So the values driven leadership, the execution of it is called the VSM model. So there are three roles in a company, even a small company even if it's you're a tiny little startup and you're just even thinking of an idea or you built something already and you want to build it to the next level. There's the V is the visionizer that's pretty much you, the person who founded the company, the person who has big dreams and visions of where you want your next season to be. Then there's the strategizer. And the strategizer is really in charge of sales and marketing generally speaking. Okay. They're the person who is taking the vision and translating it into messaging that will be shared. And now today, in today's world that's everywhere, right? Social media, traditional, blah blah blah, right Media, all the things. And then there's the Mobilizer which is basically operations, finance, process and systems.
