Dr. Singh starts a 10-12 part series on autoimmune disease from a functional-medicine angle. He argues conventional medicine's immunosuppressants are too late, and that many people have auto-antibodies years before symptoms show. The series will explore root causes beneath the surface.

Hi guys, this is Dr. Singh. So this series I'm starting, uh, on the autoimmune. It will be a very interesting, very comprehensive topic. So probably, you know, it will be made in like 10 to 12 parts. It's like, you know, you have the cops which are supposed to protect you from the bad guys, but if the cops start attacking the good people. So that is what autoimmunity is. So let's talk about that. Let's talk about from the functional medicine standpoint, and it will be a little long series because so much is going on and so much is on the spectrum. Many people they have autoimmunity developing, they have already antibodies developing, but they don't have these symptoms. So let's see what we can do.
