RADAH CHURCH: THURSDAY NIGHT TEACHING (TNT) | WHERE ARE MY LOVERS? | DR MIKE WOODS | 18 MARCH 2021

Apostle Mike Woods and speakers challenge believers to become lovers of God rather than lovers of self. Using Proverbs 31:10 and Romans 5, they explore love's power and link it to courtship, marriage, and church unity, calling for self-sacrificial commitment over performance and worldly success.
Chapters
Today on Radha Now, the Bible says he that finds a wife— watch this— finds a good thing and obtains favor with the Lord. Now there's a few things you need to notice in that verse. One, he that finds— it didn't say she that finds. And there's a reason for that, okay? Because your virtue and your nature is so valuable, the man that's supposed to find you, he should be made to search and to look. He should put forth effort in— watch this— prayer, and not his flesh to discover you. Watch this. He that finds So many of you single ladies listening to me today, you still single. And some say, oh, I'm single by choice. I don't want no man. I don't need no man. No, some of you single because you're not hiding. You have took up the role of the man, and you gonna find you a husband. And the scripture never told you to find you a husband. Come on, somebody.
Well, grace and peace be multiplied to you from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is Apostle Mike Woods. For those of you who are uninitiated created, and welcome to Rhoda Now. So listen guys, please like, share, comment, and tag below. Let somebody know that this word is going forth now and they need to listen. Listen, there won't be a lot of entertainment. I'm sitting down and I'm teaching the word of the Lord, and we're talking about our love relationship with God. So get out your notepad, your device where you take notes, and take this message in, because I promise you it's going to be a springboard that will catapult you into the place of your relationship with God. So let's jump into this message already in progress, and I'll be back after the message to pray for you and to give you some very special announcements. So stay with us. I love you, and remember, God is asking, where are my lovers?
The Bible says, I called for my lovers. Oh my God, but they deceived me. My priest and my elders— oh my God— gave up the ghost in the city while they sought their meat— good God— from Zion to relieve their own souls. Father, again he says in the, in the text, I called for my lovers, I called for my lovers, but they deceived me. The Lord said to propose an inquisition to every ear that will lend this ear to this message today. He said to propose to you the question, where Where are my lovers? If I was in church, I would tell you to hit your neighbor and say to them, God is asking, where are my lovers? I dare you, type it in the comments. Those of you watching us live and by replay, type it in the comments. Say and type these words, God said Where are my lovers? Oh my God, listen, God, my friends, is really and truly looking for his lovers. And in 2021, in the Genesis year of this new decade, the decade of the 20s, Not the tens, the twenties, not the thirties, the twenties. Two, watch this, is the number of decisions. Uh, it's the number, glory to the name of God, where decisions must be made with precision that make incision. And in this decade, glory to God, that we have begun in 2021, listen to me, we must decide Jesus over everything. I dare you type in the comments right now, Jesus over everything. We must decide Jesus over everything. Hear me good, guys. This decade must count. And so God is proposing a very prophetic question today. Don't scroll, don't leave. Matter of fact, share it. Because there are a lot of people that this text have found, and we want to not be found as one of these lovers God was looking for. Listen, we want to be where we need to be, that we serve a God that is love, and he's imminent and he's transcendent, and he wants to step out of heaven into earth, into our lives, and love on us. And you know what? When that happens, the best thing that could ever happen is that God then sends you somebody that he can love you through. Whoo! Now you got him on the inside and you won't settle for nothing less than a vessel that is yielded to the love of God, and God is loving you through that other person. See, that's how marriages stay together. That's how people stay together. That's how churches stay together, because people yield to the love of God and they allow his love to be shed abroad. Come on, church, in their heart through the Holy Ghost. That's Bible. Glory to God. Because they yielded and surrendered their love walk.
Let's get into this.
