The Glory Dimension of Mountains | Dr. Mike Woods, Sr.

Well, praise the Lord, and grace and peace be multiplied to you from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is Apostle Mike Woods, and welcome to our Thursday night Bible study. I'm super excited to be here with you. I hope you're just as excited to be here with me. Listen, if you're joining us, whether live or by replay tonight, I want to ask a few things of you. Father, in the name— hallelujah— that is above every name, God, we give you praise, we give you glory, we thank you that beside you there is no other. It's in you we live, it's in you we move. Glory to God. It's in you we have our being. Thank you for your grace and your mercy. Which is sufficient for us, God. Satan, the Lord rebuke you. The blood of Jesus be against you. We cast the devil out of the mind and we command every stubborn will to be broken down. And we say, "Yes, Lord. Yes to your will. Yes to your way. Yes to your word. Yes to your plan. Yes to your desire for us." And Father, we thank you that as we disseminate this word tonight, that we will experience from heaven the light, the illumination, and the intelligence of the Holy Ghost. God, I decree and declare that even as we teach tonight, a new glory dimension will be open to us called mountains. And we will learn to go to the mountain where you dwell and receive exactly what we need so we could change the world on your behalf. And we give you praise for it now. In Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Amen and amen. Listen, I'm excited. I feel the anointing of God tonight. I believe that there's something gonna happen during this livestream that's gonna be absolutely and categorically life-changing. Listen, stay with us. Don't scroll. Get locked in. I'm telling you, this word is going to be something for everybody tonight that you could take and apply and watch this, cause your relationship with God to become more deeper, more defined. Hallelujah! More determined than it has ever, ever been before. Praise God! Well, I'm still teaching this series, man. We started It's crazy that we started this series, praise God, uh, actually a couple of Sundays ago. I'm not— this past Sunday, but Sunday before that, we start teaching series called Fire Mountains Clouds Water. We stayed in fire a little longer than we anticipated because the Lord start unfolding some things to us about fire and wealth. Well, tonight we get to move to this next phase and talk about the glory dimension of mountains, because these 4 glory dimensions are very important to how the glory of God shows up in our lives personally. And then watch this, how we show up in the world. Glory to the name of God! To superimpose the kingdom upon the world. And listen, without these glory dimensions, most of the time, I'm going to guarantee you, watch this, you're actually operating in the flesh, or you're operating in your intellect, or you're operating in some cultural religious influence that is driving your behavior, whether it's a, a, a so-called quote-unquote spiritual behavior. Hear me. Or whether it's, uh, some religious activity that you're performing in the name of God, but it, it's not producing glory. Because when you show up in the world— notice I said in the world, not the church— the system that you show up in is not yielding or submitting to the name of Jesus Christ. It's not being transformed because you're present. We have become very good— hear me, guys— very, very good at having good church. TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels are filled with praise break TikToks that have literally hundreds of thousands and even millions of views because the church has become very entertaining and less transformative. And again, I believe that when people show up in a church building, the transformation that takes place, it takes place so that you could show up in the world and advance the kingdom effectively in the world. Here's the problem, guys. The church is not showing up. I know you showing up in your big mega church, big mega preacher with your people. Glory to the name of God. I know you have your little programs, but if I could trace you into systems, glory to the name of God, are you literally for real impacting systems? And this is the kingdom being edified and glorified in those systems that you're in. And I'm not talking about you get in these systems and you become religious, but you get in these systems and you become the dominant factor in the kingdom or the mountain of this system. Glory to God that the world looks to for guidance. And ultimately, when they look to you for guidance in this, uh, positional authority that God puts you in, it leads them to him. And ultimately, their lives are different, their families are different, their finances are different, their businesses are different. Because you're in a position to not only testify to them what God has done for you, but you're also in a position to show them— glory to the name of God— tangible proof that God is real because of how he's moved in your world. Oh my God. So I want to submit to you tonight, you must show up. I know you went to church last Sunday. Very good. I want you to keep going. But what I also want you to do with all of the stuff you do in church— preachers, apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists, teachers alike, laity alike— listen, if you're showing up at church, you need to show up in the world. Your presence on earth, glory to the name of God, matters. Your heart is beating because there's still an assignment in the earth for you to, hallelujah, fulfill so the kingdom can be advanced. So tonight, uh, again, we're talking about the glory dimension of mountains. Praise God. I want to read really quick, glory to God, our focal text for this teaching, uh, then I'm going to back up and start laying a backdrop with some other texts. So honestly, I don't know, because the Holy Spirit is giving me a lot of information, uh, that I need to disseminate. So we may not get to these verses tonight, but I promise you we are going to get to some verses. And I may end up finishing this on Sunday when we'll visit these verses, but these verses won't matter if I don't lay this backdrop. So I need you to put on your thinking cap, to open your mind. The most expensive thing in the world, guys, is a closed mind. When you know, one of the greatest strongholds you could have is a stronghold that is erected in your mind that rejects revelation. I'm gonna say that again, because a stronghold is designed to keep what's in, in, and what's out, out. So if there's a stronghold in your mind is trying to keep that stinking thinking in and new ways of thinking, living, behaving, acting out. And I, I just really right now, in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare that the strongholds in your mind be broken down, be destroyed, and that your mind be open for information that you've never received. Or maybe you receive— you heard it but you never applied it. And, and if you never applied it, the stronghold still worked. Glory to God. So I want to declare in the name of Jesus that no weapon formed against your mind, your spirit, your heart tonight will be able to prosper, but that you will win. Glory to God. And you will conquer in the mighty name of Jesus. Hallelujah. You ought to give God praise right now in the name of Jesus. And so And I dare you type in the comments, won't no amansiya, type it in the comments, no stronghold will stop me. Yeah, no stronghold will stop me. And you need to declare that and make that up in your mind that no stronghold in your mind will keep the things in that don't need to be there and keep out the things that you need to hear