PART 3: "CONFIDENCE WITHOUT CONCEIT" | 12 PM TEACHING, DAY 14 OF 21 DAYS OF ACTION | DR. MIKE WOODS

Dr. Mike Woods teaches on true confidence rooted in God rather than self-centered pride, using biblical examples like Moses and Isaiah. He warns that conceit leads to destruction, citing Lucifer's fall, and emphasizes humility and interdependence within the body of Christ during day 14 of a 21-day fast.
Chapters
Our 21 days of fasting, prayer, action. We're fasting for fire. Glory to God. I don't know about you, but these 21 days have been absolutely phenomenal for me. I'm telling you, it's just been great. I mean, we've done this fast for years and, you know, it's just been something different about this year. And I am— I'm grateful to God, you know, just for the opportunity, the principles, the disciplines that he has put in place in the kingdom to draw us closer to him. You know, that's just how important, you know, us being close to him is. You know, he's so holy, he's so amazing, he's so holy and righteous that, you know, at the end of the day, you know, we, we have to come to him correct, you know. And the, the, the better we get, the more of him we can really encounter and experience. Uh, we don't just want, uh, legalistic, religious, uh, surface relationships. So this fast has been amazing. Look, perhaps you're just joining us, and if you are, listen, I need you guys to do me a favor and go ahead, please, right here, and I need you to share this. Glory to the name of God. Uh, it's just nice to be nice. Um, the reality is, again, and we learned this yesterday, uh, we just walked through this in scripture, uh, really from, uh, several vantage points. But the reality is we are blessed to be a blessing. And when something is really blessing us, we should indeed share it with others. So whether you're joining us right now live or by replay, I need you to do me the kind favor and share this. You know what? You know, it's just, you know, it's just the right thing to do. A blessing is not a blessing until you give it away. You know, you can say, oh, it's a blessing, but as long as you're hoarding it for yourself, it's really not a blessing yet. You know, God gives it to you so you can give it to somebody else. And I just believe that the things we're preaching, we're teaching, uh, during this 21-day fast and really all the time, you know, they're to glorify God and not to glorify me. And so if you share them, um, you're bringing them to a page and a situation where, you know, the vessel, the conduit, is just totally interested in being just that, a conduit to get people through me to God. That's all I want. I want lives to change by what we say. So please, guys, uh, go ahead and share this for me right now. God is good. Glory to God. Uh, good afternoon, everybody. Hello, Kiara. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, Pastor Jasper. Good to see you always, sir. Uh, glory to God. Good afternoon, Tanya. Glory to the name of God. Good afternoon, Sharia. Welcome everybody, glory to God. Good afternoon, Bruce. Um, thank you guys for being here. And like I said, do me a favor, everyone. Uh, I mean, I, I think, you know, a number might be with, with my particular followers. I think they're probably 10 on right now, but usually there are other people who are— because that number is who's actually most of the time who follows you, who's clicked the follow button. And, um, so it's usually it's like 10 times more than that. That's why when you come off, you'll see we had like 100 or something on, on some occasions. So you guys, please go ahead and share this. Uh, this is going to be really good. God bless you, Zion. Good to see you, lady. Glory to God. God bless you, Tamika Gordon. Good to see you. Good afternoon again. You guys share this, uh, and I believe we're going to be blessed today. We're going to be blessed, uh, in a rich way. Glory to God. And I think God's going to be glorified. Hallelujah. Listen, perhaps you are not fasting with us. I'm gonna go ahead and get this out of the way, and you're just joining us. Let me tell you something, it's not too late. Glory to the name of God. And, um, yeah, you could start right now. You got 7 days of fasting in front of you. So go to rhodachurch.com/fast24, click that red button, download our fast guide and just begin to fast with us these next 7 days. We got 7 more days and I believe these 7 days are going to be intense. I believe God is going to get the glory. He's going to do something really special. What I decided to do for the last day of the 20th, what we're going to do instead of having 12 noon teaching, we're going to have a special study that night. Uh, well, we'll do it around 8 o'clock Eastern Standard, 7 o'clock Central. And what we'll do, we're going to open it up, glory to God, and just bring some of you on that may have a testimony to what this fast has done for you. So start thinking about the results, because we don't— again, we don't just want to go hungry. We want to see, you know, the fire of God increase. We want to see your desire, your passion to seek God. You know, I heard some people yesterday say they, they're losing weight. I mean, that's a great thing. I've lost about 10 pounds since I've been on this fast. And, you know, I'm telling you, I feel better. Um, oh my God, I'm hitting the golf ball further since I've been on this fast because of that, you know. And then I'm more focused and in tune, uh, because I'm open and sensitive to the things of God in a, in a higher way, you know. I'm always very sensitive, but let me tell you something, this, this where I've been, it's been something a little different. So I'm I'm grateful, you know, I'm grateful. And I pray that this fast has been a blessing to you as well. Glory to the name of God. Good afternoon, Lady Felicia, good to see you on today, dear. Glory to God, always good to see you. As I told y'all, that's my number one fan right there. She's been for a long time, and I appreciate God for her and, um, who she is in my life. Glory to the name of God. Um, yeah, man, we got a lot of good stuff that we've taught over these last 21 days. I'm, I'm glad that we've had an opportunity to record it and that we've archived all these teachings as well. So if you haven't shared, go ahead and share, and we're going to pray. Glory to the name of God. And go ahead and get started. Glory to God. God is so good, man. He's so kind. Good afternoon, Dr. Tam. Welcome. Glory to the name of God. Let's pray, guys, so we can get started. Glory to God. Father, in Jesus' name, we love you. And we thank you, God, for day number 14 of 21 days of fasting and prayer. Oh my God, we are— glory to the name of God— 75%, two-thirds of the way, uh, to the finish line. And God, I thank you for every day we've had. Um, I even give you glory, God, for every person that has been committed to this fast, and even those that tried and for whatever reason they fell off. Glory to the name of God. And I pray, God, that you will give them the tenacity the wherewithal, God, to reconnect to these last 7 days and finish strong, finish strong these last 7 days. And I just give you praise for that. I thank you, God, that as we fast, we're seeking you with a greater passion. We're loving you, God, with a greater passion. And there's a fire that's flowing out of us that cannot— oh my God— be put out. There's a fire that's being shut up in our bones, that's being turned up. The flame is being turned up. Glory to God. And, and We're becoming contagious. Oh my God, to our environment as we seek you, as we hear your word. God, in the name of Jesus, as we serve you, God, this fire is being ignited because we believe that there's no separation between fire and fasting. And so because we've engaged this time of sacrifice, God, we love you and we give you