"THE DEATH OF DEATH" | APOSTLE MICHAEL WOODS | GOOD FRIDAY | 3 APRIL 2026

In this live Good Friday worship service, Apostle Michael Lyris Woods and several co‑ministers deliver a high‑energy sermon centered on the doctrine that Jesus’ death has nullified death itself. They repeatedly emphasize the vicarious work of Christ—Jesus took on humanity’s sin so believers are no longer forsaken or separated from the Father. The greatest pain of the cross is presented as Jesus’ spiritual disconnect from the Father, and believers are urged not to repeat that separation. Woods declares that Jesus is "thirsting" for people to claim dominion, authority, wealth, and influence, urging the congregation to walk in the power of the resurrection over finances, marriage, health, and purpose. The service includes extensive prophetic proclamations of financial and ministry breakthroughs, healing, deliverance, and miraculous restoration for individuals in the audience. A call to sacrificial giving is made, linking seed‑faith to the church’s building fund and future events. Announcements cover a $10,000 earnest‑money building payment, upcoming birthday celebrations, a Las Vegas preaching tour, and a “Dominion at Sea” cruise. Personal testimonies of divine provision, miraculous healings, and prophetic visions for future anointing, musical influence, and leadership are interwoven throughout. The overall narrative drives the point that death is dead, believers have access to the Father, and they must actively claim and live out the victorious inheritance of Christ.

When you in love, you want to be with them at all times. Hallelujah. We must continue to give him praise. Continue to give him glory and continue to give him honor, for he's such a good God. He's a good God. He's a good God. He's a good God. Glory to God. If I can, real quickly, as we get ready to move on, I just want to tell a quick testimony. Is that all right?
Hallelujah.
We was in the— I was in the hospital. I ran out of here last Sunday. Because my daughter was in the ambulance, and it was okay. She was in the ambulance. I came on to church anyhow and began to pray and worship the Lord. Glory to God. But we was in the hospital, and she took some Benadryls, and they thought she was trying to kill herself. And so they 1013'd her, which we call it the Florida Baker Act. And I tell you, my God, hallelujah. She was like, Mom, I can't take this. They was taking all her stuff, and, and she was just going off. And I just— why I ran out of here, because I said, listen, they gonna hurt you. They gonna put— they gonna pin you down and they gonna take your stuff. And I tell you, glory to God, as she began to sit there and I continued to minister to her and minister to her, and we had Bible study and we was, we was talking about the word. And one lady came in and said, listen, you're gonna have to go to Pinewood.
Michael Lyris Woods.
And she started crying. And I said, wait a minute, we were just talking about the supernatural and how you have to have faith. And we would begin to talk about how you gotta trust God even when it looked like it don't look like what you wanted to look like. You gotta trust him anyhow. I said, the devil is a liar. Come on, you gotta trust God because his timing is not our timing. His plans are not our plans. Glory be to God. Hallelujah! And I say, wipe them tears and give God praise anyhow. Glory to God. Not 2 minutes later, the doctor walked in, and she just didn't walk in, she got on her knees and she kneeled down and she said, did anybody tell you today that you're going home? I say, look at God. I looked at her, I said, look at me, look at God. I said, don't you see how good he is? Glory be to God. And I want to tell you, she said, Mama, she said, God is so awesome. She said, he gave me a live demonstration of his word. She said, Mama, right here he gave me a live demonstration of his word. I just want somebody to know, Adabasaya, how good he is. He's a faithful God, he's a merciful God, he's a great God. Whatever you need, he got it. Whatever you're believing for, you got to have the faith as a mustard seed to trust that he will, he will. Messiah, and he's able. Glory be to God.
Come on, y'all, give God praise. Come on, come on.
While we waiting on the worship leader— she's coming— come on, give God glory in this house. I heard something when Apostle was testifying. She used two words: live demonstration. And just like God did it for her daughter This is for somebody tonight that needs a live demonstration. God said you've been praying, but he's about to give you a live demonstration. I need you to give God praise in advance. Oh, shaka tata basa, come on, praise him for the live demonstration. Come on, open your mouth! Come on, we break up every fallow ground and we declare, God, that live demonstration shall happen in our midst in the name of Jesus. Come on, open your mouth! Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
Why Jesus? Why all the talk of crucifixions and the resurrection of the dead? The idea that our present reality can be radically transformed by one historical day from antiquity? Why does this one event persist to shake nations, stands against kingdoms, relentlessly remaining there in every test in time? Why does the life of one rabbi bring hope to the billions and peace beyond understanding, peace even in facing death? His axioms transcend culture, moving between and among every every generation, offering new grace with each day to the poor and to the rich, to the young and to the old, each who calls his name. This is not just a page between the chapters of history, neither myth, metaphor, nor a line of spectacular exaggeration. His influence on every human life story is unfit to be placed into any existing category. No, Jesus isn't written into our story. Rather, our story is written into his. Every authority, even the grave, obeys his sovereign will. This is why we exalt the mighty name of Jesus over and over and over again. His victory has given us life. His mercies Jesus must stand at the center of our faith. He alone holds the pen of history. He is the one true God, and at that, a God who died for us. Why rejoice? Why is this our anthem? The answer for why Jesus comes down to this: Jesus is alive! Jesus at the center. His victory over the grave is written into every line. Between old and new, between death and life, there stands one historical reality: the resurrection. Of Jesus.

Even as we worship, doctors' reports are changing.
The last report you got, as you worship, is is shifting now and a new report is being written. The healer is here. We rebuke high blood pressure in the name of Jesus. We speak to your kidneys now and we command them to function properly in the name of Jesus. We speak to diabetes and your pancreas, and we command it to pump out insulin. By his stripes you are healed. Even now, Michael, we speak to your nervous system. We speak to muscles and joints. We speak to arthritis. We speak to bursitis. We speak to cancer and lupus, and we declare we are healed by the stripes of Jesus. We speak to the deaf ear and we command it to open. It does. Shh. Out in the name of Jesus. We declare it. You wounded for our transgressions, you were bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon you, and with your stripes We are healed. Somebody ought to receive it tonight. Be healed in your mind. Be healed in your body. Let the miracle flow to you.
Let it flow to you.
Shabba. And we bless you, God, and we give you glory. We honor your great name. Oh, sweet wonder in my soul.
Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus. We bless you, God. He's a mighty God, and beside him there is no other. Jesus our King, Jesus our King, we bless you, Lord, and we worship your name.
We give you the glory, God. Now, Lord, as we open your word tonight, your word even says you sent your word and it healed them.
So even as I teach tonight, may the miraculous power of your word transform our very body, transform our very mind. And Father, we decree and declare that we will not be the same. Thank you for the light, the illumination, and the intelligence of the Holy Ghost. Do something unusual in this this place. Do something man cannot do.
Walk in this room like a bully.
Throw your weight around. Let us know you're the boss, that you're still in control. Kick some dust in the devil's face and let him know you still rule and reign in the affairs of men.
We thank you that what's to come is better than what has been. And we thank you now, God, that the way it is now is not the way it shall be, for we have stepped into a season of the impossible, and we receive it now.
Now. In Jesus' name, amen.
And thanks be to God.
Would you clap your hands and give God praise?
Come on, give God glory in this house. Now, before you sit down, I want you to just look at somebody and say to them, tell them, God's about to do what you thought should never be done. Wait a minute, that person was ignoring you. Don't talk to them again until next Easter. But look at somebody else and tell them, neighbor, tell them God's about to do what you thought would never be done. Now wait a minute, that one ignored you too. Find somebody else on the other side of the room and holler at them and say, hey, did you hear what I said? Tell them God's about to do what you thought could never be done. Now if you believe that, I want you to praise him for the impossible thing. Ashak! Wait a minute, hold on, man of God. Some of y'all still ain't got it. See, that thing you thought couldn't be accomplished, that thing you thought you didn't have enough money for, that ashabantakoya, that thing you thought your credit was too bad for, that thing they told you you didn't have enough education for, God says, I'm about to do what you thought could never be done. And if you believe it, I need you to open your mouth and praise him like You ain't got no sense. See, I'm living this thing. They told us we were crazy for putting a contract on a $1 million church with just a few folk. But I'm telling you right now, God is already doing What the devil said couldn't be done. Y'all ain't got to praise him with me. God's all right. I'm telling you, this is the season of possibility. High five somebody and say, welcome to possibility. Oh my God, the impossibilities have ended. You are the prize. Okay, you can sit. But he is about to do what you thought you could never have. You're about to spend money you thought you never spent. You're about to walk into stuff that they told you you could not have because you was a woman, because you was black, because you are— because you under Trump administration. The devil is a liar. God's about to blow your mind.
I'mma stop. I'mma preach.
I dare you just look at somebody right back like the old preacher said, he's about to do it. Right now. 'Cause you didn't do it, just write back and say it's yours now.
Oh, shit!
All right, I heard that. God, sometime— see, y'all been standing at the closed door quiet. I just heard God say, sometimes you got to praise him in the hallway until the door opens. See, you've been in the hallway, in the waiting room, but I heard God said, dance in the hallway, shout in the hallway, cause the door— yeah!
