Dominion Leadership | Dr. Mike Woods, Sr | Radah Church (Live From LA)

In this live teaching, Dr. Mike Woods (Dr. Mike Woods, Sr) presents a comprehensive framework for "Dominion Leadership" rooted in biblical principles and practical application. He begins by defining leadership as the ability to influence followers, quoting Bishop J.O. Patterson to stress that influence—not position—is the core of true leadership. Woods then outlines three prerequisite leadership domains that must be embraced before progressing through his five‑dimensional model: (1) Individual leadership – mastering self‑discipline and personal weakness; (2) Divine leadership – submitting fully to God’s authority and allowing Him to assess and guide one’s life; and (3) Subjective leadership – humbly submitting to peers and even younger believers for mutual growth. The core of the teaching is the five levels of leadership development: 1. Position – followers obey because of formal authority; 2. Permission – followers grant influence through relational trust; 3. Production – followers stay because they see tangible results; 4. People Development – leaders reproduce themselves in others, creating lasting legacy; 5. Pinnacle – leaders earn respect and reverence that draws people voluntarily. Woods then introduces two “master lessons of life.” The first, the Science of Achievement, emphasizes a clear vision, a concrete plan, and a four‑wall structure that supports success: strategic planning, social networking, solid structural systems, and a spiritual foundation. The second, the Art of Fulfillment, stresses joy in the process, purpose‑driven motivation, and finding satisfaction even amid setbacks. Each wall is unpacked: the Strategic Wall requires deliberate, perspective‑driven planning; the Social Wall builds leverage, loyalty, and networks; the Structural Wall provides credit, systems, and resilience; the Spiritual Wall fuels passion for God, divine authority (exousia), and power that transcends worldly obstacles. Woods connects these concepts to personal purpose, invoking the biblical dominion mandate (Genesis 1:28) and the mission of Rhoda Church to help believers discover and deploy their dominion purpose. He shares practical entrepreneurial anecdotes—such as funding a 19‑year‑old’s car‑flipping venture and the financial mechanics of that deal—to illustrate how purpose‑aligned investment yields multiplication. He also details a publishing strategy for his upcoming book The Chronicles of a Cheater, describing distribution channels, marketing plans, and the intended impact. Overall, the session blends theological exposition, leadership theory, and real‑world business examples to equip believers to lead with influence, produce results, develop others, and ultimately attain the pinnacle of respect rooted in God‑centered purpose.
Chapters
And I am extremely excited to be able to teach about leadership. Leadership is one of the most important substratum for a believer. God has created us actually to lead. Ultimately, he is a leader, so he wants us to be an expression of what he is. Leadership— and I want you to write this down, guys— leadership is the ability to influence followers. If you're not influencing followers, you're not a leader. I heard the late Bishop J.O. Patterson say this years ago. He said, a leader— a man without— that claims he's a leader and doesn't have followers is just a man taking a walk. So leadership is the ability to influence people to follow. Not to force them to follow. Amen. But to influence them through your ability to lead, to follow you. So the first thing I want to do, guys, before we get into the 5 dimensions, there's some things that I think are really important to help us understand that. The first— there's some areas of leadership you have to embrace to even flow through these 5 dimensions of leadership. The first one is individual leadership. Individual leadership. This means you choose to get out of your own way and you choose to make the decisions to be better. The hardest person to lead is you. Because you know you, you know your idiosyncrasies, you know your lack of discipline in every area, you know your weaknesses, and you have to develop an individual leadership that says, I'm going to be better right here. Hallelujah. And part of having— being a strong individual leader means that I have identified within me— you hear this— where I need strength. Where I need help, and I'm not too arrogant to say it. So I see where— I see the need and I make the changes. Y'all hear? That's individual leadership. The second area of leadership, before we get these 5 dimensions you have to embrace, is divine leadership. Divine leadership, guys, is being led of God. Amen. The Bible says, for without faith it is impossible to please God. Hebrews 11:6, for he who cometh to God must first believe that he is. Hallelujah. And that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. So I gotta seek him out so I'm submissive to his will. So this is how I know I'm submissive to God. What's the first, first thing that happens when I get submitted to God's will? The first thing I need to do is understand that he is going to assess where I am, which means he's gonna, he's gonna expose exactly who I am and where I am. Lift your hands and say, Lord, you have access to me. See, when you believe who he is, you believe what he tells you about yourself. Are you hearing this? You believe what he says to you about you. Yes, yes, because you believe that he is. So you have access to me. The other thing that happens in divine leadership is this: is that when you give him access, you allow him control. Yeah, that's good. You're saying, God, whatever you say goes. Yes. Amen. Not, I'm gonna let you lead me on Monday and I'm gonna do what I want to do Tuesday. I gotta