Over and over again on on. It seems like every podcast I've done for the last month, the, the term alignment has shown up and we haven't, we haven't used that word yet. And so I'm bringing it here because it's exactly what you're talking about. Here's the values. Here are my values. You talk about your values. Are we aligned? If we're in alignment, we can live together, do business together, grow together, support each other. If we're not in alignment, we either need to talk about where we can agree to be out of alignment or we just don't need to be together. That's okay. We can be aligned with other people out there because it's, it's not a, a business entity that's in alignment with something. It's people who make up the business entity. People have values. Right? So, so it's like what are you bringing to this business? It's so important.