praise, we give you glory. We give you honor in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. God is so good. Welcome again, everybody. Glory to God. He's a mighty God, and beside him there is no other. Glory to God, man. I am so excited. Glory to God, man. God is good. He's, he's just good. He's just kind. He's wonderful. So today we're continuing our series on Confidence: The Freedom to be yourself. You know, there is a supernatural liberty that comes to be authentically you when you get saved. Glory to God. And when you come into the kingdom, you know, you don't have to be fake, you don't have to be phony, you don't have to be anyone else but you. God uses you. He, he— matter of fact, everything you went through in your life, everything he delivered you from It is to take your personality, who you are. You have to put on airs. Glory to God. You could be uniquely and authentically you, and God, hear me, will get the glory out of your life. And you got to have confidence in that. So we've been talking about this, and just a few notes by way of review I want to give you that I shared. Glory to the name of God. Since we started this series, the first thing I gave you, I told you that a believer Without confidence is like a jumbo jet without fuel. You remember that? So you got to be fueled up with confidence and ready to go so God can use you. Again, you have a jet on the tarmac, it has no fuel, it's not going to do you any good. You're still not going to get where you're trying to go. So a believer that doesn't have confidence in themselves, that doesn't have the freedom to walk out destiny, to walk out God's plan, It's like a jumbo jet without fuel. Number 2, I told you that an unbeliever with competence— hear me— can do more than a believer without confidence. And I just gave you several examples of how that's happening in the world. You know, 97% of all Americans work for the other 3%. Of that 3%, I didn't tell you this before, about 0.6333% are born again. That gambit needs to change. The people in the world that control the economy, that control the wealth, that control Fortune 500, Fortune 5,000 companies— these are people that don't even believe in God, and they don't believe that a God exists. And here we are worshiping, crying, praying, believing God, and we are the 97% that they're employing. And it's all because of our lack of confidence in who God has made us. We are made to dominate. We are made to conquer. Inside of our DNA, glory to God, spiritually is a leader. Matter of fact, if you attest that Holy Spirit lives in you, that the Spirit of the Living God is inside of you— hear me— if you attest to that, then you have the spirit of leadership in you. You have the spirit of creativity in you, so there's no excuse for you not creating. There's no excuse, guys. Glory to God for you not being a leader and taking charge in your sphere of influence, because what it says, when you're not doing that, you're not really having encounters with him. You're not really spending enough time with him where he can influence you to emerge as this leader in our society. I hope you get something out of this today. Glory to God. I hope you do. I hope you do. Glory to God. Number 3, uh, just by way of review, we discussed— glory to the name of God— that God is for you. Watch this. And he wants to be for you. Glory to God. Ha! I just typed that in the comments. God is for me and he wants to be for me. Oh my God, God is for me and he wants to be for me. He ain't sitting up, sitting around trying to figure out whether he want to be for you or not. He's not sitting around trying to see if you're qualified like people do, and if you have the goods and you have what it takes. All he knows is you have him. Glory to God. And so he wants to be for you and be a champion for his purpose in your life. Oh my God, oh my God. Yeah, don't scroll if you're just stopping by here. Don't scroll, stay. Glory to God. He wants to be a champion for his plan, his purpose in your life. He's for you and he wants to be for you. He wants it, he wants it, he longs for it, but you have to yield so he can. As long as you keep leaning to your own way of doing things, leaning to your own understanding— glory to God— leaning your circumstances, leaning to what's in your bank account, okay, and not really letting him just be for you. God wants to be for you. Watch this. We also said though that Satan is against you. Hear me? And he wants to be against you. I need you to understand something today. Satan takes pleasure is stopping you from emerging as the real you, is stopping you from having confidence in God for real. Oh my God. Oh, oh wait, God have mercy today. He wants to stop you, but you got to decide, I'm unstoppable because God is for me. Hallelujah. And there's nothing the devil can do to stop me from being me, to stop me from rising to the level of authority, power, dominion, riches, greatness that God has prepared for me because God is for me, and he wants to be for me. Oh my God, oh my God, he wants to be, which means nobody has to give him a sales pitch to sell you to him. Oh God, like you try to impress people, you don't have to impress him. He already knows you, he already knows what he put in you, he already knows his plans for you. You just got to get enough confidence that who he says you are, guess what, you are. Oh boy. So you got to get your eyes off yourself and put all your confidence in the Lord. So I want you to— I want to add a special note, another one to, to those three today as we go into this teaching. All right, put all your confidence in God and he will trust you with everything you need. I'm gonna say that again. If you put all your confidence in God, he will trust you with everything you need. And watch this, and he will put his confidence in you to do the work. But the key here is, is putting all your confidence in God. All right, let me give you an example. Glory to God. Moses— all right, and we're gonna get into this— he had a rod. He was a stutterer. Glory to God. He stuttered when he spoke. So it seemed like Moses had the odds against him. But guess what Moses did with a stutter and a stick? Yeah, with a stutter and a stick. With a stutter and a stick. That's all he had. A stutter. Some of you got more than that. Some of you are very articulate, you're very intelligent. Glory to God. You got more than a stick. Glory to the— you, you've recognized your true potential. You understand who you are. You just have no confidence. But Moses, with a stutter and a stick— hear me— did exploits for God. He worked miracles for God. He was the head of one of the greatest exodus in history from slavery and bondage. He is an Old Testament type and shadow of the office of the apostle. He had leaders that— elders and leaders that was under him. He led over a million people with a stutter. Come on, man. Come on, come on. I feel like running. I feel like running. He led a million people, and you— and you're saying, I'm not enough, I'm not smart, I'm undereducated. But all Moses had was God— let's add that in there— a stutter, and a stick. And what you have is God— oh my God— and you. And that's a majority, and you can conquer. Oh, my— you have to put all your trust in God, and if you confidently trust him, listen, he will put his confidence in you and he will give you everything you need. He'll open up opportunities, he'll open up doors. Glory to God, because you chose to trust him. Like, uh, uh, uh, because you chose to say, God, I'm going for broke and I trust you. Listen, worrying about what you don't have ain't got you nowhere, has it? Come on, come on, you be honest. You ain't got to type in the comments, none of that. Just be honest with yourself, be honest with God. Worrying about it ain't got you nowhere. It hadn't changed things one