If your business isn't working the way you expected, it's not because you're bad at business. It's because no one ever taught you how it actually works. We were trained to master algorithms in medicine, but when it comes to revenue teams and growth, we were never taught anything. We weren't even told to figure it out. We just assumed somehow we'd know. Like it would magically make sense. But it doesn't. The era of the Seven Figure Physician CEO is here. And it's not about working harder. It's about learning entrepreneurship as a system. The same way you mastered ACLs and pals, you can master the algorithm of building a profitable scalable business. That's why I recorded the Seven Figure Physician CEO audiobook. Whether you're building a medical or non medical business, and whether your goal is your first million, first 2 million, first 5 million, first 10 million, this is where the journey starts. There is no Calvary coming to save us. We are the Calvary. So. So go get your audiobook now. Www.entremd.com 7Figurebook. And let's rewrite the narrative for physicians starting today.
Hi, docs. Welcome to the Entre MD Podcast where it is all about helping amazing physicians just like you, embrace entrepreneurship so you can have the freedom to live life and practice medicine on your terms. I'm your host, Dr. Una. Welcome back, everybody, to another episode of the Entre MD podcast. And this is going to be amazing. You know, I'm always excited about every episode. I want to start off by saying a big thank you to you for being a listener week in and week out. I really appreciate it. I appreciate the shares, I appreciate the likes, I appreciate the reviews and all of that. It makes a huge difference. So thank you. All right, so we are going to be looking at how to produce a lot more content by producing a lot less. And I produce content and I'm excited about what I'm going to teach because it makes a huge difference when I talk to clients that I start working with and I'm like, okay, we have to put out content. We're going to do this weekly, we're going to do this daily. They're like, oh my gosh, what if I run out of content? And this right here, what we're about to look at is going to help you never run out of content. Okay? So there are a lot of strategies around producing a lot of content, but this is one of them, but a game changer. So I had seen a lot of entrepreneurs that I've admired and I look at their social media stuff, and I'm like, oh, my goodness. They are everywhere, and they're constantly putting out stuff, stuff. And I tried to keep up with them, and I almost died because it was that much stuff. I'm like, how in the world do they produce this much stuff? And then I realized that there is a secret. Now, we've talked about this secret. We've talked about it when I interviewed Shana Weisinger, the CEO of Repurpose House. But I'm gonna play it out and break it down into steps that's gonna make you go like, oh. Oh, my goodness. Okay, now, first of all, your primary content would probably be a video. And it could be a video that was recorded. It could be a Facebook Live one of those. And if you're nervous about producing videos or how to speak and stuff like that, you definitely want to check out our trainings on it. Um, I have a webinar that we did. It's on tremd.com video and you can check it out. You know where to start. It will be enough to get you to do videos that will make a difference in your business. Okay. Actually, yesterday I had a doctor who reached out, and, you know, it's like, she's in private practice. I'm like, how is it going? I mean, how your volumes doing and all of that stuff. At the time of this recording, we're right smack in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. And she said, you know, it's picked up. We had one doctor working. Now we have two doctors working. A lot more patient visits. So I'm like, so what happened? Are people desensitized to how scary this is or did something change? She's like, oh, it's my videos. Actually, it's my video. Because she had done one video, and she's like, you know, I did it. And, you know, people started calling, and people started coming in. They really liked it. The response was amazing. And I was like, that is so amazing. That's from one video. So amazing. All right, so, you know, check out the webinar, and it will set you on your path to start doing good enough videos. Right. While you work on the rest. All right, so I want to show you how you can take one video that you made and literally make it live forever. You know, in terms of Internet years, but live forever. Okay, so let's walk through it. So let's say you produced a Facebook Live, and if you're going like, oh, my God, I can't do a Facebook Live. Okay, fine, you produced a video, but let's say you did a Facebook Live and you put it out there and, and it was really engaging because you told people to share, you told people to like it, you told people to post replay in the comments and all of that stuff. So it was great. And you had a really good strong to action. So it should have helped your business one way or another. Okay, so you did that live and the next day you took the same live and you downloaded it from Facebook and uploaded it to YouTube. So now it's somewhere else housed, right? So which means if somebody asks a question on social media, you can take the link to the video and post it in the comments and say, hey, I talk about it here, and stuff like that. So you have another asset and you kind of have a house where you're storing all your videos as opposed to Facebook where, you know, after a few hours they'll bury it. So you started off with the Facebook Live, now you've gone to YouTube, then you took that same video and you had it transcribed, which, you know, there are many applications you can use to do that. I'll post the links to some of them in the show notes. And you know, so you, you plug it in there, you get a transcription for it, and then you get a blog piece out of that. And to all the people who are like, I really don't like writing, you'll really love this, right? So you have it transcribed that can be converted into a blog piece. So from the same content you can, you had a Facebook Live YouTube video