Well, grace and peace be multiplied to you today from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For those of you who are uninitiated, my name is Apostle Mike Woods and welcome to Sunday's edition of the Apostle's Table. I'm super excited to come into your homes today. And you know, today is an exciting day because I'm telling you, It is a very prophetic moment we're in. Today is the 9th month and the 5th day, and that is a powerful dichotomy. Watch this. The number 9 is often equated to birth, but it's also a number of spiritual things. It's 9 gifts of the Spirit. Hear me. It's 9 manifestations of the fruit of the Spirit. So 9 is a very spiritual number that means a coming forth of spiritual things. Now, And watch this, coupled with the number 5, which is the number of grace. Hear me. And I just want to prophesy to you really quickly at the top of this live, because this— so don't scroll, stay right where you are. This is a very prophetic moment because you today, as you're under the sound of my voice, Ashia, Bresu, Rikiska, Talamandolo Bokote, you step into a season, hear me good, where you're about to push forth a manifestation and express acceleration spiritual power and spiritual authority that's about to come forth out of your life. And watch this, the number 5 is the number of grace. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the number of grace. It's the number of grace. Grace is charis in Greek. Watch this. Hear this prophetically, people. Charis is not just the ability to receive pardon from sin. It's a gift. Glory to God. So the pardon of sin that Jesus gives us when he gives us grace is grace. But on the flip side of that, he gives us a gift. He empowers us, watch this, to be and do all he's created us to do. So the grace on your life, hallelujah, I want you to understand it is about to be magnified, is about to explode, and God is about to empower you like never before to move forward. Hear me, in the grace that you've been called to walk in, and many of you have been walking around with these gifts in you dormant, but God said today you You must now rise up, hear me, and begin to manifest because the world needs your gift. And I'm telling you, like never before, we're in a very significant season where those of us who are gifted and have unique assignments from God— I'm not talking about those that's faking the funk and operating in themselves. I'm talking about you and I who walk in real authentic gifting. God says, I want to empower you. I want to push it forth, and I'm going to push all of the pseudo, the fake, out of the way, and I'm going to bring forth the authentic. I dare somebody type in the chat right now, this is the season of the authentic. My God, you want to praise God right where you are. Come on, just put those hands together and bless God right where you are, because this is the season of the authentic. Yes, you. This is the season where God is pushing forth those that's been on the backside of the wilderness that nobody Nobody knew, no great popularity, but those that have had the word and labored in prayer and lived in purity, God said, yes God, I am bringing you forth even now, says the Lord. My God. So yes Lord, come on, yeah man, see, we bless you God and we give you glory. Listen right there again, welcome to the Apostle's Table today. I'm telling you, the Spirit of the Lord is here. There is a word from the Lord. I want you guys to hit that share button right now, tag somebody in this video. Somebody needs the word that's going to come forth today. Before I teach the word today, I want to take you into a worship experience. Oh my God, that we had a few weeks ago in Houston, Texas. Listen, I'm officially off vacation. We had a little hiatus. Uh, we went to Houston, ministered in the Oneness Convocation, uh, left Houston, went to Hawaii for about 10 days. My wife and I are back, and let me tell you something, I'm super excited about what's going to happen for the rest of this year. So when we were in Houston, my son Benjamin Woods and my wife Felicia Woods, right before I ministered, we went into a moment of worship that was absolutely powerful. And I just want to share it with you. So let's go into that worship moment already in progress. And then right after that worship moment, I'm going to go into the preached word of God. Listen, do not forget, share this meeting, share this broadcast, share this stream today because it's going to bless somebody's life. And listen, I want you to stay to the end because I want to pray with you. You know, our land needs healing. Cancer is rampant. COVID is rampant. All these variants emerging. I want to pray for the mindset of the people. I want to pray that God would superimpose healing upon us, our houses, our families, and we're going to rebuke death. So stay with us until the end. Listen, let's go into this worship moment in Houston, Texas, at the Oneness Convocation, which was hosted by my good friend Jerry Howard. Listen, it's going to bless your soul. Then we're going into today's word that's going to actually bless your socks off. God bless you. This is Holy Ground. Come on, we declare this place is Holy Ground. It's holy.