Alright, ah, shantabai, shantabansa.
Hallelujah! Somebody clap your hands and praise God!
Yeah!
Oh!
Oh!
Oh! Yeah, clap your hands again and praise him. We moving, we moving.
I'm telling, I'm living what the devil said was impossible. Little old church like this. God said, I'm going to give you the space for the assignment. And he opened the door, and we put the $10,000 earnest money on the building this week. The contract is in place, the financing is in place.
Y'all ain't got to talk to me, but we're living in the impossible.
Shy. Okay, okay, let's go. We going to teach his word tonight. Glory to God. Yes, sing on, guys.
Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
What was invisible, yes, now visible, shall be visible, yes. What was impossible, possible, shall be possible as we touch you with our— as we touch you with our faith. We receive We receive manifestation as we touch you with our faith. We receive manifestation. What was invisible, it's about to happen right now. And what was impossible, it shall be possible. It's possible. As we touch you with our— as we touch you with our faith, we receive Receive! Manifestation— we come to receive manifestation! We will see it manifest! Hey! Manifestations—we'll see, we'll see manifestations; we received hey, manifestations, we've seen hey, manifestations, we have heard of them ohh manifasstions, mana-fest-manifests Manifest! Manifest your glory! Your power! Your spirit! Your anointing! We need you to show yourself mighty! Show yourself strong! And make way out of no way! Manifest healing breakthroughs! Peace of mind. Manifest. Manifest. Manifest. Manifest. Manifest. Manifest. Manifest. Oh! What was invisible shall be visible. And what was impossible shall be possible.
Oh!
I don't have to see it but I know what's coming. Yeah yeah! I don't have to see it—
Anybody believe that?
'I Don't Have To See It But I Know What's Coming.' Because God spoke into me, if that's enough for me to be happy about this morning... I know it's coming. It's already here. The faith that I need, the joy that I need, the strength that I need, the power. But I know it's coming. But I know it's coming. My healing, my victory, my breakthrough. It's here. But I know it's coming.
But I know it's coming.
As we touch you with our faith, receive manifestation!
As we touch you with our faith, we receive manifest— Stay right there! As we tou— just reach up and touch him of his glory! As we touch your head, we receive We receive benefits. What was in— what was invisible, it shall be visible. And what was impossible, it shall be possible.
Yes, God! Clap your hands, everybody, and bless him! Yeah, it's possible. It's possible. Welcome to the season of possibilities.
Hallelujah!
With God, all things are possible to them who believe. So we touch him with our faith.
We bless your name. Romans 8. I'm gonna try to teach this. Glory's in this room. I really could just lay on the floor right now. Now, 'cause God is here. Romans 8. Glory to God. As we touch you with our faith, we receive manifest As we touch you.
Yeah, yeah.
Shall be. And what was impossible, what you thought was impossible, shall be possible as we touch you. Faith, our faith, we receive manifestation. Yeah, for through our faith we receive, receive, yeah, what was invisible. Invisible. What you're trying to do on your own is shall be visible, and what was impossible It's all possible— it'll be impossible! It's so possible with God! With God can do all things; with God I can do all things; with God I can do all things; through Christ that strengthens me. Hey, to Christ that strengthened me up here, you guys have strengthened me because they strengthen me right now.
Yes, Lord.
So Father, again, we thank you for your power in this place. We will not leave the same. Thank you for the light, the illumination, and the intelligence of the Holy Ghost. We receive the word that heals and delivers and transforms. Words. Thank you that we will see with our own eyes, will be a witness to what you can do, in the mighty name of Jesus. And we bless you for it. Amen and amen. Clap your hands again and bless him. We're going to try this again. Do a little TUI. I'm teaching under the influence. Glory to God. Mario, go back to the slide. Before that, I just want to introduce the topic tonight really quick so they can see it. Tonight we're going to talk about the death of death, and I want us to that this is just not another time of year where we hide eggs and give out baskets and the little girls put on pretty dresses. This season signifies the defeat of death, period. Say that with me. Say, death must die, so dominion can rise. Yeah, we've been talking about the mystery of dominion, so really this is part 24 of the mystery of dominion. And, um, you cannot ever take dominion without understanding the power of the cross, and we're going to talk about that a little bit tonight. Romans 8, let's start right there. Here. Verse number 2, the Bible says, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free. Say, I'm free from the law of sin and death. Put a thumbnail in there, I'm gonna come back. Hebrews 2 and verse 14, it says, inasmuch then as children have partaken of flesh and blood. He himself likewise shared in the same, that through death— somebody say death— he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is the devil, and release those who through fear of— say release—
who through fear of death were all their life subject to bondage.
I'm gonna come back to these, put a thumbtack in it. Go to next one, Mario, go to it. John 19:30. Well, no, we don't want that one yet. I don't want that one yet. Well, yeah, I'll read this one now. It says, so when Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, it is finished. And bowing his head, he gave up the spirit. Spirit. So again, tonight I want to talk about the death of death. Glory. So Jesus— I want you to understand this— he didn't just die, but his death was the execution of a divine plan, of a legal strategy that was designed to destroy death's authority. Authority. Oh, this is so good already. He was satisfying a prophetic mandate that was spoken way before he became God in flesh. It was a strategy to buy us back through his blood, and he accomplished it. Meaning that being restored through the blood of Jesus, we no longer have to fear death. You know, a lot of times people say everybody's gonna die, everybody's got an appointment with death.
But I believe quite the contrary.
Y'all can say I'm crazy, but I believe it.
If you live in God, you never die.
Are y'all hearing this? Death in the terms that we know it basically has 3 dimensions, like most things in this life have 3 dimensions. They are trichotomy, they're tripartite in nature. We're tripartite beings.
We're body, we're soul, we're Spirit.
Father, Son, Holy Ghost— three dimensions. Faith, hope, love— love is the greatest of those three. Three dimensions. Outer court, inner court, Holy of Holies— three dimensions. Death has three dimensions. The, the first dimension is what we know most about, and it's what we think of when we hear death. It's the separation of the body from this life. So if you go to a funeral, most people are emotional because they think about the body not being here in this life any longer.
And most people, no matter how that person died, would prefer to bring that person back.
Are y'all hearing this?
Rather than just let them be dead, because they want them in their presence.
They don't want the separation. And many times it's painful because we love people that leave us.
But if we will adjust our mentality—
first of all, when you love people on earth, you should make it your your duty to talk to them about Jesus.
Okay, so, so then you won't be so emotional during the funeral, because if you talk to them about Jesus and if they knew Jesus, they really did not die. Because my Bible tells me the wages of sin Sin is death. So if you live in sin, you shall surely die. But the gift of God is eternal life, mama. And when we understand that, we don't mourn when someone dies, we rejoice. Glory to God. Matter of fact, the Bible says we should mourn when they're born and rejoice when they die.
I ain't got time, but that's the first dimension. We don't want people to go, but God says, I came to give you life and that more abundantly. So we should have victory victory over death. Second dimension— here we go—
is the separation of soul from God. Oh God, that doesn't happen when you die. There are a lot of dead folk that's walking around right and because they don't know God and their soul is not in him, they are dead men and women walking.
Let me paint a word picture for you.
In Genesis, Adam and Eve had a command. He told Adam, don't eat of this tree. And if you do, you will surely die. That tells me a couple of things. One, that death was present because God used the word die. Death is here. But on the flip side, it tells me death has no power unless you give it to to him. So the only way Adam and Eve died and we came cursed through sin is that they disobey the instruction of what God told them not to touch.
They ate of the tree and they died. So death has no power if you don't give it to it.
So what I got to do— that, that the continuity of that instruction. I told you God is a king, and anytime a king speaks, that's law. So when God says something, there's continuity. It never changes. So here's the reality: if God told Adam and Eve an instruction they were to obey, that means every instruction God has given us, we ought to do what he tells us, or we will surely die.
It separates the soul— your mind, your will, your emotions, your ability to perceive, your ability to touch, your ability to hear, your ability to speak. All of those 5 senses are in your soul. If you're detached from God in that regard, life is hard.
Because the Bible says the way of a transgressor— here we go— is hard. So if there's hard spaces in your life, you need to check where transgression may be. Are y'all hearing this? Stuff is hard because you're out of line with him. Every time I've gone through hardness in my life, I can trace it to transgression. Because can I let you in on a secret? God's 100% invested in you winning and you having a good life. But when you unplug and start moving in rebellion to his instructions, things get hard.
I don't have time to stay here. Third piece of death is eternal separation from God. That's where your spirit is eternally separated from the the Father.
Are y'all hearing this? I don't care how many heretics— Don Paul, Carlton Pearson, Larry Reid, all these crazy folk that said there is no hell. Are y'all hearing this? If you don't live saved, if you don't receive Jesus, I'm here tonight to tell you you're going to hell.
Y'all don't like that kind of talking.