to push you into another place. Amen. All right, so let's read this verse, Exodus 24, verses 12 through 18. Let's read. The Bible says, and the Lord said unto Moses— hear this— come up to me in the mountain and be there, and I will give thee tables of stone and the law and commandments which I have written, that thou, listen to this, mayest teach them. Oh my God. Verse 13, and Moses rose up, and his minister Joshua, and Moses went up into the mount of God. Verse 14, and he said unto the elders, tarry ye here for us until we come again unto you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. If any man have any manners to do, let him come to them. Verse 15, and Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount. Verse 16, and the glory of God abode upon Mount Sinai. So here's the introduction of the dimension of glory called mountains. And the cloud covered it 6 days, and the 7th day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud. And the sight of the glory was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel. I love it. Glory to God. And Moses went into the midst of the cloud and gat him up and into the mount. And Moses was in the mount 40 days. Here it is. And 40 nights. So again, tonight we're talking about the glory dimension of mountains. The first thing I want to do is just help us get a clear understanding of glory and mountains, and we're going to kind of amalgamate this, and, and then we'll be able to go into, uh, really dealing what these verses are saying to us. So first of all, the word glory, the word glory, the word glory, anytime you read it in the Old Testament, the word glory comes from a Hebrew word kavod. And the word kavod means, listen to this, the weight, the splendor, the illumination, the majesty, the authority, and watch this, the wealth of God. So kavod deals directly with the weight, the illumination. Oh my God, the authority, the majesty, the wealth of God. So the— when you understand kavod, we're talking directly about the super imposition of God on a situation or individual or region or territory or planet that introduces his authority in a way that it cannot be denied. So here's what I want you to understand. God is interested— and we've read this so many times, scripture— that the glory of the Lord wants to fill the earth. He wants to fill the earth with his glory. He uses vessels, you and I, to become glory carriers, to fill the earth with his glory. And so when we're in right relationship with God and we understand that his glory resides in us and we live in a way that he— we can be trusted to release his glory Wherever we show up, his glory shows up also. So kavod again is the weight, the splendor, the majesty, the illumination, the authority, and the wealth of God. Now there's another word, and I have to say this here, that's directly to kavod. It's called ikavad. Ikavad means the glory is God. So igevad means that the glory has left. It means that the weight, the— oh my God— the splendor, the illumination, the majesty, the authority, and the wealth of God has departed. Can I submit to you prophetically tonight, we're living in a time in this world, in the United States and all over the world, where even in the church you can walk into many places, many church services, many meetings. You can walk into, uh, corporate structures. You can walk into systems of the world, and you will find that the glory of God is not there. And it's sad to say that the church is on that list, but I'm going to tell you It's on that list because what we don't realize is, number one, God is real and he's not religious. And so what we do, we attend church religiously looking for God. See, religious people are still trying to find him, and so they go through the same patterns of trying to discover him. And then if that isn't working, they'll try something else. But your religion never empowers you toward a oneness or alignment— watch this— or at-oneness or atonement for real with God. That's a whole nother message for another day. But what religious does, it takes you through, uh, different processes that doesn't culminate with relationship. And, and when this happens, the glory cannot reside, the glory cannot show up. Listen, some, some of the stuff people are calling glory is not glory, because again, the glory— again, I want you to hear the definition— it's the weight, it's the splendor, it's the majesty, it's the authority. Come on, it's the illumination. Which is revelation and light and direction. It's the wealth of God. Ikivod means that's gone. So when you show up in a place and you don't see the illumination of God there, you don't see the wealth of God there, you don't see the majesty, the authority— oh my God, oh God— the illumination of God there That's a problem. What's the difference? That means Ichabod is written on that place. Ichabod means the glory has left. The only difference in the word Ichabod and Kabod is the letter I. Oh boy, oh boy. So here's an indication, ladies and gentlemen, as to why we don't see glory like we should. Because there is too much flesh on parade. There are too many people doing their own thing. People are more captivated by platitudes and platforms and personalities than they are the person of God. So when people walk in a place, instead of looking for God, they're looking for a personality. They're looking for a platitude, a stage, a platform. And they equate— I know a lot of preachers like this, especially mega preachers that look to other mega preachers. Shame on you. Something's wrong with you. You need to get on your face and pray, okay? Because what you're doing, because you want to be big like them, You look to their platitude, their platform, their stage. And because in your effort to try to be like them, you start doing things the way they do them and you have no prayer life. I want you to know I see you. I see you. I'm— my God, I see you. And God knows a preacher that don't pray can't lead me nowhere. Yeah, I mean, you can't lead me nowhere because you don't talk to God. I'm not following your flesh. Your flesh is flimsy. Your flesh is flaky. Glory to the name of God. Your flesh is shady, and in order for you to be a leader, you got to be on your face. But if all you're trying to do is be like the next big preacher, something wrong. You need to be trying to tap into glory, dude. Oh my God, oh my God. You need to be trying to touch God in a way that, that even that person you admire has never touched him before. Your pursuit should be his glory. So I, I, I— watch this— I, the middle letter of everything that separates us from God is I. S-I-N. Because of your sin, you've been separated from God. So I'm laying a backdrop. I'm gonna be where I need to be in a moment. Stay with me. I just sound long, I promise you. Sin separates us. We gotta stop making excuses for sin, man. And acting like it's okay. Of course, none of us are perfect humans, but if God is in us, there should be a strive toward perfection. Oh, but the Bible does say, be ye therefore perfect. Teleios in Greek, mature, complete. So when you are mature, when you're complete and God is all you need, your pleasure is not to please your flesh, it's to please God. It's not to please people, it's to please God. And so what is happening, you got large droves of people being attracted to flesh, being attracted to preachers who are down-low homosexuals. Y'all ain't got to say nothing. Being attracted to preachers who on platitudes and stage who are whores, who got chicks on the side, who've been sleeping with women in their church for years with no repentance. Oh my God, I can call it because listen, I've been there. I done made those mistakes. And listen, I have seen times in my own life and ministry