So tonight, uh, we're starting something that's going to build up over this weekend entitled The Mystery of Dominion. Can you say that? When we say the mystery of dominion, I believe that again freedom comes with responsibility. We taught this all last month. These last two messages I taught, I talked about limitations. One of the things that cause you not to have dominion is the limitations in your life. There are some limitations that are self-imposed, and you got to deal with those so you really could take the place of dominion. So let's just— let's get into this. I'm gonna see if I can get this other mic to work so I won't be tempted to holler and get— because this stuff is going to get good to me, and I don't want to not teach this. Amen. Can y'all hear me now through the mic? All right, all right. So praise God, because I don't want to— like I said, I want to teach this and I want to make sure y'all get it. Praise the Lord. Uh, because again, it's going to get good to me. And if I got that mic in my hand, we might go somewhere else. Praise God. All right, so let's, let's look at scripture. Uh, go to Colossians 1:26. We're going to start there. Praise the Lord. Wonderful Jesus. All right, the Bible says this. It says, even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made— somebody say manifest— to his saints. All right, so I'm gonna come back and deal with that, but I just want to read this for context because I'm getting ready to start saying some stuff. That I don't want you to think I'm making it up, right? So I'm gonna give some contextual idea to what I'm getting ready to say. But I want you to be clear on this verse. Even when we go back to it, I want you to remember there are some things that have been hidden from us for ages, which means we don't know it. We couldn't know it because it was hidden. Can I tell you tonight We're about to see some things through this teaching that have been hidden. That's what a mystery is, and we're going to talk a little bit about that in a moment. So I want you to remember, say, it's been hidden. Now your eyes and say, Lord, in the name of Jesus, say, open my eyes where I can see what I never saw. so I can do what I've never done, so I can understand what I never understood. Say, I receive it in the name of Jesus. Now give God praise if that's the truth. All right, all right, next scripture. Genesis 1:26. Bible says this— 1:28, I'm sorry. And God blessed them And said unto them, be fruitful, multiply, and finish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion— somebody say dominion— over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth. There's another version that says over every creeping thing So that means you got dominion over creeps. Dominion over creeps. Because there's some creeps out there, I'm telling you. You got dominion over them, praise God. All right, we're going to come back to this. I'm just reading this for foundation. All right, Revelation 1:6, the Bible says, and he has made us kings and priests. Wait a minute, not just churchgoers, not just church members, not just religious people who come in here and have a good time, not people that put a Jesus sticker on the back of our car and say we love Jesus. No, we're here to be kings and priests. We'll talk about that in a moment. Unto God and his Father. Wait a minute, we're back to dominion. To him be glory and dominion. So right, I'm gonna just tell one of the reasons God wants you to have dominion is so that glory will come to his name. What if I told you the ultimate level of bringing glory to God's name King. Here, this is dominion. Oh boy, people get it. But it's my goal not to deploy a race or a nation of dancers and worshipers. Y'all ain't got to say much because anybody can praise God. The Bible said let everything that have breath praise. Worship is in order, right? But my goal is not to release dancers but dominators, cuz people will dance all night and never dominate anything. Are y'all hearing this? We'll go to church Sunday morning, Sunday night, Wednesday night, and never dominate Matter of fact, there's so many numbers, and I'm gonna get into a little of this tomorrow, that prove that the church is not dominating. And reality is we got to take our place. We have a lot of good church. We own less property than any demographic. We're broker than any demographic. Well, I ain't, but I'm just— the rest of them are. I'm just gonna tell you for real, because at the end of the day, that's not God's plan for us. Touch yourself and say, "It ain't God's plan for me." Say, "I'm supposed to have dominion." Say, "I'm supposed to be running stuff." That's real, man. Glory to God. So, all right, so we're kings and priests, right? So a mystery, so we're talking again about the mystery of dominion. So we talked about this with the mystery of freedom, but I just want to remind you what a mystery is. So a mystery is a secret previously hidden, but now revealed. Watch this. So that problems can be solved and purpose can be fulfilled. Watch this. It's the freedom of thought and expression. Your mind is free when you get the revelation of a mystery. Mystery. Watch this, it moves the limits and causes you to believe. And that's why— and honestly, you know, normally I would have ran social media ads and did a whole lot of texting out to people, you know, trying to get people in here, but this is for the people that's supposed to be here, that's connected to us in some kind of way. God spoke to me, said this is not something that we're giving to everybody right now. Now them thousand people that's on YouTube, they just kind of— I don't know how they got there tonight. The reality is God said this meeting is for you so that your thought process can be free, so that whatever dominion mandate is on your life. Are y'all hearing this? You can actually do it. So you're going to get some things this weekend that you're going to be able to leave and apply immediately. That's why I got to teach. So this weekend about— because I'm just trying to find you in this teaching vein, because I'm not going to do a whole lot of hollering, a whole lot of screaming, a whole lot of emotionalism. I want you to learn. And if you can, please take notes. Because when you take notes, you retain 68% of what you hear. Are y'all hearing this? If you don't take notes, you only retain about 32%. Okay, so y'all can take that how you want it. I'm just saying it's true. Those numbers don't lie. There's empirical data. All right, okay, all right. So let's, let's jump into this. Let's, let's get into— let me give you some facts about Dominion real quick. Praise God. First of all, y'all see this word every time you come in this building, every time you connect to anything connected to this ministry. The word dominion comes from the Hebrew word rada, and what it means is rulership. Say rulership. It's influence. Say influence. Power. Say power. It's glory, majesty, management, authority. Royalty and leadership. Some powerful words, man. That means if God said in the scripture he wants you to have that, he wants you to have rulership, influence, power, glory, majesty— there's the royalty. He wants you to have management over your fear of influence. He wants you to have real authority. Watch this. Authority is not controlling people. It's not witchcraft. A person that operates in the mantle of dominion has so much influence that people follow voluntarily. Are y'all hearing this? They want to follow because of the authority that you emit out of your life. People see the authority and the light of dominion that comes through you, and they want to sign up for what you're doing because you represent Rada, not this church. You represent the dominion mandate. And you cannot even talk about dominion, man, and you don't talk about leadership, which means we should be the head. And not the tail. Are y'all with me? Okay, next, next thing. Dominion is not Plan B, it's God's Plan A. Y'all hearing this? He ain't changed his mind. We read in Genesis 1:28. Many people have put it on the back burner because guess what? They feel it's not achievable. They've lost hope that we actually can have dominion. Are y'all with me tonight? This is not a Plan B. It might happen. No, if we do what we got to do, it will happen. Oh boy. Okay, let me, let me move. All right, it's not Plan B. Say it's Plan A. Now watch this. As kingdom citizens you have two choices. These are the only two choices as a child of God. You can take dominion, or you can make a departure. Most people in the church have chosen the latter. They have a spirit of escapism. Most church folk are living to go to heaven. They got their bags packed, looking out the window saying, when Jesus gonna crack the sky? Oh Lord, I can't wait till the rapture. Everybody's ready to go when we ain't even did what we need to do. What?

