Manifested Vision, Part 8: The Power of Vision | Dr. Mike Woods, Sr. (Revisited)

Today on Rod Up. Listen, the moment you get a revelation of who you really are, your stock goes up. Ooh, gosh, yeah, I'm on that. See, the stock market fluctuates based on revelation. Increases in the stock market happen because somebody got a revelation that Tesla was valuable. Wow. Somebody got a revelation that Amazon was valuable. So the stock goes through the roof because a public public revelation. Once you get a revelation of who you are and who God has envisioned you to be, and you get your heart and your mind on that— Lord, help me, Jesus— you're able— oh God, I feel like they're preaching this. You listen, you got to understand that what God will do, he'll cause your stock to increase. Your value goes up the moment you know who you are. You don't let people treat you invaluable when you got a revelation of who God says you are. I don't know who I'm preaching to, but somebody live. I want to tell you, your stock— your stock just went up. Good God Almighty! I dare somebody to shout, my stock just went up! Good God! Well, praise the Lord and grace and peace be multiplied to you from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. For those of you who are uninitiated, my name is Dr. Mike Woods and welcome to Rhoda Now. As you know, the word Rhoda is the Hebrew word for dominion. So this time I'm going to spend with you tonight is indeed Dominion on Demand. And I've come to understand that you'll never have dominion without two things. One, you won't have it without wealth, and you will never have it without vision. And so tonight we're going to talk about the power of vision. This is an awesome message I taught in my church this past week, so I promise you, you're going to be tremendously blessed by what we share. So don't go anywhere. Clap your hands, and prophetically it's an indication that as you pull your hands together, the heavens are working for you and pulling things together for you. Come on, clap your hands, and while you clap, the heavens of pulling your family together, pulling your money together, pulling your business together, pulling your children together. Beside him there is— so this morning We're gonna look at key number 3, and key number 3 is vision. Can you say that with me? Say vision. And number 3, I need you to tag somebody because they need this word. They need some vision in their life. There's no way we could move in amazing without vision. If we can't see no further than where we are. Let me submit this to you. You'll never leave where you are until you decide and see where you would rather be. Let me say that again. That's good. That's tweetable. Glory to God. You'll never leave where you are until you decide and see where you would rather be. So many people are stuck because, number one, they have not made a decision that they want more. They have— oh my God— sucked into the melancholy complacency of what their life looks like. And they've gotten comfortable and decided this is it, this is all. But we got to make a decision and say this is not it, there is more. Somebody say that with me, say there is more. I'm gonna say that 100 different ways probably this morning, but that's all I'm gonna tell you. There is more for our lives. We just gotta see it. We gotta open our eyes and look for it. Somebody on, on the live, type in the screen, in the comments, there is more. There is more. And you just got to make up in your mind and make a decision that you want it. You know, I decided a long time ago, I want everything that God has for me. I don't want half of it, I want all of it. Hallelujah! I want every— I want to die empty. I want to pour out everything he has for me to pour out on this earth and be totally empty when I leave. Oh, glory to God! So you got to see where you want to be. So what I'm gonna do this morning, strategically, I'm going to invert the hermeneutics of how I present this message. So I'm gonna give you the points first. And then we're gonna put the scriptures on the end. All right, glory to God. So I'm gonna break a lot of rules. That's breaking a lot of rules. Glory to God. The first thing I want to do is give you a working definition of vision. All right, so that when we mention it throughout this message, we know exactly what we're talking about. The first thing I want to say in this regard to this definition It comes from a Hebrew word, harzon, H-A-R-Z-O-N. It is actually where we get words like horizon. And horizon is a perspective or vantage point of the rising and setting of the sun. It's the ability to stand in one place and see something miles and miles away to see it rise and see it fall and see the illumination of it. So vision, harzan, it means a prophetic hope, a prophetic future. Vision is also prophetic revelation and resolve that what I see is coming. So vision is not just visualizing something. It also ties into a belief that what I see is really going to come to pass. Listen, I see myself as a billionaire. I see it. Not only have I visualized my life as a billionaire, I see it actually happening and how it's going to