What makes you feel like you need to put things off? Why did we do that? Why did we carry our somedays? What happened? Old stories what do you want to be when turned into what are you supposed to be? You started living into the supposed tos and the old stories and beyond the supposed tos. This is where the psychology of this comes in. We learn how to be lovable and we learn how to be worthy very early on and our lovability and our worthiness is tied to the way that we are responded to even before we can talk. And then by the time we're seven years old we do not have the world perspective that our parents have but we do have language and we do know that we could be lovable. If it's important to look at your old stories what were you taught? And this is your psychology this is your subconscious what were you taught? Because those are the barriers to what stopped you so far. I won't say what's stopping you. It's what stopped you so far. Today you get to change.
