I get something out of these relationships when someone's successful. Someone once asked me, said, well, what's your legacy? My legacy is the success of every person that I have helped through the journey. It's my legacy, and I take it seriously. I want everyone that enters into that journey with me, we enter into together to succeed. And I want to be able to look at that person and say, look how much better you are, how much better your organization is. And when you are ready to hand it off, you will be so proud of what you've accomplished and give it to someone else as their gift. This is really great.
