It's been a really tough week in LA in January of 2025 due to the crazy fires we've had that have taken away property, destroyed lives, and put us all on the edge of high fight or flight response. A lot of patients have asked for advice on what they can take to protect their bodies during this time of high air particulates, especially from smoke exposure.
