Well, you could take the approach that most people are not litigious. They're going to people, and if they, God willing, like you, then they trust you. They're going to give you an opportunity if you can explain, certainly if they've never been before. Incredible to me is I attract a lot of people who've never been before. Out of the 40 or 50 new patients a month, 10 to 15 to maybe 20 have never been to a chiropractor before. And it's not because they have any necessary fear, but it's only natural to have a fear of the unknown. To getting, you know, go to this pharmacy and take these till you run out, and if you need more, call me.