diligently seek him in a way that I know him. I know He's not going to lead me astray. Yes. And let him have full control. Yes. Somebody said full control. Full control. Okay, so that's divine leadership, which means you gotta let God have full authority in your life. Here's the final one, which is subjective leadership. Subjective leadership. This is one that a lot of people struggle with, guys. And I'll tell you why. Because it means you have to subject yourself to other people. Amen. Maybe even your peers that can lead you in an area that you may be weak in. Right. Amen. Okay. Iron sharpens iron. Very good. Listen, a lot of times we're looking for leadership up here. Yes, right. And leadership is not always up here. Yeah, true. Listen, my, my son Alexander Michael Woods is 9 years old. When I tell you, through subjective leadership, yes sir, I've learned some valuable things from that kid because I believe I can learn from anybody. And I believe that even in his 9-year-old mind, God can speak to him. Yes. And give him things to say to me that I can subjugate myself to. Yes, yes. Are y'all hearing that? Subjective leadership is hard because everybody wants to be the boss. Yeah. And a lot of times when we subjugate ourselves to other people, we feel like I'm not the boss anymore. But one of the things that happen in organizations and churches and corporations that make the corporation successful— yes, sir— is that the CEO understands I have to give my team leaders and my managers and my supervisors the freedom to carry out the vision and lead. Yes, yes, yes. It will stress out the head person. When there's not subjective leadership among the people. And you can't be so haughty, listen, that you're not willing to learn from another. Yes. All right, so we're going to talk about these 5 levels of— these 5 levels or 5 dimensions of leadership. Let's start with number 1. All right, the first one— and you go to the next slide, brother. I jump past all that, so we'll start right here. Level 1 is the position level. Somebody say position. Position. Position. Okay, at this level, amen, people follow you because you have a right to tell them to follow you. This is the lowest level. Because guess what? Having a position doesn't necessarily make you a leader, right? You can have a position and not be a leader. Yeah, are y'all listening? This level right here People follow you because you're their boss. They do what you say because they're going to get a paycheck for doing it. They do it, do what you say because they feel like they're going to reap some benefit from it because of your position. As Apostle Campbell is the presiding prelate of an organization, you will have men that will approach him because of his position. And they'll, they'll serve at the surface to get involved because of his position, because he has the authority to make them a bishop, to put them over territory. So if they desire that, they will only serve to the extent to get what they need. But their loyalty will only be to the position, positional level. Y'all hear? And because if he doesn't give him the position, the loyalty would be compromised. Are y'all here? Yeah, good teaching. Listen, leadership is not a noun, it's a verb. It's action. You're doing something. It's not just sitting in a position. Most of the companies I've gone to to teach this I could tell the positional leadership company, because when you're leaving out the door at 5 o'clock, people are packing up their stuff quickly. Their cars are crunk by 5:01 because they're only there serving the company because they get a paycheck. Most of these companies, you can walk by somebody on the computer, they're on social media. Because they're only loyal to the position that the person in authority has. So you have to grow from this place. All right, guys, you got to grow from this place in a way that you can actually— hallelujah— that you can actually, guys, be effective beyond saying I got a title. Yes, yes, titles don't make you. And I— that's why I don't even like nowadays to put the word apostle in front of my name. I agree, likewise. You look at my stuff, my Facebook, I don't have Apostle Michael Williams on there. Yes. I do the work of an apostle, even though that's what I was affirmed. That's my ministry office. I don't want to flaunt that title because I don't want people to gravitate me to me for the title, right? The position, the work. People are hungry for titles when you really should be hungry to become a leader. Glory to God. All right, level number 2. I love this level. It's the permission level. Okay, so level number 1 was all about rights. People follow you and you lead because you have a right to lead because of the position. It doesn't mean you're a leader, but they follow because of rights. This permission level is relationships. Amen. People get on this level and they say, okay, you've moved up, I give you permission to leave me because I trust you. Yes, yes, yes. Because you are relational with me. Yes. Because you've chosen to take what I'm interested in as your interest. Amen. And so I give you permission to influence me. I will follow you. Yes, yes, sir. Are y'all here? Yeah. Now listen to this. People at this level, when they give you that permission, you got to understand something. Because they gave it to you, they can take it back. And so many do it. Yes, because this too is a dangerous level. Yeah, because if the relationship shifts their loyalty, their dedication to your leadership changes. If you say, 'I'mma fire you,' or 'I'm gonna put you on probation,' or 'I'm gonna sit you down,' the permissions change. Because you're no longer doing what I want you to do. So You have to get beyond the level where people are following because they want to and because they have to. Oh boy. Next