We really can't look at this. The Bible says first natural, then spiritual. So I want to take a look and compare side by side, really, love in the natural and the process of that as it connects to how we relate in relationship to God. And the best way to do that— and I think all of you can relate, stay with me— to courtship. And then, well, then on the other hand, maybe some of you can't relate to courtship because some of you have not been taught courtship, okay? But courtship is a course that leads to a destination called marriage. So courtship has vision of the altar. It has vision that what we're doing is going to end up in a covenant called marriage. A lot of people just date in and out, in and out, in and out. And at the end of the day, they never have any solid courtship because they're trying to find the right person. But let me submit something to you first. Let me talk to my ladies real quick. The Bible says, he that finds a wife— watch this— finds a good thing and obtains favor with the Lord. Now there's a few things you need to notice in that verse. One, he that finds— it didn't say she that finds, and there's a reason for that, okay? Because your virtue and your nature is so valuable, the man that's supposed to find you, he should be made to search. And to look, and he should put forth effort in— watch this— prayer, and not his flesh to discover you. Watch this. He that finds— so many of you single ladies listening to me today, you still single, and somebody said, oh, I'm single by choice, I don't want no man, I don't need no man. No, some of you single because you're not hiding. You have took up the role of the man, and you gonna find you a husband. And the scripture never told you to find you a husband. Come on, somebody. You, you'll never get found. Oh, if you're not hiding, you cannot find something that's not hidden. Oh boy, come on, single woman. You— if you're not— this is why you're still single, because you ain't hiding. You all on Instagram half naked. Y'all not talking to me here. Oh my God, you, you're not hiding. You're hiding. You're brazen. But what you should do is hide in your purpose. Hide in God's plan for you. Oh my God, hide in— watch this. The joy of the Lord. Hide in your relationship with God and win the man that's looking for you, because he's going to be a spiritual man that gets in the spirit and prays and asks God where you are, and he's going to notice you in the realm of the spirit, get vision of you and who you are, what you're doing, before he ever lays eyes on you. I always say, if you don't see it before you see it, when it manifests, you will not recognize it. So you gotta hide, ladies. And men, you got to become prayerful so when you meet her, you can enter into courtship and not date. Ah, okay, listen. The substratum of courtship, the foundation. So when courtship starts, you start now duplicating things that must happen in the marriage. So it starts with courtship. And when you're courting, you're excited, you're happy, you're joyfully-yam. You got a lot of zeal. You can't wait to see this person because you're courting them. You know that there's something real there. Matter of fact, you can—
oh my God—
fall in love at first sight and not know what you loving. I'm gonna say that again. You could fall in love at first sight and not know what you're loving. It could be fine, it can look good, and you fall in love, but you ain't gonna discover what that person really is and who they are until you get in the spirit, slip past their pulchritude, slip past what they look— the package— and begin to examine the contents in two areas: through prayer and through courtship. So courtship gives you an opportunity to not only be excited about the pulkertude, but it gives you an opportunity to get excited about the heart, about the purpose. Because when the pulkertude changes, when the body changes, you'll still have something that keeps you there, because now you have connected in the heart through prayer— watch this— and through courtship. You're on a course that's leading somewhere. Watch this. The courtship again has a foundation, which is communication. While you're courting, you spend a lot of time communicating. You remember them days, don't you, when you were courting? And some of you still in those days, uh, back, back when I was courting, you was on the phone. When I first learned how to court, you'd be on the phone and you couldn't get off the phone. You hang up. Now you hang up. I love you. I love you too. Half asleep, need to be in the bed. But you can't get off the phone because you were developing communication, common union. You wanted to be close to that person even though you were in two different spaces. Now people stay in the text, they stay texting each other, or they stay in DMs. Listen, communication is better when it's spoken and heard. Glory to God. So even though we have the convenience of a text, an email, a DM, you ought to pick up the phone and communicate. Okay, so communication again is common union, because what communication, when it's done— and I'm going somewhere with this, I'm still in the text, trust me, because we're gonna get there, because God is looking for his lovers. Where? I still hear him saying it in my right ear, where are my lovers? Well, I gotta lay this foundation. Watch this, guys. Communication leads to a revelation of capacity. See, when you talk and communicate and you are intimate through communication, not through the bed, but when you're intimate through communication, the other person opens up. That's called intimacy. Intimacy. And now you begin to see the capacity that's inside of these persons. Watch this. You never want to marry someone who doesn't have the capacity to love you. A person only can give you what they have the capacity to give. I'm gonna say that one more time: a person cannot give you what they do not have. A person that you marry or that you're courting, you need to make sure that they have the capacity to love you through your idiosyncratic ways. Watch this, because people are people, and the most deadliest thing in any relationship is when two people— oh my God— when two people get together and the real person is revealed, and the other person realizes, I ain't got the capacity to deal with this. I thought they— you just saw them on Facebook, you just saw them on Instagram, and then you moved in, and then you got married. Y'all not talking to me. And the real person stood up. And you realize, yeah, I ain't— I can't deal with this. But you better get somebody you got the capacity to love them through their idiosyncratic ways. I'm going somewhere, stay, stay with me. See, I always say that when people get married, 4 people go home and get into bed.