Holy ground. Oh yeah, yeah. Come on again. This is holy ground.
Come on, sing it.
This is— Yes, Lord. Holy ground, holy ground. So come, so come and bow.
Bow down.
We bow before your presence. We bow before your presence. We bow before your presence. None like you nowhere, Jesus.
None like you nowhere, Jesus.
We bow in We bow, we bow, we bow, we bow, we bow. Ooh, God, you're worthy of glory.
You're worthy of honor. You're worthy of all the praise, God.
We bow, we bow down our will, Jesus. Not your— We bow down our will, God. Not our will, Jesus, but thy will be done in our life, God.
We bow down to your plan. We bow down to your desires.
We want what you want, God. We bow down. We bow down. I surrender my will, God. I surrender my body. I surrender my mind. I bow down every part of me, God. I bow down every part of my finances. I bow down, God, and I worship you.
Do what you want to do.
We bow down, God. No longer I, God, but it's you, Christ, that lives inside and takes control.
We bow down. Ishadaya.
Bow down. We bow down to the King of Kings. We bow down to the Lord of Lords. We bow down to the Alpha and Omega. We bow down, we bow down to Jehovah Jireh, our provider. We bow down to Jehovah Makkaddish, the Lord our righteousness. We bow down. Give it at you, God. I lay it at your feet. I lay it at your feet. I lay it at your feet. More! We want more! We want more! We want more!
More!
More! More! Give us more! Give us more! Give us more! Yes, God!
So Father, we thank you for your anointing. That's in this room right now. Every hand lifted in this room, if you got two hands, please lift them. The presence of the Lord is here. He's here to superimpose his power upon us today. We're here to worship him. We're here to give give him glory. The quality of a worship experience is determined by God and God alone, not by the quantity of those in attendance, but is determined by the quantity of his presence. And the presence of the Lord is here now.
Hooray, my sinner!
Whatever you need from him, I dare you begin to beseech him I dare you worship him now until he sits on you like he sat on them on the day of Pentecost. Let him sit until you're healed. Let him sit until you're delivered and free. Let him sit until you have breakthrough in your life. Let him sit until increase happens. Happens all around you.
We bow down and we worship him.
Jesus, you're wonderful and mighty. Jesus.
Briskala. Oh God, we love you, Jesus. Oh God, we worship you.
You're so kind, you're so wonderful, God.
Nothing like you nowhere, Jesus. Nothing like you Nowhere.
Jesus, it's you, it's you we worship. It's you, it's you we worship. It's you we worship, Jesus. And I say unto you today, my little ones, that as you will take the posture of a worshipper, it will be the system of exchange change between you and I, said the Lord. And as you take the posture of worship, there will be nothing in heaven that I will deny you of on earth. For every time you enter into this dimension of worship, I will open my sky vaults, and that which you need and have of, I will overwhelm you with. For I long to be worshiped. I long to be glorified, said the Lord. I long to be sublimated and macrographed. And as you macrograph me, I shall engraft my very person into every part of your life. For I, the Lord, have come to to you today to remind you that nothing is out of reach as long as you are a worshiper.
There's no amount of money out of reach as long as you are a worshiper.