slide, number 3. Yes sir, this, this is the production level. Thank you, Lord. This is where— oh boy— people are seeing results in their life. It's the results level. They're seeing results from your leadership. The things that you're teaching them, the things that you're showing them are producing results in their life. This young lady just gave him testimony of some results from Apostle's leadership in her life. And at the end of the day, this is, this is production. And a good leader, when he graduates to this dimension He concentrates on producing. He wants you to see results and not just hear. Now, I'm inclined to believe that there are some leaders that want just listen— you to listen to them and not really do what they say. That's a waste of time for me. Yeah, if I'm teaching you something, yes. Are y'all here? Yeah. And you learning and you really don't ever go do it. Come on, come on, Pastor! I should have never opened my mouth, right? Because you should take information and apply it. Do it. Nike said it, just do it. You know, we get like fat pigs. Yeah, on information and revelation. Most Christians watch Christian TV all day and they fill it up on information. They're on social media, listen to everybody's life. Yeah, I was, uh, I, I do lives quite often. I haven't done a lot, probably in about— I think the first time I went live last night was about 3 weeks. But, uh, usually when I'm doing them consistently, I'm doing them consistently. And there's a lot— there's some people that follow me consistently, so I see them. But you can see these same people all over everybody's life, all day long. I'm looking at notifications where they sharing such and such live with me. I'm like, what are you doing all day? Yeah, yeah, yeah, that you ain't got nothing else to do but sit here and listen to somebody talking in front of their phone. Yeah, take some of the stuff you getting and go and produce something, do something with it. I mean, you don't like this to me, now you sharing Brian Keith Williams, Bishop Jakes, Noel Jones, you sharing everybody's stuff with me. You ain't doing nothing with none of it. And I'm the leader that wants you not to just hear me, I want you to produce something. Because if you take what I teach you and produce something, you're never going to forget me. Y'all ain't got to say nothing. A leader that teaches production and helps people get to the top will always be remembered. Listen, when you teach people how to do what you do and do it better, they'll never forget you. That's why I train other apostles to do what I do better. They'll never forget me because I teach them everything I know. Are y'all here? Amen. You got— you can't be ashamed to be a person that's trying to move toward production, because when you get here— next slide— you're halfway to the top. Amen. Next slide, man of God. Level 4. Hallelujah. Wake up, everybody. There we go. No, that's not— that's not— that's The slide is wrong, y'all, so don't look at that. That's permission. Permission. That's, that's me doing that at 3:00 in the morning. Permission. Okay, you know what? That's not permission. We're on number 4, right? Yes. I'm sorry, y'all counted to about 3:00 in the morning working. Amen. 1 hour when And one eye closed. All right, people development. This is the stage where you're developing people to be leaders themselves. Yes, yes, yes. All right, are you listening to this? Yes, sir. Just put this in my hand. Listen. You at this level, you're teaching reproduction. Amen. Now people have the ability to reproduce in others what you're teaching them. All right, y'all here? Yeah. See, when you got this kind of thing happening, well, you're reproducing yourself in other people. It creates longevity. Yes, watch the leadership style of Jesus. Jesus says, these things I have done, right? Greater works you shall do also because I go to my Father. Yes. Are y'all here? Yeah. He said, I've done this, but you're gonna do greater. How are you gonna do great? Because I'm gonna reproduce myself in the 12. That's good, that's good. He's— that's what he did. He reproduced himself in them, and the 12 turned around and started reproducing other leaders like them, which gave birth to what we know as the church. You got to have reproduction. You got to have people with your DNA, with your spirit. If you want to have a strong department, if you want to have a strong home, a strong church, you have to reproduce people like you, cuz they'll carry your heart. They'll do things as if you do. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Number 5 is the pinnacle. Yes, sir! Pinnacle. This is the respect level. Yes, sir. Respect level. Come on, sir. Now watch this. I learned these principles from John Maxwell. Yes, sir. Yes, yes. But I teach them better. Let me tell you something, because I understand that respect equals glory. Yeah, and we just read last night that God has crowned us with glory and honor. Yeah, when you reach the pinnacle of your leadership development, people respect you because of the glory that's on your life, right? They respect you because the God they see in you. Yeah, and they keep coming not because they have to, but because they respect you. Yes, very good. They show up to do their job because they respect. Yes, come on, Pastor. So this is what we're working for— leadership respect, not only in the church but even when we go into the world, that we're respected by people in the world who can see the dominion leadership mandate on our life. Yeah, are y'all here? Amen. So those are the 5 dimensions of leadership: position, permission, production, people development, and the pinnacle. Amen. You want to produce that pinnacle because you want God to be glorified through your leadership. That's, that's where we're going. Yes, sir. That's where God wants to take us. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Wonderful Savior. Hallelujah. Amen. All right, now let me show you something. Next slide, brother. I want to show you two master lessons of life, all right? Because those dimensions don't matter if your— the goal of your leadership is not these two things. While we're trying to reach the pinnacle, we're trying to reach it so we can reach these lessons. The first one is the science of achievement. Yes, sir. What is that? That's going from where you are to where you want to be. Are y'all here? And we talked about constipation in the last session, being stuck. Leadership is the vehicle that moves us. From our present state to our desired state. Yeah, all right. If you're going to achieve, it requires a plan. Yes, sir. And we talked about there in the last session, a massive action plan. But moreover, it also requires vision. Yeah, write the vision, make it plain, and make it plain. Upon tables that when you read it, you can run with it. So let's, let's do that. So, so I gotta commit my vision to paper. Yes. How many of you have a vision wrote down? Yes. Yes. Okay, if you don't, you need to do it today. Write down your vision. Write down your life plan and make it clear. Yes. So when you read it, you know exactly what you're doing. All right, not only does it require a plan, it requires a specific strategy. Matter of fact, you have to, you have to build a life that's going to achieve. It has to have 4 walls. Let me give you these 4 walls real quick. Y'all got this? Okay, let's get this on. Lord, y'all bear with me. Yes, sir. Yes, yes, yes. Y'all learning something? Oh yeah, I'm being blessed teaching. Yes, sir. Okay, you got to build build a life with 4 walls. Wall number 1, you got to build a life that has a strategy. Yes, yes, yes. What does that involve? That involved one deliberate plans that are designed to produce results. So plans— strategy cannot happen. We talked about this in the last session without purpose. Okay. Watch this. Strategy cannot happen without perspective. Okay, perspective is how you see things. Yes, yes, sir. Your vantage point. As you grow as a leader, your perspective changes. Yes, yes, yes. How you look at things shifts. Yes, yes. So if you're going to achieve, you got to have a life strategy that has a perspective of success. How many want to be successful? You got to want success. You got to have a perspective that says millionaire. We talked about that last class. You have a perspective that says, I want a happy marriage. So you're— all of your strategy is connected to what you see. And a lot of times we need to be deprogrammed from that perspective because a lot of times what's been modeled to us is bad marriages. Yeah, we grew up watching people fight and argue all the time. Are y'all here? So we don't feel like it's possible for us to have a successful relationship, right? But God says you gotta change your perspective, how you see things. Amen. All right, so here's— that's wall number 1. Okay, here's wall number 2: you need a life that's social. Amen. Okay, you can't be an effective leader and achieve at high levels. Yes, being an introvert. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Being socially challenged. Yes. You got to be willing to socialize. Yeah, man. You got to be willing to meet people. Yeah, man. You got to be social. Yes. I was talking to a pastor And I said to him, I said, man, have you set up a Facebook page for your church? No, man, I ain't doing all that Facebook stuff. Yeah, okay, you need to be social, sir. I said, I said that, do you have a Twitter page for yourself? Are you building a brand? Do people know who you are? Listen, that's where people are. So you got to connect with the people you want to reach. And what social skills do They create number one, leverage. Leverage means you have the ability to build success through the relationship. Amen. I explained that, how prophetically I ministered to T.I., right? And now what we're doing forward I'm leveraging off of that relationship. But if I was antisocial, that never would have happened. You can't be afraid to talk to people. And some of you don't realize that the Holy Ghost is a talker. Yeah, he's not shy. Are y'all here? The Holy Spirit is not shy. He's social. He's going to speak. Hallelujah. So he never meets a stranger because he created everybody. So if you got to be effective, you got to have a life with 4 walls. You got— and that social is going to create leverage. Watch this, it also creates loyalty. Wow, loyalty. When you have strong social relationships, those people become loyal to your cause. Cuz you got some people that will follow you as long as you address their cause. Y'all not here. You know, there's some people that follows the preacher that says it's okay to be gay because that's their cause, and they want to hear it's okay to be gay, so they going to follow that guy Because his cause is, yeah, it's okay to be a lesbian, right? It's okay to be a homosexual. Yes, sir. It's okay to be a homewrecker. This super grace message, you're already forgiven, right? Yeah. So they're going to follow that guy because their loyalty is to their cause. The moment he gets a revelation that he's wrong and stands up and say it's not okay to be gay. Y'all not saying nothing. It's not okay to be a lesbian. It's not okay to be a, a, a whore monger. Guess what's going to happen? They're going to go find somebody else that stands for their cause. Oh yes, cuz people will follow you as long as you're— you don't want them kind of folk. No sir, you want strong social relationships that induces a loyalty that says, I'm so glad you're my leader. And no matter what happens, I'm down with you like 4 flat tires. I'm your bottom rider, and no matter what we go through, we're