happen. Happen. That's what vision does. It reveals the details in the process of how you're gonna get what you see. So it's not, again, just coming up with something. But honestly, if it's prophetic revelation, that means it's God's— hear me— optimal or maximized reality for your future. So vision is God's maximized reality for your future. Wow, wow, wait a minute, I didn't say your optimal reality. Vision is God's optimal reality. So many people have created their own reality of what they want their future to look like. Honestly, I didn't come up with the billionaire thing. That's God's optimal reality for my future. Are y'all hearing this? So when you, when you understand that you're living it through the perspective or the vantage point on how God has optimized your life, it doesn't matter what anybody says. Watch this, I have to mention this right now. Because this is not in my scriptures, but I have to mention Joseph. The Bible says Joseph was a dreamer, but literally, if you transliterate the word dream or dreamer in those texts in Genesis, it's translated harzan. So Joseph was a visionary, but the Bible said because Joseph had vision— watch this— His brothers hated him more. So if I got haters, it's okay because I'm a visionary. If you got haters, it's okay. It's because you see something others can't. And you got to make up in your mind that you're gonna shake the haters off, shake those that oppose you off, and keep on moving toward what you see. Because I'm gonna tell you something, that's part of being a visionary. You're gonna be hated. Joseph's own brothers hated him because he saw something beyond their comfort zone. When you start looking beyond the comfort zone, people oppose that. They hate that because most of our society wants to remain comfortable. Oh God, are y'all here with me today? So say, say, vision. Vision. I want y'all to get this in your spirit. Is God's— God's— optimal reality. Optimal reality. For my future. For my future. Come on, say it again. Vision. Vision. Is God's— God's— optimal reality. Optimal reality. For my future. For my future. It's what he has decided. My God, watch this. Your vision is never your decision, it's your discovery. Wow, how the answer? Let me say it again. Vision is never your decision, it's your discovery, right? Because God already planned your end. Wait a minute, come here, Isaiah. Isaiah said God declares the end From the beginning. So God declares where I'm going. Woo! Before I even get started. Good God Almighty. That says to me, praise God, that where I'm going is not my decision. I must discover it by obeying the laws of vision. So watch this. Here's the first point. Here's the first law of vision, because we're going to come to understand that you have to follow these laws in order for vision to come to pass. Y'all gonna go with me today? Let me teach this. Point number 1, law number 1: God— hear this— has a unique vision for every human. Every human being came to this planet with an authentic, vintage, unique vision that only they can carry out. You know why? Because your purpose, your assignment, is unique. So what makes vision unique is the fact that you're different than everybody else, and what God has for you is for you. Touch yourself and say, I'm unique. Say, I'm vintage. Say, I'm all that. Glory to God. You gotta understand, because God has settled in his mind already what your end is gonna be. He knows where you're going. He knows uniquely through your personality, through your blunders, your failures, your mess-ups, that you are the one that's qualified for the vision he put in you. Watch this. You're not being fought because of where you are. You're not being attacked because of where you are. You're being attacked because of where you're going. See, the enemy got a glimpse of where you're on your way to, so he— oh my God— so he made up his mind, if I can throw distractions, if I can get them looking at something other than their uniqueness— I want to tell you something, ain't nobody like you. Your vision is unique to your personality, it's unique to your learning, it's unique to your culture, it's unique to your design. You are perfect for the vision that God has settled for your life. So when you see it, I don't want you to get afraid, right? Right. Because you're perfect for it. It may scare them, but Jesus is out of you because it's so huge. And then when you go to looking at how flawed you are, and we go look at how human you are, and you say, oh my God, there's no way I can do that, but God says you can do Oh God, because he built in you the uniqueness to do what you see. So don't back off because it's too big. Matter of fact, you gotta be like a bulldog and say, okay, I got this. And can I tell you something? If God brought it to your eyes and put it in your heart, He's God enough to help you bring it to pass. Ah, Lord. Touch yourself again and say, "I'm unique." Say, "I'm vintage." Say, "I'm all that." Glory to God. Law number 2. You must understand the difference if you're gonna fulfill vision in sight and vision. They're two different things. Sight is physical. Sight is a matter of the eyes. Vision