in the past— this is deep in my past, man. This year I celebrate 35 years of full-time ministry, and I make no apologies. Glory to the name of God for the grace of God. But at the end of the day, the reason God took me through those downfalls and those failures is so I can rise. And I'm never again in my life in this 54. Listen, on next Monday I'll be 55. In this 55th year of my life and 35 years of full-time ministry, never again will I hold back in saying what I need to say. Glory. And somebody said, you don't never hold back anyway. Listen, you ain't seen nothing yet because I'm coming at the throat of every person, even the popular ones, because I'm so glad that God has blessed me to that I don't need them stages. Glory to the name of God. To feel like I'm accomplishing ministry. Listen, I, I need you to understand this. I'm, I'm coming at the juggler because we need a church, we need models that can be imitated, and we need to take, hallelujah, our rightful place so the world can be drawn to God through us. But if we're just like them doing what they do, they're not going to be drawn to the church. We are the light of the world, a city that sits on a hill that cannot be hid. So yeah, we have to stop looking to flesh and, and look into that eye, that sin that separates. Oh boy, I'm, I'm going somewhere. Stay with me, don't scroll, please. So, so people gravitate to this stuff. And there's no staying power because the vessel has no power. Hallelujah! To release that, because most of the time you're in these settings where there are unclean vessels who are not surrendered to God. Hear me, who are living lives that are ambiguous to what they are preaching and teaching. Oh my God, or that are whoosh, that are contradictory to the very word they preach and teach. The reason why you go in under a grace where God is protecting you from that thing being transferred to you, and some of you, you don't want to live right anyway. You don't want to be, you don't want the pneumaticos, which is the behavior of the Holy Spirit that goes along with having him. You want him, but you don't want to act like him. Okay, I'm doing too much, right? I'm gonna keep it moving. I'm gonna keep it moving. All right, I'm gonna keep it moving. But I need you to understand, sin causes the glory to leave. Here's the other thing: pride. P-R-I-D-E. Pride. Pride causes the glory to lift. Hear me. Pride cometh before a fall. God rejects the proud. Arrogance, man. Religious arrogance. Who— God— popular arrogance. Some preachers are so arrogant. Glory to the name of God. Some leaders in the world are so arrogant. There's no way the glory can be on what you do when you don't move in humility. I need you to hear me. I give you praise, God. Humble yourself before the mighty hand of God so that in due season he may exalt you. No one wants to be accountable to leadership. No one wants to be accountable to authority. No one wants to be accountable to God and his word. Everybody wants to arrogantly do what they want to do and say, I got grace on this. But what shall we say then, that grace may abound? Shall we continue in sin? The scripture says no, God forbids. So when you grow up in perfection, in maturity, teleios, and you're complete and God is enough, your goal is to follow him. I gotta lay this backdrop because we gotta tap into mountains. So what are mountains then, Michael? I'm glad you asked. Stay with me. I hope this is not boring you. I just want you to— I just want you to be right, man. I, I want you to win. I want you to have a real connection with God. That positions you in a deeper realm, a deeper authority than you've ever experienced. Glory to God, glory to God. Oh my God, today. So, so let's get into this. So a mountain then, hallelujah, a mountain then, uh, is in the natural, it's a landform, right, that rises prominently above— watch this— its surroundings. In the basic terms, that's what it is. It's a piece of land that has risen above its surroundings. Here's what I want you to know: when you tap into the glory dimension of mountains— I ain't talking about you went to church and had a good time— you leave church and you become a mountain in society. You rise above your surroundings. As the church, we should be above our surroundings. How we gonna say the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, them and they that dwell therein but we are not rising above our surroundings. What God you serving that you're always broke, that you're always struggling, that you're always on the same level as those around you? And seemingly the mountains that are rising in every system are controlled by worldly people who don't even know God. Somebody said, there you go, the poor you have with you always. We all not gonna rise. And listen, that doesn't have to be you. And if you are royalty and if you're connected to God, listen, that shouldn't be you. Your God is a king and you're in a royal family. And when he showed up, he brought all his stuff. And his whole goal is for you to rise, for you to be elevated so you can operate in authority. Watch this, and watch this, and attract people to you only to get them to him. See, part of the problem is people rise up and they start liking the attraction or the attention that's on them, and they forget that they exist only to be a conduit so that God can be glorified through them. So, but ultimately, the mountain prominently rises above its surroundings, and its— who, God? Summit reveals— watch this— its authority. The summit reveals to everyone looking at it. Glory to the name of God. It's authority because the summit at its peak is where it's closest to the sky, closest to God, and that's what makes it tower over everything else. Glory to the name of God. In most cases— watch this— mountains are in regulated chains. Oh my God, here we go. And linked together. You never, very seldom do you just see one mountain. We got a man-made mountain here in this, in the Atlanta metropolitan area called Stone Mountain. It sits there by itself because it's a man-made mountain, basically. The reality is, but when you see, uh, and I've been in the mountains, glory to the name of God, we, we've, we are, we've shot and we're working on the post, post for a documentary we're shooting called Boyz, B-O-Y-Z, uh, Boyz Not in the Hood but Boyz in the Wood. Phenomenal piece. But I've had opportunity to be up in these mountains, in these high peaks, looking down in the valleys. One of the most amazing things you ever could see. But one of the, the glorious things is to see how you can go from summit to summit and peak to peak, and, and the higher you go, the more dominant Oh my God, the summit is over the last summit, and you would have thought being on one summit you was in the highest place you could reach. God is saying, watch this, everybody's got room to emerge and become this mountain belt. See, when, when mountains connect like this, they are a mountain belt that links together. Watch this, God wants to put a belt around the world, ah, that represents the mountain of God, the glory of God, so that people look to us, hallelujah, for what they need, not the United States government. See, let me prophetically say something to you. Some of you are caught up in this presidential stuff, man. I'm telling you, on either side, we don't have a good candidate, really. You better pray and ask God for direction when you exercise your right to vote. But here's the reality, regardless to who wins the election, glory to God, and I already know who's going to win. I'm— that's another message for another day. I actually prophesied it last year in church. It's going to happen. Glory to God. That's another message for another day, because if I get in that, I