Radah Church | 11 July 2021 | Rejection Part 4, "Rebellion"

In this fourth installment of a series on rejection, Apostle Mike Woods delivers a high‑energy sermon titled “Rejection and Rebellion.” He opens with a prayer and a call for listeners to take notes, share the video, and plant a seed offering. Woods explains that the spirit of rejection is the root of rebellion, linking it to the “orphan spirit” and to people who exploit others for personal gain. He shares personal testimonies of childhood and teenage rejection, including a vivid story about a parking‑lot confrontation that sparked anger. Woods then outlines how rejection manifests as bitterness, self‑pity, escapism, guilt, and defensive behavior, warning that these attitudes can become spiritual “cancers.” He stresses that correction—delivered in truth‑and‑love— is essential for spiritual maturity, contrasting it with the modern church’s reluctance to correct congregants. Woods discusses the challenges of pioneering a church, the seasonal disappointments leaders face, and the influence of social‑media‑driven millennial culture on the need for correction. The sermon concludes with a prayer for deliverance from the spirit of rejection, an invitation to give a $21 seed offering via Cash App or the church website, and an announcement of Woods’s 52nd birthday celebration on July 25, 2021, featuring guest Apostle Tilda Colton.

Well, grace and peace be multiplied to each one of you from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is the day, hallelujah, that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice, hallelujah, and be glad in it. This is Apostle Mike Woods, and welcome to Sunday's edition of the Apostle's Table. I am super amped, super happy, super excited to share the word of the Lord with you today. Listen, we're sharing the message that was preached and taught this morning at Rhoda Church entitled Rejection and Rebellion. This is part 4 in this series we've been sharing this month. And I promise you, if you're hearing my voice right now, guys, it is because you need to hear it. There is something that is going to be said that's going to be liberating for your life or perhaps for someone you love. That's why I challenge you, stay with the word. Listen, get out your Bible, get out your pen, get out your paper, take good notes, and by all means share this video. You know, the scripture declares we're blessed to be a blessing, so I'm challenging you today to bless someone with this word. Hallelujah! Well, I want to pray for you if you don't mind before we go into the word today. And again, I want you to share this. Go ahead right now and share this, like it, share it, talk to us, let us know you're here, uh, comment in the comments, engage this session, and I promise you, your life will never be the same. Let's pray, and I'm going to trust God that you will be receptive and open to what God is going to say to you on today. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you for another opportunity to share your word with these your people, and I pray that there will be a supernatural light, a supernatural illumination, and a supernatural intelligence that is released, that will be superimposed upon every ear and every life that will open up to receive it. I rebuke the spirit of rejection that causes rebellion. And I thank you, God. Many are rebelling and don't realize it. And I pray, God, that this word— I thank you that this word, God, is a tool for healing and deliverance. So, Father, as the word goes out today, I thank you for liberation. I thank you for breakthrough. And I praise you for it now. and I give you praise for what's to come, for it is indeed better than what has been. So we thank you in advance for the future, for our best days are still in front of us, and we praise you now in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Hallelujah. Listen, let's jump right into this word. It's already in progress. Again, we shared this, uh, this morning at Rhoda Church on this Sunday morning. It was a phenomenal teaching. We were tremendously blessed under the auspices of the Holy Spirit, and tonight we want to share it with you. Listen, we want you to go to rhodachurch.com and find out all the information you can about our church so you can come and visit with us live and in person. But right now, let's go into this service already in progress, and I'll be back after the message. To pray with you again. Hallelujah! And give you some very special announcements. God bless you. So you gotta speak with reliability. Hear me, you gotta speak with stability, you gotta speak with certainty and truth. Oh my God, he says if you do that, you can abide where God is. Which means when you really speak truth, it never changes. That's always your language, that's always your voice. Ah, watch this. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbor, nor taketh up reproach against his neighbor, in whose eyes a vile person is condemned, but he that honoreth them that fear the Lord. Oh my God. He that sweareth to his own hurt and changeth not, he that putteth not his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent, he that doeth these things shall never be moved. Basically what Psalm 15 is saying, if you let God be in control, you will live consistently in his presence. And you'll never have to worry— watch this— about rebellion. Rejection, guys, is the root of rebellion. Again, it makes you go against God because you think he's going to rebel you. He's going— I'm sorry, he's going to reject you. So you push away, you isolate yourself. It's like, I'm gonna do this on my own. Listen, can I tell you something? Human beings were created to be loved and to be accepted. Hate never was the plan of God. We're created to be loved, and it's not— watch this— human beings were not created for misuse, to be used. And a lot of times— I talked about this a little last night— a lot of people that operate in the orphan spirit They use people to get what they want, and that never was God's plan. And so when a person feels like they've been used by someone else to get what they want, that's a form of rejection. It causes them to rebel, especially when somebody that should have been loving you is using you to extrapolate out of you something they want. And they really don't want you, they just want what you got. And there are people that will latch on and leech on to your anointing, your gift, your talent, your ability, your beauty. Y'all not saying nothing. Just to get what they want. And you got to have enough discernment to discern who showed up with wrong motives. And you got to know, whenever you, you got greatness on your life and trying to build anything and do anything solid for God You're gonna have people who are gonna latch on to that, who think that they can ride it somewhere. Once they see that their motive have been peaked, either God's gonna move them— oh, watch this— they're gonna dismiss themselves. That's why you can't get mad if you're married and a man divorce you or a woman divorce you. God was just setting you up for the best thing ever by moving them out of your life. A lot of women feel rejected because they go through a divorce. Men, on the other hand, they don't grieve as hard as women. But women go through this thing where I ain't gonna— some of them even become lesbian. I ain't gonna never get no man no more cause that man hurt me. The devil is a liar. There's no reason to do that. Some, some women say, listen, I'm never getting married again. They may not go lesbian, but they just don't want to deal with men. Because they have been broken so much in the past by men. But I want to tell you, we're all created to be loved and we're created to be accepted. Listen, 'cause when you get mistreated, it causes an inner anger that makes you want to go off, that makes you want to snap. You quick to fight, you quick to get in an argument. And I'm telling you, I'm just, I'm not telling you what somebody told me. I don't live this. I've been rejected as a child. I was rejected a lot as a teenager, even in my own house. People that should have been loving me was rejecting me. And the reality is, it made me as an adult man angry. I had an inner anger that was ridiculous. I was saved, sanctified, full of the Holy Ghost, preaching, but always mad, always looking for opportunity. Glory to the name of God. To make somebody feel what I If you did me wrong, I was coming back at you. And God always tell me, sir, vengeance is mine, said the Lord. And he would always put me in situations to remind me who I am. This is a true story, can't make this up. I was in Walmart one time, and this was probably 15 years ago, and I had just got out of service, uh, in our Jackson church. And just— it was first Sunday we had big communion. I had on my clergy collar, and so I stopped by Walmart. I— you know how when you go to Walmart, it's always packed, right? You can't find a parking place at Walmart nowhere most of the time unless it's far away. So I'm driving around and I see this lady pulling out, and it's right close to the door. I'm talking about it's an empty space right next to the handicap. I pull around, hallelujah, and I'm coming up on the parking place and here comes another car real quick, zooms in there. And I— and immediately that anger inside of me, I said, oh no, you ain't gonna take my parking space. I got out the car, knocked on that lady's window. I said, roll your window down because this is my space. And the Lord said, sir, "Look at what you got on." I look up and I look just like a preacher, had on clergy collar and everything. I said, "Ma'am, I'm sorry, you can't have a space." But just that quick, I was ready to snap and go off about a park. Oh, I could be in a restaurant, the waitress didn't stand a chance if they weren't serving me right. And at the end of the day, that was because of stuff I had gone through. Through, and I needed deliverance from the spirit of rejection. Oh, y'all ain't got to say nothing, I'm just telling you now. Listen, I was mad, I was angry, and I was finished being pushed around. I said, ain't nobody gonna push me around and walk on me