connected at the hip and we're in this together. Come here, Ludacris. You move, I move, just like that, because we're down together. Are y'all listening? You need loyal people. That's why you got to develop strong social skills, social relationship. Watch this. Good— a life with a social wall, watch this, it develops longevity. Yes, sir. It develops connections that never leave. Yes, sir. Listen, if you become social with your spouse, you'll never get a divorce. Come on now, talk to the person you live with. Yes, yes, yeah, yeah. I talk to married people all the time, and two things that most of them have in common these days: one, we don't have sex no more. Where they do that at? That's when you're supposed to be having sex. I mean, you need to have as much sex as you can because the older you get, that, that idea gets compromised. Y'all ain't got to say nothing. All they got— although they got some stuff to help you, but at the end of the day, the older you get, your kind of desires change with that. So you better be maximizing that moment. And then secondly, they don't talk. Right. You can't have a relationship that has longevity if you're— y'all not speaking. How can you live in the same house and never say good morning? Are y'all here? Okay. All right, here's the third wall, guys. Watch this. It's called the wall of structure. Structure, structure. Yeah, this building is a structure, right? It was built to stand against storm and rain and sleet and snow, even the strongest of winds, right? It's built to stand. You have to be some extra strong wind like a hurricane, Cat 5. That will be able to blow it down. You need structure in your life because you got good structure. Sometimes structure is better than money because if you got a good structure, when the problem come, you throw the structure at it. Yes, yes. And the structure will do what money can't do. Let me tell you something. There have been many times in my organization and in my church where I have had— listen to me— problems that we didn't have the money to solve, but the structure was there. Yeah, I had paid— I paid my bills on time. Structure. Y'all not saying nothing. Good credit is structure. Your credit is a reflection of your behavior. Are y'all here? And when you got good credit, when structure is in place and you lack resources, you throw the structure in it and get the money you need. Are y'all here? Somebody shout structure! So you need, you need a wall of structure that can withstand trouble. And you need to put people in your structure that you can depend on. You need to put people— you need to pull people from the social pool and the strategy pool who have proven that they'll be there and put them inside of your structure. Because watch this, the structure always produces protection. Protection. Protection. You're vulnerable without a structure. Yeah, I agree. Take the roof off of this building, we're vulnerable. If it starts raining, we're in trouble. All these thousands of dollars equipment will be ruined. Yes, because we change the structure. Yes, yes, yes. We have to be careful how we change structures. And systems, you know, because we can change the wrong thing. Yeah. And adversely affect a generation, right? Like, this is why this thing that Carlton Pearson is teaching— listen, it's a threat to structure. Yes, it is. Things that we have built the tenets of our faith upon. And when you threaten our structure in that way, to tell us there's no hell, you don't have to get saved, that's a threat to structure. So we have to defend the faith and fight for structure so that that has been delivered to us is protected. You got to have structure. Y'all have structure in your house? Listen, when you got structure in your house, watch this, not only does it protect your house, watch this, but it provides for your house. Yes, sir. You gotta have a structure that says I gotta work. Amen. Because if I don't work, I won't eat. A sure sign you got no structure is laziness. If you play PlayStation 4 all day, you have no structure. The developers of those games are rich and they depend on your lack of structure. To continue to get rich because you're going to keep spending $60 on the game. You, you think they ain't studied that formula I gave you on how to make a million dollars? Every time they sell a $60 game, they're buying into that number that gets them closer to their millions than they're doing. So they keep making games depending on your lack of structure because you want to play games and not be a provider. You teaching well, you teaching well. You need— your house will always be nasty if you don't have structure. Listen, whoremongers, hoes, yeah, have no structure. You know why? Because they resorted to the lowest thing to survive. They use what they got to get what they want. Are y'all here? Yeah, that's what hoes do. Y'all ain't got to say that. Did I offend somebody when I said ho? I'm sorry. Y'all know what a ho is. Come on, man. So structure brings purity. Purity. Amen. Jesus. It purifies the streams in your life. It gives you clear vision where you can see things transparently. When things are structured properly, you can understand them. You get a pure understanding of what it looks like. In the church, structure is important. Yeah, that's why I made the commitment and said, Lord, I wanted to put our church as a part of ICOC because the church itself needs that organizational structure. Because at the end of the day, it keeps everything clean. People can see the covering, they can see that there's authority, and they can see relationship. They see stability because of structure. Here's the last wall. Every leader needs a spiritual wall. Hallelujah! Last but certainly not least. I agree. First thing a spiritual wall does, it produces passion for