If I had to explain chiropractic in under a minute, let me see if I can do that. Like any health provider field, there's a science, there's an art, and there's the philosophy. The science of chiropractic is very similar to what you would get in a medical care diplomat education. The only time we then deviate from their approach is we do not do interventional medicine, nor do we prescribe what's called legend drugs, things you need a prescription for to get filled at a pharmacy. The art of chiropractic is how that practitioner would then do what. Our basic philosophy is that your brain and spinal cord control and coordinate all function in the body. The skull protects the brain and the vertebrae of your back protect that precious spinal cord, which again controls and coordinates all function in the body. All function in the body. If there's pressure on that system, and research has shown as little as the weight of a dime on those nerves that exit that spinal cord and go where? Your heart, your lungs, your kidney, your pancreas, your liver are all going to diminish optimal function, which is eventually a symptom.