I know this modern church don't like that. The reality is the Bible says holiness without no man can see God. If you're living an unholy life, not only will your spirit be detached from God eternally, but you won't have eternal value of heaven on earth because God is holy.
Somebody say, now you messing with us. But I just got to tell you the truth. Most preachers today don't want to tell you the truth, but I'm going to tell you.
We got to live for him so we can get the benefits of his holiness. Stop playing the grace card every time you fall on your face and then you get up and stuff's still hard. Because the Bible said because of your sin you're separated from God. But say this with me, say, I don't desire death in any regard.
So Jesus dies then so that you and I— hear me— can have life, and that more abundantly. So we can have Zoe life, the God kind of life, eperanias in Greek, which is heaven on on earth. See, we're living with this escapism mentality, trying to get to heaven, but God want to bring heaven to you now.
The church has been living trying to get to heaven, but if we live right, we can bring heaven to us now.
Let me move. Okay, go to Luke 23:34. Let this first point— I'm going to try to weave a tapestry. Keep going, Mario. Go put the scripture there. Weave a tapestry tonight of this cross and how it kills death. Jesus's death destroys death. Are y'all getting it? So here we go. The Bible says this, he said, then Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. And they begin to cast lots. They were gambling with his garments. Jesus, in the midst of being persecuted, says, forgive them, they don't even know who I am. They don't even know what they're doing to me.
If we are to be like Jesus and defeat death We must learn to forgive like him. I know we want to jump, shout, speak in tongues, spit, blow bubbles, roll on the floor, and do all the churchy stuff, but the reality is, if you're walking around with bitterness in your heart and you're holding a grudge against someone for something they've done to you, you gotta let that go. Because to truly— watch this— avoid death while you still alive, you can't carry dead stuff, because death and life are inept to each other. The reality is you can't be dead and alive at the same time. So you got to choose whether you're going to live or you're going to die. If you're carrying dead stuff, dead relationships, dead people, hurt from the past, you know, I don't I don't get it with church folk. Me and my wife talk about this all the time. Church folks, I ain't going to church because I got church hurt and they hurt me at the church.
Well, you got—
you went to the club, they hurt you at the club too. Are y'all hearing this? You don't hear folk talking about club hurt, school hurt. You still going to school. It's only church folks, I ain't going to church, and you blaming God for what some ignorant person at the church did to you. You got to let that go. I don't know who I'm talking to tonight, but there people in this room, you got stuff you've been carrying, and God say you got to forgive. Forgiveness is a free gift. You don't charge for it. It doesn't many times benefit you. You give it away to the other person and say, I'm out, Deuces, I'mma let this go. Now watch this. When you really forgive, forgiveness doesn't have a pimp penalty.
Some people say, I forgive him, but I ain't gonna never talk to him no more. But forgiveness don't carry a penalty. I, I was, I was counseling a couple one time about 20 years ago, and, and the wife said, I really want my husband back, and I really want us to be together, but he cheated on me and I can't forgive that.
And I just looked at her flat-footed. I said, well, you don't want your husband back, because you can't forgive him, bring him back home— not forgive him, bring him back home and penalize him because he cheated. Are y'all hearing this?
She said, well, yeah, I need him in my life, he's a good provider, he's just a whoremonger.
I said, well, he needs to be delivered, he needs to be saved.
I said, but if you gonna forgive him, you gotta let let that go.
You can't withhold yourself.
Are y'all hearing this?
You need to exercise your godly right and, and divorce.
Are y'all hearing this? If you can't forgive, okay, forgiveness is a gift to the other person that says, I know what you did to me. Look at Jesus, he's on cross. It says forgive them, they don't know what they doing. Just check your heart for a moment, because inside of forgiveness is number one, pardon. Say pardon. A pardon means I excuse you from the offense. I live in your presence as if you never did it.
Now we say we're saved, right? But you got to be willing to let that go.
My wife shared some things with me that happened to her because we were talking about stuff that happened to us in our past and stuff people have done. And I said, you know, that's a tough one right there. And when she told me, I started thinking about the person some kind of way. I said, okay God, you You got to help me, cause I want him back there then when it happened to her. But I'm like, I wanted to say something.
I tell you, I need to say something to them.
But the Lord said, no, you don't. She has released it. You gotta release it.
Because I love her, I wanted to get in their face and say, what's going on with you?
Are y'all hearing this? Well, God said, no, you can't do do that.
You got to release them and you got to love them. There are people in my life that did some heinous stuff to me growing up. I still love them today like Jesus loves me. The Bible says— watch this— if you want to be forgiven of your sin, when you stand praying, forgive others. Okay, that's tough, man.
There's a man of God that I love so dearly. I'm always— and, and a lot of us that were under him, that submitted to him— I'm always constantly forgiving this dude. And I keep doing it, keep doing it, no matter what he's saying, no matter what he do, because I'm a champion for reconciliation.
And I refuse to penalize somebody even if they keep cutting up. I ain't gonna be found wanting. Are y'all hearing this?
Because we got to pardon Say pardon.
I gotta roll through this, I gotta roll through, through this word.
Jesus is also saying, I release the penalty.
Also, I shift your position in my life.
So when I forgive you, your position is no longer one that offended me. When you forgive somebody, you become a comrade with them again. You know why this had to happen? Because sin creates a legal separation from between you and God. Oh God. But Jesus on the cross here, he's the propitiation of that sin according to Romans 3:25, and he gives us justice. Somebody say justice. So Jesus died for you, gave you justice knowing everything you would do.
You hadn't even did did it yet.
I want you to think about that when you don't want to forgive somebody. Forgiveness is not God ignoring sin, it's him legally addressing sin by paying the price for it. Are y'all here?
So watch this.
God says, I need this to happen because you can't walk into me opinion while you're still thinking guilty. He says, I'm gonna exonerate you of sin.
See, he wants us to rule for real.
But if you don't think you're worthy, if you don't think you have what it takes to be in charge in your fear of influence, if you think your past will disqualify you for the promise of God, he says, I need you to I have forgiven you. Can I submit to you one thing? I want to give you a very mature thing to walk out.
If you fall short, the moment you repent, God forgives you. It's us that roll around in guilt and beat ourselves up, and God be like, I don't moved on. Are y'all hearing this? You still be yourself, but you're not worthy. The devil is a liar. God says, I'm through with that. But now let me tell you what true repentance is. True repentance is metanoia in Greek, and true repentance is a change of behavior, a change of thought, and a change of action.
So you really ain't repenting because you said I'm sorry and then you went and got in the same bed said right after it. Okay, yeah, it's working. Okay, no, no, you, you have to change.
True repentance says, God, I'm done with it. Repent, to return to the pit. Pen is the foundational words, like pit house. So you return to the top. Never to go back to the bottom.
Okay, I, you know, my daddy taught me when I got in the fight to throw the hardest punch first, so that's why it is the first point. Okay, you, you have to truly exonerate yourself and clear your record by choosing to obey God. Point number 2, go to Luke 23:48. 43. So the first point was the pardon that cancels the penalty. Say that with me. Say, the pardon that cancels the penalty. Number 2, the promise that conquers perishing. So you don't have to perish.
Watch this. 23:34, he said, then Jesus said, Father, forgive—
go, come on, let's go to the 23:43. It's, it's switched. Maybe it ain't on there. Okay, don't worry about it. Let me read it right here. I just want to read the C clause.
He says, today— this is a promise—
you will be with me in paradise.
Say paradise.
Let me talk about that a moment. So Eden in the Hebrew, in the Old Testament, Eden means paradise. God's goal is to get us back to Eden where we have uninterrupted fellowship, where we have uninterrupted time with him.
The second Adam, Jesus, came and restored the opportunity for us to get back to paradise.
Jesus speaks these words to a thief that's on the side of him.
Now, first of all, you got one person judging him.
This is interesting. You got three people on the cross being tried.
One is innocent of the charge, one is guilty, and the other one wants forgiveness for his failure.
The one that's guilty is arrogant, judging Jesus.
But this thief says, listen, there's something about you—
I'm paraphrasing— and whatever is happening to you, I want to be a part of it.
Jesus tells him, this day you're gonna be with me in paradise. Going back to repentance, repentance opens up the opportunity opportunity for paradise.
True repentance, humble repentance, repentance that has a heart to go after God constantly and consistently. But here's what I want you to see. I just, I just really talked about this point. When you repent, you get immediate forgiveness. Jesus forgave him instantly. He didn't have to go down in Jesus' name. Are y'all hearing this?
He had to—
he had to do none of that. Because some people say if you don't go down in Jesus' name, you ain't saved. Now, for the record, if I baptize you, I'm gonna baptize you in Jesus' name, because that's how apostles baptize. The Bible said whatever you do in word or deed, do it in the name of Jesus. I'm gonna baptize you in Jesus' name.