God. Yes, Jesus. Passion for God. Listen, you're— if you're going to be an effective leader, you got to determine right now, I can't live without God. The same passion you have for food, you should have for God. When you was in the world, the passion you had for alcohol and drugs or sex, whatever your vice was, you should have the same passion for God. Yeah, I said, I want this ritual so strong then I'm not doing nothing before I talk to him. Listen, I don't do nothing in the mornings before I talk to God. I don't bathe, I don't brush my teeth, I don't do nothing. I wake up out of bed, roll out the bed, get on my face and talk to my daddy because I got a passion for him. Because if this wall collapse, none of this matters. That's so true. Everything else is going to die if this doesn't work. You know why? Why? Because he is my source. This spiritual oil not only produces passion, it gives me power. Power. Exousia power is authority. It gives me power when I walk in a boardroom. It gives me power when I walk into the world. It gives me power when I go to do a meeting with somebody that I really don't have favor with at the time, but the moment I walk in the room, things shift. Because I got a spiritual power that works through me that says God has showed up. And no matter what you say, God is here. And you need to give us faith in what we're about to accomplish. It gives you power to mean what you say and say what you mean. Somebody shout power! This is why you cannot sleep as a leader on developing your spiritual essence. I told y'all, teachers, listen, you better understand this. You need to tap into God in a way that you're never involved in the transaction. Amen. Listen, that, that's the story of my life. I had to learn to tap into him in a way that I'm never involved. Yeah. Yeah, and everything that happens for me, he does it. Yes, sir. Are you here? Yeah. Oh God, then when you go to apply for that, that, that, that building that you ain't involved, you ain't worried about whether they going to give it to you or not. They going to give it to you cuz God is there. Hallelujah. Cuz that spiritual wall is strong. You ain't worried about your credit when you go to buy something and you need the credit. If, if you've done everything you're supposed to do and you're working, you've done everything you can't. God says, you show up, I'm going to do what you can't. Glory to God! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Somebody shout power! Power! Shout it again! Shout power! The spiritual wall— and this is the last thing, glory to God— it's going to create praise. Praise. Watch this. First, I'm gonna say the least one first. It's gonna cause men who are not in your circle, who are not spiritual, to praise you. They won't know why, but they'll praise your works. But that only gives you an opportunity to turn the praise back to God, because this spiritual wall says it's not me. It's him, and he's worthy to be praised. Good God Almighty, when your spiritual wall is strong, what God will do is give you ridiculous blessings. He'll give you blessings that don't make no sense. He'll give you blessings that people will look at you and say, how did you get that? How did you come out of that? And you'll give God the glory, you'll give God praise. They'll wonder why you have so much joy, why you praise God so much. You just tell them it's a ridiculous praise because I've been ridiculously blessed. Please be seated if you can. The presence of the Lord is here. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Glory! Thank you for the victory today. Thank you. Yes, the presence of the Lord is in this place. We thank you, God. The presence Oh! Yes Lord— yes Father— yes please— yes God— we say yes to your will, God. Thank God for the Holy Ghost. Yes, listen, here's the second master lesson of life. Uh, push the spacebar for me, man of God. It's the art of fulfillment. The first one was the science of achievement. The second is the art of fulfillment. It means that however you're leading, whatever you're doing, you experience tremendous joy in the process. Listen, if you don't— if you're doing it and you don't have joy about it, maybe you shouldn't be doing it. Yes, Apostle. Yes, you shouldn't be forced to move in your purpose. When it's your purpose, you're happy, you're excited, you're enthused. Even when you haven't reached the final goal, you're so enthusiastic about getting there that you value every experience you go through along the way. Amen. Hallelujah. You can't count anything as naught. Yes, sir. Amen. Everything is important. The failures and the successes, everything. See, that's the art of fulfillment, is even being able to find fulfillment when you don't quite get it right, right? You get up, dust yourself off, and you keep going. That's the key, man. And you learn from it and you don't go back. Yes, sir. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You looking at somebody— I can hold up my hands and feet, man. I failed. Come on. I've made mistakes. Yes, Lord. But what makes me effective is I've learned from my mistakes. I choose to not repeat them. Amen. Listen, man, I have an amazing marriage. Yes, to a wonderful woman. Amen. Amen. And I lost that marriage. Wow. Being immature. Okay. Cheating. Wow. I'm right. I just finished up the distribution deals for my book. The book has been finished 3 years. Somebody asked me, was a book of business? Yes. And if you birth on that level, you would need good distribution. I didn't want to be the guy that had a book and had a garage or warehouse full of books. Yes, yes, yes. Y'all ain't saying nothing. In order to circumvent that, yes, if you're self-publishing, you have to ensure, hey, that you put all the distribution deals in place. So we finally got Amazon, we got Barnes Noble, we got 62.8% of