A speaker commits to his podcast full-time after learning that part-time effort cannot yield full-time results. He's released weekly episodes despite low download numbers, setting aside real estate and social media to focus his energy on one dedicated effort.

And then it just hit me. I was on this phone call with someone for an accelerator program that I almost joined and he was like, john, you can't keep expecting full time results from part time efforts where there's people out there giving it their all for this one thing that you're looking for success for and you're doing it half ass at all these different things. And I was like, you're right. And so from that then on, I was like, the podcast is what I need to do, because that's the best way for me to spread my message right now. And so the vehicle might change of how I pursue my mission and carry out my mission, right? In the future, it may be a book, in the future, it may be a conference, it may be a summit, maybe coaching, whatever it may be. But for the time being, the podcasting was it. That was the thing that I was supposed to be doing. I was procrastinating all along. And despite me procrastinating with real estate, despite me procrastinating with the social media stuff, I was still dropping weekly episodes. My downloads weren't going up, but I was showing up. I was just doing part time effort.
