I just will shorten it and say a lot of things happened to shift my life so that now, instead of those being the first two words out of my mouth when I wake up, when I sit up and I am greeting the day, the first two words out of my mouth are thank you. And so starting my day with gratitude has changed everything, because I've talked about I am annoyingly perky in the morning. And it is, it is that it's like, oh, my God, what a, what a great day. Like, there's so much to do. There are people to serve, there are people to lift, there's creativity to put on paper or out in the world in a different way. And it just gratitude is. It doesn't sound woo woo. I don't think my audience will think it sounds woo woo.
