GOD IS MY ALGORITHM! | DR. MIKE WOODS SR | 14 AUG 2025

Dr. Mike Woods argues that God's Word and the Holy Spirit function like a divine algorithm ordering every aspect of a believer's life: purpose, timing, obedience, and provision. He uses Greek terms etia-imonos and taxis to explain how alignment with God's pattern yields blessings, grounding his points in biblical passages and sharing a personal testimony about a God-directed business opportunity.

Come on, it wasn't but two of them that turned the world upside down. Come on, God, I thank you that he's given us the anointing. If you believe it tonight, to turn this world upside down. He's worthy of the praise. Oh God, we worship you, Lord, and we give your name the glory. Oh Oh God, oh you're mighty, oh God, oh God. And we thank you, we lift you tonight, we esteem you tonight above every party, above every circumstance. We esteem you tonight above every situation, we esteem you tonight, God. Oh God, we bless your holy name, nothing else matter, God, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, as long as we have you, Lord, we have enough. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, we bless your holy name. You are holy God, you are righteous God, and we thank you, Lord. Thank you for the blood. Thank you for your son Jesus. Thank you for how you kept us. Thank you for delivering us. Thank you for touching us, oh God, and bringing us out. Thank you, Lord, in the name of Jesus, for it was you, oh God. You deserve the credit, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, it wasn't our medication. Come on here. It was you, oh God. You are the healer. You are the deliverer. And we thank you, oh tonight, oh God, in the name of Jesus. We thank you tonight, God, in the name of Jesus. We thank you, Lord. Thank you for favor, oh God, in the name of Jesus. Oh, kare, God, we bless your name on tonight and we give your name the glory. He's worthy of the honor, and we thank him. Glory to God. Hallelujah. He is worthy. Hallelujah, Jesus. Glory to God. Hallelujah. God, thank you.
Bless your name. Hallelujah. Come on, give God praise in this Come on, open your mouth. Glory to God. We bless his name. We honor his name. Glory to the name of God. We give him glory. Hallelujah. We extol him. We honor you, God. You're mighty and you're wonderful. Hallelujah. We bless you, God. We bless you, God. We honor your name. We honor your name.
Hallelujah.
We honor your Your name. We give you glory, God. We adore you, Lord. Yes, Lord, we magnify your great name. Come on, worship Jesus. Just a few moments. Hallelujah. He longs to to be worshiped. He longs to be glorified. Father, we bless you. We honor your great name. Hallelujah! We honor your name. We lift our hands and our voice and we honor your name, God. We honor your name. Come on, honor him. We honor your name, God. Hey, glory, glory to your great name. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Just one more time, clap your hands and tell God thank you. The Hebrew word is zamar. Come on, pull something together. When you clap your hands, you're pulling things together in the realm of the spirit. You're stirring something in the heavens and you're pulling it into yourself. God, we clap and we laud you and we pull in your promise. And we said thank you. We put our talk shy. Rakaiah, we give you the glory, God. We pull together resources, we pull together healing, we pull together breakthrough. While we clap, we pull together salvation for our loved ones. We pull it together, we pull together the miraculous. We give you the glory, God, and we give you the honor. We give you all the praise. The Lord bless us tonight as we open your word. Speak to us. Do something man cannot do. Saturate the walls of this place. Charge the atmosphere and let your Shekinah glory be revealed for those that are watching us us live. God, let something in this room penetrate the lens of that camera and go into their space where they are, and let it touch them, God. Let it bring breakthrough. Let it bring healing, God. I thank you for wide doors being open for your people. I thank you for empowering us to new dimensions and new levels. I thank you for influence even in the world, God, in the marketplace. The municipality. God, and thank you, God, that many will be turned to righteousness because we show up, and we show up as a light that cannot be hid. And we give you glory for it now, in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. God is so good. Glory to God. We bless him, we honor him. He's mighty. Beside him there is no other. Praise the great name of Jesus, our King and our God. Glory to God, he's mighty in battle. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. We win every single time as long as we got him. I've learned it in my life, it's impossible to lose if I got Jesus. Glory to God. Now if I'm trying to work it out myself I'm probably going to take an L, but if I'm with him, glory to God, it's impossible to lose. Praise God. Hallelujah. Every failure I've ever had in my life, it was a prayer failure first. Hallelujah. Every success I've had, it's been a prayer success first. Glory to God. I've had a lot of success. Glory to God. Because I spent a lot of time with him. He's a good God. Amen. Tonight, uh, I want to, uh, visit something that God gave me, uh, today. And I'm kind of taking a little rabbit trail off the series we're teaching. I started a series last week entitled Assigned to Shine, where we start talking about evangelism. And, um, I believe the Holy Spirit allow us to pick that back up on Sunday. But I think tonight this rabbit trail is necessary because I don't believe we would do any of those things we're teaching about evangelism if we don't do this. Glory to God. So we gotta get things in order and do things the way God will want us to do them. Amen. Amen. All right, that's the truth anyway. Glory to God. Hallelujah. All right, so tonight I want to talk about, and it's on my shirt, glory to God. This is what I'm talking about tonight. God is my algorithm. Say that with me. Say, God, come on, say it. Say, God is my algorithm. Say it, say it. Algorithm. Some of y'all don't know how to say that word, but algorithm. Glory to God. We're going, we're going to teach this tonight because it's important to understand that we can't do nothing without him. Amen. And we have to get our life in order so that he can intervene with what he has called us to do. Go to 1 Corinthians 14:40. We're going to start here. I want to welcome those that are watching us live. Please share, please like this video. Glory to God. And thank all of you that thought it not robbery to come in the sanctuary tonight, uh, to partake of his word. Amen. Amen. All right, 1 Corinthians 14:40, uh, you'll find these words. It says, let all things— somebody say all things. That means every aspect of your life, you ought to include this process that I'm about to read be. Not some of it. I think I, I taught a couple weeks ago that the just shall live by faith, which means you don't try it out when you feel like it. You live by it. Glory to God. You don't try it out when you're in trouble or when you need God most. You live by it. So the scripture says here, let all things— say it again, say all things.
