In this sermon excerpt, the speaker references Acts chapter 3 to illustrate that God built the house only after preparing—establishing a foundation, design, plan, and team. He warns listeners against attempting projects without these essentials, emphasizing that God is a God of completion, not incompletion, and desires that believers finish what He initiates in their lives.

Chapters

Acts chapter 3 says he built the house. Notice how that works, y'all. He didn't build it before he prepared. He got things in order, got stuff together, then he went to build. You got a lot of people out here trying to build things with no foundation, with no design, with no plan, with no team, with no crew, with no insight on how to finish the work. When you go to start something, don't you— I need you to understand, God wants you to finish. He's not a God of incompletion. He wants you to finish what you start.
