometimes, man, let me just tell you something, preachers make me sick. And yes, because they're lukewarm. God said, if you lukewarm, I'll spew you out of my mouth. Some of these people are not serious. In other words, long story short, I'm sitting there, we're in the class today, God's teaching a powerful message on kingdom business and billionaires in the body. Powerful word. Y'all know already he was talking my language, right? So after the thing, there was a break. So I'm sitting there talking to everybody at the table. And God started using me. I started ministering, prophesying to people. These people trying to get my number and all this stuff. I'm like, man, these people gonna put you all out this church trying to find out where I'm at. The reality is I'm sitting there talking to them, they're saying there's stuff locked up in— and one of the ladies just said, look, I've been to all these mega churches in Atlanta and I got all this stuff locked up in me and I'm frustrated. I need to go somewhere and sit down with an apostle that's going to stir this stuff up in me. Me. And she said, I know, could I need to be connected to you? So I gave her the church information and, and told her how to follow me, all of that stuff. She may be on here tonight, I don't know. The reality is, God, hallelujah, doesn't want you to just be looked at as a stockholder and shareholder. You are a gift. There's something in you that's got to come forth. Glory to God. And you're not just designed to just run around here and bump into God. Come on. And have these casual experiences, these superficial acknowledgments of God. Because you know what? The superficial acknowledgments of God that people give, no matter how much you say God's name on social media and how you say his name during the day If it's superficial, it has no deep substance that comes from relationship. Here it is: it does not yield lasting spiritual results for you or the people you are assigned to. I need y'all to hear me tonight. Let me just calm down because I'm a little excited. There are people you assigned to, they need what's in you. And you cannot afford to have a novelty relationship with God. Hear me. Glory to God. We need to dig and go deeper than we've ever been. Are y'all hearing this? So God is not interested— hear me— he's not interested, according to this text in Isaiah, he's not interested in being a mere concept or trend in your life. No, he's not interested in being a poster boy for your life. He wants to know you. He's imminent, he's transcendent, he wants to know you. And guess what? That kind of relationship goes beyond history, where you've been. And watch this, it goes beyond mere recognition. Listen, and I'm gonna say this, don't move to my next point. God can never be recognized. Hear me, he has to be revealed. Oh, I'm gonna say that again. God can never be recognized. He has to be revealed. See, we try— because he's a novelty to most people, they try to recognize him in stuff. And watch this, they could see something that don't quite look like what they do or their approach to God, and they'll say, "That ain't God," as if God is limited to their box. Y'all ain't got to talk to me here. I'll tell you, God is so much bigger than what we think and what we know. The Bible said we'll be ever learning and coming into the knowledge of truth. Learning is one thing we're going to take to heaven. You can't box God in. And when you know him, you understand that he's not limited to how you think things ought to be done. So we got to get past just mere trying, merely trying to recognize God, and he needs to be revealed. I'm telling you, as we go into 2025, and I'm telling you right now, you better start getting ready now. 'Cause look, if you don't make changes now, and you can make all the declarations, all the, you can hear people gonna say 25 is gonna be the year this, it's gonna be the year that. But if you don't change, you're gonna have the same kind of year you've been having for the last decade. You got to internally make a transition, and then you gotta have a paradigm shift in your spirit and your mind. Hear me, you need a paradigm shift in your spirit and your mind that takes you to another level so that— watch this— the things that are going to present itself to us in 2025, things with the economy, they're going to be things with jobs, it's going to be some turbulence, man, in that first quarter. And you better find yourself with a real revelation of God. He cannot be a novelty. Hear me. Let me move on. Let me move on. Go to Matthew 15:8. I just want to show you real quick, glory to God, the problem— hear me— with superficial Christians. I'm telling you right now, y'all, it's a problem, man. It's a problem. Superficial Christians, it's an issue. And I'm telling you, we got a lot of that crap going on in the body of Christ right now, and we need to expose it because we got worldly people looking at that saying, I don't want no parts of that, because people are looking for realness. They're looking for God for real. Watch this, Matthew 15:8. He said, these people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Oh my God, a lot of that going on, and that's a problem to honor God with your mouth and your heart is far from him. Oh my God, he said, they honor me with their lips but their heart is far from me. I don't want this to be your testimony, okay? Because there are a lot of people on this planet that claim to know God, all right? They have fallen in love with the personality of God. God, right? We're talking about personality versus presence tonight, and the persona of God that's been presented to them. But the true substance of relationship and commitment and loyalty to God is absent. Oh boy, it's absent. People go around in circles like the children of Israel, looking for God, trying to figure out God's will. Do you realize that the Israelites could have went into the promise in 12 days? It took them 40 years. 