bit. Complaining about it hasn't changed things. So why don't you try something different and put all your confidence in God? Come on, church. Come on, church. Come on, come on, come on. We gotta, we gotta put our confidence in him. And remember, confidence was the assurance to undertake a thing, the assurance that you have the ability, you have the skill, you have the knowledge that you are— watch this— able, acceptable. Oh my God, to get the job done. And so you're confident to do it. Oh, you got to put your confidence in him, not your skill set, not your ability. You must trust him. Glory to God. Lord, I love you. Lord, I give you the glory. Thank you, Father. So Moses with this stutter and this stick, that's all he had. That's all he had— stutter, stick. But God filled that stutter and that stick with power. When Moses spoke, seas rolled back. Hallelujah! Glory to God! When he raised up that rod, glory to God, manna would fall from heaven. Rebeshatabai. Oh God, we give you glory. He had authority because he had confidence in his God. You know why? Because the Bible said Moses knew the ways of God and Israel knew the acts of God. See, confidence is about discovering the ways of God and not just be caught up in his acts. Because if you're a person that just are moved by the acts of God and you never learn the ways of God in seasons where there are no acts, you will have no competence. Like the children of Israel, they complain, they murmur the whole 40 years, which is why none of the original Israelites went into the promised land. Okay, here we go, here we go. Let's go to John 17:21. Let me use myself as an example as we turn there. You know, my mouth, believe it or not, you probably believe it, there's a season in my life I had, especially coming up because I was a little skinny guy and, uh, I could talk a lot. I could fight, but I could talk better than I could fight, and I really didn't want to fight. Glory to God. So I had a big mouth. I would, you know, I could talk you into fear of fighting me. Or glory— and again, I'm a teenager, BC, before Christ. Come on, glory to God, don't judge me. Praise God, you still have problems. Glory to God that you're not willing to accept. So don't judge me. I'm just trying to give you an example using myself, being very transparent. I'm very human. Very human, very human. Pinch myself. Very human. I could feel that. Glory to God. So I have human situations, human issues. I'm, I'm not God. No preacher is God. Glory to the name of God. So, but we go through things so that we could teach truth of how God has delivered us. So my mouth, my mouth was something else. Very strong, very aggressive. I knew, I knew how to win a war with words. Glory to God. But God delivered this tongue of mine, and now he has filled it with prophecy. He's filled it with truth. He's filled it with power, and he gets the glory. He's filled it with songs, and he gets the glory out of this mouth because I put my confidence in him that he could fight for me. I put my confidence in him that he had my back. And all I'm saying to you, the areas where you've come short and you lack confidence, stop putting it in your ability. You must trust him. Glory to Jesus. So John 17:21, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go. 17:21, the Bible says this, it says that they all— this is Jesus praying may be one. God have mercy. That they may be heis, one. Glory to God. That went amantia. Oh God, heis, heis. That they will be abundantly aligned. Glory to God. That's what heis is, to be abundantly aligned with the nature, the character, the ability, the authority, and the resources of God. Wait a minute. Oh, so I'm gonna say heis means to be abundantly aligned, which means there are no ambiguities, there are no more options. The Greek word heis for one means there's no more options. Come on, just like when you get married, glory to the name of God, you become one with your spouse. There should be no other options. Hear me, you are one, you're abundantly one, glory to the name of God. And so what you do to yourself you're doing to them, because you are one. Oh God, today help us, help us. So God says, I need them to be one, abundantly one. Oh God, as thou, Father, art in me and I in thee. So we need to be, first of all, accommodating God, one with God like Jesus was. Us. You say you're a follower of Christ, right? So if I'm really following Christ, my goal ought to be to be heis, abundantly one with his authority, with his power, with his creativity, with his ability, with his resources, with his wealth, with his fire, with everything that pertains to him. He should be the only option. Are y'all hearing that? Oh God, oh God. Oh God, we give you glory, God. We give you glory. I give you glory right here. I don't know if nobody else does. I give you glory because at the end of the day, that says to me I can have total confidence because I can— I have a right through the blood of Jesus to be one with what my King has. With what my God has. Oh my God, I have a right to be abundantly one with him. Glory to God. In the Bible, not only says I need to be one with him, but he said that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast— so wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. So he's saying that when we, when we're one with him and then together we become one with each other in him, not divided, not moving in strife, not having animosity, not moving in bitterness. Listen, watch this. Whenever you get more than two people together, it's a threat to unity, and it can cause an issue, it can cause a problem. But what you have to learn to do if you want to be one with God and handle things like God would is be one with his way of handling the situation versus reverting back to your flesh and putting up guards against the pursuit of oneness, the pursuit— glory to the name of God— of unity and reconciliation. My God, today he says this is what calls— so when we're talking about sharing God, here we go. In this fast, in this third tier, sharing God better, the world can now believe that Jesus is really real. You know, I am really disgusted about something I saw a few weeks back. There's a movie that's being released, uh, and Black people produced, wrote, put this movie together. Uh, Jay-Z is behind this movie, of course. Because he's sacrilegious. And, uh, glory to the name of God, uh, a blasphemer. Glory to the name of God. Share it, JC, if you please, because that's what he is. Anytime somebody calls himself God and Jehovah and renounces that God is really real, uh, the Bible says you're a fool because you say there is no God, and you really are a greater fool when you think that you're God. We see what happened to Satan, right? All right, so that should tell you glory to the name of God, what you setting yourself up for. But here's the reality. This movie that he's, you know, involved in heavily, um, called The Book of Clarence, it clearly mocks who Jesus is. It clearly and blatantly calls him a false prophet in the movie. It clearly and blatantly declares that, you know, everything we have embraced as holy, as sacred it. They're trying to say it's nothing and it's a bunch of garbage. The devil is a liar. For you and I who really have lived to know God for real— and they may call us crazy because they don't have the discipline or they won't take the time to develop a real relationship outside of religion patterns with God. See, they're, they're locked in these religious patterns that disappointed them. And because religion disappointed them, they begin to war against the real God, not knowing that he's the true and living God. But when we become abundantly one, so when we can stand in the midst of a Jay-Z and say, hey, I know you got a billion, but we got a billion too. Glory to God. And, and we got it because God gave