All things.
He says be done, which is every action, every behavior that you exercise. He said, let it be done decently and in order. I'm gonna read it again because it's just all right to read the Bible. Amen. Because I want us to get this tonight, and then we're gonna, we're gonna get knee-deep in this. He says, let all things— say all things again— all things be done decently and in order. Now, so again, we're talking tonight about God being our algorithm. The word decent— I want to just really look at these words real quick, uh, in the text. It's a Greek word called etia imonos. Etia imonos. This word means to be fashioned and aligned according to a certain pattern or design. People who sew, and you know, my grandmother was a seamstress, so she really didn't need a pattern. My mama's mama, she would be able to look at stuff and just create it. Greta's a seamstress, probably she a seamstress. She could just sew. Glory to God. Based on— but some people ain't got that kind of gift. They need to go to the fabric store and get a pattern. They need to see the picture, that's the vision, and they need to follow that pattern. Glory. My wife said that would be her. And if you stay with the pattern— are y'all hearing this? You'll achieve the result That's right. That's on the pattern. That's right. Now, if you decide you're gonna get outside the pattern and you're sewing a sweater, you may end up with an arm on the head. Yeah, here you end up with the garment totally— watch this— not decent because you chose not to stay in alignment. So our life many times presents indecent things, and not indecent in the sense that we think about, but in the sense of this Greek word, eshia imanos, which means that I got out of line and start doing things my own way. So now my life presents these inaccuracies. That God did not plan for me. See, watch this. There are people that marry the wrong people because they follow their flesh, or they follow what they thought they wanted, only find out a few months in that it wasn't God. Because nothing born out of the flesh is going to bring good. The Bible said no good thing can come out of this flesh. So I got to align with God so I get the results in life that he wants me to have, right? So even, even when you're birthing something new, watch this, if you know what God said, you don't get discouraged in the process because you know you're in alignment with the pattern. This right here, what we doing I've done this 8 times and grown 8 churches and trained 8 leaders. Glory to God. This ain't new. So at the end of the day, I don't care if it's just one in here, I'm gonna talk like the building is full because I'm staying with the pattern. You know, I'm not gonna quit and go and start turning in my resume and try to find a church that's already got people in it. That's not who I am. I'm a pioneer, I'm a plower. So as long as I stay with the plan, I'm going to produce what God tells me to produce. Are y'all hearing this? So we gotta stick with the plan. So I want you to think about this tonight. Look at your life, and if you're unsatisfied with some things, if some things have showed up that's not decent, then possibly— not possibly, definitely You misaligned yourself with God somewhere. But then he stopped it. He said, let all things be done decently— wait a minute— and in order. Oh boy. So it was seen that order and decency is the same thing, but it's really not. Order here is succession. It is a fixed way of doing. It's, it's like 1, 2, 3, 4 order. It's being in succession. It's about timing. This word taxis in Greek deals with timing. See, you could be on target without a time. Oh, you could really be doing what God asked at the wrong time. So you have to make sure that you don't just have the target, but you also have the taxes, the time, that you're doing it in the season that God tells you to do it. Or watch this, you're letting something go in the season God tells you to let go of. Some things we hold on to too long, and when you do that, you're out of order. A lot of people, perhaps maybe not in here, but somebody watching me, are holding on to stuff that God's trying to take. And you got to decide, if God don't want it, I don't want it. I don't care what it is. It may be something that you've grown emotionally attached to, but if you want to see great results in your life, you gotta have— Jesus said And basically, that's what an algorithm is. It's a order or an arrangement of how things are done. Matter of fact, our world is driven by systems that rely on algorithms to guide decisions. If you're in business And I use this in my business. There's something called EBITDA. EBITDA is your earnings before taxes, interest, and depreciation. And you're really going to make some money, you need to know what EBITDA is because you need to know what you make. And, and if you're working a job, on your check, that would be gross. That's the money you get before they take anything you pay. That's the— but in a business, it's the earnings you make, what your clients give you before you pay taxes, before the value of what you do depreciates. The reality is we have to place value on the word of God and its integrity and the systems that— oh boy— that it is put in place for us to live. Can I submit to you tonight, God is the ultimate algorithm for real. We live in a world where people post things a certain way so they can get the right likes and clicks because of an algorithm on social media. That's how I really came up with this. Somebody asked me, they said, how do you post a picture, you get 1,000 likes? I tell them God's my algorithm because I have no idea how that happens. Or how when you put up a video, you can get several thousand people to watch it. I don't know. God is my algorithm because I do it in his timing. Well, however, there are people that have figured out the social media algorithm and they know how to post where they can get the most attention at the right time. But when you do things according to God's order in life, it's not like social media. You, you are always— watch this— his special person. You're always the person he's drawn to, he wants to bless. Watch this: God blesses order. We cannot lead effectively when we are— we cannot lead our families, we cannot lead our businesses, we cannot lead our homes when we are out of order. And God is the same way. Matter of fact, if you go back to Genesis— we won't go there right now, but I'm just going to remind you that in Genesis chapter 1, when we read about creation, let me share something with you. That's really not creation, that's recreation. Okay, that's recreation. Most people don't study the Bible, so they don't know that. But if