I'm going somewhere.
I'm just first natural, then spiritual. We going somewhere. He said, what do you mean, it's only 2 people?
No, it's 4 people.
Because a lot of times, because people have not examined or courted in the right way where they divulge in communication and prayer where the capacity was revealed, they marry not the person. So you got the man and the woman, the real people, and then you got the man's concept of what he wants the woman to be And then you got the woman's concept of what she want the man to be. You got 4 people that go to the house and get in the bed because nobody really knows who the other person is. And here's the reality: you can't change somebody into something they're not. That's why you got to take an autopsy, and you got to open up the capacity. Oh my God. And you got to look at the heart, you got to look at the spirituality, you got to look at the idiosyncrasies, the flaws. Come on, man, because you need the capacity to deal with those flaws when they arise. Otherwise you're going to end up in divorce court. Again, a person can only give you what they have the capacity to give.
And you know what?
When the capacity has been revealed and they can deal with you, guess what? Normally, guess what happens next? You got courtship, You got communication, you got capacity. These are elements of— this is the process of courtship, the process of relationship. Then you got— watch this—
commitment.
Oh my God, so Lord, I wish I was at church. You got commitment. Come on now, because now you see, I can deal with this, I can handle this, I'm happy, I'm gonna commit myself to it. I'm gonna dive in with both feet. I'm gonna propose. I'm gonna get married, and I'm gonna be with this person till death do us part because I have the capacity to love them through anything.
You know what?
When you're courting, the real question ought to come up. All right, all right, Shawty, I know you love me, okay? Yeah, I know you love me. You love how we do. You love where we go. You love how I talk to you. You love what I give you. You, you love me.
But here's a question.
At some point, they need to come up.
Can you love me through this?
Somebody ought to type in the screen, can you love me through this? And your this is different than my this. So you got to be honest with what your this is. You know how you are. So the question ought to come up, can you— I mean, you want us to be together, but can you love me through this? You know, my— I, I've been married 2 years in August, uh, to my new wife, and I'm grateful for my relationship. But she knew before she married me, okay, I'm marrying a joker that works all night. He, he'll see— he's an entrepreneur, he's a business builder, he's a ministry builder. So he's always working, he's always in the computer, always in front of the camera, always doing something to push people and increase their human capital.
I know this.
Can I love him through that? She had to resolve that she could. Somebody else— watch this— would have probably already left me, because you got to have a grace and a capacity to be with anybody. Lord, I talked about that too long, but I pray somebody got it. Listen, that question needs to come up Can you love me through this?
Ah, God, I gotta go, I gotta go, I gotta go.
Well, my God, my God, I know you are enjoying that message, but at any rate, I'm here tonight because right after tonight's premiere, okay, right after tonight's premiere, I'm I'm going live on a Zoom and I'm inviting just 100 participants, okay, listen, to join me right after this premiere tonight. Well, let's go right back into this teaching.
Listen, God is asking the question still: Where are my lovers?
Here's my first point. Enough introduction. Let's dive into this. Let's get into this, man. Love is possible.
Come on, man.