There's no house, no car, no healing, no deliverance, no breakthrough that's out of As long as you are a worshiper. So choose worship, said the Lord. Let your life be a living expression of what it means to worship, says the Lord. Somebody ought to glorify him right now, right now. Well, my God, I know that blessed you, and I dare you just touch yourself right now and say, Lord, give me more, give me more of you, give me more of you. That's what I want, that's what I need, that's what I desire. Right here, let's let's pray. And I trust, God, you will stay with us. Do not scroll, please. Again, share this live stream as it's going to be a blessing to you on today. Come on, let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, we thank you for your power. We thank you for your anointing. We thank you for the joy of the Lord, which is our strength. And I pray today, God, as we teach the word of the living God, that your people will be blessed by you and never they're impressed by me. I pray in the name of Jesus that the glorious light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, oh my God, would permeate through this teaching and someone would be saved, someone will be delivered, someone would be encouraged, God, to follow you the more. We thank you for— you sent your word and it healed them. So even as we teach today, I pray that the word of the Lord will bring healing and deliverance to those that listen. And we give you praise and we give you glory and honor in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Hallelujah. God, we love you today, and we're so grateful that you decided, praise God, to join us on this Sunday on September 5th, 2021. What a significant day What a significant day in the realm of the spirit. And I'm telling you right now, today, God is going to move for us. God's going to bless us. He's going to do something unusual. Hallelujah. Something man just cannot do. Hallelujah. So I have been teaching a series before I went on hiatus. Glory to God. Called Sheep. And basically I wanted to share with the saints of God the benefits of the sheep-shepherd relationship, how beneficial it is to take the position of a sheep, follow God, and allow God to have full control of your life, full protection, full leadership. Do you realize that God is indeed one? He is imminent, which means God wants to interact. He, he can get off of his throne phone and enter into your life, into your situation, and imminently interact with you. He's real. Oh my God. Also, God is transcendent, which means he's not bound to his deity. He has the ability to transcend, again, heaven and hallelujah, take total understanding and logic concerning any situation you're having in And we can experience those benefits of his eminence and his transcendence when we humble ourselves as sheep inside of the sheep shepherd. Hear me, God, I feel the anointing today. Relationship. Glory to God. Hallelujah. So today we're going to, we're going to share part 3. Glory to God. And I just, by way of review, this, this message 1 is built on the 23rd Psalm. And so in message number 1, we dealt with the Lord is my shepherd. And so we talked about how important it was to empty ourselves of ourselves, take the mindset of a sheep in the spirit when it comes to the Father. See, when we come to the Father, all of us should come like sheep. We should come ignorant, illiterate, spirit dumb, knowing nothing, saying, hey God, show me the way. Are you hearing this? And I dealt with that. So make sure you go back in this YouTube channel, on this Facebook page, and listen to message 1, because none of this stuff I'm teaching matters if you don't humble yourself, empty yourself as a sheep. Message number 2, we talked about I shall not want, and we dealt with the fact that the shepherd removes lack. He removes lack. He removes lack. And let me tell you something, when you're following the sheep-shepherd relationship covenant, there is no room for lack or emptiness in your life. I dare you right where you are, hear me, to type in the comments and say this with me. Say, I shall never be broke. Another day in my life. Come on, say it again. Say, I'll never be broke another day in my life because I am a sheep following the Good Shepherd. Oh my God. I dare you say that again. Say, I am a sheep following the Good Shepherd. And so you got to go back and watch this so you can understand how to eliminate aint attack your lack and live in the realm of super abundance all the days of your life because you chose to humble yourself as a sheep. So today we're going to deal with verse 2. This is message number 3, and I'm going to read it. It says, he maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me beside the still waters. I'll say that again. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me, oh my God, beside the still waters. Now, we're gonna deal with just the a clause. He maketh me to lie down down in green pastures. Oh my God. So, so watch this. The, the word, uh, down in this particular text is from a Hebrew word, rabats, R-A-B-A-T-S, which means to stretch out. Hear this. Or to be prostrate. Watch this. Oh my God. To be prostrate, to lay as face down Oh my God. To be stretched out in a humble position as if you are in a position of worship or prayer. Watch this. To become an inferior robot to a superior. Oh my God. So the Bible says now the influence of the shepherd. And when the word make it doesn't mean that he He beats you down and makes you do something, or he controls you, because we have a free will and we have to choose God. But when you choose God, watch this, the providence and the goodness of God is so amazing that it influences you. It, it, that's what makes you lie down. Oh my God, it's not God beating you down and say, get down, worship me, become inferior to my No, when you see the goodness of God in your life, hallelujah, when you see all the wonderful things that God has done for you, you understand, I need to lay down, I need to lay prostrate, I need to worship this guy, I need to give him all the glory, I need to give him all the honor, I need to exude to him all of the praise, I need to extrapolate from my very essence worship that says to him, I appreciate you. So I lie down and I make a statement statement that I am nothing without you. Oh my God. So I want you to get that. So it's because I don't want you to think he makes you. No, it's influence. The word make— he influences me through his goodness to lay prostrate, to lurk, to stretch out in his presence. Oh my God. When was the last time you prayed? Hallelujah. And you stretched out in his presence? Most people today, they pray on the fly. They worship on the fly in their car. They're worshiping in the car because they're rushing into their day every day. But when was the last time you made a sacrifice to become an inferior, to wake up an hour early, get down on your face at 4:00 a.m. and cry out to God and say to God, I need you. I'm nothing without you. I honor you because you're good. I honor you because you're awesome. Awesome. I honor you because you're amazing. Most saints today are religious. Hallelujah. And they don't have deliberate relationship, because that's what lying down here means. It means that this relationship suggests he is King and I am his son, I am his daughter, I am a part of the King's family. But because of who he is, he demands my homage. He demands me to stretch my life out before him and say, God, here I am. Glory to God. So he maketh me to lie down in green, in green. And I'm gonna break this down a little deeper in a minute. Pastures, watch this. Green, the Hebrew word is dehshi. D-E-H is high, it's for D. Shi H-E-A-S-H-E-H-D-E-H-S-E— I'm sorry, D-E-H-S-H-E-H. Dashe. This Hebrew word is powerful because it is— watch this— it's new fruit. Oh, it's new vegetations. Oh my God. Oh my goodness. He makes me to lie down in new sprouts, new grass, green grass, young grass, fresh ideas, fresh innovation. So out of my prostrate, out of me stretching my life out, humbling myself before God, God said, I'm gonna give you ideas, I'm gonna give you innovation, I'm gonna give you things that you could create, I'm gonna give you businesses that you could start, I'm gonna open up new realms of thought to you. Oh my goodness. I'm going to take you out of the old way of stinking thinking, and I'm going to impart unto you— oh my God, watch this— a rest in my way of doing things. So today, you know, if I want to call this something, I'm going to call it He Demands Rest. Prophetically, I want to announce to you right now in 2021, with new variants of COVID-19 on the rise and people dying from these new variants. Watch this. I want to say to those of you watching me as you receive this prophecy, that the rest shall be done in rest. I'm going to say that again. Hear the Lord. The ba— oh my gosh. The rest shall be done in rest. So basically, he said he lets me rest in green pastures. He lets me lie down, be prostrate, and rest in his presence. Oh my God, hallelujah! Rest in his person. So I'm not worried about the D variant. I'm worried— I'm not worried about cancer. I'm not worried about diabetes. I'm not worried about high blood pressure. I'm not worried about poverty. I'm not worried, Mashiach, breh, kekabando lebo siki andele lebo Shia, about what the world could do to me. I'm actually resting in the things of God. And God said, for the rest of this year— September, October, November, December— hallelujah! September, October, November, December— these last 4 months, this last quarter of 2021 2020 was hell. 2021 has been trying, but God said the rest shall be done in rest. I want to command you not to live in fear. Oh my God, I want to command you to walk in integrity, to walk in integrity of faith, to walk in the integrity of scripture and trust God. Oh yeah. Trust God. Hallelujah. Trust God with your very life. Trust God with your family. Trust God with your finances. He's your shepherd. Be a sheep, because the rest shall be done in rest. The rest shall be done in rest. So he makes us to rest. He down— my God, he downsizes us to inferior to his presence and says, I'm doing this I did it so you can rest in me, so I can handle it for you. Lay it down. Stop trying to fix it yourself. Stretch it out before him. In green pastures. Hallelujah. Green pastures. Watch this. Watch this. Watch this. The word pasture is na'ah. N-A-A-H is how it's pronounced. Na'ah in Hebrew. Na'ah. That's how it's pronounced. Nah, it's not necessarily how it's spelled, it's how it's pronounced. Nah, N-A-A-H in Hebrew, and it literally means, watch this, habitations.
