It's available for anyone that will align themselves and pay the price to receive it. So watch this. You can be saved full of the Holy Ghost and not operating your life under the favor of God. Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. You could be a tongue-talking, shouting and bucking, worshiping and crying, falling in the flow, and literally not be operating under the auspices of favor because you have not aligned yourself in obedience and you're not willing to pay the cost.