However, if you've been down in Father, Son, Holy Ghost, I ain't gonna tell you you ain't saved. Because this man hadn't been to a church. He didn't shake the bishop's hand. He didn't get the right hand of fellowship. He didn't sit in the little chair they put out there. Jesus said, because of your humility and the humbleness of your heart, this day you come into paradise. Can I tell you something? Salvation is not hard. Church folk and religion make it it hard. The cross was about opening up opportunity and rending the veil where anybody can come to Jesus. Listen, I'm— I can't wait.
I'm telling God to show me some stuff that's going to happen through this church when we get to 3060 Boulder Crest Road in our new building and sanctuary.
I'm— I cannot wait for every prostitute that he'll save. Y'all not talking to me here. I can't wait for drug addicts and drug dealers. I can't wait for entrepreneurs and politicians and athletes and movie stars that need Jesus to come to the door and get delivered and watch lives be changed immediately. The church is for people that don't know God. We so busy trying to build kingdoms to ourselves himself. And this thing was never about one man. The church has become so iconolistic, and we, we go because of the preacher, because he's got likes and clicks. The devil is a liar. We should show up at church because we're looking for Jesus. And I believe if the church makes up their mind, it's Jesus in the morning, it's Jesus in the noonday, Jesus when the sun go down, We don't come for a show. We don't— guess what I told you when the woman of God got through? That wasn't, uh, entertainment. She was taking us into glory. She was taking us to the King.
That's what we're here for. So we can hear him say, this day you'll be with me in paradise. Somebody say paradise. Paradise. I want to dwell there in determinance. Watch this.
Hallelujah.
Good. This text says death is not a destination, but death literally becomes a doorway to eternal things. Yes. So that's why a lot of people don't tap into eternity, because how they think it should be has not died. God's not limited to how you think stuff ought to be done. That's right. There's some folk that if, if the church ain't quiet and if, if we ain't doing that, then we ain't tapping into God. Are y'all hearing this? God's not limited to our program. And y'all know I'm not a hateful person, but I'm— I am full of joy. And when the spirit of praise come, we should praise. I mean, even if you ain't got no rhythm and can't dance, just jump and do this or something, because praise is comely for the upright. And I know, I know, I'm a worshiper to the heart.
That's who I am. But I—
my roots are rooted in Pentecostal apostolism.
My roots are rooted in biblical rejoicing.
Some folk get lost. Would you all rejoice? Okay, what's going on now?
But, but the reality is, my Lord, God's not limited to what we think ought to be happening.
If the Spirit is moving and somebody raise a hymn and it's a anointing, we ought to get in with it. Okay, yeah, because he's not limited to what you think he ought to be doing. So that's got to die. You got to come in free, open to whatever God want to do. Are y'all hearing this?
Kill that stuff, leave it at the door. Say, God, whatever you want to do. And even as you show up in the world every day That's why the Bible said mortify the members of your flesh daily, because death is not a destination, it's a doorway. So when you wake up every morning, kill your flesh. Put those things that you desire to death and say, God, whatever you want to do through me today, you can do it. You got to be that sold out. Who you want me to talk to? Who you want me to witness to? Where should I show up so people can see you in my death.
You don't gave up all this stuff, what you give it up for if you ain't gonna let it be a doorway to God?
Are y'all hearing this? Most people stop doing stuff that the preacher said.
Don't do this, don't do that, don't take a bath, don't wear pants, don't wear makeup, don't put a perm in your hair. And God knows some women need a perm, they need a little Mac.
Y'all ain't talking to me here. Some people say they need help. I'm all for self-help. If you got to help yourself, help yourself. Are y'all hearing this? I mean, but preachers didn't have nothing else to preach about, so they told people to just take off everything and wonder why them sisters stayed single so long.
They needed some Mac. Oh Lord, we don't talk to them. Jesus. I need a little help there.
I'm just saying, we have to not be bound by rules and regulations. It's called legalism. Holiness is in your heart and is displayed in your behavior. You know, I grew up in the church. The first church I went— the first house I went to leaving Grady Hospital down town was a church house.
These folk didn't even take me home, they took me to church. So I knew I was destined to be in church all my life.
They took me— y'all wonder why I like church so much? Because that's where I was the first day I got on Earth. I'm talking about got in the car seat, we didn't ride to the house, we rode to the church.
Are y'all hearing this?
So I know church, right? The reality is church can be dangerous in this, that legalism and rules never empower you toward God. I found out growing up in the church, it was just as much hell, Tonya Kirby, under a long dress dress as it was a short dress.
Some of y'all will catch that on 20.
Yeah, just as much hell in the long one as it is a short one. Matter of fact, I discovered there's more hell under the long one. Just took her a little longer to bend down and pull hers up. But if you ain't changed in the heart, it don't matter what you got on.
Okay, I'm supposed to be— let me move, let me move. So the promise conquers perishing, not me abiding to religious legalism, but the cross keeps me from perishing. Relationship keeps me from perishing. It positions me in Christ. Number 3, go to John 19. Let's go. He says, when Jesus therefore saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing by, he said to his mother, woman, behold your son.
Then he said to the disciple, behold your mama. And from that hour, that disciple took her into his house.
I love this. Jesus dies, and now he says family is important, community is important. Unity is important. He makes it known that, listen, I'm going, but she was my mama, she your mama too. Are y'all hearing this? He's saying that when we come into the kingdom, we're a part of his family.
We're not just members of a church. The whole kingdom is family. So we shouldn't be be divided. Paul said to the Corinthians, he said, I hear that there are schisms and isms among you. Or ism, I-S-M, ignorance that separates members. We're fighting over stuff that doesn't matter. We're worried about stuff that doesn't matter.
Who's got a big church? Who's got a little church?
And it don't matter. What matters to me— I don't care how big the church is— is Jesus there?
Are y'all hearing this?
Because I done been in some big churches and Jesus was nowhere to be found. They had the lights, they had the cameras, they had the action, they had the smoke, everything was perfect, but no Jesus. Listen, if I ever— I give y'all permission— get to a point where I exempt Jesus from this gathering, from this assembly, no matter when we go to 3640 Boulder Crest and when we leave there and go to our 33 acres and we build around our city, if I ever exempt Jesus Jesus, I give you permission to not vote me out, but physically, bodily carry me out and say, 'Nigga, don't ever come back in here again.' Because this ain't about Michael Woods. It's not about no other preacher or leader. Jesus has to be— we saw the video in the beginning— the center the center of everything.
You know, at the moment you start worshiping man or woman, God will show you they're not God. Because the Bible said, thou shalt not have no other gods before me.
So when you start lifting that man or that woman up as God, he said, okay, let me show you they human. That's why you shouldn't be surprised when your favorite preacher that you've been worshiping online exposed. It's because you've been worshiping him, and God needs to show you he ain't God. Okay, I gotta move.
So this provision creates— say family. Say we family. Listen, the kingdom has to operate in unison. Two are better than one. Let me keep moving. Number 4, Matthew 27:46. I'm almost done. He says, in about the 9th hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani, that is, my God, my God, why have thou forsaken me? So this is the height of Jesus' Jesus dying. He's in pain. There's a partition between him and God. Why is there pain? Why is there partition? Because he is making a payment for sin.
At this moment when he says, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani, He's taking on the sins of the whole world. If you study this theologically, you'll discover most of the scholars—
and I share their opinion— that when Jesus was at this point, the Father had literally turned his back to him.
And ignoring him because the Father is so holy he cannot look at sin. If he would have looked at the sin, he would have had to kill him, and he would have never got up. So the Father says, you're here on assignment to make a payment for the sins of the world, so I can't come and get you.
Are y'all hearing this?
Jesus took this on for you and me so we will never be forsaken.
Y'all didn't hear that?
He took on the sin so you would never be in a position that the Father turns his back on you. Can I sell you something tonight? You got access to the Father, because Jesus already took the burden of your sin. Now what you cannot do is keep picking that burden back up after he's taken it away, cuz you're crucifying him afresh. Y'all read that, right? So choose based on what he's done. There's a partition between him and God. He can't reach his daddy, the one that has all the power. He did that for us.
Y'all hear? Turn his back, let him suffer. So when you go through seasons where you can't feel God, can't see God, illegal, because that's not the design. Jesus already took that. He already made the payment. This, this is what is called the vicarious work of Christ. He in nature decided to say, I'm going to give myself up so that these people can live.
While you were yet a sinner, Christ died for you.
Can I preach about Jesus?
See, so many times at church we preach about everything else but him. But there is no church without this vicarious work, this work that was intentional in payment for for sin. If nothing else makes you want to live for him, this ought to. When the last time somebody died for you for real? Was it— do you know somebody that would die for you?
Are y'all hearing this?
But he did it just for you. Just for me. So we don't have to carry the burden of sin.
So I choose to live for him. I choose to serve him. I'm almost done. Glory to God. Listen, the reality here is this pain always should point us back to separation that Jesus had. The reality is it make us remember we should never be separated because of sin, because he was separated so you don't have to be. Oh God, this is— it was a spiritual disconnect. Watch this, the greatest suffering of the cross, y'all might differ with me, it wasn't his physical pain. Ah, and it was a lot of pain. We talked about that. He had stakes in his hands, stakes in his feet, pierced in the side. He had been whipped on his back with many stripes, had carried carried this cross to the hill.
