She learned she had cancer when she learned she was terminal, they're like, you have two weeks left to live. And she died three days later. Like, it was really crazy. And I was like, I can't deal with the world right now. I need to focus on myself. And it's okay if you need to turn off the news. It's okay if you need to stop reading about drama. It's okay if you just want to consume, like, books on grief and healing. But what you consume matters and also cut out what you need to cut out. I also cut out the Real Housewives while I was healing because I just, like, got sucked into their drama. And it was an escape. And what I really needed to do was heal. So for a really long time, I didn't really watch any tv. I would just, like, read and listen to music and, like, try and be outside. So how you feel, your body is important. Beautiful. It's true. It is true.
