I want to talk to somebody who wants to build a legacy. And it's a work legacy, primarily. Not that we can't talk about a personal legacy, because often they're intertwined, but that's who I want to work with because that, to me, is where we can actually go deep. Because I'm talking to someone who's successful. And by the way, as you know, the most difficult people to coach are successful people. They've already done it right. Otherwise, they're not successful. But what I'm telling them is you've been directed to me because you want something that you now don't have. Whatever that is. I don't know. Let me tell you that the framework for our relationship is I'm going to make a commitment to you and you're going to make a commitment to me that we're going to do this together. One of my clients calls me a Sherpa. He says, paul will help you climb the mountain, but he will not carry your pack.