Some people don't believe it because they got so much hate, they got so much resentment and bitterness in their life that they just don't believe they can actually have love. But I'm gonna tell you right now, love is possible because God is alive. He's well. He's real. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. So that just because God is here and God is the ruler of the universe, love is possible. And maybe you have been broken and hurt and gone through. I'm gonna tell you something, love is possible. Let's look at that. Let's go to Romans. Glory to God. Let's go to Romans. Glory to God. Romans chapter number 5. Hallelujah. Y'all stay with me, don't go nowhere, don't go nowhere. Y'all wake up. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Romans 5. And let's look at verse number 10. Woo-wee! Hallelujah! Somebody say that with me. Say, love is possible. Matter of fact, I'm gonna back up. I'm not gonna start 10, I'm gonna start at 6. Hallelujah! Y'all stay with me. Glory to God. Okay, so Romans 5, verse 6, the Bible says, for when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. So if you have a real Bible, and most of you probably don't anymore, but if you do, I want you to underline without strength and I want you to underline ungodly. So when we were yet without strength, in due time, God died for the ungodly. Say without strength, ungodly. Verse 7, for scarcely for a righteous man will one die. Yet peradventure for a good man some will even dare to die. Verse 8: But God, hallelujah, commended his love, his agape, without condition toward us, in that while we were yet sinners— underline sinners, come on, man— Christ died for us. Somebody ought to shout, love is possible! Oh boy, come on, let's, let's go. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Verse 10: For if— here we go— when we were enemies, underline enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, by the efficacious, vicarious, substitutionary work of Calvary. He said, much more being reconciled We shall be saved by his life. Somebody ought to type in the screen, love is possible. Let me show you why. I had you underline some words without strength, ungodly. So he says you were without strength. The word strength there is athenesis in Greek. This word literally means that you were feeble, you were infirmed, you were weak. Come on. You had no ability to function on your own. You could not have life on your own. Oh God. So, so you were strengthless. Glory to God. You were sick.
You—
oh my God. Without strength. Ungodly. Okay. Oh my God. As if us— as us in Greek. And that literally means you are destitute of reverential awe towards God. You are condemning toward God with your lifestyle. With your words, with your behavior. You were impious. In other words, you had no piety of reverence. You had no desire to worship. You were ungodly.
Wait a minute.
He said when we were without strength, we were ungodly. Oh my God. I told you to also underline sinners. Oh my God. Hermatolos. Hermatolos, which means you were not free from sin. You consistently missed the mark. Come on, somebody shout, love is possible! Oh my God, he says you were enemies of God because you lived in carnality, you lived out of your flesh, you lived according to your own will and agenda. But God said, even though you without strength, even though you were ungodly, even though you were sinner, even though we were enemies, He died for us because he loved us. Somebody ought to say, love is possible. Wait a minute, so that means no matter how bad you were or how bad you've been, the love of God can extend toward you.
Hallelujah!
Yeah, the love of God can extend toward you and make you brand new. And make you feel loved no matter how low you've fallen. Somebody ought to just lift your hands and receive the love of God. The old song just said, love lifted me, love lifted me when nothing else could help, love lifted me. See, I'm telling you right now, love is possible. I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore, very deeply stained within.
I was—
watch this— without strength, ungodly, a sinner. An enemy of God, but love lifted me. Love lifted me. Listen, you got to understand, love is possible. You can be reconciled to him. You can be atoned, at one with him again. Hallelujah! Say love is possible. I gotta keep moving. Glory to God. Hallelujah! Wait a minute. Number 2, love is powerful. Let's go back to Romans 5 again. Love is powerful. And watch this, verse 5 in Romans 5:5, it says, 'And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.' Watch this. So God is saying the love is so powerful and it gives hope to the world, and it will not make a shame if we love. So we've been given the Holy Ghost.