no more. And every chance I got to let you know I can handle you, I let you know. But that wasn't God. That wasn't how I was supposed to be acting. And so many people react in so many different ways. Uh, some people, they don't act out in rebellion and anger. Some people act out in bitterness. Some people get rejected and they just get bitter. Are y'all hearing me? They don't want to deal with nobody. They bitter, that they, they always sour, they never smile. Bitterness is a spirit that's transferable. You can be around bitter folks long enough, you'll get bitter too, cuz all they going to do is spit that toxic on you, spread that cancer to you, and you start feeling like they feel. Bitterness is a cancer that eats away at your joy, at your progress, and most of all, at your peace. Bitter people don't never have peace. And most bitter people you see, because of something somebody did to them— again, not only are they angry, but they're walking around like a time bomb looking to pass that bitterness on to someone else. And that ain't God's plan. Wait a minute, rejection also will cause called self-pity. You guys are people who've been rejected, who feel like, oh, I went there. They always telling you their story about what they went through. And there's some people I've been wanting to tell them, if you tell me that another time. Yeah, but because I'm a man of God, I got to listen. But if you say that again, I'll be able to say, say it one more time. But at the end of the day, they need deliverance from rejection because they want to— they need pity for something that they should have got delivered from a long time ago. Listen, that man went to get a loaf of bread 20 years ago. He ain't coming back. He gone, baby. He ain't coming back. 20— he went to get that bread and told you he'll be back 20 years ago, and you still want some pity about him coming back. He ain't coming back. Like God here. How about this? I'm hungry. This rejection spirit also results in— oh my God— escapism. You can create your own pleasant place through daydreaming. You escape reality. You don't face reality when it comes up because you don't want to be rejected. You can't escape a bill and think when you come back it ain't gonna still be there. It's gonna be there when you get back. I don't care how much you daydream that like it ain't there. What you need to do is figure out how you're gonna pay it, cause that bill gonna be there. You need to lay hands on it and say, in the name of Jesus, I command this bill to be paid. Glory to God. Instead of trying to escape No, I'm gonna tell you something. If you face it, you can fix it. Running from it is not going to happen. But when we're confronted with issues, no matter where it is, in business, in ministry, in marriage, we have to face it. Yeah, I was telling my wife last night, I said, y'all, I'm tired. Yeah, that's, that's why I was running so late today. I'm like, God, if you just let me be an apostle and not pastor this church I, I'm just being an apostle, not pastor, because I, I just have gotten frustrated with the process. But he reminded me, he said, son, I told you it was going to be that way when you came back to home, to Atlanta, to birth this church. I told you it's going to be different than any other church you ever started. He said, it's going to be hard. You're going to have people as you lay the foundation Some would stay, some would leave until you got the right group. I said, okay, I gotta keep going, I gotta keep being obedient. I can't not face it. I gotta show up and preach when I don't have a worship leader and musician. And my wife would do worship. And the reason I hire worship leader, because as you can see today, she wants to preach more than she does worship. So at the end of the day Uh, that's, that's why we had a worship leader, glory to God, so she can get work out of preaching. That's what we wanted to do, glory to God. So I can be going somewhere else and she can just preach while I'm somewhere else preaching, glory to God. So that, that's the whole plan anyway. So at the end of the day, but you, you got to face it, when, when, when people decide they don't want to be connected anymore You know, that's just the way it is. And at the end of the day, it's part of the job description. It's a difference in pioneering a church. And let me say this to leaders who started a church: you could take over a church that already got 200, 300 people. It's easy to take that and grow it to 3, 4,000 people. Give me 200 people, I'm gonna show you what I do with it in a year. But starting from nothing with no people, with everything in the world working against you because you're in your own country and the prophet is without honor in his own country, but you're being obedient to God and the assignment. Pioneers only have seasons where people depart, seasons of purging where God brings you back to reality and challenges you to persevere through seasons of disappointment only so he could create a testimony. And so I broke y'all all the way down to 4 people, and then y'all went in and messed