I built strategies around how do you communicate? How do you communicate when you don't agree? What are the working agreements that you have as you come to work and come with each other? As in, how do you acknowledge and support each other, even if you don't agree? And when you do agree, how do you acknowledge and bring that out? I had a bit of business behind me at that point, and this certainly helped me to dive in deeper because we worked on values. I always start with values. Go. Values, vision, vitality. And the values helped to create the vision. The vision helped to create a strategy. All through it, the theme and the thread is communication. And around the fourth time that I showed up, people that I hadn't even worked with, the line staff were out front, like, applauding my arrival. Thank you. You're here. Thank you for being here.