is a matter of the heart. God puts vision in your heart. Watch this. We're trichotomies. We are tripartite beings. We're body, we're soul, we're spirit. God never communicates through us through body. Matter of fact, the scripture says no good thing comes out of the flesh. So God is good, so he can't produce what he needs to produce through flesh. Flesh only houses the dream. Flesh houses the vision. And so God says, I'm gonna put vision in your heart, which means you gotta come out of that first dimension and begin to take introspective of your heart, which literally— and not the heart that's 6 inches below the collarbone, I'm talking about your heart that is the kardia in Greek, it is your soul. Inside of your soul is your mind, your will, your emotions. So God, first of all, he plants a seed of vision in your mind, and he starts giving you mind pictures. That's why you— again, you can't live in memory. You got to live in the realm of revelation. So when God brings revelation to your mind, you got to accept it. Oh my God, that's good. As the mind of God being superimposed upon your intellect, watch this, and you gotta yield and let him have control. Help us, Jesus. Because most people It's hard to let go of your mind. I grew up in a church, I remember Mother, you know, I grew up in that church where anybody can just break out with a song. In the congregation we have testimony, they just break out with a song. I mean, I'm telling you, we sang for an hour and a half and all the songs had the same Hear me, beat, right? The same chords. I'm like, that's just the same song, y'all just changed something. It's the same thing. But is it— I get joy when I think about what he's done for me. Joy when I think about what he's done for me. Y'all remember that? So we be going in, then somebody else will jump up and say, my mind done gone. Jesus got it, my mind done gone, Jesus got it. And you look out, yeah, your mind really— but at the end of the day, that's what has to happen. We have to give him our mind and just let him be. Watch this, let this same mind be in you that was also In Christ Jesus. So if that's the case, hear me, listen. Oh my God, we gotta become one with how God thinks. And then God says, I will plant a seed of vision in your thought process. But as long as we're moving in our own mind and living how we think about things We hinder the opportunity to have the mind of Christ. So he puts it in our mind, he puts it in our will. Inside of our will are our senses, our ability to see, our ability to hear. Watch this, sight in itself is invisible. If you take your eyes out your head, you cannot see sight. If you take your brain out your head, you cannot see your mind. There's no way to physically see the mind, but we know it's there. So God deals in the invisible realm, and he says, I want to put— I want to take control of your faculties, where everything you sense, everything you taste, everything you look at, it connects to my dream, my vision. For your life. Listen, the most tragic thing in the world is to have sight and no vision, to be able to see with your eyes and not with your heart. This is how people mess up and marry the wrong people, because they went by sight. Y'all ain't got to say nothing. They went by polkertude. A size 2, right? Right. That, that ain't even natural. Y'all ain't talking— nobody should wear a size 2. Glory to God. Ain't nothing can get on a size 2, but in a size 2, but bones. Are y'all hearing me? Glory to God. Okay, I'm not coming against the model types and the size 2s out there, but what has happened, everybody now gauges what they view as beauty from that model that they see. So now that vision says, okay, in order for me to have the right kind of attraction, I need somebody that looks like this. But at the end of the day, you can get somebody that's fine as cat hair, fine as Beyoncé, but heart is jacked up. Are y'all hearing me? You gotta be able to slip past the body. Me. Tips and hips, y'all are talking. And see the heart, because at the end of the day, vision— watch this— is invisible, and you got to tap into it. And so, so many people married a married man that's clean on the outside, jacked up on the inside, broken, hurt, got all kind of issues. Knocking them upside the head every chance they get, every chance again, just beating them down because they looked good but they were messed up on the inside. Come on, church. At the end of the day, we got to get some vision to slip past physical. So that's how God moves with the vision of your life. He wants you to have— watch this— He wants you to dream with him. See, vision is produced when you dream with God, not when we dream with ourselves. When we dream with God. Touch yourself and say, I got a dream with God. Which brings me to this next law. I'm almost through. Vision, hear me, is not our private view of the future. It's not what you see again your future looking like, but it is the view of our future created by God. So you got to catch this now. God wants us to dream with him so he can influence us to carry out what he saw for us. Can I submit to you, there are a lot of people