Speaker B defines success as doing many different things rather than chasing conventional achievements. Speaker A references "The Significance Factor," which argues for defining success on your own terms instead of by wealth or public perception.

I define success by how many different things I'm doing. And that's something that I don't think a lot of people do. I like the fact that I can say that I do all these different things that are random and have nothing to do with each other. That makes me feel good about myself. Whereas if, you know, some people would be like, well, if you just made the sacrifice now, you could do it later. Well, yeah, but, like, I really like how things are going now. I don't want to change it.
I love that. I love that. You know, the book behind me called the Significance Factor is about how do you define success? How do you personally define success? And very often, success is defined by what we get, how much we have, and what other people see that we have versus how we individually define success.