you study your Bible, you understand that's recreation. Between Genesis 1:1, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was without form and void, and darkness moved upon the face of the deep. Between 1 and 2, something happened. Ezekiel 14 happened. Satan fell from heaven as a bolt of lightning. All right, so in the beginning, whenever the beginning was, Genesis 1:1 doesn't denote that that was the beginning. It's a prepositional phrase that suggests whenever the beginning was, God created the heavens and earth. Not that we're starting a timeline here. Are y'all hearing me? So when Satan failed, the earth became without form. That, that's verse 2. So after he failed, the earth now comes with— it comes without form, because when God created it, it was perfect. But because Satan has no form, he comes as an angel of light. He's not an angel of light, he's as one. He comes as a roaring lion, he ain't no roaring lion. Come on, his bark is always bigger than his bite. Are y'all hearing me? He's as a roaring lion, so he's without form. Wait a minute, he's also void. He's empty because he has no God in him. Oh boy, and he's dark. Darkness was upon the face of the deep. So we see all of that is Satan. In verse 3, God starts recreating heaven and earth. First thing he says to bring order is, let there be light. Oh God. So you definitely cannot achieve kingdom order, in the order of God, walking in darkness, living in sin. You go to church, but you're not going to achieve no real supernatural order or kingdom order if you live in sin, because you're living in darkness. Oh boy. He's translated us out of darkness into the kingdom of his dear Son, which is a kingdom of light. So you can't tell me I can still be in darkness and be in this light too. It doesn't work that way. Something about me ought to change, ought to be different if I'm in him. Say that with me. Say, I ought to be different if I'm in him. In a normal sense of things— let me move— an algorithm is a set of rules or instructions to follow for specific results. So again, social media, I use an example. There's an algorithm that if you want certain results, you do things a certain way. All right, with God, his word, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit is the algorithm that we follow to get kingdom results. Say that with me. Say, I need kingdom results. In my life. That means you want every benefit of God's kingdom to manifest in your world. You want his healing to manifest. You want his prosperity to manifest. You want breakthrough. You want deliverance. You want salvation for your family. Everything he promised you in scripture, you want to see it happen. You can't see it happen if you do not trust the word of God. So how do we do this? How do we bring this to pass? First thing is we gotta align— and I'm really almost through— we gotta align with God's purpose. Say align with purpose. Might want to remember this. First of all, purpose is the original intent for the creation of anything, is why you're here. When you start talking about purpose, horizon, Greek.
It is—
or propós in Latin— where God proposes a plan that he has optimized for your life. You cannot live in purpose, but it makes life harder than it needs to be. So he proposes purpose. He doesn't make you operate in it, but every one of us in this room were created for a Pacific authentic thing. Touch yourself. Say, I was created with purpose. Can I tell you there's something you could do that nobody else can do? Yeah, you're that unique. Matter of fact, you're so unique, your handprint and your fingerprints are different. You can go shoot somebody you want to and leave the gun there, they're gonna find you because your fingerprints are unique to you. Are y'all hearing me? They're unique to your DNA. Your purpose is unique to you. It's the original intent for the creation of a thing. It's why you are here. It's not who you are, it's not what you are, it's why you are. So many times we spend trying to figure out our who and our what. What can we do? Our identity— who are we? But Really, if you figure out why you exist, the rest of that won't even matter. It's going to come into play because it's going to fall behind the why. So it's the original intent of Krishna. Now here's the problem. Everything in life has purpose, but watch this, the problem is here. Every purpose is not known. You got people walking around that have no idea what their purpose is. This is why they just do any old random thing, because they're not clear as to why they're here. So every purpose is not known. Listen to this: where purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable. If you don't know the purpose of a thing, you'll abuse it. The word abuse is abnormal use. And, and I've been teaching this, glory to God, since for 30 years. And thank God for my late spiritual father who trained us so well in purpose, Dr. Miles Monroe. The reality is when you abuse issues and abuse your life, it says you don't know why you alive. Watch this. A person that abuses a child don't know the purpose of that child. That's called child abuse. If they're doing that, that's because they don't understand purpose. If a man abuses his wife, he doesn't know the purpose of that woman. That's called spousal abuse. You know the purpose of money, you'll abuse money. It's called financial abuse. You know what I'm saying? You know the purpose of your car, you're gonna abuse your car. So you have to discover purpose. So that you can stop abnormal use. When people don't know your purpose, guess what they do? They abuse you. They use you. And that's why you should never allow people into your world to whom you have not been revealed. Listen, you cannot allow people in your world who just merely recognize you. Oh my God, when people just recognize you, they'll abuse you. They'll talk to you any kind of way. They'll lie on you. They'll reject you. They'll try to scandalize your name because they don't know who you are. So you got to keep your distance from people to whom you have not been revealed. Watch this: where there's no revelation, there's always violation. If a person hasn't been revealed to you, you're gonna violate At some point, because you don't understand their value, you're gonna violate them because you have not allowed them to be revealed. You need to set that standard in your life. I'm never again gonna allow anybody to just recognize me if you don't have the discipline to pray about me. Are y'all hearing this? Good. Why? Because when you pray about me, God's gonna reveal who I am. I hate— then you won't be able to size me up by what you see externally. Are y'all hearing this? See, people will try to size you