There were 10 of us running the country, and there were moments I said, I'm like, running bank of America, running the New York metropolitan area for bank of America. But I never really considered it banking. It's how are we handling the customer each and every day and establishing consistency. And it's a regulated company. But I think what I did, Wayne, is I looked at my own background and said, I think I was a pretty good merchant, but probably a better leader of teams. And a lot of folks said, how could you run a bank? You know, I said, well, the same thing they said to me. How could you run bookstores? How could you run appliance stores? It's the same job. You know, I'm a general manager. I have lots of people in lots of locations. A little more challenging when they were across the country, but lots of people in lots of locations. And I just create a right environment for them to do their job. That's huge. I don't want that to be thrown away because you've said that a few times.