We were—
we, we went to Calvary, got pardoned for our sin. We stopped by Pentecost, the upper room, and got power in the Holy Ghost. And now we got the Holy Ghost. And one— the main fruit of the Spirit of God is love, according to Galatians 5:22. And if we love, the Bible says the love of God is shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Ghost. Watch this. Other people come to know God's love by watching us love. Woo! They will know that we are his disciples indeed because of the love we have for one another. Are y'all hearing me in this place today? See, it's hope for the world. That's why in this decade we got to make a decision to choose to be lovers of God. To choose to be lovers of each other so that the world can be drawn to him. Glory to God! By this they'll know. But we, we won't draw people to God if we're arguing and fighting and tearing one another down and killing our wounded. You know, the church is deadly, man. I fought my worst battles not with sinners. It was with y'all. It was with church folk. Glory to God. I've had sinners in my, in my down seasons and in my failure embrace me better than people that was in the church who were trying to kill me. Watch, let me tell you something, man. We got to learn how to love each other. The Bible says, watch this, even if you see someone overtaken in the fault, the Bible didn't tell you to expose them. The Bible said— watch this— restore such a one in the spirit of— wait, wait a minute, let me back up. He said, if you see your brother overtaken in a fault, you that are spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness and love. Wow. Considering yourself. Love is powerful, man. Love can restore somebody that has fallen, but you could push them away being mean and cold-hearted and kicking them while they're down and push them all the way into the hands of the devil. Lord, help us today. But here's the problem. See, the reason we can't restore— because the first part of the verse, we're not spiritual. He said, you that are spiritual That's that word pneumatikos. Mature in the behavior of God, that you behave like the Holy Spirit behaves. So spiritual people, mature people, when they see someone overtaken, they will restore them. They're not going to beat them up. They're going to find a way to help them be reconciled with God. Oh my God, God's saying, where are my lovers? Where are my lovers? Love is powerful. If we're gonna end systematic racism, we gotta do it with love. If we're gonna end— oh my God— division in the church, isms and schisms, we gotta get back to loving. Come on, church, love is powerful. Love is possible. Are y'all here? I'm teaching better than y'all saying amen. Come on, stay with me.
I know y'all want me to tune up. I can do that anytime.
Glory to God. I want you to get this, man. Here we go. We read this scripture at the beginning of the service. Love is profitable. So love— let's, let's do it. Love is possible. Love is powerful.
And here we go.
Love is profitable. You ask a businessman to define profit, he's going to tell you that that is left over after the expenses of the business have been paid and covered.
Can I tell you something?
Woo! The expenses have been paid and covered for. God so loved the world, the cosmos in Greek, the cosmopolitan system. Glory to God. The systems of the world. He loved them so much because they belong to him and they should belong to us. That he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him would not perish but have eternal life. Watch this. He sowed a seed. It was a prophetic spermatic seed that God sowed in the person of Jesus and died for us, that we can reap the harvest. Watch this— of the systems of the world, not just Eternal life. Eternal life deals with operating the kingdom. Because can I tell you something? Jesus is not coming back to set up a kingdom. He's coming back to sit on the throne of a kingdom already established. So he says, I gotta redeem them back to the Father because there's no way they can take back the cosmos or the systems of the world. Hear me. Oh my God. Without my love. So I got to sacrifice myself as a spermatic seed into the earth. When they receive me, they receive my power. And now in their prospective assignments, they can go into the world and take over the cosmos. We see if God didn't love the cosmos and he didn't want to give it back to us, he never would have died for us. I'm sorry to tell you, he didn't just die for you to get to heaven. He also died for you to take over. Whoa, whoa, boy, somebody ought to shout right now on that revelation. See, at the end of the day, we having good church, but what have we subdued? Where are we fruitful? Where are we multiplying? Where are we replenishing the earth and having dominion? Yeah, John 3:16. John 3:16. When nothing else could help, John 3:16. So listen, we, we got— we, we thought it was just to get us to heaven, and most Christians are living with their bags packed waiting for Jesus to crack the sky when God said, okay, I need a kingdom. I need you to take your places in every kingdom of the world and begin to take control. I need you to get inside the media kingdom and take your place of authority. I need you to get in the entertainment kingdom, take your place of authority. I need my educators to get in the education kingdom and take your place of authority. I need my— oh my God— politicians to get in the political kingdom, because we need a Holy Ghost-filled president. We don't just need somebody that's better than Trump, we need a Holy Ghost-filled president. Glory to God! That can hear from God, that will call real prophets to his side and listen to the word of the Lord. So we need— we need Holy Ghost-filled mayors, We need a Holy Ghost-filled governor. Come on now. And all over this country, all over the world, we need Holy Ghost-filled prime ministers and kings. You got to take your place in the kingdom so we can take over. That's why that love— that's— oh boy, here we go.