up on what's on the outside, but when you've been revealed, God moves the packaging and allows them to see your heart. So you won't be abused. Watch this, Romans 8:28. Let's go here. I can teach you on purpose all night. Let's stay with this adverb. So, so we gotta stay aligned with his purpose. Romans 8:28, watch this. He says, and we know that all things work for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to what? Purpose. So when you're called according to purpose and you love God, the algorithm in God works for your good. Let me pull one word out of here outside of purpose— good. And that word is bona in Greek, and it means profit. P-R-O-F-I-T. You ask a businessman to define profit, he's going to tell you what's left over after the expenses of the business have been paid. So once the expenses have been paid, profit is what you have left for you. God says no matter what you're going through, if you're operating in love and purpose It's going to work together, some plural, like a cake. You got different ingredients. My wife bakes. I see her putting out sugar and flour and eggs because she bakes it all from scratch. So you got stuff everywhere, and I'll be thinking, we can't eat these ingredients like this separately, but something happens when she mixes those ingredients and works them together, puts them in heat. Because often when we're going through a purpose, it's going to be hard sometimes. But the good thing about it, that timer is going to come to an end, and that cake is going to come out of the oven, and that cake is going to be well worth eating. Are y'all here? But you got to work it together. In life, you got to go through what you got to go through. Don't curse your crisis so that God can qualify you for purpose, because you have to be qualified to operate in that kingdom purpose. Many times who we really are is revealed to us in trial. Oh boy, we don't like trial and we don't even want to talk about it, but trials are real. Challenges are real, but when crisis occur, they come to teach us what we really believe and to show us purpose. So you really ain't gonna know what you really believe until adversity come. It's easy to say I believe God when everything all right and you don't have a situation. That's real easy when your bank account is solid. But when it hits zero, when you're on a strain, can you Still believe God? Can you still trust him? So the tests come to see if you can still trust him when you can't see him. So God's algorithm aligns us— this is the point here— with his purpose. And sometimes his algorithm is trials. Sometimes he takes us through hard places so he can align glory to God. And just like any worldly algorithm is consistent to produce the results if you do it correctly, what do you think God's word is? So solid that if you follow it, it's gonna work every time. Say that one. Say the word, the word will work every time. Every time. I'm telling you. God is always 100% invested in making sure you come out, in making sure you're blessed. When it doesn't happen, it's us that fall again out of line. Glory to God. All right, next thing, let's, let's understand that through the guidance of the Spirit— go to John 16:13. We discover truth. Because God's algorithm is not just mechanical like worldly structures, it's spiritual. You can't fulfill a spiritual purpose in your flesh. Again, I'm just— I can't overemphasize that. You just can't do it. John 16:13 says, but when he, the Spirit of Truth, comes, he will guide you to all truth. How many want to know all true. I don't want to miss it to the left or to the right. I want everything about my life to be revealed to me. In order for that to happen, the Holy Spirit, who is the governor of the kingdom— he's, he's the one that makes sure that my life mirrors the things in heaven. He carries a heavenly assignment living in me to make sure I'm doing what the king wants. A governor makes sure you're carrying out the king's desire. So the Holy Spirit is the governor and the landlord and the keeper of my soul and my life to make sure we are carrying out God's will, which means you got to get a relationship with the Holy Spirit. Matter of fact, go to Matthew real quick, real quick. Matthew— this is not even over though. Go to Matthew. Say that with me. I need to develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit. Well, I love this crowd. Y'all be whispering. That's good. I love it. Glory to God. The loud folks stayed at home tonight. Glory to God. Just say it with me. Say, I need to develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit. For real, you gotta know him. He's a real person. Can I actually submit to you, he's the most important person on earth? He— there's nobody else on this planet more important than him. But you can't tell about how the world reacts to stuff because we run after celebrities and athletes and what's fancy and what's popular. That's what we want. And nobody really takes the time to get to know Holy Spirit. People tell you, I know God, I got my own relationship with God. You don't even realize that God and the Holy Spirit is the same person. Holy Spirit is just God in you. So it's a manifestation of the Father inside of you. He's another Comforter, just like epokaradoki in Greek. He's just like God and he lives in So if he's the one that's in me, you would think I would spend time with the Holy Spirit. We call on Jesus, which is good, but really, we— we— the Holy Spirit is right here, and we can spend time with him. Jesus is on the right hand of the Father. And the Holy Spirit is there making intercession for us. Are y'all hearing this? So we, we call Jesus great, but let's develop a relationship with the very God that lives in us. Watch this. Matthew 3:11, he says, I indeed baptize you in water unto repentance. Repentance. But he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I'm not worthy to bear. He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire. So this lets me know how important the Holy Spirit is. Jesus says, okay, this is, this is when John is getting ready to baptize Jesus. But Jesus said, listen, all this baptizing going on, you doing it with water because of repentance. So this outer casing has repented. We want people to know you repented, so we baptize you. But there's something mightier than water. For the people that like to argue over water and what name you went down in It don't make no difference what name you went down in if your heart don't change. I mean, if you still cussing when you come out the water in the name of Jesus, something wrong with that. But what's going to change you is a relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Watch this.