it to us to advance his kingdom. Oh my God, it did me— it did my heart so good. Wow. A few of the commercials that that I didn't agree with on, on, on this particular campaign, but there was a, a Christian evangelistic association that was running ads during the Super Bowl about Jesus gets us, Jesus loves us. And if you watch Super Bowl, you saw those. I was so glad to see in the midst of all of those other commercials that Jesus' name was being exalted on the most watched programming of the year. Super Bowl is the most watched television of the entire year, and my God was being glorified. And I can't help but rejoice in that, man, because at the end of the day, our voice needs to be heard. When you got ads that started $100,000 for 60 seconds, they go all the way up to a million depending on what time your ad runs. The reality is to see the name of Jesus lifted up, exalted during the Super Bowl did so much for me. I'm not— it did, it did. Anansi, it did so much for me. I'm telling you because the world is after the belief system and they want to shift the minds of people to believe that what we teach, what we preach is invalid and that it's not right. Glory to God. But it is, it's the truth. It's the truth whether they accept it or not. And it's true because— and it's not true because we have discovered religion is truth, because we've discovered that God is real and we discovered his love for real. We experienced him. We've heard him speak. We've seen him do the miraculous in our lives. You can't tell— an angel can come and try to tell me that there is no God. So I'm here to tell you, whatever the Book of Clarence— glory to the name of God— is declaring about my God, it's a lie. Because Jesus is Lord. Jesus is real. Jesus died for my sins. Glory to the name of God. He's the only God that has died for his people. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Okay, okay, okay, let's, let's move, let's move. So it got to be one. So let's jump into this confidence without conceit. I got a little time. Go to Isaiah 30. Glory to the name of God. Isaiah 30. Y'all excuse me. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Isaiah 30. Glory to God. Verses 1 through 15. I'm going to read these because I'm just going to read them. I'm not going to stop and exegete them, but I'm going to read them and then we're going to talk about them. I, I— there's one general thing through these 15 verses, but I want to— want you to hear it, uh, as we read this. Glory to the name of God. Glory to the name of God. We give you praise. We give you glory. Isaiah 30, verses 1 through 15. Glory to God. You'll find these words. It says, woe to the rebellious children, said the Lord, that take counsel but not of me. And that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin. Listen, verse 2: that walk to go down into Egypt and have— I'm not asking at my mouth to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh and to trust in the shadow of Egypt. Verse 3: therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame. Listen, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion. For his princes, verse 4, were at Zoan, and his ambassadors came to Hanes. They that were ashamed of a people that could not profit them, nor being helped nor profit, but a shame and also a reproach. The burden of the Beast of the South into the land of trouble and anguish, from whence come the young and old lion, the fiery flying serpent, the viper, They will carry their riches upon shoulders, glory to God, and of young asses, and their treasures upon bunches of camels, to a people that shall not profit them. I love it. I said I wasn't gonna stop, and I'm not. I'm gonna keep going because I don't have time. Verse 7, hallelujah. For the Egyptians shall help in vain and to no purpose. Therefore I have cried concerning this. Their strength is too sit still. Watch this, their strength is to sit still. We're going somewhere. Now go write it before them in a table and note it in a book, that it may be for time to come forever and ever, that this is a rebellious people, a lying children that will not hear the law of God. Come on, verse 10. Would say to the seers, you don't see nothing, and to the prophets, don't prophesy to us. Us right things, but speak unto us smooth things, prophesy to us. These people are asking for false prophecy because they really— I said I'm gonna stop— they don't want to hear what God says. Verse 11: Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. Wherefore thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, because you despise this word and trust in oppression, and perverseness and stayed thereon. Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant. Watch this, verse 14 and 15. And he shall break it as the breaker of potters— glory to God— that is broken in pieces. He shall not spare, so that there should not be found in the bursting of it a shear to fire from the earth, or to take water with ow out of the pit. For thus saith the Lord— listen to this, verse 15, this is where I wanted to get. Listen, for thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel: In returning and rest, in returning and rest, listen to this, you shall be saved. In quietness and in confidence 'in quietness and confidence shall be your strength, and you will not be harmed.' So in the midst of all of this stuff that could potentially cause danger to this people, the prophet Isaiah says, 'You don't have to fight this battle yourself.' All he's saying in these 15 verses is, 'In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.' So sometimes you got to keep your mouth closed, and sometimes you got to be confident in the Lord that the Lord has your back. He's gonna fight for you. Glory to God. He's gonna do battle for you. And you got to be able to do that without conceit. You got to have confidence in yourself, because when you— if you think about the whole thing that I can be abundantly one with him, and then what he has, I has. I'm gonna air with him that God, the real, for real— I'm not talking about foreplay, but for real, watch this— God is fighting for me. Are y'all hearing this? So I, I gotta go back to not being so busy. And we have to return to this— oh my God— rest. Return to him and just rest in him because he got you, because you abundantly want him, you trust him. It doesn't mean be lazy, but it says be confident. You do your part in the covenant and you're resting, and you're not worried about what's going on because you're literally resting in God. Oh my God, today Oh my God. So you got to return and rest. Take your hands off it. Stop trying to fight the battle. Stop trying to figure out. Oh my, stop coming up with excuses. Glory to God, because he's got you. And when you think about all of that, it could be pretty easy to get conceited, to get a little arrogant, because man, I know I'm gonna win, God got me. But no, You got to be able to have confidence, balance this thing without conceit. See, conceit is dangerous, and you got some arrogant believers that are overconfident. Yeah, this just me, this just me. I'm not saying these people are wrong, but it's just me. Because if I'm not born again and I come up to you and say hello, and your response to me with your chest out and your head up, I'm blessed and highly favored of the Lord. Oh my God, I'm gonna feel some kind of way if I don't know God. Hallelujah, glory to God. I'm blessed and highly favored of God. How are you today? I'm blessed. Well, I mean, I said I might not even know what that is. I might not even know what you're saying. It may take that absolutely wrong. What's wrong with you just saying hello and letting the fruit of you being blessed and highly favored show through your life? I'm just saying. I'm just saying, because I know people that have that salutation. Glory