got to unpack all of that, and I'm not. Listen, the reality is God is looking for a people that understands he's the king and becomes a mountain built around the world. Oh God, that becomes an armor for the world, a stronghold for the world, so that the world has a real light. Don't get caught up in this stuff because Jesus is the king, and I'm telling you, you better have him. The, the events that are unfolding are a sign that Jesus— watch this— is soon to come. I'm telling you, he's closer. Me and Apostle friend of mine was talking last weekend. We was talking about how when we were growing up in church, everybody was saying Jesus soon to come, get your house in order. But let me tell you something, we're closer to that than we ever been. I'm telling you right now, Jesus is real, and he's trying— this is why the kingdom message must be taught, because we got to position ourselves for his return. Oh my God, oh my God. So let's get into this, man. So if, if the glory is his light, his illumination, his majesty, his authority, his splendor, his wealth, his weight, then all of those things— watch this— are congruent to the glory that's on a king. A king has majesty, of course. A king has all authority in the province where he rules. A king has illumination because of his garments and his crown. Glory to God! A king, glory to God, has great massive wealth. Matter of fact, the king controls the wealth of the domain or the province he rules. The king, glory to the name of God, is filled with light and wisdom. Hallelujah! He decrees a thing through his authority and it is established. So we can, we can really venture to say that glory and a kingdom is connected, because you can't have a kingdom without a king. And if that's the case, the glory of mountains in the realm of the spirit is also connected to royalty or kingship. There are basically— watch this— when you approach this, 3 kingdoms. And, and we can see these in scripture. The kingdom of darkness, this is where Satan operates. Glory to the name of God. In the kingdom of darkness, the scripture Oh my God, it's filled with deception. It talks about this kingdom in many places. Another message for another day. I just want to give you these for context. We also have the kingdoms of man. I'm going to talk about those in a moment. And then thirdly, we have the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is superior to all these kingdoms, and God wants to take control of these kingdoms. The Bible even says that the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our Lord and Christ. That happens through the process of you and I taking authority in the kingdoms of the world. Can I submit to you that when Jesus returns, he's not going to be down here setting up kingdoms? He's coming to sit on a throne and take control of a kingdom that has already been established. Lord Jesus, help us today. And we have to be the mountains, the kavod, the glory of God in the kingdom of man that are— watch this— that are massive in size and command attention. How do we do that? I'm glad you asked. Glory to God. I'm glad you asked. Let's, let's, let's, let's jump into this. Glory to the name of God. First of all, I believe everybody listening to this tonight, live or by replay, I want to declare this. I believe it is a leader at heart. There is a level of leadership in you, even if it's not pulpit ministry. You're a leader in the area of entrepreneurship. You're a leader for your family. You're, or maybe a leader in the church. At the end of the day, I believe you are leaders. And I want you to hear me prophetically. As leaders, I want to say this to you tonight, that you're about to shape nations. Hear me, hear me prophetically. It won't be, uh, the next president of the United States that will shape the future. Can I submit to you tonight Bible-believing child of God. It will be you. Hear me, the leader, the king that is in you will emerge and you will begin to shape nations. And I'm going to declare this right now in the name of Jesus, that God— because many of you have been on the backside of the wilderness and, and you've been wondering when will it be your time. You've been praying You've been fasting, you've been studying, you've been asking God, when will I emerge? The spirit of grace says to tell you tonight, glory to God, that many of you listening to me, God is about to take you from being hidden to being publicly known. Oh my God, at the speed of glory, almost overnight, God's about to take you from the backside of the wilderness where you've been serving faithfully in obedience and in relationship, pursuing the heart of God for your life. Oh my God, I believe that the process that many of you have been going through— hear me— it has been preparing you for a great destiny. It has been preparing you for this time that we are now in. So I want to challenge you to don't faint, don't grow weary, don't give up. I'm prophesying to me too. Glory to God. I believe your time is upon you. Yes, God. And I heard the Lord say, rise up and walk. Hallelujah. Begin to walk forward into Don't amancear. Some of you have grown idle and complacent, but God said walk into what he has prepared, for it is now, saith God, upon you. Glory to God, because God— yeah, I hear you, Father— has given you authority. Hear me, over the kingdoms of the world. Are you hearing me? He's given you authority over the kingdoms of the world. Whew! We're gonna look at these, we're gonna look at these in a moment. Glory to God. Closely. I'm almost done. I'm running out of time. I'm almost done. Shitatabasi antoloboya. Touch yourself and say, I have authority over the kingdom of darkness, over the kingdoms of man, in the name of Jesus. You have authority. In order to embrace this, You gotta embrace this idea, family. Hear me, that you are called to grow without limits. Have mercy. I'm gonna say that again. You are called to grow without limits. Oh, shamania! Shaytumashyaya. Touch yourself and say, I am called to grow, eba bahasaya, without limits. I need you to grab this. Glory to God. Hayabababosi antai. I want you to think about something, and it's something I read earlier today. It's something I knew, but I read it and it brought something back as I was preparing for this, to my— brought this back to my memory. But I read about a person, individual, that had a tropical fish, and this fish was in this small fishbowl, right? Hear me, in the fishbowl it can only grow— hear me— to 2 to 3 inches. Oh my God. But if it was in the ocean, same fish would grow to at least 1 foot long. The limitations on the growth is confined by where the fish is swimming. Can I commit to you tonight? Hear me, guys. You will always grow to the size of the revelation you are swimming in. Oh, I'm gonna say that again. Oh my God, you'll only grow to the size of the revelation you are swimming in. And if you are not connected to revelation that challenges you to grow without limits, that doesn't challenge your capacity to do more, to test the limits, to go higher than you've ever gone, you're only gonna be confined to that revelation you're swimming in. Let me give you another example. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Watch this. A fish— oh God— that's in water— watch this— doesn't even realize— watch this— that he's in water. Oh my God, oh my God, that fish doesn't even know he's in water because he was born in that environment. He's become immune to that environment, that way of living, that way of thinking. He doesn't recognize that the water is his life source. Until he is removed from that environment. He doesn't recognize he cannot survive in the— outside of that environment until he is many a times forcefully removed from the environment. Watch this, and most of the time he's removed from what is comfortable. To death. Let me flip this for you. Some of you don't even know that there's a realm of living outside of where you are, outside of the revelation that you've been limited to. You've been swimming around in that same old culture, that same old mindset, the same old idea on how to do things, that same idea about money, the same idea about family, That same— them same ideals, glory to the name of God, that really haven't been working about God. When God says there's a whole nother mountain I want to introduce you to— oh my God. So how does the enemy then deceive us to stay where we are? And cause us to believe that where we are is the way it's gonna be. I need to announce to you tonight, the way it is now is not the way it's gonna be. Let me announce to you that things are about to change. Can I help somebody tonight? Let me announce it. Things— Ushantakaia Mansura Bakishite— are about to change. You need to trust what I'm telling you. I'm telling you right now, there's about to be a shift, a change in your life if you just trust it. But the enemy wants you to believe that where you are it's the way it's gonna be. I'm telling you right now, it is not. He did it with Jesus. Matter of fact, let's look at it, uh, Luke 4, verses 1 through 13. I am not going to read all of these verses, but I'm gonna comb through a few. But you write it down for your notes, right? Luke 4, verses 1 through 13. Let's go there. Praise God. Luke, the doctor, the physician. Glory to God. 4:1-13. We're gonna find in these verses, very familiar passage of scripture, where the devil tempts Jesus. The word tempt is the Greek word nasa, which means to test by stress and pressure. So let me tell you why this is pressure on Jesus, number one, and why this is challenging. Because Jesus is weak. He's, he's just coming out of 40 days of fasting. He just come out of the presence of God, and the enemy tries to hit him at his weakest moment because he's God and man, not knowing he's still God and none of this stuff he's doing is going to work. But here's, here's— I want you to understand If the enemy came for Jesus like this, who do you think you are that the devil ain't gonna come for you and try to get you all discombobulated and distracted? Watch this, by something he doesn't even have power to give. Let's look at verse 5. Look at verse 5. Verse 5, he says, and the devil— and again, read verses 1 through 13 for context, but this is Luke uh, chapter number 4, verse number 5. The Bible says, and the devil taking him up into a high mountain showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. Hear this. So the devil showed him all the kingdoms of the world. There's these mountains, right? He showed him these mountains, these systems of the world, these domains of the world. And he said to him in verse number 6, to you I will give this authority and the glory, for it has been delivered to me and I give it to whom I will. Watch this. First of all, the devil is always a liar. The earth is the Lord's, the fullness thereof, them and they that dwell therein. But he wants you to believe that these kingdoms belong to him, even in real time where we are today. The enemy will have you to believe that the kingdoms of this world belong to him, and they do not. These kingdoms already belong to God. Glory to God. So this temptation, however, has to do with the kingdoms of the world, not the kingdom. I want you to hear this: the enemy knows clearly he has no authority in the kingdom of God, but he— I don't know how he believed— this shows you how deceived he is. That he can lean on Jesus's humanity and make him believe that he could give him something that's not his. The enemy's MO is always trying to give you something that doesn't belong to him, and most of the time, just like in this verse, it involves power and it involves glory. Be careful. Of people offering you things they have no authority to give you. I told y'all last week that God has already done what he's going to do for you. The problems you're having are soul problems. The problem with your money is a soul problem. The problem with your healing is a soul problem. He would that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. So the enemy, all he has is deception. Oh my God, this is crazy. So the reality is the devil can tempt you, but God owns everything. I want you to grab this because he's tempting you because he wants you to be deceived, and he doesn't want you to really believe that you already have authority over kingdoms, and you can grow without limits to take your place in these systems. I want you to type that in the comments, please. I have authority without limits. Oh my God, say, I am growing without limits. I need you to get that in the atmosphere. I need you to get that in your spirit. So you need to expand in the things of God. Glory to God. Say it again. Say, I'm growing without limits. Oh, we, we, we. I got to get out of here, y'all. So when we think about this, the Lord's Prayer— watch this— when we, when Jesus was teaching disciples how to pray, It ends, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory. So again, you're clear right there that the kingdom, power, glory belongs to Christ. Satan was boasting here, who— and lying— that he could give this power to whoever he will. I mean, he literally said, I'm willing to give you power over these kingdoms if you do one thing: just bow down Verse 7: And worship me. And that, that's the catch, man. The enemy wants you to surrender, guys, to his pseudo systems, and he wants you to believe that he's in charge, and he's not. I'm— I mean, you scroll your Instagram page, see all these people funding money, funding cars, funding houses. Listen, that is not the order it should be. The children of God should be in control of the economy. I'm gonna get into that in a minute, but I need you— I'm laying a backdrop, I promise you. But we worship— watch this— celebrities. We worship billionaires. We are so impressed when we see a nice car, so impressed when you see a big house, so impressed when you see a celebrity or somebody with money. You think you done died and went to heaven. And, and it's idolatry, because at the end of the day, you shouldn't have homage or worship toward that. Can I tell you something? God is bigger than your favorite celebrity. And I'm sorry for the celebrities that watch. Glory to God, the athletes that watch, I need you to understand God is bigger than you too. You're wonderful in what you've been called to do, but you are designed with those gifts to give that back to God, not— Omanshia! Yes, God! Not to draw people to you, because he's bigger than you are. And I want you to understand that. And, and for the people that worship celebrities and people with money, wrong answer. Because you should be in charge. You should be a force in the world that people even with money look to and see the light and the authority in you and want God because his glory can be seen through your life. I got to get out of here, man. I got to get out. So, so, so, so, in this text in Luke 4:1-13, I want you to read for context. You're going to discover that Jesus refused because Jesus knew he didn't have to— watch this— get the kingdoms, the power, and the glory through compromise. He knew they were already his. Can I tell you something? You don't have to get the kingdoms, the power, and the glory through compromise because Jesus is in your life. They are already yours. Oh God, touch yourself and say, they're already mine. Oh God, yeah, it's already yours. I started talking about that last week. I'm telling you, it's already yours. You just got to activate what's on the inside of