He says, I'm a baptizo. In Greek, it's a commercial word which means you are submerged until the result is achieved. So a sheep shearer— hear me— would shear wool off the sheep and look at that white wool and say, I want a red garment. So he would take the garment to a red dye man, and what he would call the process is baptizing the wool. And he would dump that wool in that dye pit constantly, consistently, until you can see no more white, until it turns red. Baptism in the Spirit brings transformation. So we don't need to just— that one tarrying experience or that one encounter where we speak in tongues. We should be growing in our heavenly experience every single day. Oh God, it should be getting massive. We should be falling in love with him. You know why? Because he's real. And if you spend time with him, he'll spend time with you. I know that sounds crazy, but the Bible said, if you draw nigh to him, I'll draw nigh to you. So if you, if you don't draw nigh, he don't draw nigh. He said, I'm waiting on you. So, but really, a dab won't do you. We get this little dab of the Holy Spirit. We experience it in church. We go to church looking for the Holy Spirit to manifest. Some folks go to church, they have a big sign on them that said, take me. They want the prophecy, the prophet to prophesy, because the Holy Spirit moves through that gift. Are y'all here? Because they need a word. And I'm not saying nothing wrong with that. What I am saying is If people would spend time with God, when the prophet do prophesy, it's a second witness to what you heard when you spend time with God yourself instead of running from tent to tent, prophet to prophet, trying to get a word. Again, I'm not knocking prophecy. I'm a prophet. But at the end of the day, I think God wants to go— wait a minute, the Bible said prophesy shall But my word shall stand forever. So if you spend time with the Holy Spirit in the word, you'll have less need for a prophetic word. I had got to a point I was going to meetings and going to conferences and, you know, since being around very prophetic people, and I would be leaving like, well, they never give me no word. They prophesy everybody in the building walk by me, and Lord says, 'Cause you don't need one because of your relationship with me.' Are y'all hearing me? But there's some people don't feel like they have been with God unless another person said something God said, and half of these folk lying anyway. Okay, all right, the word false prophet is real. And there's a lot of them out there today. But the Bible said this Holy Spirit is mightier than— Jesus said himself, mightier than I. He gonna baptize you with Holy Ghost and with fire. He gonna, he gonna baptize you with himself. So instead of going in the water, I need to get baptized in his identity. So I can move like him, live like him, act like him. Well, literally my systems are surrendered to his way of doing things, and he becomes my algorithm for real. And every result I have is a godly result when I do this. Holy Ghost and fire. If I, if I went around the room and asked, what is fire? And I probably get different things, but the reality is the Bible said God is a consuming fire. So you get baptized in fire, it's going to consume everything in your life that's not like him. It's going to burn it up and burn it off of you, and it'll never be a part of you again. I'm a witness that fire would take things away, struggles in your flesh. Fire will burn it up. If you allow him to baptize you in fire. So John 16:13 said, but when he, the Spirit of Truth, comes, he'll guide you to all truth. You can't be led anywhere if you're not willing to take the position of a learner, if you're not willing to surrender to his lead. Listen, you cannot deal with the Holy Spirit thinking you know everything. Oh boy, just touch yourself, say, I don't know everything. Say, I need the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah. So the Holy Spirit is constantly— this algorithm is constantly working in our life where it's redirecting us, it's leading us. You can start off on the wrong path, but if you plugged in, you'll tell y'all, don't go that way, don't do this, don't connect with that, don't get involved with this person because that's dangerous. A lot of stuff we go through, we had a relationship with the Holy Spirit and God was really our algorithm, we wouldn't go through it. A lot of results— watch this— that we achieve, we achieve because we move and operate in our flesh. Hear this, and I said this in the beginning about the flesh part, but hear this: if you want a good marriage, listen, it's a result of doing good things. Want a bad marriage? You do bad things, you get a bad marriage. Okay, you want money? It's a result of what you do. Yeah, the reality is we can't sit on our hands and sit around and do nothing and think the blessing is just going to fall out the sky. I ain't never cashed a check that was written on the bank of heaven. Every dime I ever received in blessing, glory to God, it came through the hands of men giving unto my bosom. Are y'all hearing this? But I had to do something to make that exchange. I had— even if it was just being in the right place so the exchange can be made. All right, I'm moving. Go to, go to Deuteronomy 28. Real quick. I'm almost done. This just sounds long. It really ain't long. It just sound— Deuteronomy 28, verse 1 and 2. Lord, I thank you. It says, if you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, Wait a minute. The Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. So obedience has an outcome. It gives you an edge over the rest of the society. I'm witness. I get an edge every single day in my business. Every single day I show up in the world, I got an edge over most of the people in my space because I operate in his favor. That flows out of obedience. Ain't always been this way because I had disobedience in my life. I wasn't doing everything God was telling me to do. But when you align with obedience and follow what God says, God's algorithm will produce an outcome that is related to your obedience. Set above all nations. I mean, that's, that's real. That's us. Too many people who say they believe God are living beneath their privilege, and we don't have to. All we gotta do is obey, and God says, I'll give you favor above all people of the earth. This is not just for the children of Israel, it's for us too. We're descendants of Abraham, so this promise is for us. He said all these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey God. So if you want to see blessings, favor, illumination, success, you want God to be a part of everything you do, you got to obey him. I know that. And listen, I've been there in my life. There are things I love to do. I can tell you some sins that take your whole check. I promise you, they'll take all your money. Glory to God. But the reality is, I thank God for deliverance. I don't love it that much to keep doing it and miss the blessings that come through obedience. Yeah, somebody— yeah, I, I hear it so much these days. Well, God's gonna give you grace because people play the grace card. But it don't change the scripture. Them that willing and obedient shall eat the good of the land. We gotta obey what he says. Okay, somebody said I didn't come out here thirsty. Yeah, but you, I mean, we just really gotta find— because this society