to God. Every time you say something to them, how are you today? I'm blessed and highly favored. But I'm looking at their life and I'm like, you might need to stop saying that to people who don't believe. We understand that it might be a confession of faith if we believers, but somebody that don't believe gonna look at you and say, if that was blessed look like, I don't want Come on, man. Come on, come on, come on. I think it's kind of conceited. I think it's puffed up. Glory to the name of God. That you gotta always be saying something you are and you really not that, because it's dangerous, man. So we should have a quiet confidence, not a conceited confidence. In other words, we know God got us, so we could be quiet. We ain't got to be boisterous. We ain't got to be the loudest person in the meeting, the loudest person in the room. We ain't got to always be talking because we're confident— hear me— that God has our back. That's right, Zion. Glory to God. Let your words match your life. That's it. We can be quiet and just live and be epistles written and read of men. So you ain't got to say nothing, but every time you step out your door, it's a book. Yeah, read this. Yeah, check this out. Yeah, glory to God, because you don't have to say nothing because the fruit and the light is shining through. Glory to the name of God. I said something years ago, probably about 30 years ago now. I said it, you know, often now, that silence can never be misquoted. You know, since I said it, there are tons of people that grab that and say it, but in the day, it's the reality. Silence can never be misquoted. So when you're confident, you're silent, you're quiet, and nobody can never say you said something you didn't say. Glory to God. And guess what? You learn so much more in silence. Glory to God. We love you, we love you, Father. We love you, Father. So let me, let me give you a few dangers of conceit. First of all, conceit is worldly. Conceit is carnal. Conceit is devilish. Conceit is destructive. I'll say it again: conceit is worldly. Conceit is carnal. Conceit is devilish. And conceit is destructive. It'll destroy you. Pride coming for a fall. God rejects the proud because it is worldly, because it is devilish. The Bible says one of the 6 things that God hates is a proud look, a haughty spirit. So don't take the fact that he's with you as a legal right to be haughty and to look down on people. We should be operating in humility. So that others will want what we got. We don't want to push them away. Glory to the name of God. Eba Sotomayor, we give you praise, we give you glory. But watch this, on the flip side, quiet confidence is right. Hear me, it's necessary, and it's commanded by God. We just read that from the prophet Isaiah. So it's right, it's right for me to have quiet confidence. So in other words, I ain't being a punk when I ain't voicing my opinion all the time. I'm not being a punk or laying down because that's who I used to be. I mean, yeah man, you said something, oh what? I mean, I had it bad. Even, glory to the name of God, when I was married to my previous wife, you know, first early in the marriage I had some real issues with people, you know, because I had a lot of envy and jealousy I had to deal with and work out of my life. Glory to God. And, you know, people would be— a male factor could be talking to her or, or looking at her. I mean, she always dressed nice. She always was a pleasant person. At the end of the day, I had issues though. I'm like, you know, what's your mind? I walk up and say, what you saying to my wife? And I would mean it. What would you What's going on here? At the end of the day, that was too much. That was too much. I should have acquired confidence. Guess what? She's talking to them, but she's going home with me. That's how I am now with Felicia. And, and later in the marriage, I got that like that with Rachel, because at the end of the day, she would go home with me. And I, I had to discover the problem wasn't with what she was doing, and the people she was talking to were her friends, and they meant well. They had no ill agenda. This. So at the end of the day, I, I should have just been quietly confident that she's with me. So, so, so I, I've learned that from their mistakes. I don't even— with Felicia, man, you know, men talk to her, men look at her. At the end of the day, I, I— because she's a beautiful woman, but at the end of the day, I don't let it bother me. I don't get up in people's face. Glory to the name of God. Especially when she was still working, I knew men— I mean, she come home all these, uh, during Christmas time because she was the manager. So she was the leader in her station. And at the end of the day, you know, a lot of them will bless her at Christmas time. They give her gifts and things. I mean, I mean, stuff like personal stuff like purses. I mean, thank you, man. Glory to God. Take that purse, enjoy it. Glory to the name of God. Because at the end of the day, I knew, you know, they, they, you know, they, they knew how beautiful she was and they knew she had a beautiful spirit. But you have to learn that it's not always an opportunity to boast what you're, you're feeling and to get out of line with people. You got to be confident in God the same way, man. Oh my God, oh my God. Okay, let me get through, let me get through. Glory to God. So quiet confidence is right, necessary, commanded. Watch this, and here we go. Nothing can be accomplished without Okay, because it's your strength. The Bible said in Isaiah, oh my God, 30:15, it shall be your strength, which, which is Gaborah, or Gaborah. We call God sometimes Jehovah Gaborah. He's the Lord, our master and strength, the Lord, our victory, our supernatural force. So what gives us the ability, glory to the name of God, to overcome and conquer the enemy is the ability that we tap into the strength of God, becoming abundantly one with him through quiet confidence. See, a lot of times our limitations are connected to our mouth. We talk too much, man. And it's connected also to our overestimation— oh my God— of ourself. And we start becoming wise in our own eyes and our own conceit. Versus understanding that everything we are, everything we have, God gave it to us. Matter of fact, let's go to Romans 12:16. I'm— yeah, thank you, Lord. Romans 12:16. Romans 12:16. Hallelujah! Glory to God! Hallelujah! We love you, Jesus. We love you, Jesus. Romans 12:16. Let's read that. Glory to God. Are y'all learning something? I got about 9 more minutes. Glory to Jesus! But I feel real good right now teaching this. Glory to the name of God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. I'm gonna try to wrap this up. Glory to the name of God. My wife, uh, rebuked me yesterday in the car. She said, okay, she pulled out her phone. She said, when I— because something went on. We was trying to stream live yesterday, so I don't know what happened with the camera. Uh, I think, um, the live stream module died, and then it— then the camera battery died. So the physical camera inside of the church wasn't working. So a couple of people took out their phones and started recording the message, and Felicia was one of them. And, uh, she pulled out her phone and said, okay, so this is when I started recording you. She said, you talked for 2 hours today. Glory to God. And so I'm gonna try to wrap this up in the right amount of time. Glory to the name of God. Because I was feeling that word just then. I needed to get out what God gave me. And I pray that y'all was blessed yesterday. But at the end of the day, she's right. I, I could have brought it in. The spirit of the prophet is subject to the prophet. Amen. So, uh, yes, I take the rebuke. Glory to God. Hallelujah. And I'm gonna try to get out of here. Glory to the name of God. Pretty quick. Praise