Where you going?

You might not want to try to go too 'Cause what I hate for you to do is stand before him. He said, well, I mean, y'all had good church, but y'all never took control of the earth. Oh my God. So you got to choose, are you going to have demeanor or are you just going to run from everything? Most of the time when purpose is presented in front of us and destiny and God's plan, instead of undergirding most people say, oh, that's too big, and they depart. But you have the power, you have the authority to take dominion. Say, I'm a dominionaire. Hallelujah. Yeah, that— you ought to adopt that for real. Somebody asked me, said, well, I was talking to someone in a meeting earlier this week, said, Dr. Woods, well, I just got to ask you a personal question. Question. Are you a millionaire? Are you a billionaire? I said no, neither. I'm a dominionaire. I'm an heir to dominion through Genesis 1:28. So which means wherever I put my hands, it prospers. Are y'all hearing this? This is the thinking you got to have. All right, so say it with me. Say, I'm a dominionaire. Yeah, we gonna make some dominionaires Glory to God. Now, this— okay, this right here, this part right here, because most folk don't want to talk about this, but death is a prerequisite to dominion. I come in, Jesus. Says, I'm— okay, here we go— for me to live is Christ, but to die is gain. Okay, so I live in him, but everything I desire, it has to die. You can't take dominion doing your own thing. You gotta kill your dreams, kill your personal ambition. If you're gonna have dominion, there's some stuff you got to look at in your life and say, you gotta die. Okay, Paul said it like this: present your body a living sacrifice. Sound like death to me. Holy and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable— your legit cause in Greek— your thought-through, thought-out service. So when you think about— Prophet was talking about it when she was prophesying earlier— how much God loves you, it's reasonable, it makes sense for you to lay down your life. Are y'all hearing this? To give up your desire Now here's the other part of this. I probably should have said this first because first natural, then spiritual. I gave you spiritual part, but this part is really for grown folk. If you really gonna have dominion, at some point in your maturity you're gonna have to ask yourself this question: when will I die? Because guess what? I don't care how deep and wonderful you are. One day you gonna die. Are y'all hearing this? And the Bible said God declared an end from the beginning. Now we spiritualize then, talk about purpose, talk about that. No, he declared your end.

He—

you gonna die. Are y'all hearing this? He said of Job, it's appointed unto a man once to die. Are y'all hearing this? So the death appointment is there. You need to know when it is. Don't ask if you ain't ready. But let me tell you what this knowledge does for you. It adjusts the disciplines in your life. When you understand I got to 70 or 75 or to 80 or to 60 You start doing things different. You maximize your time differently. You ever talk to somebody, a report that they had 6 months to live? They start thinking differently. Are y'all hearing this? We see less GoFundMe pages. If people knew when they were 'Cause you might get enough sense to buy some life insurance, right? The reality is you gotta ask that question if you wanna be a dominator, 'cause now you're gonna start living life according to purpose. Okay, I gave y'all the spiritual part first. I don't know about that, but I don't wanna know that. But listen, if you wanna have dominion, you need to understand that. You know where you're going. Someone said, "No, I don't wanna know. Just surprise me. Just take me in my sleep." Say dominion is achievable. So when God commanded us to have dominion, so basically what he was saying was this. He said, one, I want you to be in charge of the earth like God is in charge of heaven. Yes, say dominion is achievable. Because watch this, Earth was never meant to be separate from heaven. It was created to be a colony of heaven. Okay, let me take you back. In the beginning, God created heaven and earth. So Earth was a planet that was designed for mankind to to rule. It was only sin that brought the separation. When the second Adam came, he brings us back to it. He hadn't changed his mind. He still wants us to rule. We ought to be ruling earth like God rules heaven. Paul said he saw a pattern of the things in heaven. He said he was in prayer and God showed him a pattern of the things that were in heaven for him to exhibit on earth. So if you spend enough time with God, he'll show you how things operate, show you who you are and how you're supposed to manifest that in the earth. We got too many people that don't know God who are in charge of his stuff. The earth is the Lord's. Oh my God, I feel Jesus. That's why I had to put that mic over there. The earth is the Lord's. It belongs to him. So we his people, we ought to be running it. Oh God. Oh yeah, we ought to be running the earth. Say that with me. Say, I'm large and in charge. Hallelujah. All right, number 2. So he said when he commands us to have dominion— I'm just laying some background here— he wants us to make sure that the affairs of earth are in order. We be worrying about Trump. Man, my Mexican guy I get tacos from, I can't even find the dude no more. He done took the little cart off the street. And when I finally did see him, I said, hey man, wait, where you been? He said, ice, man, ice. He said, come by house. I'm like, no, right, come to your house. But I'm just saying, this craziness is in control. But we need some people who understand who they are. So we can get a kingdom-minded president. Are y'all hearing it for real? Kingdom-minded mayors, kingdom-minded governors, kingdom-minded senators, kingdom-minded people in Congress, kingdom entrepreneurs. Are y'all hearing this? So we can make sure the affairs of earth— we can't do it if we ain't in charge. You can do a prayer about it, but God wants to position us where we make a change in it. Amen. All right, so let's get into these main points. I'm almost done. So let's, let's go back to Colossians 1:3. So this, this is— this 1:26, this is the application of dominion right here, right? This is is the prerequisite to the application. This really is the revelation. Say revelation.