Oh my God.
So he calls me to rest in fresh habitation. He causes me, let it be, he causes me to live in fresh habitation. Lick it. Fresh. Somebody ought to shout fresh habitation, fresh dwelling places, fresh abodes. I'm speaking to somebody right now. You're getting ready to have peace in your house. You're going to abide in peace, going from the rest shall be done in rest, not just the rest of 2021, but the rest of your life. Shall be done in rest because you are his sheep. You— oh my God— and he's your shepherd. The rest shall be done in rest. You're going to abide in the house of the Good Shepherd. Ha, God, God. This is what God is saying to us. I got you in a place where I want you to abide. In my house. Good God from Zion. Good God from Zion. Oh, Shammaya, brikela bahosiata. Let's get through this. Let's get through this. So he says, I make you lie down in green pasture. So why do I need to rest? Why do I need to live and abide in the house of the Good Shepherd? And I'm going to tell you why. Because The importance of this is— thank you, Jesus— is that God— hear me, hear me good, hear me good— needs us to manifest the kingdom. He needs our grace. Here we go again. The thing that he He put in us before He formed us in our mother's belly. According to Jeremiah 1:5, before He formed you, He knew you. Hallelujah, hallelujah. He knew— He knew— yada in Hebrew— He had intimacy with you. He ordained you. Hallelujah. Which means He ordered your steps. He sanctified you. Glory to— He set you apart for a specific task. So before you ever got here, your destiny, your purpose, God's plan for your life was already planned, was already orchestrated. It has already been ordained and ordered. So hear me, guys, listen to me. God says, I need you to lay down your agenda, throw away your dream, become a sheep, rest in my will so you can— watch this— manifest kingdom purpose. The only reason God wants us to rest in him— because you cannot manifest kingdom purpose in the flesh. I'll say that again: you cannot manifest kingdom purpose in the flesh. I hear two major problems why people who are moving in the flesh cannot manifest kingdom purpose. They're constantly trying to manifest what they want, what they think people want, what people want to hear, and they move according to people's agenda. The world is so jacked up now, it has gone away from biblical tenets. People are saying it's okay to be gay. It's not okay to be gay. It's— oh, they're saying it's okay to be a hoe. It's not okay to be a hoe. It's not. It's not okay to be a lesbian. It's not okay to live in sin, to shack up and sleep around. It's not okay to lie, steal, cuss, cheat. Sin is still wrong. But we live in a world where everything now has become convenient. But I declare I'm going to be consistent to the will of God. And I'm going to continue to declare the truth because, watch this, people who are moving in kingdom purpose cannot do it in their flesh. They gotta align themselves with God's way. And I'm gonna tell you something, you got to get out your flesh. So here are two major reasons why you can't manifest it when you're moving in the flesh. Number one, you'll never have clarity. Watch this, as to what your kingdom purpose really is. Because the only reason where you can get spiritual clarity about a spiritual purpose, you got to walk in the spirit. The Bible says that we should walk in the spirit. Oh my God, that we may not fulfill the lust of the flesh. So if you're going to see clearly your spiritual purpose, you got to get out of the flesh and walk in the spirit so you can get clarity. This is why we got a lot of mimics and copycats and, uh, cheerleaders that push people into exuberant praise breaks, and their whole ministry is built around their ability to give you a praise break, but they couldn't teach the word or make a proper exegetical adjustment of the text in Revelation if you paid them. Most of y'all paying your tithes, sending your seeds to these people just because they send you into an exciting praise break, get you excited about something that they have not taught you how to live out, and you get excited about something that's born out of the flesh. Oh my God, oh my God. Number 2, you can't manifest kingdom purpose moving in carnality, in the flesh, because you do not know the King. King. Oh boy, there are a lot of people— I don't know what's coming up. So you expect sinners who are not in the church— I'm talking to y'all that's in the church right now— you expect sinners not know the King? They can't know him. They're in darkness. The Bible said, what fellowship does light have with darkness? God is in light. So there's no way for a sinner to know the King. I ain't talking about you know your church, you know your role, you know your position at the church. I ain't talking about