you. Another message for another day. I'll tell you, I'm gonna teach this message on these activators, on how to make this stuff come alive in your life. Glory to God. How to become a commander of wealth, a commander of glory, a commander of prosperity, a commander of healing. All that stuff is in you. You don't have to compromise to get anything. Oh God, help us not to compromise our authority, who you made us to be, God. Oh, shantay, ansa. Listen, see what Satan does. Watch this. In the kingdoms of the world. But those that— watch this— will work with him— hear this, man— but those that will work with him, he gives them power. He helps them in their process. My God, today I don't have time. That's another message for another day. But the reality is he's the prince of the power of the air. He's, he's a ruler of darkness in high places. So he operates through men who ignore and reject God, and he gives them authority. Do you realize if we took our place, we could take that authority back? This is going to help where I'm about to go, guys. So what he does is he puts kings— here we go— on thrones in the earth realm, in the kingdoms of man. And he operates through him to— through them to push his agenda. This is why we need children of God who are submitted to God's way of thinking and domination in the kingdoms of man to begin to rise up and position themselves to take authority, to take control. Oh, oh, oh, oh, I got to get out of here, man. So a king is basically someone, again, who has authority and has a fear of influence, and his decisions affect others. So that could be a president, could be a governor, be a mayor, could be a CEO of company. Listen, it could be a major stockholder. It, it could be a— oh my God, one of these kingdoms, watch this, where nobody's saved or filled with the Spirit of God is to be found in charge. And the people at the helm are the ones influencing the outcome for everybody's life. And they're ruling— watch this, oh my God, I might get shut down for this— with a wicked hand. My God. Let's go, let's go, let's, let's go. Our warfare— hear me— it's not against flesh and blood. It's not against people. That's why someone trying to assassinate Trump, that's not the warfare. That's ridiculous. I don't, I don't care what your political belief is. No one has the right to take someone's life. I don't care how much you hurt, hate him. You know, the reality is the Lord gives and the Lord takes away. And if someone dies before time, that's murder. So no one gets to decide that, that you don't have that authority. But, but because our warfare is not against flesh and blood, it's against powers. And those powers are working to influence these— watch this— these powers in the realm of the spirit, they work overtime to influence these kings who are ruling in the systems of the world. And this is why we got to take our rightful place, so that we can work through the Holy Spirit to operate in authority in the kingdom of man. Oh my God. So let's look, as I close, glory to God, as some of these kingdoms or mountains hear me, that influence nations. Hear me, hear me. The first one is the mountain of religion. Religion— watch this— shapes the minds of men, and men begin to set their life course based on what religion says. Like Catholicism, Roman Catholic Church, Catholicism, all right? Like Buddhism, like Islam, and even Christianity. Religious ideas that can be passed down through the generations that influence— watch this— humans in their way of thinking versus the way of the kingdom. It, it influences a pattern that says we're looking for God, we haven't found him, but what we're going to do is superimpose this pattern on you and lead you to believe we're looking for God and, and ultimately we're going to discover him when he returns. Church. Wrong thought, wrong answer. God wants you to discover him now. He wants you to have a relationship with him now. He's real. He wants to align himself with your life, not through religion. That's why you need teachers. You need teachers who will illuminate you to the glory of God. So we need to tap into this mountain, and we need men on this mountain that will introduce spiritual ways of living, spiritual ways of behaving, spiritual ways of approaching life. Glory to God! And discovering God. See, when, when we get on this mountain and dominate it, no longer is it called religion. It'll become a mountain of God. And now people who visit this mountain won't visit it for religious patterns. There, there are religious systems that are thousands of years old, and these are strongholds— hear me— that need to be broken, that need to be pulled down. And we need people of God who operate in fire to not— so watch this, watch this— and we could be so deceived, man. That even when we flow in power and anointing, we got to be careful that we don't start making that a religious pattern. And because if that doesn't culminate with a broader sense of transformation in the world, possibly— hear me— what you're doing is in vain. I know we don't like this, and again, I'm not against none of those things. I operate in gifts. I love moves of God. I love the move of the Holy Spirit. I've been doing it for 40 years. Reality: those moves need to culminate with transformation in the world. It needs to culminate with a permeating light that causes men not to be drawn to the person that's the head of the movement. Movement, but to be drawn to the God of the movement. Just like people were drawn to Catholicism, people are drawn to Buddhism and Christianity, which is the religious aspects and the process. People should be drawn to the power of God and come to this mountain saying, I want God, just give me God. Oh, we Lord have mercy. So, so yeah, we got to take over this religious mountain and make it the mountain of God so people will run to this mountain for him, so they leave his presence different. We need to stop saying we've been in the glory and we've been in the dimension of glory and we leave the same. You ain't been in glory and you leave and you still cussing. You still lying, you still got issues, and you don't want to let those things go. There's something about when God superimposes himself on you for real, you change. And you got all these people out here making excuses, and they'll say, I'm not enlightened, but I'm more enlightened than you think. You just stupid to go against God and his word, to believe— watch this— that purity and holiness is not the way of God. And watch this, the reality is there ought to be some shame when sin occurs, because that's what makes you godly. Sorry, you shouldn't be all happy-go-lucky and you done messed up. There ought to be something in you that convicts you if you really know him. But religion says, no, I'm gonna throw some grace on this and I'm gonna just go out here and do what I want to do. The devil is a liar. You should want to please God. Oh boy, somebody said, Woods, nobody's gonna follow you saying that. Guess what? The people that need to hear it are gonna hear it. Those that want to keep doing what they want to do and don't want to tap into this dimension This is why these people that make these excuses, they don't visit the mountain of God. They don't get the impartation and the power and the elevation. We'll talk about that. And then when we talk on those scriptures we read at the beginning, they don't get that because they down in the valley with the rest of the Israelites partying. Yeah, okay, all right, so, so another mountain. Okay, here we go. It's the family mountain. It's the family kingdom. So we need to make sure we maintain our definitive value of what family is, all right? Uh, our immediate family and our family in abroad says family is a powerful