God. Hallelujah. I love you, Jesus. Glory to God. Watch this. The Bible says, be of the same mind one toward another. All right, so that's big, right? That's, that's big to all of this. Conceited people have a problem with other people. Matter of fact, people who are stuck on themselves, whether it be you feel like you got a justified issue to be in your shell, to be stuck on you, to not want to be a part of the group, to not want to be included, to not want to engage, at the end of the day that's really not a healthy thing, and it's really not godly. Because here the Apostle Paul says, be of the same mind— nous in Greek, or phroneo in Greek. The word mind deals with— glory to the name of God— be of the same exercise of the mind, which means we're doing the same things, we're thinking the same things, and acting out the same behaviors toward each other that's centered around— watch this— a central piece, which is God. So we behave toward each other in a way, in humility, because that's how God wants us to be, so that we can get the job done. We respect each other where we are. Watch this, we're forgiving to each other, we love on each other regardless. Listen, Jesus— I want you to think about about everything you have done in your life. And I want you to think about the blood of Jesus getting on that cross, being whipped before he got there with many stripes. The scripture says, said not a mumbling word, nailed to a bloody cross, epiketiously died for you, became a substitution for you. And took on all your sin so that you can know him, so that the veil can be removed, so you could have real relationship with him. But then when it comes down to you exercising the sacrificial right to be like Jesus and forgive somebody and love them in spite of what they've done Listen, I'm telling— let me just give you me. I can talk about me. Listen, I have held grudges against my own mother, my own father, because I blamed both of them so long, and it wasn't their fault. Glory to the name of God. But things I went through in my childhood— I mean, life just happened to them. Things happen. I was just— I was growing up in a child. There's no way to be be at home as a child, but to be at home as a child. So at the end of the day, it was the devil trying to stop a destiny that God had on my life. But I held things in my heart against these people. Glory to them. This is my mama that brought me in the world. And God began to tell me, listen, you gotta let that go. You have to forgive. You— oh my God, today Jesus, Jesus. Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. You— oh God, you have to learn to let things be and love like Jesus. That's why— who— and you don't have to agree with it, but that's why you miss a lot of things, because you got too much in your heart. And you conceded. You think it's about you. It's not about you. It's about the Lord being glorified because of your obedience. Okay, all right, all right, all right, all right. He said, be of the same— oh my God— mind one toward another. He says, mind not the high things, the conceited things, the arrogant things. Glory to God. But condescend to men of low estate. Take for your example men of humility. Glory to the name of God, who will be humble enough— glory to the name of God— to express themselves to you in humility, no matter what their status or position is, no matter who they think they are. They will be a part of who you are and help and reach out for you. You. Glory to God. It says, be not wise in your own conceits. My God. In other words, don't overestimate yourself. Don't think you're more than you are. Don't be wise in your own conceits. Heathen is what we— words like heathen in the English. Heathen. Which is conceived— oh my God— your own self-interest, your own ability. Don't get overwhelmed with that. Everything you are, everything you will be, is because God is going to make us that. Glory to God. Glory to God. It's not about you. Shema Yisrael. It's not about you, it's about him. And you got to be willing to have confidence without conceit. I got to get out of here, guys. I got 2 more minutes. Glory to God. Let me, let me keep going. See, the first thing is— and go to Romans 12:3, same chapter, we're going to verse 3— because the first thing is, glory, we gotta know Here we go, write this down. Matter of fact, type this in the comments. I'm gonna pull in close to this camera. Glory to God. Type this in the comments, please. We must first know— type this— we must first know what's this, what we are not. Watch this. Before we can know who he is in us. Ooh, Michael Woods, did you just say that, sir? Yes, yes. We must first know what we are not. Nobody wants to look at what you're not. Everybody wants to proclaim what they are. Oh my God. Eba satamandorense. We, we, we amansi ku laki sataba obansotobanku. You gotta be able to adjust the fact, oh my God, that there's some things you just are not. There's some things you just are incapable of, and that you have the capacity to do only what you have the capacity to do. And I'm telling you, that capacity is large. God has given you big capacity. Glory to God. And you gotta really be able to accept what you are not so he can take total confidence in you and do in you what he wants to do. And you can know who he is in you. But as long as you think you're good as him and that everything you're doing is you and come out of your brains, yeah, you're never gonna really see the hand of God move. As long as you think it's your intellect, your ability, your business acumen, your education, your degrees, your experience, as long as you think it's you and you don't understand that everything you are, everything you will be, you will be it because of him. Oh my God, I love you, Jesus. I love you, Jesus. Oh, bashikan tabaya. Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right, saints of God. That's right, we gotta know first what we're not. I know, I know, I know. You said, 'Possess, I'm all that and a bag of chips, dude.' Yeah, I agree, you are, but you got to be quiet about You got to be quiet about it. Glory to God. And just be it. Just be all that and a bag of chips. You ain't got to boast. You ain't got to talk about it. Glory to God. Oh, glory to God. We give you the glory, God. We honor you. Okay, Romans 12:3. I got to get out of here. I'm over my time. Give me, give me, give me 7 more minutes, God. 12:3. Watch this. He said, for I say— this is Apostle Paul— through the grace given unto me, to every man among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according to as God has dwelt to every man the measure of faith. So So this ain't to a few of us, it's to all of us. He says, oh my God, think soberly. He said, don't think more highly of yourself than you should. In other words, you got to get rid of all the exaggerated opinions of yourself. And just accept what you're not, and it'll show you who he is again. And, and once you see who he is, he'll begin to show you the plan on what you need to do to ensure that you are where you need to be— watch this— to do what you got to do, and that you're receiving the things you need to receive to do what you got to do, that you're getting whatever it be a certain education you need to do it. I always go back to Dr. Tam. It's the will of the Lord that she be a medical doctor. Well, she's got to go to school, but she, she knows that she's not a medical doctor now, but she has to go to school and she has to know who God is in her to help her get through medical school, to help her get through those classes, to help her be patient and finish her course. Glory to the name of God. And I know God, I'm telling you, he, he has all of the capabilities, all of the abilities necessary to make sure she finishes her course with joy. Glory to God. And that she becomes what God has ordained for her to become, which is a medical doctor. And that you become what God has ordained you to become. But you got to accept what you're not. Oh my God, oh my God. That's good, Pastor Jeffrey. I like that. Yeah, one cannot think soberly when you are drunk on yourself. That's good, Pastor Jasper. