Because even though everything changes so rapidly now, the basics essentially stay the same and you just need to leverage the tools at hand or of the day to, to better lead or manage or perform.
Perfect. It's, it's like high level athletics, you know, the basics are the same how you as an individual take those basics on. That's you, right? That's all about you. But you have to understand the basics of a tennis swing, a golf swing, a basketball shot, like running plays in football. There are basics and then there are, there's nuance. And the leader, as an individual human leads with nuance.