Revelation.

He says, even the mystery which has been hid. So again, this thing that we have not known was hid. A lot of preachers don't teach about dominion. Matter of fact, this— oh boy, help me, Lord. The only message Jesus taught. Are y'all hearing this? But it's the least taught message today. All that Jesus taught was kingdom dominion. The word kingdom is the king's domain. That's all it is. It's the basilia in Greek. It's his dominion. It's his rule. It's his authority. That's all Jesus taught.

Taught.

But we teach more of everything else. We be motivating folk, telling folk how to keep their blood pressure down, 3 points and a hoop, trying to get the people to run and hyped up. And, and all of that stuff has its place in our culture, right? But we got to be taught how to take over, because you're not alive to take sides with the world. Are y'all hearing this?

You're alive to take over.

Your heart is beating because there's something in you that's got to take over your fear of influence. Oh God, have mercy. The area where you're greatest gifted— so this is the mystery Folk grew up in church never really understanding how they fit in the world. Are y'all hearing this? But God says now it's made manifest to the saints. Here's the important thing about revelation, y'all. Where there's no revelation, there will always be violation. When something is not revealed, you'll violate it. It. Most people are violating their life because their true life hasn't been revealed. If I didn't know the purpose of my wife, I would violate her. We don't know the purpose of your children, you'll violate them. So people have to be revealed. Watch this, you must begin to demand that people get a revelation of you. Because people will size you up based on the outward ability to see. They'll look at you and try to size you up by how you look, what you dress, where you went to school, where you come from. You cannot let people into your world to whom you have not been revealed. You're hearing this? You can let people close and they have no idea who you are. You're setting yourself up for pain. You're setting yourself up for violation. You got to shut down everybody. Are y'all hearing this? Do not fit, because where there's no revelation, there's always violation. My wife can deal with me. She got a grace to be married to me. We record— we've been recording episodes for our podcast. Chairs. And, um, we were talking about the grace on the last episode to be together. And one of the things I said to the people, she has the grace to be with me. And I said, somebody else would have left me a long time ago. And then everybody was looking. I was like, yeah, but somebody else would leave you a long time ago too, because you need to find the person who's got the grace to deal with you. So y'all looking at me like, oh, what Apostle doing? No, you know, you too. You need to find somebody that's got the grace to handle your day-to-day. Are y'all hearing this? Are they— you ain't gonna make it. So you gotta make sure you are revealed. When you ain't been revealed, people devalue you. They won't celebrate who God says you are. And you'll end up demoting yourself for their lack of revelation. You can go on these jobs and people won't see your value. They'll talk like they see your value. Are y'all hearing this? Because they want to keep extrapolating out of you what you're bringing to the table, but the way they pay you is proof. Y'all ain't got to talk to me. That they don't understand who you are. Okay, okay, y'all must have got cold. Okay, that's all right, I'm going just take my jacket off. I don't want to go through hell. I don't need that. All right, so say, I must be revealed. Come on, say it again. Say, I must be revealed. Do not settle for casual, because in the next season you have to roll with people who know you. Know them who labor among you. Are y'all hearing this? You trying to embrace folk that don't have no idea where you're going and what you're about. Y'all let that go. Say revelation. All right, so he says this, this mystery now I want to show you so you don't violate the dominion mandate. I want to show you what it really means to unlock your dominion purpose and actually walk in it. Are y'all hearing me? So you won't violate your life in any way anymore. I go to Genesis 1:28. We, we, we're getting somewhere. We're going back. So it says, and God blessed them. Let's stop right there. The word blessed is makarios in Hebrew, which means he imparted to them the quality of deity. So makarios means that you have an indwelt quality of deity. Not only did he bless Adam and Eve He blessed every human that came out of them. We just haven't tapped into the dimensions of that blessing. Watch this. Baptized with the Holy Ghost, speaking in tongues, and still don't understand the deity. God is in you for real. And watch this, when you align with his plan you can function in his authority. Okay, this is gonna make sense in a minute. Say, I'm blessed. Rub your belly. Say, God is in me. Say, for real. Watch this. God blessed them, and then I love this part, and said to them— God can speak. There's something called anthropomorphism. Whenever you read that God has a mouth, ears, eyes, he actually has them. So this is an anthropomorphic term that said that God actually spoke to them for real. But anthropomorphism also means that it morphs into all those who come in alignment with what he said. So if he said it to Adam and Eve, it also applies to us. Watch this. God is a king, and when kings speak, whatever they say, it's law. So the king says something out of his mouth, this is it. So this is not optional. This is a mandate. He says, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air and upon every living thing that moveth upon the earth. The key to this whole verse, because none of this other stuff happens without fruitfulness— say fruitfulness— you can't really multiply until you're fruitful. Unless