the Walmart stores in America. Book this year. We're planning for— if we get one more thing we're working on for international distributor, we're going to release in July because we want this book to go to the New York Times bestseller list in the first week. So Walmart makes an order for 200,000 copies, we're there. So we wanted to do that. So we had— I have a publicist working on things things with, uh, trying to get me on shows and things of that nature. So we got a lot of that stuff in place. And so the book is going to do well. But the book is called The Chronicles of a Cheater. And so I talk about my life as a man that cheated. Wow. And I talk about how to be delivered, how to be free from it. I talk about what led me into it. People always ask the question, why me and cheat? I ask of that in detail. And so there's so many other books I got in my computer right now that's going to be released after this one, but we wanted to do this one right, get our name out there. We already got— if Steve Harvey is on the air by the time we release it, we're going to do his show. And at the end of the day, that book is going to be so, so, so exposed just from that one setting, right? Because what I'm gonna do while I'm on the show— watch this, what's the wisdom in this? I have to probably edit this out of this because I don't want them to know I'm gonna do this. But while I'm on— no, no, keep recording, but I'll edit it later. Listen, I'm, I'm going to really— I'm going to actually release the second book while I'm sitting there talking to him. And I'm going to tell them they can go to the website and buy it. It'll be up. Yes, on the website. Ready to go, ready to roll. And guess what we're going to call it? Wow. Think Like a Lady, Act Like a Lady. Wow. Yes, his book is Think Like a Lady, Act Like a Man. And while I'm sitting there talking to him, I'm going to talk about it. I'm saying it's impossible, right, okay, to think like a lady and act like a man. Think— what is it? Think like a man, act like a lady. It's impossible to do that because as a man thinks, so is he. So you can only think as what you are. So the book is in direct, uh, relation to what he wrote, but it's correcting a lot of error along the way. But I'm going to do it in such a nice way, I'm going to make him celebrate his rebuke. But what I'm saying to you is that I get fulfillment out of stuff like that, just planning to do it. Yes. And all of the things— and I, you know what, because I'm fulfilled, I'm not in a hurry. The book is done. I got copies of the book. I could have been selling. I could have brought it here and sold it. That's not the way. I'm not in a hurry. Yes. Because that's not the plan God gave. Yes. I said, you drop this and sell half a million copies at one time. Yes, yes, yes. And the game changes forever as an author. Yeah, you got people write a book, they got one book with 10 books that they ordered from the self-publishing people, right? And they say they're author. Yes, yes. But you ain't even sold them 10, right? Are you here? Yeah, it's a business. You gotta sell the Yes, yes. So that people can— because that's work, man. And when the Lord allowed me to work on that, I was like, man, this is amazing. You know, I look at the book every day. I'm tempted to go on Facebook, do a live, and send it. And I probably would sell it quick if I did that, but it wouldn't be in the abundance. Yeah. And it wouldn't set the precedent that it's going to set when it drops. Very good. So that's the heart of fulfillment. You have to be fulfilled in the process. Because when you have a product in your life that you're trying to produce— and I'm closing with this, guys— you know, you have to understand the product comes in stages. Yeah, I ain't got no room on this board, but I'm gonna try to write it without erasing. So can y'all see this little corner right here? We don't block this little cone out for this. So I'm just call this the product right here. It's at the end. The product is the end result. That's what you're trying to produce. All right. And as a leader, whatever the product and the vision and the team is, that's what you want to produce. Yes. Watch this. The earth is God's product. That's dominion. Amen. That's what he wants to produce. He declares the end from the beginning. I said again, he declares the end from the beginning. He tells a pastor, you're going to have 8,000 members. Then he says, back up and start in your living room with 5. Yeah, he declares the end from the beginning. He tells, he tells an entrepreneur, you're going to build a multi-billion dollar company. He says, back up and make an investment of $100. $100 and start building your business from the ground. Yeah, that's the product. That's where you're going. But you come back and you start here with purpose. We don't see this word a lot today, right? Yes, sir. It's important. It's important, man, to dominion. So this purpose says you got to determine why you want to pursue this product, because it's not going to be easy, right? You're going to be tempted to many times. You gotta determine the purpose, and it can't be money, right? Your reason why cannot be money, because if it's money, you'll find another way to make money that's not related to the product. That's easy. Yes, yes, that's good. You'll go get a job to keep from going through what you got to go through to get to that if your purpose is money. Yeah, so you got to find a bigger why. Yeah. My purpose is I want to build that homeless facility for those homeless people, so I need billions to do that. My purpose is I want to leave an inheritance to my children's children. I need billions to do that. I want to empower other entrepreneurs. I made a vow to God. I told God if he would position me to do $40 million a week— this is real