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You, you got to make sure you stop drinking the juice. Glory to God. You throwing them back on you. You feeding yourself. You— yeah, I like that, Pastor. Glory to God. You got to make up in your mind that I need him, and then my confidence is in him. Even though he's giving you all of these great abilities, he's giving you all of this innovation, all this creativity, and you're about— you can become abundantly one with that. You still just do it in quietness without conceit. Seed. Go to Galatians 6:3. Just a few more moments. Galatians 6, verse 3. Oh Lord, I'm getting ready to close, as the old preacher was saying. I'm getting ready to close. Glory to God. The Bible says here, for if a man think himself to be something— oh my God— when he is nothing, He deceives my God himself. Wait a minute, so when you think you're something and you're really not that, nowhere near it, the only person you really fool— hear me— is you. No, and watch this, you could tell yourself the lie so long you start believing it, and then the lie turns into deception and you start really believing that you are what you're saying. And really, the Bible said you are deceiving yourself. And a lot of times people get this attitude they're too superior to do a certain task because of their title. I'm an apostle, I'm, I'm a prophet, I don't knock on doors, I don't— come on, man. Or I, I, I don't, I don't do this, I don't do that, I, I'm not going, I'm not going to clean that bathroom, I'm not going to pick up that paper. I'm not going to lift that speaker. Listen, let me tell you something. Glory to the— now I've lifted many speakers in my days. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Glory to God. As an apostle, because sometimes that's what it requires. Glory to the name of God. See, when you think you more than you are, you won't operate as a servant. Glory to Jesus. We give you praise. We give you glory. We give you honor, Lord. Hallelujah. Romans 12:5. Let's go back over there to Romans. Glory to God. Romans 12:5. I'm almost done. I'm almost done. I'm gonna be— I'm gonna be where I be. Glory to God. In a minute. Glory to God. Romans 12:5. Watch this. It says, so we being many, listen, are one body. Here's that one again. There's that unity, because that's important to operating at a high level of confidence. Not only knowing that God— watch this— is with you, but knowing that your brothers and sisters you are connected to are also with you. And here's the key, here's the key, man. You know, God puts us in precarious situations to really see how we will act, how we will respond. Oh my God, to see if we can be able to unify even when it's inconvenient, even when it's uncomfortable. To see if we can keep going even when the odds are against us, to see if we can work well with others even when others may present themselves as not so well to work with. Oh boy. He says, so we being many are one body in Christ and everyone members of one another. So we all are a part of each other in the body of Christ. We should all be be speaking the same thing. And we should all be mutually— here's the key to this verse— dependent on each other. That's called interdependence. We should all be interdependent upon each other. Iron sharpens iron. We should know those that labor among us, and we should know— watch this— what every person is carrying. And And watch this, man. At the end of the day, you know, just like some of the, uh, things we've seen, uh, recently regarding preachers online, like I said before, you know, true or not, you can't take away the work that has been accomplished through that person. And then you, you don't know again whether it's true or not because you wasn't there. You just heard a news story. But at the end of the day, the reality is what you do know, that person had enough sense to repent, God forgave them. And so, and he still values what's in them. So if they're continuing to preach the gospel and people are still getting saved, people are still coming to Jesus, what that person has to work out with God is between them and God when God returns. It's not up to you You don't get to take on a position of hate and digression from the things of God because of what somebody else is, is doing. No. And then watch this, you— many of you, uh, have been affected by people's life and their ministry towards you. Glory to the name of God. Whether it's a mega preacher, small preacher, it doesn't matter. Glory to God. And then the moment something happens that brings you displeasure you feel like it's okay to hate them. No, sometimes you got to take the bigger road and operate in a level of oneness that is for the team. Glory to God. Yeah, you gotta take one sometime for the team so that there can be kingdom progression. But you'll keep repeating cycles if you don't grab that. Glory to the name of God. All right, James 4. James 4. I'm almost done, I'm almost done. Somebody said, Apostle, I wish you hurry up because you're getting on my last nerve now. Now you're getting on my nerves, sir. Glory to God, glory to God. Oh Lord, I love you. James 4, verses 1 through 6. The Bible says, from whence come wars and fightings? Oh, we read this during— so I only got to read this. We read this all last month when we was teaching on taking action against strife. Listen, let me tell you something. The stuff, the fighting, the conflict, it's not without you. It's, it's within you. So a lot of times you got conflict with people. Glory to the name of God. And, and the operative thing here, this thing, when we read verses 1 through 6 in James 4:1-6, you see Glory to the name of God. That pride is the root, it's the substratum of this— oh my God— of this conflict, this strife, this inability to operate in oneness. Conceit. So Father, deal with the pride in our lives today so we can be at peace, so we can walk as one with others. Glory to God. Oh my God, today. We give you glory. 1 Peter 5, verses 5 through 7. I'm not going to read it, but put it on the screen. Go back and read it later. 1 Peter 5, verses 5 through 7. And basically it's saying, you who are younger, all right, yield to counsel and cover yourself with humility. That's what those 3 verses are basically saying, those 3 things. You're immature, you're young. It says submit to counsel, listen to someone else, listen to wisdom. And then it says cover yourself with humility. Because, you know, I used to hear people say all the time, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. In many instances, if that person is stubborn and they don't want to receive, unsad to say, that's Oh, it's not Bible, but that's almost the truth, okay? Because, because there are some older people that will listen to wise counsel, that will receive teaching. Glory to the name of God. But then there are some folks that's just bullheaded, stubborn donkeys, and you can't tell them anything, okay? And the reality is that's a challenge because It's hard to progress to the next space when you have accepted that I know everything and you conceded because— but we're all learners and we should be learning all the time. So you cover yourself in humility so you can learn something that you maybe don't know about dealing with life and dealing with situations. Oh my God. Hallelujah! Glory to God! Yeah, daughter, I said donkeys. Glory to God! The Lord has delivered my tongue. Praise Jesus! Glory to God! Hallelujah! Wonderful Savior, we give him praise. Glory to God! We give you glory, we give you