hear me, who are living a life that God did not create. They hooked up with their own dream, or they're mimicking somebody else's dream, and they're just really living based on what they saw, what they read. God really didn't say nothing to them. They really are not in sync with God and dreaming with God Therefore, they really don't have a vision. Watch this, because all vision comes from God. He's the author and the finisher of vision. It starts with him, it ends with him. He simply wants to give us a revelation of what he already sees. Y'all don't believe it? Uh, Jeremiah 1:5. Jeremiah 1:5 says, before I formed you, not after, before I formed you, yet said formed in Hebrew, which means before you became a living chromosome, before you had one dimension called flesh. You didn't have no flesh. You are a soul. And God said, before I formed you in your mother's belly, yet said before, not after, which means first of all, you're not a mistake. Touch yourself, say, I ain't no mistake. Say, I'm supposed to be here. Good God Almighty, ain't no oops. Right, there was a plan. Listen, my daddy was 17 and my mama was 15, and they were just nasty. They weren't planning me, just being nasty. Are you hearing me? Just nasty. Glory to God. But in their nastiness— I can talk like that because Mama ain't here. But she was being nasty. 15, sit down somewhere with your fast self. But God said, in y'all being fast— y'all hear me? And just plain nasty. I got to bring forth the prophet. In this gene pool. Because before y'all got together, I knew him. And there's something in your daddy, 17, who has no business sleeping with 15. Y'all not talking. But God says, I'm gonna use this. Because there's something in mama, something in daddy, in the DNA that I need so that he can carry out vision. So there was no mistake. He said, before I formed you, I knew. The word knew is yada in Hebrew. Yada means I was intimate with you. Intimacy is not sex. The word intimacy means intimacy. Uh, women have a tendency to be more intimate than men. It's the ego in a man that kind of robs him of being really intimate sometimes. But the end of the day, women will open up quicker than a man will. That a woman will open up her entire heart and life and put it in the hands of a man and say, I trust you. Meaning a little slower to do that. Are y'all hearing me? Because of the ego, because of the masculinity. But the reality is intimacy is a closeness, it's a revealing. So God says, before I formed you in your mama's belly, I was close to you. Me and you was chilling. Me and you had conversation. Oh my God, me and you discussed the vision. Wow. So before you got here, you and God, I set you aside for a work, a vision that only you could do before you got here. So the vision was all set up before we even got to this planet. I got to get through y'all. He says, I sanctified you then What's this? I ordained you. He said, Jeremiah, I ordained you a prophet. Everybody's not a prophet, but there's an ordination for everybody's life. There's an assignment and an order to bring that to pass. So God said, not only did I give you the assignment and set you aside, consecrate you to do it, that means if nobody ever gives you a piece of paper that say you anointed, that say you have an assignment, that say you have a vision. God says, I already, hallelujah, sanctified you and ordained you. Y'all not helping me. Before you even got here, I set up the order whereby you're gonna bring this to pass. Touch yourself and say, I'm a person of vision. Matter of fact, I want you to say, I'm full of vision. I'm full of vision. Come on, say it again. Say, I'm full of vision. Hallelujah. See, the essence of vision is the ability to see further than your eyes can look. To see not just what is, but to see what's coming. Again, vision says this is coming. It's not just something stationary that's gonna always just stay in the future. I dare you, touch yourself and say, "Vision is coming." And say specifically, "The vision over my life." Say, "It's coming to pass." Lord, I got to get out of here. Listen, so in order for me to move into vision, I'm just giving you the laws first, and then when I get to the scripture, we gonna be gone. But watch this, in order to move into this vision, again, there is a vision dimension. Abas. So instead of trying to understand who you are in the earth realm, people try to understand where they come from. They do searches in their family, all kinds of stuff. But we need to take a Genesis. Abas. A journey to our Genesis. I said, God, where did I really come from? We need to go into the realm of the before, the dimension of vision. I said, God, who am I really? And that's God to give us a close look of who he has made us. Listen, the moment you get a revelation of who you really are, your stock goes up. See, the stock market fluctuates based on revelation. Once you get a revelation of who you are and who God has envisioned you to be and you get your heart and your mind on that. Lord, help me, Jesus. You're able. Oh God, I feel like they're preaching this. You listen, you got to understand that what God will do, he'll cause your