I spend too much time on that because that's a whole nother teaching in itself. Let me move because I won't get where I'm going. Let me move.
I got to go. I got to go. Here's my final point.
I got to leave it alone.
I'll teach that another time.
But the prophet— love is profitable.
So type it on the screen. Love is profitable. Ah, you got to get in them kingdoms, man.
Glory.
You got to get in that economic kingdom and take your place and take over. Glory to God. Woo! Woo! Woo! Glory to God. Hallelujah. We got to take over the religion kingdom because religion, systematic religion and institutional religion, is still the ruler of that kingdom. And the people who carry the Spirit need to rise to the top of the kingdom and begin to influence the others. I know you say, oh no, we are— no, I don't care how many followers we got, I don't care how many people watching us on TV. Listen, Catholic Church still the largest church in the world. It's still called the universal church. We gotta take that over and get the Holy Ghost in there. Glory to God. Whoo! Let me, let me get off that. Love is profitable. Love is possible. Love is powerful. And finally, love— hear me—
is personal.
Ah, let's go back to Lamentations 1:19, and I'm closing, man. Glory to God. See, that was a personal plea from the Father himself. He said in Lamentations, man, I called it—
1:19, we read it in the beginning—
for my lovers I called. My God, qora, qora, qora, that's the word called in Hebrew.
He said, I called, I cried out, I uttered a very loud sound.
That's what qora is, to utter a loud sound, to call out loud, continually, over and over again. Can you imagine God calling out over and over again, where are my lovers? Where are my lovers? I'm telling you right now, the Korah has went out. I can hear it in the spirit. I can hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, where are my lovers?
Oh my God.
That will create an intersection between agape, eros, phileos, and storge? Where are my lovers that will love their neighbor as themselves? Oh my God, where are my lovers? Glory to God, that will take over. Where are my lovers? He said, I called for them. I called them.
I, I out loud He said, I call for my lovers. Ahav, lovers is ahav in Hebrew, and it means I called for my family.
Oh my God, I call for those that appease my appetite. Ahav means I call for those that carry my wisdom, that carry my plan, that carry my purpose. That know they can't live without me. I call for those that have an appetite for my presence. Woo! I call for those that understand they can't breathe without me, they can't move without me, they can't live without me. I call for my— who am I? Oh my God, I call for those that are my friend. Oh God, those that are righteous. I call for those that are lovable because I love them. I call for those— watch this— who are like me. That's what Ahav embraces, all of those things.
Listen, where are, where are my lovers? Where are my lovers?
He said, I'm looking for those. Ah, shiba mandidi. He said, I'm calling, I'm crying out, saying, where are those that have an appetite for me and not to be liked by the consensus? Oh my God, that just want to be famous and popular, that— oh my God— and not influential, not impacted. Oh my, listen, you got an opportunity to have influence. You got an opportunity to be in control, to have dominion, to express who God is through you to the world. He says, I'm looking for my lovers, not those that live for the audience of men, but I'm looking for my lovers, my ahab, those that live for the audience of one, that live for the audience of one, that live for the audience of one.
He says, where are Oh, my lovers. He said, I called for them.
Wait a minute.
But they deceived me.
What?
They deceived me. The word deceived in Hebrew is rama, and rama deals with the fact that they cast me away.
They threw me away.
Watch this. Rama deals with the fact that they shot me like a gunman fires a gun and kills another.