you multiply unfruitfulness. And that ain't God's will for you to multiply unfruitfulness, although there are a lot of people doing it. They multiply unfruitfulness, and that's the results they always see in their life. But God says, I want you to be fruitful. This word fruitful is a powerful word. It's parah in Hebrew. And it means take what I gave you and produce what I gave you is designed to produce. So let's use an example. So they had an apple seed in their hand. God didn't give them apples, he gave them apple seed. He didn't give them oranges. I hear in this. He didn't give him plums. He gave him seed. Take what I gave you and produce what you need, because the seed already has an assignment. Can I submit to you, you already have a seedbed in your life that's been given instructions that once you sow the gift into the earth, it's designed to produce fruit. Let me show you what this process looks like. Let me put this slide up here because y'all looking at me funny. Okay, okay, so watch this. Say, my gift must be applied now. So this is how— this is first key to fruitfulness, and I'm going to give you the rest of it. You get the revelation of the Dominion. You're the revelation of who you are in the kingdom. And I'm telling you, there are a myriad of gifts in this room. There are many untapped and have— that have not even been seen yet. There are things about you you don't know. Oh boy, there, there's still things about me I don't know, but this season is requiring revelation that I can make application of, because revelation without application is constipation. Somebody look at me crazy. Y'all know what that is, right? Constipation means it's stuck, you're straining, it's a struggle. Y'all from the South, y'all know what constipation what that is. We've all been there, done that. Growing up, my mama had a remedy for it— castor oil. I said, you a devil, lady, making me drink that. This is the devil. That stuff nasty, man. But it did work, right? What revelation does when you make application— revelation becomes a laxative. To get your dominion purpose released in the earth. That's why you can't connect with things that constantly constipate you. Are y'all hearing this? If you know certain fools are going to do that to you It's wise to stay away from that. That's why you can't follow everybody's timeline. You can't go to everybody's conference because some of the stuff is doing nothing but constipating you. Some people have been delayed all these years 'Cause they set up, got good teaching, got a good word, choir did good, praise team did good, but they never got revelation that they can make application of that can relieve them of the constipation. Let's see what that looks like. Let's see what it looks like, okay, here's the first thing, here's the first piece. So if you really want to be fruitful, the first thing you got to do is understand is that your gift and your talent produces service. Somebody say service. We got so many people who recognize their gift and talent, and instead of serving Shannon with the give. They want to sell the gift. Here's an example. Here's an example. I could have very well created an online ticket and charged them thousand people that's watching us tonight. If I'd have charged $97 per head, I'd have had $97,000 to go toward this new building. Y'all ain't got to talk to me here, but God told me to take the things he's given me and Oh, come on, man. So, so at the end of the day, when you really got given talent— I can use Pastor Jeff for example. He can't— I tried to pay him when he first got here. He serves with his gift. Are y'all hearing this? We're not here to prostitute what God gave us. Oh, but your gift should become service. Somebody say service. We want lights and cameras and action. We want popularity, and our ambition have drove us to be fee-driven people. The devil is a liar. God gave it freely to us, and freely we should give. Okay, okay, that service, when you do it correctly, it produces credibility. A lot of people try to build credibility on their own. Credibility comes when you do what you do well. Now people can take for granted that when you show up— are y'all hearing this?— you going to do your job correctly. You're going to give them what they need because you credible. Listen, you ought to be take for granted that every time you come through those doors, those of you online, that every time you log on to our YouTube channel. You ought to be able to take for granted that when I grab this mic, I've been with God and I'm going to tell you what God said. That's credibility. You should not be wondering, well, is Apostle going to compromise because of this? Is he going to compromise to get people? Is he going to lie to get— do that? No, you, you have to be credible. Credibility is a crown. It's a crown for those that walk in dominion. We cannot influence the world if we ain't credible. But watch what credibility does. Oh my God, watch what credibility does. Put it up here for you. Credibility produces influence. Y'all remember this word inside of Dominion? So if you really want to have dominion You got to serve, become credible through your service. Because watch this, if you actually get some credibility, then people will pay you for what you do. They won't mind paying you. Y'all ain't got to say nothing. Listen, listen, let me use Vicki. Vicki been doing health for a long time. Mertis is one of her clients. You can't tell me Mertis would be sitting in her chair if Vicki had not established credibility with her hair. Vicki served into credibility, and now she don't think twice. Matter of fact, I heard her say Vicki went out of town on a vacation. She wondering when her stylist was coming back. Are y'all hearing this? Because credibility, she don't even want to go nowhere else. It produces influence. Well, when you have do something— oh, y'all ain't got to say nothing. That's why no matter how small we