The Global Resilience Project is a community space to share stories of grief and loss. Speaker B argues we should normalize talking about death and hardship now, preparing ourselves and loved ones before crisis hits, rather than being caught off-guard.
The community we've built. The Global Resilience Project is a safe space to share stories of resilience, to read stories, hear stories of resilience. It's a container for big feelings. And I want to normalize these conversations because guess what? Grief, for example, it's going to happen to you and it's going to suck. It's going to suck. Someone you love is going to die. It's just that's how it's going to be. And if not, then I don't know, maybe you're superhuman or you don't know anyone, you're alone.
People and animals and you know there are people in your life that will pass and you know, funny enough, you may as at some point as well. And so preparing the people around you for that is important.
Yeah. And preparing yourself like life isn't going to be easy so there are things you can do now so you're not so blindsided when life hits you from behind or whatever the saying is.