needs an example of obedience. I know that's a strong word. Because everybody said, I'm free and God's not going to judge me and it's legalistic to look at my works. I tell you what, light produces blessing quicker than darkness any day. And the Bible says sin separates you from God. I don't care how you fix that. Whenever you sin, you separate. Now you repent, you come back in, but guess what? You're doing all this work to get back in the graces of blessing because you don't fail out of grace while you were sinning, and you weren't in grace while you were sinning. It can't work. Grace, charis in Greek, is to empower you toward righteousness. So you, you can't tell me grace is an excuse for sin. It empowers me to do right, and I really haven't repented until I am empowered to do right. Okay, metanoia in Greek is repentance, which means to return to the top and to live at the top. Metanoia is where it's like a penthouse, to go back to the penthouse, back to the top. So when you really repent, you change your heart, you change your mind, you change your actions. That's what metanoia is. And you decide I'm gonna obey God in this area. What we gonna do with scriptures like, I'm more than a conqueror through him that loved me? Well, if you're still doing the same stuff, what you conquering? Oh God, if we still living the same life that we lived before we got saved, what are we conquering? I had a guy Told me, he said, Dr. Woods, I'm saved and I love God. And I started asking him some questions about it. I said, okay, how do you know you're saved? He gave me the Romans thing and that he had confessed with his mouth. I said, so now what evident changes have you seen in your life since you've been saved? He said, oh no, I just gave my heart to Jesus. Jesus. He moved in, I'm born again, I still do the same stuff. I said, well, my next question for you then is, what are you saved from? I mean, you say you're saved, but what are you saved from if your life looks exactly like it looked before? Well, I'm saved from sin, that's why I keep doing it. That's what he said. No, no, no, no, no, sir! You are a sinner. Watch this— the Bible said present your body, Romans 12, a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God. That's all the way he accepts it, which is your reasonable service, logicos, which means you thought it through. Ah, you think about He's worth— it's not legalism when you think about the fact that he's worthy of my body. If you really love him, you'll give it up. Maybe there's no platform here, maybe somebody watching. The reality is we have to be willing to give up things that God wants. I say it's a sacrifice. Sacrifice is something you want. But you got to release it. See, sacrifice is something you want to keep. It's not a sacrifice if you don't want it anyway. It could have never been a sacrifice for me to stop drinking because I never drank. Never sacrifice. That's not sacrifice. I mean, that— I wasn't doing that before I got saved, but the stuff I wanted to do was sacrifice. Oh God, have mercy. But grace really empowers me towards righteousness, and now I can experience the blessings that comes with my walk with God. Philippians 4:19, let's go here, because God's algorithm also causes and ensures provision. Glory to God. See, most algorithms in a worldly system or structure predicts outcomes based on how the algorithm is set up. God's provision also predicts outcomes based on how you walk in his ways, based on how you obey. Watch this. He says, and my God will meet all your needs. I love this text. According to his riches and glory. According to symphaneo in Greek, which means in alignment and based on his riches. Tell that woman, say, based on his riches. So God's supply is not according to your bank account. Are y'all here? God supplies not according to Jesus what others do for you. His supply is according to his riches. Last time I checked, he owned everything. Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, them and they that dwell therein. Last time I checked, God has no lack. So if he gonna bless me according to what he got, not out of what he got, according to it— there's a difference. I mean, I can bless you out of or according to what I am. If I bless you out of it, I can give you $5. That ain't no blessing. I'm just really giving you something out of what I got. But if I bless you according to— are y'all hearing this? So you give somebody something according to what you got, they got really an equal share. Because symphonio says we have an equal share, like a symphony. Every instrument is different, but it's equal when they play the same key. Listen, when you give somebody something according to, you're saying, hey, I bless my wife according to what I got because we're one. Are y'all hearing this?
Think—
God says, I'm gonna give you according to what I got. So that means we— if we're operating in obedience under his algorithm, we should not be operating in lack. I dare you, shout, no more dry seasons! Say, in the name of Jesus, say, I decree and declare that every dry season in my life is over because God is blessing me according to his riches in glory. So I receive it now in Jesus' name.
Amen.
You ought to believe that. Not according to your stuff. See, a lot of times we face issues We start— first thing we do, count what we got. And when you count what you got, you immediately get stressed out because most of the time it ain't enough. Most people have more month than money every month. Are y'all hearing this? But that shouldn't be so if God's our daddy. My own personal children, I have to remind them often, especially grown-ups, You don't have money. I got money. You ain't got no money. So at the end of the day, you have to do what you got to do and do what you was taught so you can grow your finances. Do the things you know to do so you can build money for yourself. But they still live because I'm their daddy. Like, well, even if this don't work, I'm gonna call my daddy. And they mama gets mad because that's all they say to me. You ain't got to do it, I'm gonna call my daddy. And when she told me that, I said, oh, I need to rethink this algorithm. Because they think that just because they got my last name, they could pick up the phone whenever. No, I've done my job. Do what you gotta do. So God says though, what I have, you have. And he going to bless you not out of it, but according to it. Y'all hear that? Glory. All right, last thing. What next? The last thing. Romans 12:2. I'm almost done, promise you. We're going to be out of here quicker than you think. I told— I told the visitor Sunday that was here, because I want to hear the prior Sunday Pastor Jasper preached. And, uh, I told him, I said, he preached short, because a couple of them came back because I wasn't here. I said, he preached short. That's a whole different situation. So please forgive me if this is a little long, but I want you to get it. Romans 12:2. It says don't conform to the systems of this world, the patterns of this world. Watch this, the algorithms of the world, but be transformed by the renewing, the redoing of your mind. Good God. So God's algorithm transforms us. It transforms how we think. The Bible says, watch this, Guard your heart, for out of it flow the issues of life. The word heart in Hebrew, there is leb, which means literally the mind. Guard your mind, for out