shaper of culture. And when you start redefining what family looks like, that's a problem, okay? Again, they gonna say I'm not enlightened. But family, biblically, okay, that's our constitution. You can say I'm not lying, I'm telling you, I'm more enlightened than you think. Yeah, I, I didn't study this, that's inclusion stuff, picked it apart a thousand times, and I still come back to wanting to obey God's word because I have a relationship with him. And my relationship with him constitutes that I must follow what he has instituted for me to live by, which is his word. Family is a man, a wife, children, or if there are no children, man, wife. I didn't— and, and families are in— oh my God— personified through that relationship. Two women cannot produce a family. They can create a family on their own. They can abide by the laws, get married, and go and adopt a child and label that family. But family can only be produced by a male seed and a female seed. Y'all got to hear this. Two men cannot create family. They can make a family again by going to adopt and then labeling it a family, but the progenitor who brought that child in the world— oh my God— is honestly the person whose legacy inside of the DNA of that child is going to live on through because they brought them forth. Families are sustained from the right foundation. So we got to get on this mountain and we got to declare what family should look like. We got to get in this kingdom of family and be an advocate for family. And you married people, that means you can't run and get divorced every time there's a problem. You got to be a champion for family. Men, you got to be the head of your house. It's a shame that you're sitting at home all day with a remote control in your hand or a PlayStation in your hand and your wife is working, paying all the bills. That's a shame for God, and God is not pleased. And you're not making an investment in that home, you lazy bum. God's not pleased. You need to get up off your butt and be the priest, the provider, and protector, and king of your house. Families are promoted when each member of the family takes up their role. We got— we got to get in that kingdom and take charge and be a light to what family looks like. But that's hard when 5 out of every 7 marriages in the church— 5 out of every 7— end in divorce. The devil— I blame some preachers for this stuff, man. Better stop marrying people that you, you ain't prayed about marrying them. You just marry them because they say they're about to get married. I have told a lot of people no, got married anyway, end up divorced 3 years later. I didn't marry him because I knew it wasn't God, and I told them and they didn't listen. Listen, at the end, that's why you need prophetic voices in your life, because that's, that's not a good testimony. If you're a man, you should be faithful to your wife. No matter how fine the woman is you see, you should be faithful to her. Are y'all hearing me? Oh my God. Oh boy, I tell you the truth, man. Yeah, see, again, I could talk like this because I'm free, I'm delivered. I haven't been there, done that in my past, and God delivered me. Because see, if you get married, watch this, and you still have the spirit of fornication— hear me— you're destined to commit adultery. So before you get married, you need to get delivered from the spirit of fornication, because if you do not get delivered from the spirit of fornication before you get married, my friend, you're going to commit adultery. That was my problem. Been there, done that. Glory to God. I was still bound by fornication and lust and needed deliverance, so I ended up committing adultery. What had nothing to do with my wife and nothing she was doing to me, it was me needing deliverance. And I'm just trying to tell you from experience, you will destroy the testimony of what marriage looks like when you live like that. If you ain't ready to get married, wait. And if the only reason you getting married is to have sex, you definitely need to wait because that means you're not delivered. Oh God, have mercy. Let me go, let me go, let me go, let me go. So, so family— so mothers and fathers have a powerful influence over their family. So we need mothers and fathers to stand on the mountain and stand on the truth of God. And be committed to the things that God has said, to infiltrate this kingdom with the glory of God. I'm talking about— and when we do this, we'll see the glory of God superimpose itself on families throughout the world because we will become a force of light. You know, I love— some of this stuff is happening is because we don't have couples, we don't have families that are standing up for what is right. That's one of the reasons Felicia and I, we have to do this podcast we've been planning called At Home with Mike and Felicia. One of the reasons for it is to show the world the light of God through family and to show them how powerful mothers and fathers are, even in a blended family, even in a even in a family where there's been divorce in the past. Glory to God. And how to build together, work together, and how to work through issues together. That, that is so important. We need people who would champion the cause. Oh my God, oh my God, I got to get out of here, man. Thirdly, you have the education kingdom. So we need people in the education kingdom to not only start schools, but to write textbooks, but to create school systems so that the world system cannot dictate what we teach in our schools, whether we can pray in our schools or not. We, we shouldn't have to be subject to government coming into our kingdom way of being and telling us we can't pray in school and, and taking prayer out of school. And the moment they did that, crime went up in school. So we need our own educational institutions, all from nursery to university level. We need people inside of this kingdom who will rise up above their surroundings. So if you listen to me tonight and you're a teacher in the education system, pray about getting your own institution, your own school system. Pray about becoming a mountain in that Oh my God, kingdom, it becoming a mountain so that others can look up at you and see the light of God through your education system. Oh wee. Number 4, I got to get out of here. We have the, whoo, the government kingdom. We need saved presidents, saved governors, saved mayors, Holy Ghost-filled congressmen and senators. Senators, Holy Ghost-filled men and women that sit on the House of Representatives. We need people in the government who know the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, point blank, in a story. So because we live in a political system, so in order to take the government of the kingdom into this system, we need lobbyists who are part of the— because lobbyists are part of the governmental structure. We need kingdom lobbyists who will lobby in Washington on behalf of the principles of the Bible. We need to infiltrate this kingdom. See, we'll sit up and complain about candidates, but we don't have candidates available who will stand— oh my God— for the institution and the constitution of the kingdom of God. Oh, I gotta get out of here. I gotta get out of here. Omashiantatababaya. Branshetebekoshiana. Fifthly, whoo, are y'all ready for this? We have the gospel of the kingdom. That's a system in itself. And watch this, this kingdom rules over every other kingdom. See, Jesus really wants you to teach your nation his gospel, his way of doing things. This is why we're in all these kingdoms, so that they see when the gospel of the kingdom becomes an entity itself. Nothing we do should be detached from the gospel of the kingdom. The moment we start trying to change the gospel, the good news, the one gelzio in Greek, of the kingdom of God— how— and the good news is this: Jesus Christ was born. A king was born because God loved the world. Secondly, a king lived on this earth. This is the gospel— his life, his birth, A king died for our sin. Glory to God. That same king was resurrected. Praise God. And then he ascended into heaven. Those 5 areas are the gospel. And in every kingdom I'm talking about right now, that system, that kingdom, that way of doing things needs to be implemented because Jesus Christ is the king. And we should live according to his way. God, I got to get out of here, man. Number 6, are y'all ready? Glory to God. We have the economic mountain. Glory to God. Or the economic kingdom. Praise the name of God. So this is economics and business, where all of the money, all of the wealth We need entrepreneurs to show up on the Fortune 500 list who are kingdom-minded. We need kingdom billionaires. There are 28,000 billionaires in Dubai. I'm gonna say that again. There are 28,000 billionaires in Dubai. Watch this. Oh my God, have mercy. 