We're just showing up. We're getting into movement to play. It might be okay. Hey, today's a day that we're just like. Whether we like it or not, we're just going to show up and get the thing done. So let's challenge that. Let's raise the standard that we have for being able to show up in life with just, you know, just showing up and getting the thing done. Because you know that sometimes that's what life just takes. And another times it's like, okay, we have a specific outcome we're going for. We have a metric, we have a mission, you know, so different. I love that every. Every experience can have, like, a different kind of lens or layer to it, but at the core, the meat of it, you're always going to leave feeling. Whether you feel pushed, whether you feel like you've had a playful time, whether you feel like you've just lean in on, like, a very, you know, intellectual conversation, you always leave feeling encouraged. You always leave feeling better. Physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, in every kind of way. Better than you found me or than when you came so nice.