that. No, I'm not talking about you religiously go to church every Sunday, you watch your little message every day. No, I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about having a prostrate— there we go again— a rabot, a laying out, stretched out life before God where you have become— oh my goodness— uh, inferior, he is superior, where you know him and you know he is supplying every need, where he being imminent and transcendent in your life. Hear me good, y'all. It's, it's a problem with all the stuff that people do in church— jump, shout, speak in tongues, spit, blow bubbles— and they still don't know God. They know religion, they've learned church, they know the way to do things because they grew up in and around the church. But they never met the man that's really in charge of the church, the King. So you can't manifest a kingdom purpose if you do not know who the King is and you have no relationship with him. Oh, I heard somebody say God doesn't speak to people anymore. That's because he ain't speaking to you, you idiot. God still does speak An idiot is not a bad word. It's just gnosis or ignorance. Idiotic. See, to be idiotic means to ignore knowledge. You choose to ignore real knowledge. Hear me. You choose to ignore real knowledge so you can get a real relationship with God. Come on, man. Don't be idiotic. Don't be an idiot. God even— oh my God. The Bible says it's only a fool. But you religious folks say, oh, he called me an idiot. Yes. The Bible said only a fool says that there is no God. Proverbs 14. Listen, I need you to understand something. And that word fool in Hebrew means idiot, a bird brain, stupid. Says there's no God. It's stupidity to declare that there's no God. It's stupidity to declare that God does not speak. He does speak. But just because you don't have a relationship with him that's deep enough where he speaks to you, that's your fault. We all have the same opportunity. He's imminent, he's transcendent, but you got to lay prostrate. You got to allow his influence to take control of your life as a sheep. Somebody type in the chat, I am a sheep. Type in the chat again, I am a sheep. I am a sheep. I am a sheep. Come on, Dabasi. I am a sheep. I trust God for my life. I trust God for I trust God for my health. I am a sheep. Everything I am, everything I'm not, I am because of the shepherd, because I am a sheep. Glory to God. Handala basiaya, urababa haya, briskele bokushkiya, baman babaya basi. Yes, Lord, I give you praise. Hayabababababosi andaya. So how do we operate in His rest so that we can bring forth kingdom purpose. Purpose is the original intent for the creation of a thing, why we are here. We got to get that reason from the Father. Purpose is never found in the mind of the thing, is found in the creator of the thing. So if God is my creator, I gain purpose, I gain reality from him. I cannot get a kingdom reality of who I really am unless I I spend quality time in relationship with my Daddy. Hallelujah. So how do I operate in rest? I'm glad you asked. Hebrews 4:11, let's read it. The Bible said, let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall under the same example of believe. Watch this. So let's break this down. The word labor in the text— here we go— is spoudazo in Greek, and it means to exert yourself in acceleration and diligence toward a goal. Again, spoudazo means to exert yourself in diligence— oh my God— toward a goal. I mean, and you do it quickly and you make haste to it, you make it superlative priority. So the Bible says let us make it a priority, let us be diligent toward the goal of operating in our lives in rest. Most of you are stressed out right now behind COVID, behind this year. You're confused, you got mind fog, there are things happening in your life, you're, you're, you don't know your You've exhausted PPE, you've exhausted unemployment, and you just don't know what to do. Let me tell you something: you need to find rest in God. Mm, you need to be diligent to find a place where you're satisfied in him, and you'll never have that until you meet him. He ought to be your goal. What am I teaching today? God being the goal, the shepherd being the goal, so you can rest in him and not your own way of doing things. He says, let us enter that rest. The Greek word for rest is kairos, which is a— watch this— it's the heavenly blessing where God dwells. Kairos, kairos, kairos. It's the heavenly blessing where God dwells, and it's the place where he has promised to make us partakers of his divine nature and everything that he is. I know you've been to church, which is great. We should go to church. It's the place we get trained about kingdom. The church is not what people have made it. People have made the church an entertainment entertainment center. And it's not that. We get entertained by worship