are, everything in me is going to do stuff in excellence every time, because at the end of the day, I'm doing it for him. Them. And it has to be credible. Somebody say credible. Because that produces influence. Watch this. Influence sustained— here we go, I'm almost done— produces an atmosphere. Oh boy. So watch this. When you're really a person of influence, you create an atmosphere that people want to be So when you're walking in dominion, you have to create such an atmosphere in your business, such an atmosphere in your life that people want to be where you are and around what you're doing. Okay, let me just go back. Let me go back. Yeah, so let's go back to where Benny Hinn was packing out a wrench. Benny Hinn was packing out arenas, man. People come, people be outside in lines trying to get in to see Benny. I mean, they come in, the man's be saying, Pastor Benny, this guy was outside, he got healed in the line. I mean, it was, but guess what? They were doing that, Roz, because Benny served in the credibility. Are y'all hearing this? His anointing created an atmosphere that people— see, I've been to those crusades and you had to want to be in the atmosphere where they worship for hours. Some of y'all be complaining about our long worship, but you wouldn't have survived at a Benny Hinn crusade. 4, 5 hours, nothing but worship. Worship. And then after the worship, watch this, they just go asking people, what happened to you? Because God comes in and be doing the healing, and all Benny got to do is go— God be done did the work. Influence produces atmosphere, but an atmosphere brings about change. Oh glory, that's what we're here for. So watch this, let's take it out of the church. Let's find your fear of influence. You got to create an atmosphere that you can bring about change everywhere you go. Watch this, you'll be remembered for one or two things: the problems you create or the problems you solve. Watch this. Here's the enemy of trying to operate in fruitfulness. It's called chaos. Whenever there's chaos, fruitfulness is hindered. Watch this. Chaos is the default setting of the world. Thank you, Lord. Okay, let me just work that a minute, because some of y'all look at me like, huh? Yeah, okay, let me just work it. The Bible says, in the beginning God created heaven and earth. Verse 2, and the earth was without form, void, darkness was upon the face of the deep. Watch the revelation here. Nothing was living in verse 2 because life cannot exist in chaos. Oh Lord, God had to go through and build order before he put man on earth. He eliminated chaos because chaos is built in the atmosphere, it's built in the ground. Are y'all hearing this? It's built in the world. The world leans to chaos. There's something called entropy that says whenever you cannot achieve the desires of your hearts, entropy says you go back to your default setting, which is chaos. Watch this, it's chaotic not to be walking out the will of God. You ever met a chaotic person? When they show up— Holy Jesus— they will drain all the energy out of you. I mean, you could be in a good atmosphere in the house and the chaotic person come in. Yeah. Oh Lord, they here. You can have a family function and you know that chaotic one They come in the door the loudest. They come in looking at— looking for trouble. They come because they shift the atmosphere with their chaos. And watch what happens— most people gravitate to it. Yeah, that's what it is, Pastor Jeffrey, it's drama. Chaos creates limitations on the in you. That's why you got to find atmospheres that are conducive to change, where the chaos has been removed. Oh God, me and Myrtle was walking through our new building. She, she's, she's the realtor for the church, uh, this week. I'm telling you, we finna do this thing, man. I was walking through our new building and, uh, I'm claiming it, but But, Mertis, it was so much chaos. It was stuff everywhere. I hope the man ain't watching this video, but I'm just telling the truth. I'm like, how y'all operating under the auspices of God's name with all this junk? And then it's a house on the property, and we walked through the house It was the most atrocious smell in the atmosphere. I mean, when I walked in, I did this. I don't know, Mercy saw me. She might have thought I was drunk in the spirit or something. That funk hit me so hard. I said, 'Lord have mercy, what's going on?' And God spoke to me. He said, 'Son, this is an atmosphere that's not conducive to fruitfulness.' He says nothing can grow in this atmosphere because it's out of order. So if you really want to have dominion, you gotta check your atmospheres. Check the folk you letting in and out of your life. Half of the reason God ain't released some of the stuff he promised is because we've had too many people hanging around that he don't want to share the blessing with. I got to go, I got to go. Okay, so, so here we go. So atmosphere produces change, change produces seed. Oh boy, watch it. So again, that seed bed now, cuz you get changed, you see who you are, you see what you need to be sowing in purpose, and you give that to the world, and it produces dominion. It brings forth fruit, and that fruit produces dominion. Now watch this. Have you bagged those things up? Maybe you don't have dominion because you don't have no fruit. And maybe you have no fruit because you have no seed. Maybe you have no seed because you haven't really been changed. Maybe you don't have an atmosphere because you have not submitted to influence. Maybe you don't have influence because you have no credibility. Maybe you have no credibility because you have not served. Over here, this is a mystery of the me, and a lot of people don't have it. And this is a while. Are y'all here? I got to get out of here, man. So that's, that's the application and the revelation. Let's go to Revelation 1:6. This is the manifestation of dominion. How do we get it out? Here we go. And have made us— say us.