honor. You're wonderful. Listen, pride is dangerous because conceit is dangerous. This was Lucifer's sin. This got him kicked out of heaven, and it will get you kicked out of heavenly places. This. Psalm 16:18. I'm moving, I'm almost done. It says, pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before the fall. Reality is conceit, pride, arrogance will get you killed. It'll destroy your purpose, it'll destroy your destiny, it'll destroy your passion, and it'll destroy your drive. It'll make you feel like you cannot do anything. It'll make you feel stuck. It'll make you feel like nothing is happening for you because really you're trusting in yourself and your pride is in you. And, you know, it's not that sometimes pride— watch this— in yourself is just like quiet confidence in God. Because a lot of times you may not say nothing to others, but because you're quietly confident in you and what you're able to do, it's blocking your ability to see what God can do. All right, 1 Corinthians 10:12. Oh boy, let me just— let me go to that one real quick, and this is the last one. 1 Corinthians 10:12. It said, wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth— watch this— take heed lest he fall. So Don't get so arrogant in your religious holiness and righteousness that you think you right and you standing and nothing shall befall thee and you'll never make a mistake. I've said be careful, be careful. That's what it means to take heed. Be careful because it's a strong possibility, my friend, that you could very well fall. I need you to hear me. Take heed. Be careful that you don't look down on others and think you're better than others because you got good behavior, because you got good conduct. Come on. Because you don't make mistakes in your own eyes. You don't think you do. The Bible said, take heed lest you fall. Take heed lest you fall. I don't know who I'm talking to, but be careful on how you judge others. Be careful. Glory to the name of God. Or how you analyze others before you believe. Take heed. Hallelujah. Lest you fall. Let's pray, guys. Glory to God. Father, we give you praise today. Thank you for this word. I rebuke the spirit of arrogance, for arrogance does lead to aloneness, and aloneness leads to adventurism. Adventurism leads to adultery, where we become satisfied by something that is not ours. A life, a process that's not ours, that doesn't belong to us. With gods and idols, where in many times we may even idol ourselves. We make worship an idol. We make holiness an idol. We make behavior an idol. When instead of worshiping the God, hallelujah, that desires relationship And so, Father, I pray today that you will give us solid, complete relationship with you, and that we won't move in pride and we won't move in conceit. And Father, I decree and declare, Lord, that by your power and your authority, that you will cause us to be covered in humility, Lord. Yeah, to open our ears to wise counsel. And Father, I thank you for that. I thank you, God, that you're going to raise us up as one, that we'll be one as you and— oh my God— the Father were one, Jesus. And that we'll be one with you, and we'll be abundantly one, and we'll have access to your power, your authority, your resources, your wealth, your riches, your creativity, your abundance. We're heirs with you, and we receive what's ours. In Jesus' name, amen. And thanks be to God. My God, today I love you guys. Thank you so much for being here. Glory to God. I'm so glad that you decided to join us. Listen, if you're not saved, glory to God, if you're not born again, listen, I want to pray for you right here in this moment. Listen, if you know your business is not straight, maybe you're scrolling and you stop right here while I'm talking. There's a reason for that because Jesus Christ himself wants to have a relationship with you. And in light of all of the crap that's out there that tells you, whether it be through religion or movies like The Book of Clarence, that Jesus is not real, you're looking at a person that discovered that Jesus Christ is real for real. If it wasn't for Jesus in my life, guys, I wouldn't be sitting before you today. Matter of fact, I'm convinced I'd already be dead. Oh God, but my heart is beating. Glory to God, I have breath running through my lungs because he saved me. He rescued me from my sin. And one day, as an 8-year-old boy, Bill Wickersham Ministries was passing through my apartment community with a Sunday school yellow bus, and I got on that bus and went to Sunday school, learned the word, learned what it meant to receive Jesus. And at 8 years old, when the preacher had the altar call for salvation, I went down, got on the altar, gave my life to Jesus. Didn't much know anything about Christ or church then because I was in a home that didn't really advocate that. Glory to God. I saw my stepfather and mother get on their knees and and pray, but it never was an open conversation with me. But God knew he needed to rescue me. He needed to bring me into salvation and deliverance and victory. And from 8 years old, God began to deal with me. God began to shape my life. He rescued me. He began to protect me. I grew up in a very violent community. There was a time I was walking through a path with my friend, My friend Stacy, who has gone on to be with the Lord now, glory to God. Um, someone had just got murdered in the apartment complex. We heard the gunshots. And so we were on the basketball court playing basketball. We left, went through the path, running through because we heard the gunshots. One time you heard gunshots in my community, someone was dead. And we're running through the path. The guy that committed the murder sees us coming through the path, has the gun in his hand. He's running through the same path we're going through. Now, one of the things about being in the hood, if you commit a murder, you know, the idea is you don't leave witnesses, right? So he looked at us, had the gun in his hand, thinking, looking, thinking. All of a sudden, tears start rolling down his face. And he said, I can't do this, I'm sorry. And he kept running. And later the Lord showed me that an angel appeared before him, and he saw that angel, and that angel had a sword drawn and said, hey, you take— you do something to these boys, your life is over even now. Long story short, you reap what you sow. That, that same man that committed that murder He ended up dying. He ended up being shot himself. You reap what you sow. He wasn't ready to meet God. But can I tell you something? You have an opportunity today to give your life to Him. And God's— what I'm saying is, no matter how young, how old you are, I am a witness that God can save you. And that's one story of many times God has protected me at gunpoint. Okay, he'll take care of you, and all you have to do is simply repent of your sin, confess with your mouth, believe in your heart— be confident in your heart that Jesus died and rose again— and the Bible says you shall be saved. Would you pray this prayer with me if you're not born again? Say this with me. Say, Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus, I repent of my sin. I ask you, God, come in my heart and live in me. Say, Lord, I believe that you died and rose again, and because of this, I am Saved. Listen, if you said that, if you repeated those words, listen, you're saved today. You're born again. Listen, the Bible said repent, every one of you, for your sins in the name of Jesus. Then it says be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and be filled with the Holy Ghost, and thou shalt be saved. Listen, you just took the first vital step, and Jesus is there. You've repented. He's with you. Now I want to help you take the next steps. I want to help, help you be baptized. I want to help you be filled with the Holy Ghost.