Oh my God! God said when you don't have an appetite for him and him alone, when your desire is only to please him, not man, not flesh, oh, not your family, not your friends, but to do what he requires of you. He said you draw a gun when you live outside of his will and you shoot him and you cast him and throw him away out of your life. He said you— watch this— this word also means— rama means that you mislead me. Watch this. You made me think you were with me. Even though God is omniscient, he knew you weren't. He knew your heart. But you put on a show and showed everybody else and made it look like you really was with me. But then when those you were showing out for were not looking and only I was looking, oh, you deceived me. You didn't uphold the image you portrayed. Oh my God. In front of people, the question becomes, who are you when only God is looking? Oh boy, let's, let's go there. Who are you when only God is looking? I'm gonna say that one more time. Who are you when only God is looking? Let's let that marinate for a moment, because God says, I'm looking for my lovers, I can't find them. Because you look one way in church, and to everybody else you appear to be a lover of God. Oh, but the Bible says in the last days perilous times will come and men will be lovers of themselves. Oh my God, rather than lovers of God. Whoa, whoa, people love themselves. They're selfish, and selfishness is the source of all sin. And this is why God cannot find us, because men is lovers of themselves. Lord, forgive us. Somebody listening to me right now needs to repent because he's been looking for you and he can't find you.
He's been looking for you and he can't find you. He says, where are my lovers?
I can't find you. You deceive me. You trick me. You misled me. You misled my people.
Who are you? When only God is looking.
I'm not teaching you something, guys. I have never lived—
listen, I have been so far away from God.
I have prophesied in the church, cast out devils in church, and God has used me to help his people.
But when people wasn't looking, I became something else.
I was doing something I didn't have no business doing because I had a terrible spirit of fornication, and God had to deliver me. But because God was requiring me to get free so I can talk to you about the fact that he can't free you. You looking at a free man. I'm just telling you transparently where I've been and how I've messed up and how I know what it means to miss the call, to not hear it because I was too caught up in being a lover of myself. Let's keep reading because this tells the story. He said, my priest— oh my God, my intercessors, kohen in Greek, my intercessors. A priest is one that goes to God on behalf of another. That's an intercessor. My people that are supposed to be praying for others. He's— I'm looking for intercessors. I'm looking for prayer warriors. I'm looking for people that can touch heaven and open the heavens so that people can experience me in a real way. And you deceive me. He said, my priests, my intercessors, My principal officers, he said, they deceived me.
Watch this.
And my elders, okel in Greek, not Greek, I'm sorry. My elders is zakin, zakin, z-a-q-e-n, zakin. My older people, my mothers, my patriarchs and my matriarchs.
Where are the mothers? Come on, where are the mothers in the church?
Oh my God, I grew up in the church where the mothers were very active. Those mothers were anointed. Those mothers spent time on the altar. Those mothers could pray through to glory. My God, and they knew the Lord, and they could prophesy, and they could see. I never forget going to services on a Sunday night and seeing mothers who who are moving in the anointing, and they get up and say stuff like, "Hotel, hotel, two people hotel," and they be ministering, and they'll find the two people and say, "Yeah, I see you. Come on, get on this altar and get delivered." Where are the mothers? Oh my God. They say, "Oh, that skirt is not right." Where are the mothers? "That skirt is too tight. That's too much cleavage." Where? Come on now. Woo! Woo! Oh God. Oh my God. He said, "I'm looking." For the mothers. Where are the fathers that have a heart for the sons to say, son, you're anointed and the people love you, you're gifted and your future is great, but I need you to get this right in your character. Oh, Baba Siké, I need you to stop sleeping around and being a whore. Where are the fathers to say, son, you can't be a homosexual. Breska tabatosya. And preach the gospel. You got to get delivered. Oh, where are the fathers?
Who?
They said you can't be a whole mongering young man. Let it go.
Where are the fathers?
The Bible said that he would turn the heart of the fathers back to the sons. I was talking to one of my sons and he said, Dad, we got to do something together and call it the Malachi Mandate. So people can see the reconciliation of the Father and Son flowing together, working together. And I said, son, let's do it. As soon as this pandemic live, we're going to take that thing across the country because God wants fathers and sons in the realm of the spirit and in the natural to walk together.