But that wasn't the greatest pain. The greatest pain, Roz, was a spiritual disconnect that he had with his Father. And listen, if you ever tasted God for real, to taste him and not be able to feel him, to hear him and not be able to him. I'm telling you, I don't know about you, I've been there, and that's the worst feeling on earth, that you've heard God before, you've been in his presence, you know what he could do, and here you are calling him and he turns a deaf ear. Oh, y'all ain't got to say nothing to me here. That's worse than the pain you're going through. But Jesus said you don't have to deal with that.
If you accept the vicarious work that I've already done— I got to get out of here.
Glory to God. Go, go to John 19:28.
I don't even have time to deal with this, but you see the progression. These are— a lot of people did— were doing this today. They were preaching. They had 9 preachers, 7 preachers at church preaching 7 last sayings. But this is what this is. There's a progression on the cross, not just for us to get a good holler and dance, but for us to understand to understand that death is dead and that you don't have to die physically. Your finances don't have to be dead. Your marriage don't have to be dead. Your purpose don't have to be dead because he already defeated death. John 19:28, he said, about the 9th hour, Jesus cried out a loud voice saying— okay, did we just read that? Okay, go to the next one, Mario. All right, there we go. Well, we're, we're reading like that. They also gave me gall for my food, and for my thirst they gave me vinegar and drink. The Bible says in 1928 that my God, my God was Matthew 27:46. 1928 says I thirst. He said I'm hungry. They gave him the sour, they gave him the vinegar when he said it, but that's not what he was thirsting for. He was thirsting for people to step forth. His throat was dry because he needed people now to make what he was doing make sense. It makes no sense for Jesus to die if we don't take our place and live out the dominion mandate and walk in the authority authority that he gave us.
I'm telling you right now, he died for us to rule this world. He's thirsting for people who won't live thirsty. He thirsted so you don't have to. Are y'all hearing this? He thirsted where you could be blessed going in. And blessed coming out. He thirsted so you could be the head and not the tail. Are y'all with me? He, he thirsted so you could be above and not beneath. He thirsted so you could be a lender and not a borrower. Ain't nothing about your life supposed to be dry. God have mercy. We got too many saints with holy hands and empty pockets. Too many saints that can holler and scream that's broken in Joe's Turkey. But the devil is a liar. God says, I want to fill you up in every area of your life.
He's thirsty for people that are still step forward and take their place. This is a prophetic cry that went through the generations. Here's the thing, when I was reading this today, the Lord said, son, he said, the tragic thing is I still thirst. I said, oh my God, with all the church we have, with all the preachers on earth, all the conferences, all the conventions, all the prayer, all of the—
oh my God— things that we got going on in his name.
He said, I still thirst, because the church ain't the head. They say, but they're not displaying headship. He said, I still thirst because the number of people in poverty are higher among those that call my name than any demographic on earth.
The number of those who are sick are higher than any demographic on earth, or those in the church. And I gave them power over sickness.
He said, I'm thirsty, because 3% of the world's wealth is ran—
it runs the other 97%.
And of those 3%, about 0.63% are saved. We don't own nothing, we don't dominate nothing.
We are consumers and not producers.
He says, I'm thirsty. Are y'all here? What we do about it? To quench his thirst. Just think about in the natural, when you really get thirsty, what do you do? You find something to quench it. God said to me today, son, I still thirst with all the praise breaks, all of the deep and wonderful teachings. Folks get all that stuff and still don't change. He said, I'm thirsty for people that'll show up in the world, and when the world looks at you, they see me, they see my glory, they see my authority. He said, I'm thirsty for educators who will build their own schools in my name, and that we don't have to worry about whether we can put prayer or scripture in the curriculum because my people would have built the school. I'm thirsting for CEOs in the Fortune 100 who call on my name. He said, I'm thirsty. Just like they gave him the wrong thing to drink, the church thinks what we're doing is what he wants. But it's not. He said, I want more of you. You have closed yourself into four walls and you're not showing up on your jobs. Half of the people that go to church, most of the people that work with them don't even know they're saved at work. That's a problem. He said, I thirst for a voice that will cry loud and spare not, a voice that won't compromise.
I thirst for people that will say, for God I live and for God I die. When I grew up, I used to hear the mother say that all the time.
For God I I live.
You don't hear that no more because people really don't have that conviction. They're really not that sold out. The depth of our relationship is Sunday and at most a midweek service. And if you give folk more than 75 minutes on Sunday, they think you've robbed them of something.
The reality is he's looking for people that won't be satisfied until his thirst is quenched. You know what we've been on our knees doing? Saying, God, quench my thirst. We've been telling him to give us stuff. He's saying, what you gonna give me? I'm almost done. Shaka tabasiya. I knew when God gave me this, it wouldn't be— I'm almost done. John 19:30. Okay, I don't know why. Okay, this— the devil is a liar. Let me, let me just do this. John 19:30, simply, there's 3 words I want to pull out of there. It is finished. You can play softly, man of God. Thank you. I'm almost done. Say it is finished. See, if we're gonna kill death We got to realize it's over. It's said and done. Notice what it said: it is finished. This is the efficacious work of the cross, which means it's complete, it's effective, it needs no help. Are y'all hearing this?
It's already completed. Everything you need in heaven and earth was through this act of the cross. Jesus proved that we don't die by accident. He didn't die by accident. He died for an assignment. Now, this is what that says.
Good God.
He says, 'It's finished.' And this is what he told me to tell you: 'It is finished.' But he said to to tell you he's not finished. It's finished, but he I want you to soar in places You haven't soared in before.
Death is not the master, it's your servant. It's your springboard into life. I need you to understand, and I'm done. God is going to prove himself. He just needs some people to take up their cross and follow him.
At the cross, at the cross where There I first saw the light, and the burdens of my heart rolled away. It was there by faith. I received my sight, and now I'm happy all the day. Do I have anybody in this room that's made up your mind? You don't leave the burden at the cross. You don't leave sickness at the cross. You don't leave slothfulness at the cross. You're going to leave disobedience at the cross. You're going to leave that sinful behavior, doubt and fear at the cross. Open your mouth and give him praise and glory. Come on, I dare you, get on your feet. Come on, at the cross, at the cross, at the cross. There's room at the cross. Many have come, there's still room for One, open your mouth. Do me a favor tonight, get one person by both hands, please. Bokushyanta. Kuramande dede besatata. Ketamande. Squeeze those hands you're holding. I want you to look them in the face and tell them the things that was impossible is now possible. Tell them Jesus made it possible at the cross. Say, walk out of here tonight tonight and soar to new dimensions of glory, authority, and influence. Now I want you to squeeze that hand and begin to pray tonight. Come on, softly, softly. Come on, come on, open your mouth. Come on, pray in this this building. Come on, I dare you, pray them through. Pray them to a new dimension. Pray them into miracles. Pray them into open doors. Pray them into new glory and higher heights and deeper depths. I'm telling you, as you pray tonight, everything that needs to die, that's not like God, he's putting it to death. Come on, open softly, softly. Come on, come on. Come on, open your mouth. Come on, press, press, press. We give you the glory, God. Something's happening while we're praying. Healing is happening while we're praying. Deliverance is happening. I need you to pray. Please be obedient. Those of you watching online, get somebody in your house and begin to intercede. At the cross, at the cross where you'll find healing, you'll find deliverance, you'll find breakthrough, you'll find a way through, you'll find a way out. Open your Come on, become an intercessor. God, we thank you. We thank you, God. We thank you, God. We thank you, God. Just a few more moments. With your stripes, God, we are healed. With your stripes, God, we are free. With your stripes, God, we You are delivered. Yes, God, I thank you. Yes, God, I thank you. We're praying one for the other. Your word says pray one for the other. So, Father, we're praying one for the other. We're interceding for our Brother, press that hand. I press power into this hand. I press the anointing into this hand. I press joy into this hand. I press possibilities into this hand. I press strength, miracles, breakthrough into this hand. I press wealth into this hand. Bless their family, bless their children, bless their homes in the name of Jesus. And I declare they'll never be the same. Oh, there it is, there's a shift. I dare you, take it. He's taking us higher. Now loose your hands and give God glory. Loose those hands and go for yourself. Come on, open your mouth. Come on. Kata tabamandi ansa. Down at the cross where my Savior died, there from repenting of sin I cried. It was there to my heart was the blood applied. Glory to his name. Glory, glory. Glory, glory! I tell you, praise him, worship him till you feel better. Worship him till the burden is removed. Worship him till the yoke is destroyed. Worship him till he does a new thing. Worship him. Come on, breakthrough is here. Breakthrough is here. Shabba Dabba Yah! Yes! Yes! Shekatataba Yah! I dare you, open your mouth at the cross and tell him, "Yes, Lord!" It's an anthem of your soul. Yes, Lord! It's a yes to be blessed. It's a yes to be blessed. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord.
Come on, open your mouth.