stock to increase. Your value goes up the moment you know who you are. You don't let people treat you invaluable. When you got a revelation of who God says you are— I don't know who I'm preaching to, but somebody live. I want to tell you, your stock— your stock just went up. Good God Almighty! I dare somebody to shout, my stock just went up! Good God Almighty! I'm telling somebody today, you've been depressed, you've been walking around here with low low self-esteem. But God told me to tell you, your value just increased. The reason you keep attracting the same kind of men, the same kind of women, living the same mundane life, is because you don't have a revelation of your value. But God, he told me to tell you this morning, you're stuck. Just went up. I got somebody shouting, my stock just went up! Shout glory! I got to go. Just type it on the screen: my stock just went up, my stock just went up, my stock just went up. No longer will you treat me like I'm nobody. My stock just went up. No longer will you hold my past against me. I know who I know where I'm going. My stock just went up! Good God Almighty Lord, I feel like running. Oh! Good God from Zion, I got to go, I got to go, I got to go. So, so, so, so, so, so, so. I just feel that in my spirit. My stock just went up. Just went up. So, so again, you got to take a trip. Let me come down, cuz I feel like running. Somebody watching right now, I dare you just go to praising God. I dare you open your mouth right where you are, whether you're watching this live or by replay, just open your mouth and begin to lift up the name of Jesus. And I heard the Lord say, while you praise, God's gonna give you vision. And when he gives you vision, your stock is gonna increase, your value is going through the roof. Come on, open Open up your mouth and give God glory. Give God honor. Give God praise. Come on, rejoice because you're going somewhere. See, the devil's mad, but the devil is a liar. You're going forward. You're going higher. You're going to the next place. You're going up from here. Oh Lord, you ought to hit your yourself and say, I'm going up from here. I'm going up from this place. It's a higher height, it's a deeper depth. Say yeah, say yeah, yeah. Lord, I'm preaching too hard. Your stock has went up. Okay, let's move. Okay, let me calm down. Oh Jesus, good God Almighty. So here I want you to get this. I'm almost done. You got to take a trip. We're going to try this again. Hallelujah. Into the vision dimension. And you got to now own the vision. In the vision dimension, you got to take ownership. Oh, you gotta declare, but you ain't got it yet. You gotta see it and own it. I have owned the fact, not I will be, but I am, because this is my confession. This is what I saw. I am a billionaire. I've owned that. Are y'all hearing me? You gotta own it in the vision dimension. You gotta own what God said about you, because ownership precedes occupancy. You cannot occupy the vision before you own it. You know why? Because if you don't see it before you see it, when it manifests, you won't recognize it. Ah, let me say that again because somebody missed it. If you don't see it before you see it, when it manifests, you won't recognize it. That's why a lot of people miss their blessing because— Ashianda Labasi— I ain't got time, I just need to go. Listen, they miss it because they didn't own it in the vision dimension, so they never occupied. But watch this, Harry, there can be no occupancy without opposition. Just because I told you in the beginning, you have a vision, you will be opposed. The very fact that you said the Lord said, I know there are people look at me and said, I need man go crazy, walk around here talking about he gonna be a billionaire. He ain't gonna be no billionaire, he crazy. But keep watching, because if you endure the opposition, God will eventually— glory— he will eventually cause people to see What you saw. So when people rise up against you, don't debate, don't argue, and don't try to prove them wrong. Just say, keep watching, keep watching, keep your eyes on me, because before long You gonna see what I see. My God. So you ain't got nothing to prove, right? Because you saw it. You know it's real. It's in your heart, not in your eyes. You know God has consumed your mind with it. He's giving you the processes and the innovation to bring it to pass. So you just walk it out. And stay focused on the vision. I'm moving. Proverbs 29:13. Almost done. The Bible says, where there is no vision. Mm-hmm. So it's, it's dangerous not to have vision. He said the people perish. The word perish in Hebrew means they cast off restraint. They have no restraints. They get out of control. Watch this. It's a whole bunch of saints with no vision and out of control. When I say out of control, first of all, they left the guidance of God and they doing what they want to do. You can play softly, Harry. I'm getting through. I'm getting through. They walk through life with no boundaries, trying this and trying that. Out of control and loving it because they have no vision. Watch this. But he that keepeth the law, happy is he. The scripture declares