Leaders today need to rebuild trust in low-trust environments by practicing deliberate listening. Few people feel truly heard, and that attention becomes the bridge that creates genuine connection and restores trust in your community.
So leaders need a new skill set, and that's what we're trying to put forward. And I think that anyone listening to this, what I would say is, take a look around your environment. Do what you said. Make a conscious decision to do better, to create a world that is bridging in your own community, and look for ways to make a connection, like just, you know, just make a connection with folks. You'll be surprised what that can do, because nobody's listening to anybody right now. Yeah, time to listen.
Right?
Time to be deliberate. You know.
You'Ve got this amazing movement. The rooftop leadership is incredible. And what you teach, you know, it's so good and it's so parallel, which is why we're connected. You know, I talk about being deliberately, actively, positively uplifting, and you're giving people the skills to be able to do that.