Us.

Notice that's lower K, kings and priests unto God and his Father. A king is a royal authority. You cannot say you're a king if you do not have territory. Every king has a territory. So let me just let— help you know who you are. You are king, and God has assigned territory to your mantle. But he also says you are priests. A priest is an intercessor. You cannot walk in dominion if you're not an intercessor. An intercessor goes to God— watch this— on behalf of others. Intercession has a session with God, enters into a session with God and has an interview with God on behalf of others. Listen, if all you pray for is your four and no more— some of y'all catch that on 675— your prayers are fueled with you and your house. But a real intercessor is praying for the condition of the world. Is praying for all of those connected to their domain, the areas where they are influential. Ah, God. And you're not doing this so you could get glory, but you're doing it so he can get glory, and that dominion that comes from him can come through you. Watch this, this is what I love about it. He says this dominion happens forever and ever. I was thinking about this today and the Lord spoke to me. He said, son, what I'm doing in you is not for you. Because I was wondering, why would you have me build something like Rada City at 56? Why would you have me embark upon a vision like that? He said, because it ain't for you. Are y'all hearing this? And then he started talking to me. He said, son, The real blessing is going to start in the third generation. He said there's power in the third dimension, the power in the third generation. I said, God, what are you saying? He said, think about this: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, the third generation. Abraham was the father of the faith. Isaac was the progenitor of Jacob, but Jacob gave birth to the 12 tribes of Judah, of Israel, that came— oh, y'all ain't talking— that gave us Jesus. He says outer court, inner court, holy of holies, third dimension. Now start thinking about my own life. I'm a third generation preacher. My grandfather, my daddy, me. But then, watch this, my sons get my daddy, me and them. Are y'all hearing this? Some of you are third generation entrepreneurs, third generation educators. Are y'all hearing me? You have to tap into where you fit and be okay with where you are. 'Cause some of the things you'll do, you won't experience all of it. That's why you got to know when you'll die, because will you still do it knowing that you will be dead and never experience it? Oh God, have mercy. Okay, okay, go to Isaiah 9:6. Let me show you this. The manifestation of dominion requires a mantle. Say a mantle. This mantle is called misra. Say that word. Say misra. Let's look at the text and then I'm gonna break that down. Ah, and I'm almost done. I just sound long, y'all. Glory to God. The Bible says this, Isaiah 9:6 and 7. It says, for unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government— say government— shall be upon his shoulder. His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Now this is the context of this mantle. It's a governmental mantle. This is not a Christmas scripture. This is a government scripture. We done took this and put mangers out, and that's all we talk about when we talk about this. But God, he's talking about so much more than that. First of all, the child is born in you. Although he was born in Bethlehem, when you got born again, he, he was born in you. And then watch this: the son was given to you. I love this part. Daughters are just born, sons are given. If you got sons— that's why I'm thankful God gave me sons. It lets me know that if I mess up, he's got 3 more dudes that's got my DNA. Y'all not talking. Or if I do well, these 3 dudes will have the inheritance. That's why— watch this— the inheritance of your— leave an inheritance to your children's children, third generation. Are y'all hearing it? So, so God gives us a seed in Jesus. Oh, this is so good. So that we can carry out the mandate of government. Here we go. The government's on his shoulder, not yours. He's carrying this thing. All you got to do is manifest it. Good God Almighty. He's the King of Kings. Are y'all hearing that? So when you find your domain, he has the government and the systems that you need to carry out who you are. Oh boy, I hope y'all get this, man. His name— here we go— his identity shall be called number one, Wonderful, one that brings wonder. The Lord will make a wonder out of you for real, because if you let his wonder flow through you, you ain't got to be a 4-day wonder and make yourself a wonder. If you embrace his government, his wonder will flow out of you and people will look at you And they'll wonder how she gets so blessed. They'll wonder how she get all that money. They'll wonder why he has so much authority and power, because he's the wonderful one and the glory is for him. Watch this— counselor. This ain't, this ain't a therapist, this is a legal word. Word. Are y'all hearing this? Your lawyer, if you ever have to go to court, he's a counselor. He is skilled in giving you information regarding the letter of the law. Watch this. Jesus knows the laws of the kingdom. This is why you need relationship with him, so you can understand how the kingdom works. He's the mighty God. The Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Peace is shalom, which is the presence of assistance. Peace is not the absence of confusion, it's the presence of assistance. I said all this to say you're not doing this alone. Dominion is a tall order, but you don't have to do it by yourself. The enemy wants to— watch this— divide you from God and divide you from one another. If he can divide not just in here, but if he could divide the body of Christ where we don't celebrate each other, where we're too insecure to embrace someone that has what we need. Oh boy, I was talking to my son 2 days ago, Apostle Brandon, and I told him he, he was concerned about just some darts people throwing at him. I said, son, it's only because when people throw at you, they want to be you. You have something they want. Are y'all hearing this? So they're attacking you because there's something you have that they they don't. Are y'all hearing this? You can't get upset when the enemy wages war. Are y'all hearing this? Because if you are anointed in any way, whether it's to do business, whether it's to preach, whether it's to prophesy, whether it's the same, you better believe the devil is coming because he's a hitman and you're on his hit list. And he wants to stop the move of God. I got to get out of here, man. Oh boy. I said the government is on his shoulder. See, this text is a description— good God— of Jesus's management of souls, systems and societies. Y'all hear me? So Jesus wants to manage souls, systems, and society. How does he do that? He needs you and I. Matter of fact, the only reason your heart is beating— because there's a level of dominion you must exercise in the world. Glory to God. That's again why you need to know when you'll die, so you make sure you're not wasting time. Oh God, somebody say, you still on that, Apostle? I had left that alone. Yeah, cuz I, I want you really to take that seriously. But again, it's a place of maturity you have to get to to even ask that question. Watch this. So the word Sarah in Hebrew is misra. The Bible says she received strength when she was past age. Let's go to it. Let's just go to it. Hebrews 11:11, it says, through faith also Sarah herself received strength or power were. Here we go. To conceive seed. That's the seed again. That, that's that seedbed of dominion, right? And was delivered of a child when she was past age. For those of you that think it's too late, listen, I'm 