around and turned that into 1,000 in 12 months, turned into 5,000 in 3 years, because that's testimony. You, you did it without props. You did it totally dependent on God and pressing through the season of disappointment. Because I'm telling you, you can't escape it. When you got an assignment, you got to walk through that thing. Again, you got to align yourself and work out righteousness. And sometimes that ain't easy. I'm gonna tell you something, and I'm being very transparent with you. The only thing that gets me up on Sunday and gets me on the line is Sharif, Felicia, it's my mom. And all other people that I know depend on me to say something. Because if it was left up to me and what I wanted to do, I would escape. I figured out a way, said, okay, we going on the road, we going to turn this into an apostolic team, we just going to travel on the weekends and we going to preach everywhere, and we, we ready to do it. God, the region needs your voice. You got to do what I called you to do. In this region? Men. Ah, okay, okay. Watch this. Some people that get rejected, one another result is they walk out a consistent mood-altering display of who they are. They all— you can't never really tell what kind of mood they in because They don't know how to deal in different situations because they don't know if they're going to be accepted or if they're going to be rejected. And a lot of times people try to escape things by controlling their mood, but with drugs, with alcohol. Watch it. If something disappoints you, you feel rejected, you feel hurt, a lot of times that spirit of rejection will try to drive most people that have drinking issues They're trying to bury their mood, what they're going through in that bottle, and don't realize when they sober up what they were going through gonna be right there. That's right. They just may not know where their car at or something. I don't know how folks do that. You get so drunk you ain't know where your car at. Somebody gotta tell you, man, you had a good time last night. I don't want that kind of a good time, but somebody gotta tell me I had a good I mean, that means you don't know nothing that went on because you were drunk. But God says, I want to free you from rejection. Some people walk in guilt because they don't accept the love of God. They get rejected and then they make mistakes, and then they start beating themselves up because of what they did. Guilt. They feel like if I live with the guilt, I'm okay. No, God wants to forgive you. He wants to show grace. He wants to show mercy. Hallelujah. Most people that get rejected, they are very— watch this— defensive. This is— I mean, they are defensive. And I want you to know something: when you're defensive all the time it's offensive to the people you're defensive to. Because sometimes people trying to get something to you and you think they trying to hurt you, and you trying to defend yourself, and everything they're saying is trying to help you. You ever been in a situation like that where somebody was talking? I know I have, because I was bound by their spirit of rejection. Somebody trying to tell me something I know could have helped me. But because I really didn't know I could trust them, I was defending myself the whole time they were talking. Let me tell you another way you can be defensive, and a lot of super spiritual people do this. You can admit— I have sons and daughters like this right now. You can minister to them and tell them what God is saying. I know I'm talking about leaders. And instead of them just receiving the word and saying, Apostle I received that, that was right on point, and that'd be it. Well, they gotta just come back and say, well, now that you said that, guess what the Lord told me to tell you? That's the form of defense where you got to be tack for tack with instruction, or you gotta— watch this— secure your shortcoming by looking spiritual. As soon as they do it, I smash it. Because look, just be quiet and take what I just said, because at the end of the day, I know who you are. You don't have to prove to me that you're anointed, that you can prophesy. I know it. But we need to deal with this piece that God just talked to you about. Are y'all here? One last thing I want to— I just want to show you real quick how rejection affects our perception. And perception is how we see things, how we look at things. And everybody has a vantage point, a worldview, on how you view the world, how you view life. Rejection can affect how you view the world, how you view life in a huge way. See, people who are rooted in rejection, based in this spirit, they perceive things in life and in the world to be rejection that's not. They'll think something is rejecting them or toward them and it ain't nothing to do with them. I've seen people, people have called me and said, man, you see that Facebook post? They talking about me. I go to it, I don't see your name on here. Yeah, but I know it's directed at me. How do you know? Because you, so you, you just want to be rejected. Some people are not happy until they unhappy, so