teams, we get entertained by choirs, we get entertained by the preacher, and we go because we looking for that entertainment. But in the day, we ought to go to worship God, to get in his face and get trained to go into the world and make an impact on the world. Kēta paucēsis. Paucēsis. Kēta paucēsis. It's the place of blessedness. It's the place of blessing where God dwells, and he promises to make us partakers— Lord have mercy— of his divine nature. Not, not get our church on the membership roll, but to be partakers of his divine nature. He wants us to rest in him where nothing worries us. Nothing. See, if you're resting in God, if you're prostrate, if you're laying down in green pastures, you ain't worried about nothing because you know God's got your back. Oh my God, I just saw that. God, you know, when you go to the gym, a lot of times when I'm in gym, I see these guys who's lifting massive weight, they put these belts around their waist for support of their back because they about to lift some massive weight. Listen, God just stepped into this life. Glory to God. He put his weight belt on. Glory to God. And he said to tell you he's getting ready to lift that heavy weight off of your life. Glory to God. And everything that's been burdening you down, he's about to lift it off of you, and he's about to do a new thing. Oh my God, he's about to open up a new door and make a new way. Oh my God, he has placed you in green pastures. Oh my God, God wants to show the world that his greatness can flow through humans, but he needs you to rest in him. That's how he does it. You rest in him, he flows through you, he gets the glory. People ask you, how did you do it? You say, God did it. Hallelujah! How did you get that house? God did it. How did you— how did you— how are you operating successfully in that gift? How are you running that business successfully? And why is your family such in such peace? God did it because I rested in him. Give your son to him. Give your daughter to him. Oh my God, give your finances to him so he can get the glory out of your life. So Well, how do I rest in him? How do I operate in? How do I move? Glory to God, glad you asked. Number 1, and I'm moving and I'm out of here, I'm closing with these. If you rest— if you want to rest in kingdom purpose, if you want to stay in green pastures, the first thing is you must be clear. You must be clear. Somebody say clear, clear, clear. You must be clear concerning his purpose. I'll say it again, you must be clear not about your purpose but about his purpose. See, and again, I hit this in the beginning, but I want to give you text. So you cannot really be resting in him if you're walking in your own personal agenda. Let's go to Proverbs 19 and verse 21. The Bible declares this— this is the NIV version— it says, many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails. So every one of us has a plethora, a multiplicity of plans that's in heart. But the thing that prevails, the things that stands forever, the thing that leaves legacy, the thing that impacts the world in power is the Lord's purpose. And every person under the sound of my voice watching this video, let me tell you something: you are a person of purpose. You were born with authenticity. You're vintage. You can do something that nobody else can do. It is something for you to do that is a unique grace that is assigned to your life, and you gotta get clarity about it. Michael Woods, how do I do that? How do I get clarity about my purpose? I'm glad you asked. You gotta ask the Father again. You gotta rest in him and say, God, I've been doing this wrong. You got to be very honest. As I've been going the wrong way, I've had the wrong idea, I made some bad decisions right here clear. So God, give me clarity concerning your plan, your purpose for my life. Hallelujah. So, so say that with me. Say, I must be clear about his purpose. And some of you listening to me right now, you need to get off that bandwagon of error. You've been doing things wrong so far too long. And you got to get off the bandwagon of error and walk in his purpose. Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. You got to get off that bandwagon of error and walk in his purpose, not your purpose. Just because it seemed right doesn't mean it's right. Listen, there is a way that seems right to a man, but the Bible said the end of that way is death. You got to get clear about his purpose. Number 2, if you're going to operate in rest, watch this, you must be confident in his person. You got to be confident in who he is. Listen, there's no God like our God. There's There's no God like Jehovah. Woo! There's no God like our Father. And you gotta have a godly confidence. Let's read Ephesians 3 and verse 12. The Bible says, in whom we have boldness, ha ha ha ha, and access with confidence by the faith, oh my God, of him So watch this. Confidence— the Greek word for confidence in this text is parrhesia. And watch this, it is a freedom of speech, a freedom of behavior, freedom of action, a freedom of movement. Watch this, because you are in him, you operate in a liberty that religion cannot bind you up in. You're free to flow in the gifts of the Spirit. Spirit. You're free to have access to him. It even said that we have access with confidence. Wait a minute, how do we have it? By the faith of Jesus. Jesus, while he was on earth, God incarnate in human form, had faith that he could access the Father while on earth. So we take that same model and flow in faith because we We have access. We have access to the Father through Jesus Christ. You got to be confident in this person. You got to have a parrhesia, a freedom to move in what you were created to do. You gotta understand that nothing in your past can stop your purpose. You got to be confident in the blood of Jesus, the efficacious vicarious glorious substitutionary work of Calvary. You gotta be confident that that blood has redeemed you, that that blood has saved you, that blood has delivered you, that blood has set you free. And I wanna tell you, when you have, hallelujah, had an encounter with the cross, there's nothing in your present, in your past, in your future that can stop you from fulfilling the purpose of God because the blood of Jesus works, hallelujah. So you got to move in a confidence in Him that God's got me. God's got me. And God is with me in what He has called me to do. You got to rest, people. He maketh us. He demands rest. If you want to manifest Kingdom purpose, you must rest. So not only must I be clear— oh my God— about His purpose, not only must I be confident in His person, Listen, watch this. I must be committed. Number 3, and I'm closing, to his protection. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I gotta understand that God is covering me, that his blood protects me from COVID it protects me from cancer, it protects me from death. Right now, in the name of Jesus, I rebuke death. I rebuke cancer. I rebuke diabetes. I need you. I rebuke COVID-19, every variant that would emerge. I declare for those of us that move in faith, it will not come nigh us, for we're healed by his stripes. Hallelujah. You got to be committed to his protection. He's protecting your daughter. He's— oh my God, he's protecting your son. You ought to be committed to let him protect you. Let's go to 2 Timothy 1 and verse 12. The Bible said, for the which cause I also suffer these things. Nevertheless, I'm not ashamed, for I know whom I have and am persuaded that he is able, hallelujah, to keep that which I have committed to him against that day. So no matter what day day you come up against, God's ability never changes. He's able to protect you. He's able to keep you. He's able to cover you against that. I don't care what's coming down the line. If you rest in him, God will protect you. Ashiandala Laboshiatai. God will cover you. You gotta trust him and you gotta believe. Oh my God, I'm done. Let us pray. Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you for the word. I pray today, God, that you will cause your people to be clear today. I pray for clarity. Give them clarity concerning purpose, your purpose, your purpose, your purpose. Let the people of the Lusala Mabu, get a clear discernment of why they are here. And Father, I give you praise furthermore that not only will they be clear about purpose, but my God, in Jesus' name, they will be confident in your person, that you will give them a place of rest in who you are. I pray for the spirit of relationship, God, that you will cause relationship to come to the life of every person under the sound of my voice and that they will know you you in a very real way. I pray to God that we will have commitment to your protection. And rather, right now, in the name of Jesus, I pray for our land. I pray for our nation. I rebuke the D variant and every variant that would emerge, and I declare that COVID-19 is defeated in the name of Jesus. I declare that healing and deliverance is the children's bread. You sent your word and it healed them. And I thank you for every person under the sound of my voice. May they receive this prophetic word today, and may it bring liberation and change to their life like never before. And I give you praise and glory for it now, in Jesus' name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Hallelujah. My God, listen, you ought to take a moment to worship God right where you are. Come on, just worship him and give him glory right where you are. He's worthy of praise. Hallelujah! Be at rest. And I reiterate the prophetic word from the beginning of this video: the rest shall be done in rest.