if you do what God says, it brings happiness in your life. You mess around, marry somebody because they look good, and you want to say to people, oh, look what— you want a trophy, but you're miserable at home, right? But if you want to be happy, you marry who God say marry. You want to be happy, you live where God says live. You need a vision for every aspect of your life. I'm going. Habakkuk 2:2. And the Lord answered me and said, write the vision. So when God gives you a vision, you— this is why you write it down. Because the moment you write down what you saw— watch this— everybody, I would say everybody has a number. My number is a billion. I got it wrote down in my iPad, in my phone. I got it on computers somewhere. I look at it. That's where I'm going. Write the vision. Watch this. Make it plain. Make it— walk in a clarity about it. Make it understandable. Watch this. Pray and ask God to give you the perceive ability on how you're gonna bring it to pass, so you become one with the process. How am I gonna get there? God, show it to me, make it plain, and then write it down. Watch this: so that he may run that readeth it. That's exclusive. People have used the scripture for other people reading it, but this word was directly to King. And Rebecca said, look, we going through this stuff. You've been listening to these false prophets. Let's get a vision from the Lord, then write it down, make it plain so you can run with it, so you can take action. Oh boy, I'mma close with this. Whatever you do, guys, once you see the vision, don't get distracted. Say this with me. Say, in the name of Jesus. Come on, say it. In the name of Jesus. Say, I renounce the demon of distraction. It's a demon designed Oh my God, to create hindrances to vision. Watch this. Distractions lead to division. Divisions, two words, di-vision, two visions. So when you get distracted, now you, you see what God You're seeing something else, and most of the time the something else seems easier. So you walk in what's easy because you got distracted by comfort, you got distracted by carnality, you got distracted by the system of the world. Oh my God, Jesus. Oshketa basi. And watch this. Division. When you start moving in division, it leads to dissatisfaction. You get frustrated, you're dissatisfied. Your life now is looking for fulfillment because you're on the wrong road. You're not focused. And dissatisfaction leads to detours. You start taking shortcuts, you start trying to go around the short way and overlook the process. Listen to me, if you constantly take detours and try to find the easy way out, ultimately it brings death to the vision. The vision can die and not come to pass. So many people have died and never fulfilled vision because they got distracted. Y'all stand. If you're watching us still live, listen, stay with me. The vision for your life, it's a serious deal. God has so much for you. Hallelujah! Your future looks real good. Remember, vision is God's optimal maximized reality for your future. Some of y'all watching Housewives and you want some red bottoms because you saw them. Wrong vision. That, that ain't reality. You need to get a reality for your life. Hallelujah. I'll be true. Well, praise the name of God. What a word. I'm certainly grateful that you're still here. Glory to God. I pray that the teaching of the word of the Lord has penetrated your hearts tonight and it has motivated you to move into a season of amazing this year. In 2021. That's what the Lord spoke to me personally. He said, son, this is going to be the year of amazing things, amazing economies, amazing family situations, amazing promotions, amazing business, just amazing, amazing, amazing. But he said to me, it cannot happen if we do not put the prerequisites in place, and vision is one of them. I challenge you today to get the vision that God has for your life in clear focus and begin to look toward it and walk out the process to finish it. Listen, you have the same opportunity as anyone else to do it big and achieve the vision and dream that God has put in your heart. And listen, forget the haters. Haters. They gonna hate anyway, man. Just do what you got to do. Matter of fact, pay them no attention. Do what you got to do, put in the work, and watch the end result manifest. Stop being concerned about what other people think about you. Live for the audience of one. That's what I want to pray about. Yeah, thank you, Holy Spirit. Live for the audience of one— God. And if you do that, there'll be no limit Hallelujah. Listen, just throw your hand above your head like that. There's nothing above your head. You can go as high as you want to. Let's pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you right now for every person that watched this message tonight. I pray that you would open their vision up, their horizon, their prophetic future. Let them see their lives through your vantage point. Let them see themselves the way you see them. I'm asking you, God, that when they get this revelation, you raise their stock, you raise their value, and that they will have a perceived value of themselves that no one could ever take.
