So let me just riff off of really quickly the fixed and growth mindset. So when we have maybe just let me ask kind of the listeners a question. How do you see and respond to challenge and failure? So somebody who has more of a fixed mindset, they're going to pick up on the cues like, this is a challenge and it's ripe for failure. And then they're going to interpret this. This is the wiring in the brain, and this occurs at a non conscious level. They're going to interpret this as a risky situation, because if they happen to fail at this challenge, that what they believe internally is that they can't change, that they are fixed. They can't change their talents, abilities, and intelligence. So if you fail and you can't change, you're left to interpret this as though you are a failure. And so those are the fixed mindset.