It's a yes to be blessed. I know you told him yes last week, but I heard the Lord say find another yes. Find another yes. I know you told him last night, but find another yes in this moment. Surrender all. Leave it at the cross. Leave it at the cross. Yes, my soul says yes. My soul says yes. Yes. Kela basa tata banta. Kela bababa sando. Kila bababa sata. Yeah, yeah. Yes, yes, yes, yes. It's a yes. To be blessed. Lord, I surrender. I give it all up. I give it all up.
Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. It's still yours.
Yeah, come on, say it out of your belly. Yes, yes, Lord. Yes, yes, Lord. Yes. Oh. Yes, Lord, yes! My soul says yes, my soul says yes! Lift those hands, everybody, come on! Death is dead. I came tonight as a spiritual undertaker and We commit death to death, and we say ashes to ashes and dust to dust, and we declare that death doesn't live in our life anymore, but we have the newness of life. Come on, open your mouth! Yes, yes, it's what you require, God. We say yes, yes, yes, yes. Lift those hands, lift those hands.
We bless you, God.
Come on, worshiper, surrender it to him. Yes is an anthem of the soul, and every time you say it, you say, Lord, I surrender everything about me to you. I present my body, yes, a living sacrifice, holy unacceptable. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes, yes, yes. Yeah, really quick. Stay— yeah, yeah, yeah, sing it. While they're singing that, if you have anything in your body, any negative report, if you're taking medication of any kind, sickness in your body, you've had a report from the doctor, high blood blood pressure, diabetes, any type of infirmity. God says, I'm here to heal. I want you to come down here right now, quickly. I just want to lay my hands on you. The Bible said, if there be any sick among you, call for the elders of the church, pray the prayer of faith, and the sick would be healed. Y'all come up here in the Hallelujah! Sickness of any kind, the healer is here. Come on, just worship him while you're up here. The healing is it's going to happen before I touch you. There are angels in this room to enforce the covenant of his word, and the report of the doctor is going to be changed tonight. We give you glory for it, God. Come on, worship. Worshippers, come on, worshippers! Come on, give him the fruit of your lips! Give him the fruit of your lips! We give— we receive healing, we receive miracles in the name of Jesus! You said, God, we can lay hands on the sick and they would recover. So Father, I'm going to lay my hands as you instructed, and every person I touch, I declare there will be miraculous recovery. We believe the work is finished. Shabangoto tabata. So complete it tonight in manifest manifestation. Come on, worship her! Come on, worship her! Come on, worship Jesus! Father, ramanshia. Father, we give you praise. We give you praise from the crown of Christopher's head to the sole of his Let my hands, God, be as your hands. Touch his body to make him whole in the mighty name of Jesus. We give you praise now that every report is being reversed. We give you praise now that you're making him whole in the name of of Jesus. We, we speak normality in every facet of his life, and he will declare the works of the Lord. In the mighty name of Jesus, we declare it to be so. Ela basha tatata basha taya. In the name of Jesus, peace in his body, God. In Jesus' name, touch his father from the crown of his head to the sole of his feet. God, we thank you for wholeness and wellness. I speak to every system in his body and I command it to line up with the word. And I declare open doors over his life in the name of Jesus. I thank you that even in this season of stretching, God— I bind the enemy, cast the devil out of her mind. I bind fear and doubt. Thank you for the open door. Pa su pa se pa sun ta ka ta ta ba. Re bu se re bo sa ta ta. Te ke te se te so ko sho. Sho ku tu sai. Perseverate. I command the door to open. Softly, softly, musicians. And I rebuke in the name of Jesus every attack.
Yeah, I see you, devil.
Every delay that has been caused and interrupted by strongholds and demons that have come even from the African region. I cast you down now in the name of Jesus. I command you to lose his money and let it go. I command you to— oh, to lose opportunities and let it go. I plead the blood against you and I declare You have no power over his house, over his family. I close every portal and every door, where the enemy has had access. And I declare in the name of Jesus, that this day is the last day. What belongs to him will be held up, but I command it to be released now in the name of Jesus.
So be it, and it shall not be otherwise.
In Jesus' name, in the mighty name of Jesus, we declare it. Father, we thank you for your servant. Let my hands be as your hands, and from the crown of her head to the sole of her feet. We rebuke infirmity. We command every illegal sickness to depart her body in the name of Jesus, and we send you back. Every generational curse Show! Show! We command it to be brought in the name of Jesus. Woman, be made whole in the name of Jesus. And I speak to— yes, God, I hear you— the prophetic inclination in you. God said to tell you You've been a prophet since the day you were born, and you've been misunderstood since the day you were born. And God said, even in this season, the people around you don't really know who you are. God said to tell you they don't even understand how to handle handle your gift, how to cultivate the anointing that's in your life. God said the season has come where I'm going to catch you up. I have to send you to the nations. You cannot be locked behind four walls. Your prophetic mantle must be deployed. It can no longer be misunderstood and mishandled, for the Lord said, I have need of your voice. Come on, mother, lift your hands up. Father And we thank you now that every report is being changed. Every report the doctor has written— mother, these days shall be the best days of your life, and you shall live them out in good health. I speak to your joints. I speak to the vertebrae in your back. And I command you to be made whole. I rebuke pain in the body. And I command you to be made whole in Jesus' name. We give you glory. Lift your hands to God. Father, I thank you now for the shift in this doctor's report. Thank you for Drying up everything in her body that's not like you. I decree and declare, God, according to your word, with your stripes she is healed. You sent the word and it healed them. And even as I speak your word over her tonight, Thank you for the angelic assistance that's hearkening to the voice of thy word. And I thank you, God, that by the time she returns to the doctor, the report would have changed. Make her whole. Woman, be made whole in the name of Jesus. Woman, be made whole in the name of Jesus. Made whole in the name of Jesus. We bind death, we bind thoughts of death, and we declare, sha ko shu ta ta bando she, you shall not die but live. Come on, bless him in this place. Come on, the worshipers. Come on, lift your voice and worship him.
Shower down.
Oh God, y'all sing it, sing it.
Breathe on us, God. Shower down, shower down, shower down, shower down.
Father, we thank you for Prophet Ross. From the top of her head to the sole of her feet, I see that, God. And every foreign thing that wants to try to form in your body, we rebuke its formation and we declare your body is a cancer-free zone. I speak to your lungs. And I command your lungs to function as new. God, I thank you for rebuilding her respiratory system in the name of Jesus. I speak to her, her kidneys and her pancreas. Woman, be made whole. Rain on us, rain on us. Come on, the worshipers are worshiping. Oh God. So Father, we thank you for Minister Vicki. Thank you for the work she has to do. And so Father, first of all, I pray now for an extension of life. I declare that you'll give her double for her shame. I declare over her life now, she shall receive double, double in this life. Thank you for accelerating the blessing, for redeeming the time. And even as I pray, I declare her body body is whole. I speak to all 9 systems and I declare that they must surrender to the hand of God. And I say, woman, be made whole in thy so-called rabatataia. And I even speak to the broken places in your heart from the past where have misunderstood you, where people have taken the love you give for granted. But I thank God now for healing, and that he's making your heart all the way whole. Even those shambaka tabaya, those hidden places that you hadn't even seen, God says, I'm healing you now because I cannot share the blessing with bitterness. He said, I'm releasing you. And God said, even those that misused you and mistreated you, he said, keep releasing them, keep walking forward. I'm gonna even cause them to come back. We give you glory, God. We give you glory, God. Hallelujah! Come on, send your Spirit, God. Come on, lift your hands in this building.
Sing it! Shower down! Shower down, shower down.
Father, I thank you.
From the crown of her head to the sole of her feet, heal the wounds of her past.
It wasn't her fault. Amanda, it wasn't your fault. And I rebuke guilt and shame. Make her whole tonight, God, in the name of Jesus. I rebuke rebellion. And I declare in the name of Jesus, peace in her mind, peace in her body. Satan, you're a liar. I rebuke you now. I cast you out and send you into dry places. Rambo soto. Rabba katata tabaya. Rebe satata pa sorunka tatata basa taya. Amanda, he loves you. Make her whole, God. Let her feel your love, God. Oh Jesus, that love she has missed. Let her feel it tonight, God. Let her know that she has a father and you love her and you'll never leave her, God, and neither will you.
Oh, Shabaya. God, he loves you, daughter.
He loves you.
We thank you, Lord, for the new day. Peace. Peace in her mind, peace in her body.
Lord, it wasn't her fault.
There's no way to be at home the wrong way. She was at home in a place where she's supposed to be protected and covered.
It wasn't her fault. God, remove Remove the guilt, remove the shame. In the name of Jesus, let her know she's perfectly loved. Y'all, love on her, love on her. Sing it, sing it, sing it.
Shower down, shower down, shower down in your spirit, Lord. Send your rain, oh Lord, oh, breathe new life.
So, Tiffany, softly, softly, softly. Tiffany, Tiffany.
