Auto Immune Part 4- By Dr Singh in English

Dr. Singh explains that autoimmunity develops silently, with positive auto-antibodies appearing long before organ damage shows up. He maps two regulatory systems: the gut-health axis, which trains immune cells, and the stress axis, where chronic stress damages gut integrity and triggers immune dysfunction.

Guys, so when we talk about immune health, I just want you guys to completely knock out of the ground like these two important concepts very early on, especially people who are suffering from autoimmunity and also is not suffering. Guys, the important point here is many of us, they don't know that they're developing autoimmunity. They have antibodies positive. It's just matter of time that they haven't responded as the end organ. Damage which is clinically visible. So I— all of you guys, right? Immune system is your army, is your, your cop system. You need robustness in the immune system. This is what's going to keep you away from the autoimmunity issues. Even the cancer is largely a metabolic and immune dysregulation issue. At any given time, everybody has some cancer cells in the body, but our immune system keep on continuously cleaning that off, right? So guys, immune system is very important. Now, the two important axes which are very, very important— in the first video I talked about the gut health, the second is your brain-immune axis, also known as your stress axis. Your training centers in your gut, right, your T-reg cells, your natural killer cells, they get signals all the time. Their training of the highest quality is super important. The stress signals, they impact your gut health. There's something called brain-gut axis. There's 10 times information which flow from your gut to the brain than your brain to the gut. So these both axes, and they control your immune system so heavily. So don't take this one lightly. In the next video, I'm gonna talk to you guys about what I really mean by, you know, the stress axis and the immune axis and how the gut, immune, stress, all they're connected so tightly together. The leaky gut, all those things we talk about, how these things affect you when it comes to your immune system. All right, guys, I'll see you in the next video. Stay tuned.