they looking for things to feed their unhappiness. I'll say it again, that was good. Some people are not happy until they're unhappy. They're looking for something to feed that cancer, feed that bitterness or rejection. Listen, I don't have this right now, and my wife may testify differently on some points, maybe, but I know for a fact in my previous marriage I don't think I have this problem in this marriage, but in my previous marriage, I was very hard to talk to. Just keep looking straight ahead, Missy. Glory to God. I was very hard to talk to unless my wife was totally in agreement with what I was saying. My perception was off because instead of accepting her wisdom— hear me— I thought I had to defend my manhood and say something against everything she was trying to say. A lot of times I would perceive her disagreement with me as rejection, and it wasn't the case. You can perceive that somebody's rejecting you and they're not. I mean, if you got high blood pressure and somebody gonna cook you some ribs, that ain't rejection. They trying to make sure your blood pressure don't be high. Can y'all hear me? I mean, you can't— you, you gotta be able to see the vantage point outside of you being pushed away. My God. See, a lot of times when that— I will start trying to convince her. I would build a whole case to make her see what you saying is wrong and I'm right. And finally, you know what she do? She just be quiet and say, you know what, I ain't, ain't, ain't no way with this man. I'mma just let him talk and be right. And but that kept me fixed and I needed deliverance. Y'all know what I'm saying? And she told me later, she said, you know what, I would feel manipulated when you did that. I would feel like my voice was not heard. I feel like you were trying to control me. And that's a dangerous piece, especially in marriage. She would have said a lot. She said, Michael, I'm only trying to give you my opinion. Why are you attacking me? She would say that a lot, and I just didn't get it until I grew, I matured, and realized I'm pushing this person away from me because I'm not open enough to receive. Y'all get what I'm saying? Amen. Yeah. Everybody's not attacking you, is what I'm saying. Everybody's not against you. Sometimes the instruction you need may be hard, it may be corrective, it may be a rebuke, but it's not an attack. Glory to God. You got to be able to discern what's an attack and what— because the Bible tells us, speak the truth in love. And so we should be able to tell people the truth in love and they not feel attacked. Glory to God. See, rejection-based people, you can't confront them. You really can't confront them because guess what? They're not going to allow you to be honest. Because when you try to be honest with them, they're going to come back and say, no, that ain't the truth, because they rooted in rejection, man. Oh my God. So here's reality. You got a lot of people say I'm spiritually mature, but a great sign of maturity— I hope we still recording, please— a great sign of maturity, hear this, is that you're able to handle correction. Amen. It is so immature to not be able to handle correction. You definitely can't expect to sit in an apostolic house and not be corrected. That's right. And if you, if you sit under our ministry for longer than a year, you already know if you need to be corrected, you're gonna get corrected. I'm gonna tell the truth in love. Amen. And then you get bent out of shape when it happens, when you did something that needed to be corrected. Amen. But it's a sign that you weren't connected to the umbilical cord anyway. See, when you're connected to the umbilical cord of your parents, your spiritual parents, natural parents, even growing up in their house as a child You accepted correction because you didn't have no choice. Where you gonna go? You couldn't leave the house cause your parents beat you. You might have wanted to, but you couldn't. I attempted to run away a few times, got found and got beat again. Y'all hear what I'm saying? The reality is ain't no way around that. So when you, when you, when you have real spiritual parents They're gonna bring correction at times. Amen. But it's a sign of maturity that says, I can take that. But you know what, this generation today, they don't want to be corrected. This generation, these millennials, and this generation especially of churchgoers, because the leaders, they just want numbers, so they don't want to offend people, so they're not gonna correct nobody. They're gonna preach what people want to hear. Oh yeah, y'all ain't got to say much, I'm just telling you what I know. Because they want to keep their stockholders and their shareholders in the pews so the church stays full. And the reality is, this generation like no other needs correction. Amen. They need order, they need structure. I've never seen anything like it. They don't wear clothes. They are a god. That this thing right here is their life. They spend out of a 148-hour week— this is a real statistic— 70.6 hours on this thing. That's craziness. That means most of the