56. I'm telling you, I'm getting ready to build something called Rada City on those 33 acres around the corner for this church. Listen, I sent my wife an email, uh, today after me and Myrna went and looked at the building. It's because, because I'm all— my ways of funding this project is rolling. So I just said, okay, we're gonna just go ahead and put everything in place. So even though we believe in God's supernatural, we're gonna buy this building cash. I got an email back from the bank today saying we're pre-approved for the $1.1 million. I sent her the uh, letter, the email today when I got it back. So just having that in place, right? Because— but we believe in God. But I know if we need it, we can go get it. Are y'all hearing this? And people will say I'm past age to be dreaming like that, but the devil is a liar. Again, it's not for me, it's for my children's children. It's for your children's children. Are y'all hearing this? The Bible says because she judged him faithful. See, you can't stop trusting in God's ability to produce dominion through you. Can I submit to you? He's promised you dominion. He's promised you authority, leadership, influence. Somebody watching me, it's not too late. Stir that gift and that seed that's in your belly. I'm gonna get out of here, man. Say the mantle of Mishra. Listen, this is the government that was on the shoulders of Christ that manifests to us for our benefit, because we're the body, right? If it's on his shoulders, it's a part of the body. Are y'all hearing this? We're his authority, we're his armor, we're his arsenal, and God is using us to bring forth eternal Dominion. Listen, not personal ambition, not personal dreams, not trying to prove something to somebody. Let me tell you something, people of dominion, dominionaires, live for the audience of one. They live to please him. Are y'all hearing this? This mantle makes us stratospheric agents. Watch this, man. To take control of the airways in the spirit. See, the reason demonic principalities, princes in their palaces, have so much authority in regions is because we have not emerge to dominance as stratospheric agents in the realm of the spirit. We too busy on the floor shouting and falling out, but we didn't get up and emerge. Are y'all hearing this? John 15 says, every branch in me that bear not fruit It's the fruitfulness of the mean again. He takes it away. The first verse says that Jesus says, I'm the vine, my Father is the husbandman, ye are the branches. So we're the branches. What I don't want to happen— are y'all hearing this— is to be a branch that's not bearing fruit. And he takes me out of the equation of being someone he needs to bring forth fruit. Are y'all here? So you gotta stay on the vine. How do you stay on the vine? You got to be fruitful. And every branch that bear fruit, he purges it, he cleans it off. Purges it or picks it so it can be used, so it can bring forth more fruit. There's a difference in being taken away and being purged. Are y'all hearing this? God is cleansing us, our heart, so he can get the full glory out of our life. I gotta go, y'all. I'm closing with this. Go to Genesis 11— no, Matter of fact, we're gonna just stay right there. We ain't going nowhere else. I'm gonna close with this. So this means— because when I was in prayer today, the Lord said, son, if people are going to move in dominion, they must be circumcised in the spirit. I said, what are you saying, God? He said— and this is how he said— he said, their face must be circumcised. Face. And I start thinking about it. He said, your eyes are in your face, your lips are in your face, your nose is in your face, your ears are in your face. He said they can't see my face because their face hasn't been circumcised. He says you gotta purge or circumcise the face. So I start breaking this down, right? In the face, first thing you got to circumcise is your lips. It cuts away what should not be said. Head. So you got to circumcise your negative talk. Are y'all hearing me? And you gotta do that so you can mature in your speech. You realize the world you live in is shaped by your words. You are what you say. Stop saying I'm broke. You find something else. I'm between blessings. Find something else to say, or just say what the Lord said. Stop saying you're sick, say you're healed. See, if you're faithful in taking dominion over little things, God will make you rule over many. Second thing he showed me, he said, you got to circumcise the eyes. It cuts away natural vision. Sight is a matter of the eyes. Vision is a matter of the heart. You got to be circumcised in your eyes so you can see God's vision through your spiritual heart. When your eyes are circumcised, you'll stop looking at what you should not be looking at. And I ain't talking about stuff in the flesh. I'm talking about external circumstances that speak loudly to you and tell you, you'll never be able to do that, you'll never be able to achieve that, you'll— nothing will never change, things will stay the same. You got to purify your eyes. And look at what God says. Are y'all here? I'm almost done, man. You got to circumcise your ears. This cuts away blockages where you're giving a deaf ear to things you need to be listening to. Watch this. Some people, we are deaf to truth. Soon as truth come forth, they shut down. They won't even let it in because it's the truth that makes you free, right? You cannot get truth unless you learn it, because you shall know truth. Everything you know, you learned. Are y'all hearing me? So you gotta take the position, but learn to open your ears and learn truth. So you gotta— oh boy— purify your ear so you can hear and not hear. I pray that a lot. Lord, help me to hear and not hear, because a lot of times people are saying one thing, but if you listen, they're saying something else. I'm almost done. Last That's one. I think you gotta circumcise the heart. This is good because what this does, it sharpens your discernment, takes away your reliance on natural senses, natural ways of doing things. Things. You need the discernment of God. Matter of fact, it also cuts away the hardness of heart, the stubbornness, the bitterness of heart. It cuts away sin. Say, Lord, circumcise my heart. And what it does, it causes you to walk in God's ways, embrace his plan. Here's the last one: God wants you sensitive to the spirit. So you got to circumcise your nose, because if you're sniffing around everything— are y'all hearing this? You don't know what's God, what's you, and what's the devil. You need sensitivity to the things of the spirit so you could take them in. In you. Did y'all learn anything tonight? Y'all stand on your feet. I'm done. Glory to God. Say, I was created to rule, to have authority, to be fruitful through my service. Say, my service will release credibility. Say, my credibility will cause influence. Say, my influence will create an atmosphere. Say, the atmosphere will cause change. Say, the change will create a seed, and the seed will create fruit, and the fruit will bring forth dominion. Say, I declare today I'm a dominionaire. I was created to rule and I will walk out this authority in you. In Jesus' name, amen. And thanks be to God. If you believe it, shout with your mouth. Come on, if you believe you're a Dominionaire, shout about it. Come on, I need my Dominionaires. I'm telling you, God's about to to put a comma in your income. So Father, I decree and declare that even as we've spoken the word tonight, that angels are bringing to pass dominion in our lives, and we receive it now in Jesus' name. Clap your hands again and give God praise. Hallelujah. Come here, Dr. Payne. The Lord gave me a word for you this week. I want to pray for you. Come here real quick, brother. Just stand with her.