of your mind flow the issues of life. Let me give you an example. Money is not currency, your mind is. I'll say that again. Money is not currency, your mind is. Your financial condition is totally connected to how you think. Totally connected to how you think. If you look at your bank account, it's a reflection of your mindset. If you change your mindset— watch this— money will start looking for you because it's a resource that God has provided to assist you to fulfill purpose. It's a part of his algorithm. But you have to shift your mindset to believe again. God's got everything, so I'm not going to doubt. I'm gonna trust what he's able to do. He said be transformed. That's a morpho in Greek, which means you got to take on a different mind. A caterpillar, when it becomes a butterfly, it ain't no caterpillar no more. The same caterpillar became a butterfly. It's called metamorphosis. But they can never return to that state. When your mind is expanded and transformed, you can never go back to the original state it was in. Nobody can ever make me think poor anymore because my mind has been expanded. Nobody can ever have me thinking a level of mediocrity anymore 'Cause my mind has been expanded to what my God can do, and I've seen him do it. But you gotta let God transform your mind so you trust his way and not the world's. Glory to God. All right, Jeremiah 29:11, go there real quick. Last one. Somebody said, Apostle, praise God for that. Jeremiah 29:11, he says 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord. Say this with me. Say, 'God has plans for me.' The King James says, 'I know the thoughts I think toward you.' Thoughts, bahavash in Greek— in Hebrew, I'm sorry. It means big dreams and visions I have for you. God says, 'I am planning big things for Makavash means big stuff. So we should never settle at small. Our mindset should always be to grow what God has given us, to make it bigger. Glory to the name of God. To make it stronger, to make it more powerful. Because God says, I'm thinking about you, and my thoughts are big thoughts. And that's why you can't let people crush what you're thinking. When big stuff comes to your mind Even if you don't have the resources to bring it to pass, you need to understand that even if you can't do it, God has everything you need to bring it to pass. I start living like this: if God put it in my mind, he got the money to finance. Y'all hear? If God brings it to me, he's got the ability to help me bring it to pass. And it's him thinking about me. Some of the stuff I do, I ain't got enough sense to think about that. I was working on a deal today. I was pitching, um, uh, actually a film deal to an author who writes children's books. And I, I was at this conference last week. This person had a booth set up, and I stopped. I went by the table one time. I saw them children's books, and I kept walking. I was just looking at other stuff. The Lord said, get back over there to that children's table. He's He said, your blessing is at that table, and you going to bless her too. And I went by, and the whole time I'm thinking still, it's children's book. What I mean, what, what we going to do with this? And the Lord started talking to me about the time I got to the table. He said, I want you to help her take those books and adapt them into a series of shows that can be be viewed on a streaming platform like Netflix, Apple TV, or Prime. We'll fix it up. The first thing I did when I got back to the table, I looked at one of the books and the Holy Spirit said, she's already got a screenplay for that book. She already had did it. I don't know this person from Adam. So I said, I said, these books are special. I said, God brought me back over here because I need to talk to you. I said, that book right there, you've already written the screenplay for that book. And she said, how did you know that? I said, listen, the Holy Spirit brought me back over here. I said, God— and I told her, I said, I'm a filmmaker. God wants me to work with you to bring this to life. And she— one tear came out of his eye. Then her husband came over because he was sitting, sitting on the other side over there talking to somebody else. But then he came over and hugged her, and she went in a full full-fledged cry because these are things they have been talking about at home. And I begin to articulate how we will create a marriage between my company and her books and produce these films. So today I had the meeting, and, uh, while I was doing the number— because making any kind of film for TV, for movies, anything It's expensive when you do it right. So I'm throwing the numbers at them, and I could feel them cringing at these numbers. But what I'm trying to teach them in the meaning is you owning your stuff in an equity deal and us coming together and splitting the equity is going to be a blessing for you instead of you taking the screenplay somewhere else and they rob you just by buying— give you a couple hundred thousand and then they gonna go make millions off your screenplay. So we went through that whole process and God said, remind her that when she started, she had nothing but me talking to her to write. And so I did it just like that. I said, remember, you started— the Lord told me to tell you, you had nothing but him, and he gave you the idea. I said, and then I start— I got— once the stream opened, I just went in there and started prophesying. I said, listen, and God's going to continue to take care of you through this process. I said, don't cringe at these numbers. God's already provided, and he told me to give you faith. And so the meeting went well. The moral of this is she left the call knowing that God was thinking of her because she was there selling books at this conference and had no idea that the very dream that was going to take her to the next dimension was going to begin to manifest while she was there for those two days. She had no idea. God's thinking about you. I said that— say, God's got plans for you. You don't know where the person is, but you got to stay in his algorithm. People are watching you. They're listening. And that's why I tell you, that's why you got to stay in obedience. What if I wouldn't have been obedient? I would have messed the dream up for her. What if I just kept walking, saying, 'Them ain't nothing but some children's books,' because I mean, honestly, that's what was in my head. But after she gave them to me and I sat down after I got home and I started reading, because they're short, and so I read the 4 book she gave me. Amazing stories for our people. And easily Netflix, Disney Plus, somebody's gonna pick that stuff up. We just gotta create, because God is already thinking about your future. He's already thinking about where you're going. He just wants you to align with that hope. And when you allow that hope You understand? I ain't got nothing to worry about, 'cause he got plans for me, to give me a future and a great hope, an expected end. Say this with me. Say, I'm going somewhere. I'm going somewhere. And can't no devil stop me. And can't no devil stop me. Say, I've already won. I've already won. Don't stand on I'm done. We're gonna pray. I pray you got something out of that. Amen. You gotta— if you didn't get anything, you gotta obey so the results of God's algorithm can work in your life. We give you praise. Obedience is better than