time this generation has this in their hand. They're either calling, texting, or browsing social media, or watching a movie, doing something on this device. And they're being trained, they're being taught, they're being reared by social media. And it's a dangerous piece because it's hard to mature when you eating at everybody's table. That's why growing up, my mom just left. She had to go somewhere, uh, to a graduation for one of her friends. But Mama never let me eat dinner at nobody else's house because she knew what she was cooking for me was nutritious. She knew she was feeding me the right thing. So if I'm eating dinner, unless it was somebody she knew and she would tell them, this is how he eat, this is what he needs. Because at the end of the day, she knew me maturing as a boy, getting the nourishment I needed, I needed to eat certain things. You can't eat everywhere and expect to grow. You can't be on everybody's life that's talking. A cow can't even graze in everybody's pasture. If you take a cow out of his normal grazing pasture and put him somewhere else for a certain amount of time, he will catch what is called mad cow disease, and mad cow disease will eventually kill him. There's a whole lot of saints in the church got spiritual mad cow disease because they eat from everybody's table. Oh my God, it's true. Listen, so let me, let me give you a balance on this accepting correction piece. I'm almost done. There's a balance. There's a fine line between receiving correction and letting somebody run your life. See, there's a difference right there. You receive correction from people you trust. We trust our parents to correct us when we were coming up. We knew that was their role. And listen, I don't know about you, but if I went to somebody else's house and they looked like they wanted to whoop me, I had a real problem with that. I was trying to find the phone to call my daddy, call my mama. This man said he's gonna put his hand on me because at the end of the day, that didn't seem right to me. Then my mama, she was violent, so she said, I told them if you act up to beat you. So again, I had to take the beat from where I was about to get it. But at the end of the day, you only receive that from people that is trusted, that the Father has trusted. Because some people ain't gonna have your best interest. They will try to tear you down with correction. Oh my God, the Bible said he even He corrects those he loves. Go to Ephesians 4:15. I'm gonna close with this text. Ephesians 4:15. I'm just gonna stop. I ain't through. Now, y'all getting anything out of this? Amen. Ephesians 4:15. There's some people come to church and say, all this teaching I do, and having unmitigated gall to say they don't feel like they're growing. Watch this. Ephesians 4:15, it says, but speaking the truth— how? In love. I love it because the word love in this text is agape, which is unconditional love. Which is the love of the Father. God has agape toward us. So God says when we speak the truth to each other, even in correction, we have to do it with compassion and with the love of a father. Oh my God, we have to do it with benevolence. In other words, we got to do it so that it does good and not bad to the person we're speaking to. You know, you can tell somebody the truth in a way that they will not receive it, and it'll hurt them more than it helps them. So the Bible says, speak the truth in love, we may grow up into him in all things. So you need truth, you need correction to grow. I don't know how these people think they're going to grow if they never get corrected. Oh, let me say this: correction is not rejection. Hallelujah. Correction is not rejection. It's a tool for growth. And if we learn to receive it when it comes, the Bible said we'll grow up in all things, not some of it, but everything that pertains to God will be again integrated into that. And watch this. Will be grown up into him which is the head, even Christ. I love that. So in other words, as I'm corrected along the way, I can grow up to actually be just like Christ. It doesn't happen though without correction, because none of us, including leaders, apostles that's listening to me, prophet that's listening to me, none of us have arrived. That's right. And all of us have areas where we can stand some correction. Amen. That's why every apostle needs an apostle, every pastor needs an apostle, every prophet needs an apostle, every leader, whether even an entrepreneur, needs a mentor, a leader of authority figure in their life to correct them when they're wrong so they can grow. Touch yourself and say, Lord, I receive correction. I receive correction. He said, verse 16, from whom the whole body fitly joined together. Who? Say the whole body. The whole body. That means all of us, even in our differences, our differences of assignment, our differences of purpose, God says, I want the whole body to fit together. It can't fit together correctly if you got a group over here who rejects correction because they think correction is rejection. And then you got a group on this side that