This is what I saw. I saw wings like an airplane that was extruding from your arms. I saw the front of the airplane coming out the top of your head. I saw the wheels of the airplane coming out of your stomach, and you were prostrate on a runway, and the plane was moving. And the Lord said, Michael, when you see her, tell her she's been cleared for takeoff. He said he's about to launch you into new dimensions that you have not seen before. God said the way it is now is not the way it's gonna be. And then he began to add to it. He said, tell her I set her where she's been for the last 10 years. I set her there only to settle her. And settling— by settling I mean, and this is what I saw, he said, I'm settling you in who you are. I've built your confidence in this place. I've groomed you for this flight. He said, I sent you there to settle you and to season you. You are very intelligent, and God said you will not be constrained by the environment you're in. He said you're clear for takeoff. This plane is moving and it's ready to lift off. He said, I set you there to settle you, to season you, so you can soar. And God said, this is the season to soar. He said, when you board this flight, when you on for the flight, because God said there are going to be many that step into your plane and you're going to fly them into seasons that they could have never adhered to except they boarded your plane and connected with your wisdom and connected to your knowledge. And he began to speak to me. He said, you're one of them, son. I gotta get on that plane. And the The things we want to do with our school and in education, you will be a key in helping us fly into this next dimension. But God said, like me, there'll be men of God and just regular people who are called to education who will call upon you, and they'll have to board your plane. I saw an agency, and this agency is designed to push push Kingdom education to the forefront of this world. He said he's gonna break your comfort zone. He said, because this is comfortable, but God says, I'm gonna push you into this dimension, and once you get airborne, there'll be no stopping you. This plane is going to hit all of the continents of the world. I even see you building education systems in third world countries. The revenue is going to be so great that you'll be able to sow schools into third world nations. Hey, I see kings and queens and prime ministers calling upon this place. But God said, this shall be your legacy. He said, I'm not finished with you. Until you soar. Father, ah, for the soaring. Somebody bless the Lord in this place. Lift your your hands up, everybody. I hear you, Father. And I say unto you, my little ones, tonight I've called you into a vision that's greater than your natural sight. I say unto you, you shall see right before your eyes the things I have presented before you come to pass. For I say unto you, my little ones, tonight no that nothing is too hard for me. And know, my little ones, that nothing is impossible with me. And know this, said the Lord, that my sky vaults have come open, and I have shown thee favor. And whatsoever you need, I have provided. And I say unto you tonight, my dear ones, that your latter days shall be greater than your pass. And your days ahead shall be filled with great joy and great increase and great profit. For yea, I've called this ministry, said the Lord, to be an example of dominion. I've called this house Rother Church so that people will know where dominion lives. Rother City must be erected it so people will see my glory in this region. It's not about a man or a person, but it shall be about my place. And I shall show you great and mighty things that your eyes have never seen, saith the Lord. So trust me and remain faithful to me, for the days ahead will be filled with love and joy, and my glory will be revealed, says the Lord. Somebody give God praise in this building. And, um, sometimes you end up in places you didn't ever think you would be, even though you've gotten words that you're going to be with people you never thought you would be with. You're going to be in places that you never thought you would be. And, um, I'm a kingdom person. Dominion. Dominion. And I started a program almost 2 years ago, and, um, the first class was on the Dominion Mandate. And I've been in church a long time, but I never understood Kingdom, and I didn't understand Dominion. And it changed me, and that change has led me down a different path, and it led led me to Rada and Dominion people, because it's important to find your tribe, try find people that think like you, that talk like you, that see what you see. And, and trust God. He mentioned the property. I looked online, all the different websites for churches, and, um, Last Saturday I was sitting at my desk studying for school and I just stopped and I said, Lord, show me what's available that I have not seen. I said, it's got to be something else in Atlanta. And I was in front of my computer, I Googled churches for sale in Atlanta, and the first church that popped up was the church in Ellenwood. And I looked at that church and I started looking at the pictures, and I'm beyond— I felt the Holy Ghost. I was sitting there and I was like, this is the church. It was Saturday night and I sent it to Apostle and he said, you know, I answered immediately. He's like, I like this one. And I said, I got a good feeling about it.

He said, me too.

And the realtor don't even have a sign sign in front of the church. How people gonna find the church but God, right? But huh, it was hidden in plain sight. Apostle said he drove by that building 2 years ago with his wife and he said something like that would be a great place for our next location. By God. So, amen. Um, I'm just honored to be able to work with him and to work with, with you all because it's going to be a great, great place. And Ryder City, oh my God, the story is— it's going to be a story when this is over. It is going to be a story where this is over. So just Continue to pray, believe God, and we're gonna take the land. We walked the land, we already know, we put on the property, we put on the property. He started doing like this and making noises. He said, I feel something in my spirit, and I'm thinking, me too. Amen, amen. So we're gonna be back here be here, um, tomorrow. What if it snows? You're gonna be here?