gold— $40 million a week, that's $160 million a month. Amen. Oh God, it's $1.6 billion a year. Yes sir. Y'all listen to this. I said, if you do this for me, God, I'll take one week out of every month. Wow. I will line up real prophets and apostles, and I will cause them to be oppressed in Chile. I will call 40 people people a week, pastors and entrepreneurs. I'll have them come and stand before the presidency with their business plan, pitch their idea, and we will give away a million dollars to 40 people every week to empower new entrepreneurs. Are you hearing this? I said, God, if you do that for me, yes, I'll empower your people, right? Because there's so many people with ideas is. Yes, that's stuck right here. Yes, sir. Yes, they don't have the money, so they abandon the purpose. Amen. Jesus. Oh God, if somebody gave you a million dollars for your idea, wow, you can do it. And the reason I got the prophets, cuz they going to discern whether you able to bring it to pass. Now you do, you do realize there's, there's business connected to to that too. We ain't gonna just give you a million dollars and no, we're gonna take 5, 10, whatever the Lord say, percentage of the company, because we believe in the idea. So that residual comes back into— okay, so we continue to bless other people. Are y'all here? So we're going to invest in people so that their dreams can be realized. I had a guy come to me me, uh, 6 months ago I was teaching and he said to me, he said, 'I want to start a car dealership.' He was 19 years old. He said, 'After turning, all of my friends working at McDonald's doing fast food, they making $300 a week.' He said, 'If I could flip a car and sell one car, I can make $1,000 flipping one car.' I just need to get started. I said, come to my office, we'll talk about it. So I sat him down and I said, here's what you're gonna do. I said, I want you to go to the auction and I want you to pick out 5 cars. Come back, tell me how much it costs. He got down there, he picked out 5 cars. He didn't come back, he called me. He said, Apostle, there are 5 cars here. I can get all 5 of these cars for $20,000. I said, what's the Blue Book value on the cars? Check it, call me back. He checked it. He said the Blue Book value on these cars, he said they're running from $10,000 to $15,000 apiece. So 5 cars for $20,000 that you could turn around and sell one for $15,000 apiece. Makes sense to me. So I said, okay, I'm getting ready to I want to send you through a wire into your bank account, okay, $20,000. I said, and I want you to buy the cars, okay? I want 33% of the sales. I wired him $20,000. He bought the cars. He sold the cars in 2 weeks, and I made 33% above my $20,000 investment. And he took off. 66%. And now he's learned how to reinvest his profits. Yes. And he's making money going to the auction, buying a car. He ain't got no luck. He go to auction, buy the cars. He take a few of his boys. I want y'all drive these cars back to the city, park them in his apartment complex, clean them up. Yeah. Put the cars in Facebook Marketplace. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And run ads. And he turns cars like this. His average time is 3,000 to 4,000 a week. So 19 years old, he's 20 now, but he was 19 when he started. I'm just telling you, man, if you want to do it, you can do it. Come on. Yeah, but you got to establish a purpose for this Watch this, because the next step, you're going to go through a process. Oh yes, sir, a process. This process is going to have pain, disappointment— just call it DA. It's going to have problems, it's going to have scandal, it's going to have issues. I mean, the process is getting you prepared Right, to keep this. Yes, God is smart because if he don't take you through the process to break you, you will get this and lose all of them. Been there, all of them, because you got too much stuff in you that disvalidates you from keeping the product. So God says, I'm gonna make sure you're well qualified before I give you a million or a billion. Amen. You're gonna be qualified. Amen. Keep this. And then after you come out of the process, to keep from going through circles, God takes you through— watch this, guys— a season where you have to pace yourself, okay? It slows you down. Okay. Yeah, because you don't want to run fast because you're closed down. So now you got to pace yourself, right? Because most people get out of the process— they're making a little money here, things are working out for them, okay— they start spending, they become a consumer, and they forgot that they're a producer. You're supposed to be producing something, not consuming. Do you know that African Americans are responsible for $1.7 trillion of the global distribution of products sold? We make 2% of them. We consume most of them. Something to think about. God says, I want to pace you, get your thoughts together, get your mind right. Slow down so you focus when you walk into this blessing, because God says, this time I don't want you to lose your— I told you, I had in that church in Mississippi 4 millionaires. So of course, by default, it creates millionaire status in my life, but because of my character and my bias, I wasn't qualified to keep it. I lost it all. Y'all listen to that. So God says, this time you going to endure the process, you going to pace it, you get to that middle, then you're not going to lose it. Cost your skills Mindset can put you in places that your mindset will remove you from. You're going to be skilled enough to open the door, but get in there with the wrong mindset and kill everything. Y'all got that? Clap your hands and praise the Lord again. Genesis 1:28 says that we should be fruitful, multiply, subdue, replenish, and have dominion. This is the dominion mandate. The word Rada means dominion and authority.
