This is what a normal day looks like for me in terms of meals as a cardiologist. So my mornings can be a little hectic, especially the mornings that I take my son to school, um, so that's days like today. So generally my breakfast is my vegan meal of the day. I always try and have at least one vegan meal a day. This morning it is just whole grain toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top. Sometimes I drizzle a little honey depending upon if I'm in my car, like I obviously am, in which case I nix the honey. Um, I'm gonna put some other breakfast that I normally have, like toasts, in the comments below so you can see. But today basically looks like this, and I just got to my office and I can finally eat it. Um, and then I will show you guys what I do for lunch and dinner. Lunch is almost always my biggest meal of the day because I eat a small breakfast and I'm starving by lunchtime after running around my office. So Lunch is usually full of protein. Today I will show you I'm having a salmon bowl and it's super good. So I focus big time on nutrition, so I get lots of protein with my salmon, love my avocado for nutrients, some pickled onions just for flavor, and then tomatoes and some pineapple and some quinoa on the bottom, which has lots of fiber, so it keeps our, our bowels very happy. Hiya, Minnie! And for dinner is Moroccan chicken, so it's just chicken thighs with lots of spices like cinnamon and cumin and cardamom. And what else do I have in that? Hmm, I forget. Some other kind of— oh, turmeric, obviously. And spaghetti squash and some golden raisins and couscous, and it's family favorite. So that's dinner.