40, 40 whole years. Maybe the delays in your life is because you keep going around the circle of the personality of God, and you really haven't taken the time to get to know him. Ooh-wee, for real. Listen, confession and worship without transformation— hear this— is empty. You could look like a good Christian, and guess what? God ain't never called you to be a good Christian anyway. God called you to be a kingdom citizen. He called you to be family. He called you to be his son, his daughter, to know him for real. But all that lip service, all that dancing and crying and rolling in the floor, it's empty. Hear me, without transformation. Somebody asked me, well, I went to church and everybody was dancing, and they said, I saw all kind of lifestyles dancing. I saw— the guy was telling me, he said, look, I went to this church, I even saw a trans person dancing and praising God. I saw homosexuals, I saw lesbians, I saw people doing all kind of stuff. And I knew— and he said, I even knew some of my family members there, they weren't right, but they was just going through these motions. Because watch this, praise and worship is different. Anybody can praise God. The Bible said let everything that has breath praise. And this is what I said to him, I said, but them that worship have to worship in spirit and in truth. Worship comes out of the heart. And so the reality is That dancing without transformation, what makes it empty is that when those people leave the church— and I'm not against dancing, I am as Pentecostal as there will ever be. I am a classical Pentecostal. I grew up in a Pentecostal church. I will outshout any of you, but I understand that praise is the vehicle that gets me to the place called worship. Glory to God. It's not meant for me to buck and stay there. Most people go to church, they're looking for that bump, they're looking for that buck, they're looking for that Hammond organ to get going and those drums to get going. And that's fine, but we can't get stuck there. That's only a vehicle designed to get us to worship. My God, glory to God. You got to understand, the Bible declares that we worship in spirit and in truth. So I can't worship God if I don't know God. We brought that out last week. And you can't worship God without a sacrifice. We brought that out last week. It don't require that to pray. So anybody can praise, and everybody should praise. Like Pastor Jasper just commented, glory to God, everybody is commanded to give God glory and praise. All right, so The reality is, and I want you to hear me, God is dissatisfied. Jesus said this out of his mouth in Matthew 15. It's— he said dissatisfied with superficial worship and empty confessions and empty dancing. God desires a real relationship that could transform our heart and transform our life, man. My God, I got to get out of here, man. Oh, thank you, Lord. I'm, I'm gonna give you this last point. I'm not, I'm not through, but I'm just gonna stop. Go to James 2:19. I'll finish this later. Glory to God. Go to James 2:19 because I don't want to hold you. Glory to God. We got 5 o'clock in the prayer, prayer in the morning for our leaders. We're on a fast. Glory to God. And I don't want to keep you longer than I have to tonight. Glory to God. Glory to God. James 2:19. Here, here's— hear this intelligence. It says, you believe that there is one God, good. Even the demons believe that and shudder. I love Apostle Jay. James said, look, you believe that there is one God, good. He said, but the devil also believes that and reverences him. Okay, here we go. So this is saying to us that God desires more than mere acknowledgement. Remember? Yeah, I hear God. God told me to tell you the beginning that you have access to him. Oh, but he just told me to say to you, you have access to me, but do I have access to you? God wants more than mere acknowledgement. He wants to give you access, and he wants access to your life. And this is part of the reason, family, many people— hear me— don't want to truly worship. You know why? Because they don't want to give God access for real. Oh, they just want the novelty. See, the novelty is not the real thing. Gloria, I'm in my studio right now and I got a flag over there from the Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club. Now I've had the privilege of playing that course several times And that was an honor, that was favor. One of the times I went to play, my wife gave it to me as a birthday gift. What an amazing birthday gift. Glory to God. I got to play where— I played where pros play a lot, but that's where they play the champ. That's Super Bowl of golf, right? I got a flag right over there that says that I've been there. No matter how much I look at that flag, glory to God, I have to wait for invitation to go back. I can't just go there because the club is for pros. It's super private. Glory to the name of God. I have to get the favor to go. It's a novelty. Listen, listen, hear me. You can't be so preoccupied with preoccupied with history that you miss destiny. You can't be so preoccupied with what you experienced in the past that you miss— hear me— what's coming in the future. Woo! Ah! Semantite bekosia! Some of you can't move into the future because you are bound by history. Oh God. And God says you got to forget those things which are behind. The word forget is a Greek word, epilophomai in Greek, which means to extrapolate it from your existence, to move forward as if it never happened. So some of you are locked in the history— watch this— and that is not isolated to failure. That scripture in Philippians 3 is referring to— hear me— it's referring to past victories and past failure. Now you can use your past victory for testimony, but you can't get stuck in that. And some of you have heard me give testimonies about things that have happened in my history in the supernatural in the past and things I've seen. But you know what? I see the supernatural every day because I'm not living in that. I want new mercies every morning, for they are new every morning, new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness, O Lord, great is thy faithfulness, for they are new Every morning, new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness, oh Lord, great is thy faithfulness. Listen, it's new every day, so you can't get stuck in what was, in your past experience. I can't get stuck in that tour championship Flag. I've been there, but I want to go again. Glory to God. And I'm believing God, I'm gonna get to go a lot more times. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Oh boy. For they are new. Good God. Every morning. Hashianda Labakaya. New. Every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. Faithfulness. I need you to believe that. Oh Lord, great is thy faithfulness. I got to move, I got to move. So God doesn't want just acknowledgement, all right? He desires more. He, he knows you believe that he's real. He knows that. But James said even the devil knows he's real. Are you hearing this? And even the devil Reverences God. My God, my God. And some people try to say, oh, I acknowledge there's a higher power, and they try to take his name and his ability out of it. Listen, let me tell you something. When you know him, because names are important, you know his name. Glory to God. You know his name. Glory to the name of God. You know the names that represent him. When you know him, he introduces himself to you by name. God. So I'm closing. Belief alone is not enough. He said, I know you believe there's one God, right? So this text is eating us alive, man. Belief alone is not enough. But God— here it is— he requires wholehearted honor, devotion, worship, and commitment to him so you can find and discover his presence. Remember, God cannot just be recognized, he has to be revealed. Worship opens the portal so God can Reveal himself. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Are y'all with me tonight? I pray, I pray you have received— I'm done. Glory to God. This word tonight, I'm stopping. I'm not finished. I'm gonna finish this up on Sunday. But listen, I need you to understand something. God wants to show you your next. That's good. Prophetess Cargill, settling or doing whatever you settle or doing the media will always cause you to miss the ultimate. That's so true. That's so true. So you can't settle for the past, you can't settle for what's going on. So because you will miss the future playing around with that, forgetting those things which are behind, reaching to what's ahead. Paul said, I press. The enemy doesn't want you to do it, so you got to press. He's gonna send everything to stop you from reaching beyond your yesterday, and he will even get in your head and make you think it's okay to compromise and not press forward. Glory to God. I love y'all. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, oh my God, I thank you. Oh Jesus, I thank you tonight. You're so good. You're so good. He's a good Father. Y'all know that. I mean, do y'all really understand that this man really is A good, good, good Father. Father, we love you and we thank you, dear God, for your mercy, your grace. We thank you for your favor. I thank you for every person, God, that's under the sound of my voice. I give you praise, I give you glory. God, let this word land on the good ground of our heart that we may we reap it in due season if we faint not. Even the prophetic word, let it resound in our spirit. And Father, I pray that your glory will be revealed in us, through us, and upon us, and that you will do great things in our life. I thank you for great and mighty things that you'll perform on our behalf and in our midst, and we give you praise for it, and We give you glory for it in the mighty name of Jesus. Perhaps there's someone watching that's not saved, or maybe they're backslidden. God, save them tonight in Jesus' name. Amen. Listen, maybe you are watching and you're not born again, or you're listening to this podcast, or you bumped into this video and you want God to be more than a novelty. Or maybe you're here and you know your relationship with God has not been as tight as it should. You've been skimping on worship, skimping on studying. You've been skimping— oh God— on prayer. God says he wants to restore your relationship and bring you close to him on Maybe all God has ever been to you is a novelty. You went to church, you joined church, but you never really got to know him. He's real. If you're in any of those categories, pray with me tonight. Say this with me. Say, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, say, I repent of my sin. And I confess I have missed the mark. I am a sinner. I repent, God. Come into my life and live in me. Say, Father, I desire real relationship. I desire to dwell in your presence. Say, Father, I declare that I love to pray. I love to worship. I love to study the word. Say, I decree and declare, glory to God, hallelujah, that I don't get tired or grow weary when I pray, when I study, when I worship. Say, God, I'm your son, I'm your daughter, and I receive all of you now. Help me to grow and know you the more. In Jesus' name, amen and amen. I'm telling you, testimonies are coming in. People who are giving to this cause are being blessed and supernaturally natural provision is opening up in their lives. My daughter, uh, Prophetess Cargill, planted a seed of $500 yesterday toward the vision. Bam! Just in 24 hours, God tripled that seed and it came back as $1,500. I'm telling you, and, and I, and I said when we was talking that God was going to accelerate the harvest when we prioritize him above— oh my God— our own way of doing things. We got to put God first. See, you ain't got enough anyway to take care of anything, so you have to take what you have and turn it into what you need. So the ways to give are scrolling at the bottom of the screen. And tonight, I believe that those of you that are listening to me under the sound of my voice I know some people already gone because people don't like this part. Glory to God, but it's okay.