says, correct me, help me, so that we'll all be fit together. But I don't want to be fit with somebody that's never been corrected, that's not trying to get it together. Fitted in— that word is a powerful word in Greek. It's studazo in Greek. It means that we're seated together, we're connected at the hip, can't be torn apart. He said, but fitted, joined together, and compacted by that which every joint supplies. So every one of us supplies something. Oh boy, we supply something to our, our physical lives, our local lives where we have outside of the kingdom with our families. We supply something in the kingdom. We supply something to humanity. Every joint has a purpose, an assignment to supply something. The Bible said according to the effectual working. There's a word, working, again. I don't— it can't be effective, it can't work if nobody ever wants to take an introspective and look at themselves and see their flaws, to see where they're coming short. The effectual working in the measure of every part make an increase of the body unto the edifying of itself. My God, the Bible said the body will build itself up. It'll build itself up in love and may increase. Hallelujah. Can we learn, my God, how to work together? Y'all stand up. Oh no, I'm just going to stop. I can keep going. We'll be all day if I keep going. Thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. We give you glory, God. Hallelujah. Please stand. I'm done. We're gonna pray. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. We give you glory. We sing. Thank you. We say thank you. Well, bless the Lord from whom all blessings flow. I pray that that message blessed you like it blessed us. Listen, I am of the opinion that the spirit of rejection and rebellion, along with the orphan spirit is one of the chief weapons of the enemy to taunt the believer to believe that God doesn't love them, that they are by themselves, that they're lonely, they're isolated, and they'll never accomplish anything more than what they are doing. The devil is a liar. God loves you. Hallelujah. You're worth everything to him. Your value is tremendous. Your value is great. Glory to God. And so I want to pray with you right now. That you will have a clear revelation of who you are, and you will not allow the spirit of rejection, my God, to control your future, to thwart your very destiny. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' mighty name, hallelujah. I thank you for this teaching on rejection, and so many things I saw myself in it even as I've studied it and put these words together for your people. I have been first partaker of the fruit. I thank you for the testimonies I've seen in myself over time where this spirit has caused me to be a person that I should not have been and make decisions I shouldn't have been making. And I pray, God, that this wisdom, this word, will deliver your people. I decree and declare that rejection will not stop their future. Rejection will not stop stop their destiny. And we thank you now that we shall win and we shall overcome in the mighty name of Jesus. We praise you for it. Amen. And thanks be to God. Listen guys, my time is gone, but before we go, I want to do two things. One, I want to invite every person under the sound of my voice to plant a seed into ministry. I hear you, God. Every person listening to me now, I want you to get a seed of $21. There's a breakthrough in this seed, and I want you to get it planted in the ground even now. Glory to God. Listen, God has something on his mind for you that he wants to break you through to, and I need you to get this seed in the ground right now. You can give two ways. You can give via Cash App, and it's simply RaDa Church, or you can go to our website at radachurch.com/donate and plant your seed right now. Glory to the name of God! And I command that seed to multiply itself even as you're sowing it a thousand times more. Secondly, I wanted to take an opportunity to invite every one of you to come out and celebrate with me 52 years of life and 32 years of full-time ministry. Listen, it's happening Sunday evening at 6 o'clock PM, July 25th, at Rhoda Church. Listen, go to rhodachurch.com/52 to get all of the details. I'm super excited. The man of God— listen, all I want to do for my birthday is have church and play golf. My birthday is actually on Thursday, the 22nd. I'm gonna take a golf trip for a couple of days, come back, get prepared for this awesome celebration. And I wanted to have powerful church, so I invited one of the most powerful apostles I know. His name is Apostle Tilda Colton. He is out of Newnan, Georgia, and I'm telling you right now, him and the saints from City of Zion are going to come up and they're going to bless us. So you want to be in the house. That's Sunday, July 25th, 2021 at 6 o'clock PM. We're celebrating 52 years of life and 32 years of full-time ministry. I hope I get an opportunity to see you there. And be a part of what God is doing. I love every one of you. Peace and grace be upon you. May heaven shine on you is my prayer. Y'all be blessed. Peace.
