When things aren't going well, I look at the little things. I say, aren't you lucky? Aren't you lucky? So if I'm in traffic and I'm frustrated, I say, aren't you lucky you have a car? Aren't you lucky you have gas? Aren't you lucky When I'm in my house, I'm frustrated. I'm like, aren't you lucky you have running water and you don't have to put a pot on your head and go 10 miles to go get that water? Aren't you lucky you have your own business? Aren't you lucky you get to live in your passion? And every day and even at nighttime, I write in a grateful journal. And it's really good if you write in your grateful journal throughout the day. You look at what you're grateful for because you know you have to write in that journal every night. And then I look back. I like looking back and go seeing how far I've come again because I that journey, I didn't really think about what I was doing.