and a blog post. Now you can take the blog post and you can say, you know what, I want to pull out five strong points from this blog. And those are going to be my social media posts for the week, right? Because, you know, Monday through Friday, five posts. So you take that blog, get your tweezers, pull out five points. Some of them will be quotes, some of them will be thought processes, some of them will be questions, whichever. And you now have five Facebook posts that you can use all through the week. So we are at asset number four. So Facebook Live, YouTube blog and social media posts, and then you can take the same content and convert it into a newsletter or an email that can go to your mailing list. Okay, so if you're someone who sends emails once a week, that's great. If you don't send any emails and you produce videos, you have content for that too. It doesn't have to be the same exact thing, but it's going to be some Variation of it. So out of that same video, you can get an email or a newsletter. Okay. Then after that, depending on what you taught. Like, I have done a podcast episode on five top ways to market your private practice. Now, with something like that, I could take that, say if it was a video, and turn it into a lead magnet. Right. Something that I can put out there that people will be willing to give me their email address in exchange for. Right. So if you're in private practice, I'm sure you're thinking, hmm, top five ways to market my private practice. I need to go check that episode out. And you should. Right. But that's something that if you could take that and make it into, you know, a three page document or four page document or is one checklist, whichever. Right. People can exchange their email addresses for it. And you can use applications like LeadPages and stuff like that to do that really easily. So now you have a sixth asset from the same video. Okay. Then you say, you know what? I think I want to blow it up. I have pushed this content as much as I can between me and my tribe. So I am going to do some ads, and then you can take that video or the blog piece or, you know, some segment of it and turn that into your assets for ads, whether it's Facebook ads, YouTube ads, any of those. Okay? So I need you to think of it. You did one video and you have seven pieces of content, and you're like, oh my gosh, that's a lot of stuff. And that's a lot of work. Okay, maybe you don't do all seven, but maybe you only used to do videos and now you can do three things, or you can do five things, or you have a virtual assistant and you can just produce the video and they take care of the rest. Right. So this is something to do because remember, especially on social media, your content is not living there a long time. Right. You can repurpose your stuff, you can repost some stuff, because trust me, many people didn't see it. Facebook is somewhere between. Well, the last I checked was somewhere between 6 and 12% of your followers that will see your stuff. So that's a small number. So if you're repurposing stuff, don't feel like, oh, they're seeing the same thing over and over and over again. They're probably not. Okay? So I want you to think about you making the commitment to produce a good quality video at least once a week.
Right?
Right. If you did that once a week, then out of that, you can have people who follow you on Facebook because of what you do, they follow your Facebook lives. You can have people who follow your YouTube channel because they know every Tuesday I'm going to get a new video. They follow your blog. Cuz you know, for the people who prefer to read. Cuz some people prefer to read because they know every Wednesday I'm going to get a new blog piece. And the people who follow you on social media, like, oh my gosh, she's always putting on amazing content. She's on top of it. And then your mailing list is like, yes, I know every Monday I'm going to get an email from her or him, right? And then with your lead magnet, your email list is growing every day because you have stuff that you're putting out there that people are like, oh my gosh, I want to read that, or I want to check that out, I want that checklist, I want that report, I want this that you know. And then you have all these assets that you can use to do ads, to turbocharge your business. Okay? So do you see what I mean by producing a lot more content, by producing less? So this is something you want to embrace, but it starts from making the commitment to consistently produce one primary product. Okay? So that could be your videos, one primary product. And then every week you're getting all these other assets out of it. Okay? And if you're busy, if you're already busy, you can say, this is a great time to get a virtual assistant on board where you can have somebody who works for you maybe 20 hours a month or 40 hours a month, depending on how busy your business is. And this is what they do, they repurpose your stuff. Okay, now you may go like, yeah, but what if the person doesn't have the technical skills and all that stuff? That's why I love, okay, love Repurposed House, right? Because Repurposed House can give you high quality graphics. And then your va, your virtual assistant can just be the person who's coordinating everything. Make sure your things get to repurpose House, make sure they upload it to the right channels and all of this, and it will be fantastic. Okay? They don't write though, so you need to make sure your VA can write a blog for you based on what you've already already produced. All right, so Repurpose House. You can check them out. Really amazing. And for my audience, she has given $200 off your first month, which is huge. And the code to get that would be entre MD okay, so E n T R E M D. All right, so you want to check it out, but now you can. You can be a massive content producer and you don't have to almost kill yourself, right? Like I did when I was trying to keep up with people. So imagine this. You produce content that lasts forever. This is amazing. So get started. Commit to do your video. Commit to do one video a week, get that done, and then create other pieces of content that will live forever. Okay, now, before I let you go, I have Amazing news.