28,000 billionaires in Dubai, right? Let me show you something. God have mercy. Are y'all ready? Are y'all ready? 28,000 billionaires in Dubai. There are only 400 billionaires in the US. Of those 400 billionaires, oh my God, 3 have professed to be born again and serve God. 3 on that list is not enough. 97% of all Americans work for the other 3%. And that 3% are the billionaires who create the jobs, who control the wealth. Glory to God, my God. And out of that 3%, 0.6% that constitute basically those 3 people or corporations are actually saved. Most of the saved people are in a low bracket of the 97%. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, I'm just trying to challenge you to be a mountain. I'm trying to challenge you to step into this dimension of glory. Watch this, where economics are used to advance the kingdom of God. Nothing can be established without wealth. I need you to grab this. Nothing at all can be established without wealth. You got to have it. So, you know, you got to tap into this dimension so you can begin to be a blessing to others. How can you— the Bible say you, child of God, are blessed to be a blessing, and through you all the families of the earth will be blessed. And this is not some on-the-whim prosperity teaching. This is Bible. I'm talking to you about the— how God wants to bless you with wealth so you can build companies and help other people, so you can be the light, the and the resource for the world. Yeah, that's what he wants for us. Listen, I'm gonna get on that list of 400, I promise you. I, I— if it's the last thing I do before I leave this earth, I'm gonna get on that list of 400 because I got to make a statement for the kingdom. And I've been saying it, I've been confessing, I've been praying it, I've been working, I've been trusting, I've been believing. And I declare right now, in the name of Jesus, I am a billionaire for the kingdom of God. I decree and declare that my businesses are prospering. Glory to God. And I declare it over you. You are a billionaire. You are a multimillionaire for the kingdom of God, and your businesses are prospering in the— ah, shibo turankaya— in the name of Jesus. I'm so glad my man Byron Allen made that billionaire list. Byron Allen is a born-again, Spirit-filled black man that's a billionaire. Glory to God! And he's worked hard all of his life in a system that works so hard to keep him out. Ah God, Byron Allen owns the Weather Channel. Glory to God! He owns his own television network and production company, and he is a billionaire. I'm telling you right now, it's possible. He's proof it's possible, and the other 400 are proof it's possible even without God. What more can you do with him? Oh my God, that owns everything, can he trust you with it? We got to infiltrate this kingdom, man. Then you have the arch kingdom. This arch kingdom is where we see Oh my God, things being celebrated like sports and recreation and movies and music. You know, we need people in this kingdom. We need theater people to rise up. We need writers and producers. We need more than Tyler Perry and T.D. Jakes. We need, we need people who have these gifts to get in this kingdom. When I realized I had this passion and this gift for media and for celebration I started using it. I got in this kingdom. I'm telling you right now, you got— we got to find our place in these kingdoms and infiltrate and get to the top. Are y'all hearing me? Oh, we— then finally, you have the media kingdom, and the media is a powerful tool that— oh boy, here we go. Manipulates public opinion through TV, through news, through social media, through internet, through blogs, through newspapers. They manipulate public opinion in a heavy way. We need some kingdom news outlets other than— oh my God— CBN and The 700 Club. Glory to God. And And thank God for these guys, but we need some more, and we need some mainstream kingdom networks. Not where we just have a station that's a Christian station. We need to buy CNN. We need to buy— y'all ain't talking to me here. You know, Tyler Perry bought BET, and all you see is Tyler Perry. In a minute, it's going to be TET, Tyler Entertainment Network, because everything you see mostly on BET now is him. But the reality is, that's the move. We need to buy networks and control the programming. That's what he's doing. I mean, he's doing all his stuff, but we need to control it with kingdom-based, like the Kendrick Brothers movies and writers and sitcoms. And news stations, and so that people will actually watch it, enjoy it, but at the same time the fire of God will be on it. Ooh Lord! Ah, Jesus! I gotta get out of here, man. I gotta get out of here. I gotta get out of here. So, yeah, I don't have time, 'cause I was gonna close this and talk about the power to take these kingdoms. I'll start with that. That on Sunday. But I need to pray for you because you have a— my God, you have a place in these kingdoms of the world. And I want to pray that you have clarity on which kingdom you fit in. All right, you know, and I want God to reveal to you a plan so you're not all over the place on how to effectively fit in this kingdom. Can we pray? Can we pray? Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you, I thank you, I so thank you, Lord, and I praise you for the opportunity, Jesus, to teach your people. I praise you, God, God, that for real we have the ability to grow without limits. So Father, first of all, I pray, God, that every person under the sound of my voice, live or by replay, that they'll no longer swim in limited revelation that keeps them bound to a fishbowl, bound to a box. But God, I pray that you will open their heart, their mind, and expose them to the teaching, to the education, the things they need to expand their mindset and expand their influence. I decree and declare, God, that they have the power to grow without limits, and because of that, they'll tap into the authority to take over kingdoms. And I pray right now, God, that you would give them clarity. Give them clarity, God, to— ooh! Find their place in the kingdoms of the world, to figure out where they belong. Speak to them, God. And I rebuke the spirit of religion and redundancy, the spirit of stuck. And I decree and declare that your people are being mobilized right now in the— Yeah, I hear that. God, God says he is taking the cement from your feet and he's placing now moisture under your feet, and your feet shall become as that of an ocean vessel, powered to go across the seas. And the Lord says there will be no limit to your movement. And I'm going to— oshiantatabaya— begin to deposit you into new spaces, new places, and I'm gonna manifest new things to you.
