What does it mean if you are a sanguinous type

Dr. Shabana Parvez explains the sanguine temperament, a hot and wet body type linked to warmth, extroversion, and easier muscle gain. Hi, My name is Dr. Shabana Parvez. I'm a medical doctor and owner of Arlington Integrative Medical Center. Thank you for taking my Body Temperament Type quiz. You have taken the first step towards balancing out your body type. So are you curious to know what your body temperament type is and what you can do to use that information to your advantage? Let's lets start. You are the sanguine type, in other words, the hot and wet type. What may sound familiar to you is you almost always feel warm. You have a warm and extroverted personality and tend to be the fit type among your friends. You might not live healthy, but it doesn't affect you as much as when others live an unhealthy life. The sanguine type is the ideal body type, but when taken care of properly, the sanguine type is the most healthy type of the four temperaments. But again, when taken care of properly, the sanguine temperament has a tendency to be lean and moderate, not too thin or too thick. You tend to build muscle more easily than the other types, but you are prone to getting sore. Your metabolism tends to be moderate and balanced. And if you have health problems, they tend to be things that are caused by the excess of heat and moisture in the body. Some examples, urinary tract conditions, asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, gout, high blood pressure, bleeding disorders. Most importantly, excess heat and wetness in the body can cause one to feel overall out of balance and not in their best health. But rest assured, famous ancient doctors and researchers like Hippocrates, Avicenna and many others for hundreds of years have outlined entire books about how to holistically balance out the sanguineous type? Did you know that for a great part of history the dis ease was treated by balancing your innate body type? So are you ready to work with your body temperament instead of against it? Are you ready to balance your body type and feel overall healthier and better in your skin? Are you ready to discover how to treat your body with an approach that is unique to you? Instead of a one size fits all approach that simply doesn't work, try these three strategies. Number one, Try a cold and dry diet. Such foods include beef, crab, fish, cabbage, cauliflower, live in a cold and dry climate such as cool dry mountain areas, some arid or desert areas, and avoid tropical climates that are humid. As much as possible, explore some cold and dry herbs, basil, fenugreek, and then drinks such as black tea and coffee are all cold and dry. All of these things can help you cool down a bit and drain out some of the excess wetness in your body. As a result, your body will start to feel more balanced and in harmony. Do you want to discover more and truly take advantage of this information? I have taken my 26 years of experience as a doctor and holistic health professional working with hundreds of patients and my own practical experience with the four body temperaments and together I have combined them and created a special course for you to balance your temperament and harmonize your body so that you can feel more energy, better sleep, better, better focus and overall a feeling of being more balanced and more comfortable in your skin and overall healthier. This program will help you, number one, understand the background of the theory of temperaments so that you can number two, know what diseases and tendencies your body type is disposed to. And then number three, learn the types of foods you should eat or avoid and the activities you should do or avoid to counteract your imbalance.