He said, but my priests—
I call for my lovers, but they deceive me. My priests and my elders— watch this—
they gave up the ghost.
In the city, in the situation. The sit—
the situation. Listen, there are too many in this hour, in 2021, that are giving up the ghost. They're giving up the Spirit of God for religion, for entertainment. They're operating in the performance mode. Oh my God, help me today, Jesus. They're operating in the performance mode. Oh my God, God says, where are my lovers that will operate in the pleasure mode?
Your desire should be to please him, to love on him, not the performance mode. Again, not being a lover of yourself versus a lover of God.
Oh God, help us. Help this generation.
When Jesus was baptized by John the Father, the heavens opened and the Father spoke for the first and only time audibly in the New Testament, and he said, 'This is my Son in whom I'm well pleased.' At the beginning of his ministry, he said, 'I'm pleased,' because he is omniscient. He He knew what Jesus would do. Matter of fact, he was him. So he said, this is my son in whom I'm well pleased.
When God looks at you, does he see a performer, or does he see a pleasure giver that gives pleasure to him and him alone?
We were never created to perform for people.
Come on.
You shouldn't perform and put on an act that you holy and you all that in front of people who are living in sin or in the church, and then when nobody's looking but God, it's a totally different story.
You're doing everything under the sun. Let's remember, he's real and he's watching. If you don't want people to see it, come on, why would you want him to see it? God is asking the question, where are my lovers? Oh, rababaye, he said they gave up the ghost. They gave up spiritual priority, being governed and led by the most important person of the—
in the world, the Holy Ghost.
They gave up my spirit because they sought meat to relieve their own soul. Oh my God, they was lovers of themselves, y'all. Okay, there's the okay.
They was trying to supply their souls, their mind, their will, their emotion, their flesh.
Because if you supply it in the mind, the will, the emotion, it comes out of the flesh. They were seeking to be selfish, to appease themselves. But God says—
and I'm done—
where are my lovers? Where are you? God's looking for you. He's looking for his Ahab, those that have an appetite only for him. Are you willing to give up your appetite for fornication and adultery, for lesbianism and homosexuality? Oh my God, for perversion, for lying and cheating, for him? Where are My love.
Listen, I want to pray that really quickly that you will engage God's pursuit. And wherever you've given up the ghost, wherever you've decided you're just gonna let normality take its place and you're going to live in your flesh or carnality, and you don't want to maximize the relationship that God has for you— listen, I want to pray that you will get closer to God than you've ever been. I want to pray tonight that your relationship with God will be tight. It will be solid. Glory to God. It will be real. And an angel could come and preach another gospel and you won't be moved because you're so tight with the Father. Uh, there will be nothing that could shake you. And you'll be like the old mother, I shall not, I shall not be moved. Just like a tree planted by the rivers of water, my relationship is tight. I love God and I'm and will stand with him forever.
Let's pray.
Father, in Jesus' name, I pray tonight for the love walk of every person under the sound of my voice. And I decree and declare, God, one, that they will fall deeply in love with you, and their love will come with a great commitment to holiness, to righteousness, to the things that appease you, to the things that you're pleased with. Father, in the name of Jesus I pray for chastity and purity of heart and mind and soul. I pray, God, that everything that we're fighting, God, that seems hard to overcome, I decree and declare, God, that you would give your people the strength to overcome it now.
I renounce everything in our lives that's not like you.
And I decree and declare our lives are open to fresh relationship, to fresh love, God, And we position ourselves, Father, to receive all you have for us. And we thank you for loving us, and we will reciprocate that love in our actions, in our deeds, in our worship, in our praise. And we bless you for it now, in Jesus' name.
Amen. And thank God.
Oh my goodness, Lord have mercy. God is good. Listen, I want to invite every one of you that's watching Please sow a seed into ministry tonight. You know, the Bible declares it's more blessed to give than it is to receive. The scripture also says he gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater. If the anointing and the word that you've heard tonight has been a blessing to you, I want to challenge you to sow into ministry. The ways to give are on the screen.