Yeah, I heard that, God. Come, come this way. Yeah, yeah, you gotta walk this miracle out. What do you mean by that? God said every Every day, try to do something you couldn't do the day before. You gotta walk this miracle out.
Touch him with your faith.
Believe that it can be.
Tonight we pronounce death on any acceptance of your condition.
No longer do we accept this condition.
God wants to make a spectacle out of you in a good way. He's gonna get the glory out of your life, but he said you gotta walk it out. Walk it out with the actions, trying something new every day. And every day speak the word over your body. He sent his word and it healed him. Speak the word and God said your eyes are going to see it.
Even as I'm talking, this thing is being reversed.
It's being reversed. Your arms will straighten, your body will straighten, your nervous system, your neurology your system will align with the word of God and your body will function normal. We're gonna see it with our own eyes. Yeah, so be it.
Send your spirit, Lord. He's going to get the glory, going to get the glory. He's going to get the glory, he's going to get the glory, going to get the glory, going to get the glory.
Father, bless my mother-in-law, my mama.
Touch her body.
Continue to keep her strong. Your word says with long life you have satisfied us. So Father, let my mama have long life. She's the rock of her family. She's the light and the glue of her family. So we need her around a long time. Let her wisdom fill the family. Let them see her more than just Johnny Mae, but let them see the vessel of the Lord that you have made her to be. God, as she speaks to her children, may they receive her wisdom, may they receive her knowledge. May she live a long time. Father, I thank you that even as I'm touching her, the doctors have diagnosed this thing with her ears. I speak to her ears and I command her ears eardrums to be rebuilt and brand new. Give her the ears of her youth, and may she hear perfectly without a hearing aid. I declare it in the name of Jesus. Yes! That she'll have no need for these hearing aids ever again. Not only will she hear in the natural, but she will hear in deeper dimensions of the spirit, and she will prophesy to her family, and they will hear the word of the Lord. Thank you that she'll live to see her see her sons saved. She'll live to see her grandbabies saved. She'll live to see her great-grandchildren saved and serving you.
We give you glory for it, Lord, in Jesus' name.
Somebody give God glory in this place.
Oh! You get the glory.
You get the glory. Lift those hands, everybody. Come on, lift your hands. We're going. Presence of the Lord is in this place. I need to pray for this lady over here. Come here, lady with the green mic. Come here. Lift your hands up. Just step on that carpet and lift your hands. The Lord said, Michael, tell my daughter that tonight was a night of liberty for you, and by the time you get home, there's going to be a new peace that greets you. Your life is going to be filled with a different kind of joy now. There's something that lifted off of you tonight. You hunger for more of God. And God says he's about to fill your life with more. Eyes haven't seen, ears haven't heard, neither has it been revealed in the heart of men the good things he's prepared for you. No longer will the pain and the trauma and the rejection of your past hold you hostage. Even as I'm talking, chains are falling off of you. And God said to tell you tonight, you are free, and the hard days have come to an end.
He said, he said, I'm ending the struggle. And many wrote you off, but God said, I'm going to get the glory out of all all of the stuff they chatter and talk about you, but God said, I'm gonna get the glory out of your life.
We speak freedom, we speak freedom, healing in Jesus' name. You get the glory, you get the glory, you get the glory. Freedom in Jesus' name, freedom in Jesus' name.
Freedom in Jesus. Yes, Lord. Young man, come here.
Let me pray for you real quick.
The Bible says— stand right there, lift your hands up.
The scripture declares them that hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled. There's a hunger in you for more of him, and God said to tell you that he's about to saturate you with him like never before. And I'm going to tell you why, because 2024, 202 25 were tough years for you, but God said the rest of 2026, 27, 28, 29, and 2030 are gonna be years of supernatural manifestation and completion. God said to tell you he is ushering you into a realm where your mouth will give him glory. Your prophesy, you'll preach his word, and many will come to God in your generation.
But God said you got to sail all the way out to him, stay on your face, sacrifice your desires. And God said there won't be nothing he won't do for you. Yeah, build him up, God. Your generation will be different because you live. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. And God said, don't you let the absence of certain people in your life stop you, because God says he's got your back and he's gonna raise you up, and you're gonna be the savior for your family. You're gonna be able to bless everybody. He's gonna bless you too, because you're tired of the struggle. You're frustrated and God said, I'm gonna use you to bring the family out. In the name of Jesus.
Yeah, I see that, God.
Shower down.
Oh God, let your spirit fall. Let your spirit fall. Let your spirit fall. Let your spirit fall.
Oh God.
Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Lift those hands in this house, everybody. I heard you, God. The Spirit of the Lord says that we have stepped into a day where everything will be possible. For those that serve me and believe. He said, I will withhold no good thing from you because you walk upright before me. For I remind you, I have defeated death, for death is not your portion.
Death is not my promise for you, but I am with you that that you might have life. So live, saith God. I command you to live in Jesus' name.
Would you clap your hands and bless the Lord in this place? We gotta cease living beneath our privilege. Glory to God. We give you the glory, God. We give you all the honor. Woman of God, can I pray for you real quick? I just want to give you what the Lord has given me. I appreciate you so for coming tonight. The Lord said to tell you, you've been singing and worshiping, but he said, Michael, tell my daughter she has not sung yet. He said there's a dimension to your song that he's about to usher you into. Watch this, that the world has not even seen. It hadn't come through Atasha Cobbs or Martha Meninzi. Hadn't come through a Mary Elise. It hasn't come through a Chandler Moore. It hasn't come through a Naomi Raine. God said the sound that he's about to release in your life is going to be unique, is going to be authentic. And God said when you sing, cancers will dry up. When you sing Demons will be cast out when you sing. Dead bodies will get up when you sing. The cripple will walk. For God said, inside of your belly is the dimensions of glory, and he's giving you a combination to unlock the heavens. God said in these next days to come, he's going to begin to awake you out of your sleep, and you're going to begin to have the pen of a prophetic writer, and you'll begin to write music.
God said even he's going to anoint your hands.
They're going to be things about instruments you're going to begin to learn.
He's just going to anoint you to play. You don't even know where it came from because God said this sound, nobody has heard it, nobody has spoken it, nobody has sung it. It's not in any key on the keyboard.
God says this sound is the sound of heaven, and when you open your mouth mouth, heaven will follow your voice. For God said even the place you're in, it cannot constrain the anointing that's on your life while you're there, because this is the season for you to be there. But it cannot constrain what's on you.
You were born for the world.
And God said this next release this next album, people will put it in their phone, put it in their headphones, put it in their car.
Immediately when they hear the sound, things will shift because there will be a wind on your voice like no other voice.
Because God said he's seen your hurt, he's seen your brokenness, he's seen the silent ears. He see the stuff that you don't talk about, the things you've endured. That's what has made you a worshiper.
You've endured stuff that should have killed you, but you yet live so that your voice can be heard. And so, Father, we thank you for your daughter. Lebiska te tebasian to teboya. She gives so much. She carries the weight of the house where she ministers. Honestly, you're there because she's there. Leba shatatakataya. And listen, and she pours out and never really gets poured in. May this be a season where the Holy Spirit will pour into her and you will accelerate her exaltation, and the world will know who Shalindria Lott is.
Not for her glory, because this is not what she sought, but I know she'll give it back to you in Jesus' name. Come on, the worshipers are worshiping. My God, hallelujah, Jesus. We sing praises to your name, God. We give you the glory and the honor. We're going home, family.
Say this with me Say, "Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus." Say, "I receive the word." Say, "I believe that death is dead, and I receive the resurrection of dominion, of authority, of influence, of possibilities in my life." Say, "I I declare tonight it is finished, but you're not finished. Say thank you for what you're gonna do in my life. Say I'm ready to show up like never before, in Jesus' name. Come on, give God praise if you believe what you just said. Hallelujah. Yes, Lord, we're going, we're going.
Whoa, thank you, Lord.
Just slip your hands up right where you are and say, I love you, Jesus. Sing it. I worship, I adore.
I worship, I adore. We're going home.
Just want to tell you, just want to tell you.
Come on, worship him. Lord, I love you.
Lord, I love you. Sing more, more than you. Come on, I love you, I I love you, Jesus. I worship that. Just want to tell you, more than Hallelujah, hallelujah!
