I think if we start like if, if our audience is, if every single person that's listening or watching this says right now, right now, this is my baseline. If right now is my baseline and I choose not to operate in this way. I choose to, I choose to be better because if this is my baseline, I know there's more and it's, it's like, okay, then believe there's more. What will you do differently to get that more? That's, that's really key. And that is, that's like you don't have to be sick. You don't have to hit bottom, like, because otherwise you're going to be proving to yourself, well how far did I go? Far enough down. Was that far enough of a bottom? Yeah, no, maybe I have to fail more, you know, bigger. It's like right now, right now make that choice, right? So it's good wisdom.