sacrifice. Them that are willing and obedient shall eat the fat, the good of the Amen. Father, we give you praise today and we thank you for your word. Thank you for these people that have come out and sacrificed tonight. First of all, God, I want to ask that you do something special for them, even on their way home, even through the rest of the weekend. God, I'm asking that you release a special blessing in the life of these that have come out and sacrificed to be in service tonight. I pray, God, in Jesus' name, that this word will land on the good ground of every heart, even those here and those that watched online, those will— that will watch the replay. I decree and declare that your people will tap into you as their algorithm. They won't trust social, they won't trust, uh, television algorithms, business algorithms, but they'll trust your word Your word, because your word stands true and you cannot fail. If you said it, so shall it be. If you said it, so shall it come to pass. So I release a desire to be obedient in all things. And Father, I thank you that when we do that, we won't miss it neither to the left nor to the right, but we'll be at the center of your plan, your purpose. As a father, I pray for the release of purpose in this room and for those that are watching. I pray that you will give a renewed clarity of purpose, why we exist, and cause us to move in obedience to that call, to what you have planned, what you have desired. And we give you praise and glory for it now. We don't want to miss it, God. We don't want to miss it. We want to be found in your perfect plan. Thank you for what you see. Thank you for what you've seen. Thank you for vision, your optimal reality for our future. Thank you that you've already decided what this thing ends like. Father, continue to give us a glimpse of what you've seen for us, and may we see our lives through your eyes. And we give you praise for that now, in Jesus' name. Amen. Would you clap your hands and give God praise? Hallelujah! Come on, give him praise! Glory to God! Praise him for his algorithm. Praise him for obedience. Glory to God. Hallelujah. You be seated. We're going to go, uh, just a few announcements. For, for those of you listening, the ways to give are scrolling at the bottom of this screen. If you want to be a blessing to ministry tonight, uh, there are 5 ways you can give to this church, whether you're online or in the building. While I'm doing the announcements, if you want to give, please feel free to do that. Glory to the name of God. It's more blessed to give than it is to receive. At the end of the month, we're having a very special meeting, uh, Friday, July 29th, Saturday, July 30th, and Sunday the 31st, uh, and we're calling this Soul Winners Weekend. God spoke to me when I was away on vacation for my birthday and said that the church needs to get back to minding my business, and his business is souls. We spend a lot of time doing everything else, and God said to put this meeting together to equip the saints to use their gifts, their anointings, to go into the world and bring change. Hallelujah! She probably watching. I want her to know I got an APB out on you.
Glory to God.
Hallelujah. That's our worship leader. Glory to God. We miss her anytime. She's been working, but God is good. Amen. Amen. We got a visitor. Thank you so much for coming. Uh, you got to come back and visit us again. Glory to God. So thank you for coming. I'm sure you're Vicki's friend, right? Okay, well, thank you for coming. Thank you for coming. Please come back again. Yeah, glory to God. Y'all stand, we're going home. Man, you got something you want to say before we go? All right, we're going. Father, we thank you again for this service. I pray, God, for every gift and every giver that ever see that was sown tonight, may it be multiplied a thousand times more. Give it back to your people. Father, we thank you that Your word declares whatsoever we give, hallelujah, you will cause men to give it back to us, pressed down, shaken together, running over will they return it. So we receive it in the name of Jesus. And Father, as we leave this place, may your blood cover and keep us. And Father, I even pray, God, that you will bless us as we go through this weekend. I even mentioned my brother-in-law now in prayer. As he is preparing to be married on Saturday, I decree and declare that your anointing will continue to rest upon that union. Father, you have given me the privilege to counsel them for quite some time up until this point. I believe they're ready. I pray you stir the gifts that's in each one of them, and may they be gifts to each other. Bless their life, bless their marriage, and we give you praise for it now in the Mighty name of Jesus. Bless our visitor. Bless every person that came out, God. God, I pray that you will just move in her life, God. I pray that you open doors for her. Glory to the name of God. I pray that you will send her into a season of harvest. Yeah, I hear that. Just one more, God. Just lift your hands right there. I heard that. The Lord said he's about to take you into a season of supernatural harvest. For your life has been filled with giving. You've helped a lot of people, you've been there for a lot of people, and there are a lot of people that did not appreciate who you were. But God said, Michael, tell my daughter that I have not forgotten her. And God said this: you're about to move into a season where he's going to begin to eliminate debt. He's— I'm talking about in a big way, debt like you never thought he would eliminate, it's just going to begin to disappear. Any debt you got is going to just begin to go to zero, because God says, I'm about to tap you into a realm of supernatural provision because your heart has been pure. But also, I'm looking at something outside of the process of favor, outside of the harvest and opportunity that's come. I'm looking at something physically that's been going on in your body. But God said, I am covering you. There's something that's been happening in your cell systems, and God says the enemy has literally— because you've been a woman of prayer and you've had praying people around you, these things have maintained their order. But there's some generational stuff that's been trying to come up in your health, but God says you shall not operate in infirmity in any way, but you shall live the rest of your life whole. As a matter of fact, I declare your body a cancer-free zone. I declare it a sickness-free zone, and I declare cancer cannot enter your body. And glory to God, and I declare that these cells and, and every system of your body has to obey God. And I give you praise for it now, Father. And I thank you that the days ahead will be filled with joy. I thank you, God, that she will walk in joy. In the mighty name of Jesus, I thank you that every burden is being removed and lifted even now, and every yoke is being destroyed. Thank you for a new day, a fresh day, fresh water, a fresh wind blowing in her life. And I declare it, Lord, in Jesus' name. So be it. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Y'all give God praise. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. So, Father, we thank you for a prosperous weekend and a blessed week next week. We give you glory for what's to come. Bless us as we go, in Jesus' name. Amen. Hallelujah. Wonderful Jesus.