Just lift your hands, everybody. Yes, Lord, we love you and we adore you. We're going to give tonight. Glory to God. Come on, give God some praise for that. Those of you still with us online, don't leave. We want to get seed in the ground tonight. I want to make sure— softly, musicians, softly for me— I want to make sure that everything after today is just overflow. We had to do several things this week. We had to put $10,000 earnest money up on our building. That's done. Glory to God. I didn't come to y'all for that. We had to take care of our monthly budget for this place. That's done. So what I want to do tonight is make sure we meet the budget for this weekend. We got a speaker coming in that's going to be preaching for First Lady's birthday on Sunday, and we got to take care of her all weekend. She actually gets here in the morning. I want you to give— glory to the name of God— and make a sacrifice tonight. I'm not going to tell tell you what to do, but I want everybody to get your very best seed, your very best sacrifice. Make a— say that with me, say sacrifice. God, some of y'all said it, but come on, everybody say sacrifice. Now, sacrifice is not something you can afford. It's something you really can't afford, but you trust God with it, and you say, God, I'm going to detach myself from this. I'm going to divorce myself from this and give it to you. So let's pray. Father, we thank you for the spirit of sacrifice in this room. Just like on Good Friday you gave your life for us, God, we sow a seed tonight of sacrifice, and we trust that that seed leaves our hand but never our life. It moves into our future, waiting for our arrival. When we get to that seed, it will be multiplied. Thank you for increase in our lives. Thank you, God, that you have increase on your mind for us. And as we make sacrifice and as we make transactions on the altars of heaven, we tap into the exchange system between heaven and earth. So we won't draw back tonight. You— your word says you take take no pleasure in them that will draw back. So we thank you that we'll be led of you. As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. So we thank you for your family here tonight, that even in our giving, we'll be led. We won't do this haphazardly. No intimidation, no pressure, no tricks. I trust that your people will move in faith and they will give as you lead them tonight, and they will make sacrifices. In Jesus' name, amen. Somebody say sacrifices. Come on, say it again. Say sacrifices. All right, get your offering together. The ways to give are on the screen. Uh, just a few announcements before we go. If you have cash, yes, you— or check, make it payable to Rhoda Church, you can bring it. Glory to God. And put it in the offering. It's more blessed to give than it is to receive. Amen. I use anything but PayPal. Something's wrong with our PayPal, but you can use any way up there other than that. Glory to God. But get your seed in the ground. Were y'all blessed tonight? Amen. Amen. Mario, do me a favor, just mute every mic but mine. I think we're getting feedback somewhere. Just mute every mic but mine. Glory to God, God is good. Now again, were y'all blessed tonight? Amen. We're gonna get out of here tomorrow morning. Uh, First Lady wanted to have breakfast for her birthday, so we getting up early, right? 8:30 AM, we'll be at the Marriott Marquis, uh, for her birthday breakfast. So for those of you that are coming, we look forward to seeing you, and we're going to celebrate and eat breakfast with our First Lady. Glory to God. So we're thankful for that. And, uh, on Sunday we'll be here on Sunday morning only. We're going to have two services on Sunday, but we have to go to Las Vegas. I gotta— we were going anyway, but ended up I got asked to preach while I was out there. So we're gonna preach in Vegas Monday and Tuesday, and, uh, we'll be out there the rest of the week, but we fly out Sunday night. So let's be here in good numbers Sunday morning. Amen. Amen. Come on, give God praise. There are flyers on the table. Invite your family. Everybody in here you can. Let's pack this little church out. Um, I believe God's gonna bless us. Apostle Nerissa will be here and she's gonna preach. She told me she has a word from the Lord. I believe it. Even if she didn't tell me, I knew she did. I wouldn't ask her to come if I didn't think she had a word, but she got one, and I'm telling you, she's gonna bless us. So let's be in the house on Sunday. Did y'all not receive the woman of God Shalindria a lot tonight? And she is family. She's the First Lady's cousin, so means she my cousin too. So y'all give God praise. Amen. Thank you for coming. You got to come back again. It's okay, it's okay. We glad you made it. You was on time. Glory to God. And I appreciate all of you for coming out tonight. I know Friday night is hard for some people, but thank you for being here. God bless you, man of God, Prophet Cornelius. God bless you, sir.
Good to see you, man.
Glory to God. Y'all give God praise.
Amen.
All right, just so again, tomorrow breakfast at the Marriott starts at 8:30 AM. Uh, you might want to get there before because you got to park. The Marriott Marquis is downtown, so you're gonna have to figure that whole parking thing out. They do have valet. Yeah, so you can pull up in front of the place and valet if you balling like that. But if not, glory to God, you can, you can find you somewhere else to park around there. I think it's a few lots that a little cheaper than valet if you want to do that. Um, but yeah, let's get there. We're going to start at 8:30. The food is great, so you want to make sure you get there so you can enjoy the whole thing. Amen. Um, go to the next slide. I want to talk about this for those of you that want to cruise with us, uh, September 5th through the 11th. We're doing what is called Dominion at Sea. Amen. And, uh, we're going to Nassau, Bahamas, Grand Turks and Caicos, and Amber Cove. You have until April the 8th to make your deposit if you have not secured your cabin. I'm telling you, God's gonna meet us out there on that water. We got quite a few who have registered. I think we We got like 4 more cabins left that we have on our block. If you want to go, go on and grab one of those cabins. It's only $100 to secure your spot. Just call the travel agent, secure it so you can be on the ship. It's going to be a blessing. September 5th through the 11th. Some of y'all ain't been outside of Fulton County, so you need to, um, try to take this trip. Amen. It's gonna be good. We'll have a good time. Amen. So make sure you do that. All right, all hearts, mind clear. God bless my mama in love. My mama, y'all give her praise. I was glad when I saw her come in the door. Glory to God. Always good to see you, Mom. We love you. She just celebrated her birthday too. Yeah, we was at her house. She is what, 81, 82 years young? And we thank God for that. Amen.
I had to agree when you say things happen that should not be happening. Amen. As I think back my 82 years, every step God, he did something. That I wasn't expecting. Come on. When we got ready to buy our first house, my husband say, we're gonna buy a house. We had no money, no credit, we had nothing. Come on. But we were excited and we was happy because we had been praising and thanking God. He said, we're gonna buy a house. I said, okay. We gonna buy a house. We find a real estate agent, he comes to pick us up and we go all over the city looking for a house. So when we found our first house, 278 Norwood Avenue.
Come on.
We had the real estate man come out, he signs the papers and do all the paperwork. And he said, how much money you got? Money you want to put down?
Come on.
We said $50. $50 was all we had. And when I think back, you was sick in the head or something. You going to buy a house? You have no money. You ain't got nothing. It's faith. But yet you going to buy a house. We gave the man the $50. Come on. And I want you to know, before FHA, which is the hardest mortgage company to go through, before they could give us a closing date, God has blessed us with all the money that we—
that's what he do.
My whole life is done impossible things my whole 82 years, all down through my life. I mean, he did so much. And see, I know he's real because even in a simple thing has happened in my life, and, and I know nobody else did this. So I'm aware of what God can do and what he will do. Yeah. And my whole life is, how did you do this? And where did this come from? And, and all of this. So I have learned that there is nothing lost in Christ Jesus. There's nothing lost in Christ Jesus. I've had things come up, I know where they were. I've had things, I said, well, where is this? And we like to sing. And the latest thing that happened on me yesterday, I got up and I said, I felt this little air in my mouth, so I'm going to get up. Went in the bathroom and I said, oh my God, I've lost 5 pounds. I lost my teeth. I don't know when it fell out. I was eating apples before I went to bed, ate the apple and got into bed, so I didn't know what happened. But when I got up this morning, 6 o'clock, and I felt, and I went and looked in the mirror, and the first thing came out of my mouth was, oh my God. Oh my God, everything happens in my life, the first thing comes out my mouth is, oh my God. Oh my God. Every time I lose something or whatever, the first thing comes out for some reason, it says, oh my God. I don't know when it came out. And I'm like, panning. Lord, who is with you? I want you to know, see, my stuff is so incredible it's unreal. I stepped, I stepped, going to the bathroom, and there was my little chief laying down at the foot of my bed. And you know what I said? Thank you. You know, I thank you. I thank you. So much stuff lost, so much stuff. And I said, Lord, I did it! I took out my drawer, I moved stuff and whatever, and it shows up. And I said, Lord, how'd it get there? But one thing, it just hit me then, because every time something happens to me, I said, oh my God! Amen. He let me know, he let me know, he let me know that he hears me. She let me know that he hears me. My car was parked in the parking lot from 9:00 to 10:00. I'm in a hurry to get out, go to the gym. Left the car running, left the keys ignition, left my purse in the back, and people coming in and out of the parking lot, and I'm in the gym. And when I come out, this lady standing out here say, is that your car? I said, yeah, that's my car. She said, well, it's running. The first thing happened when I saw it and I went up, said, oh my God, that— where there's something. And Donald, he says he give his angel Hallelujah!
Y'all give God praise! Glory to God! That's all right. Proof nothing is lost in Christ if you trust him. He'll always even help you find your teeth. That's good stuff. Just something that little. I mean, it's awesome. Y'all stand, we're going home. Mama, I love you. Glory to God. Praise God. Thank everybody again for coming out. And again, I hope to see everybody back again on Sunday. Let's pray. Father, we give you praise We give you glory. Thank you for what you've done tonight. Thank you for this experience, this encounter. Seal every prophecy, seal the word, release angels at your charge to hearken to the voice of thy word and bring the impossible things into a realm of possibility so we can tangibly handle them. Thank you that death is defeated. Death, where is your sting? Pray, where is your victory? We walk in the life of Christ, and we give you praise and glory for it now, in Jesus' name. Amen. Hug somebody and love on them tonight. You are
