In fact it quite often when I, when I look at someone's psychometrics we use a tool called Luminar which measures things like intimacy which is your conversation level, like, like your level of collaboration, like your level of empathy. And I'll often find those leaders, those very outcome driven leaders that we're talking about tend to have very low levels of intimacy which means they have very few one on one conversations and I would, I encourage them. I'd say look, spend a week, count the number of conversations that you have each day and then at the end of the week your average might be say five or six. I'd say this for a month, try increasing that by 50%, have 50% more conversations for the next month and just see what happens and what you'll find is you'll get more of the wisdom from the introverts because you're right and they're often also the people that study things more closely that reflect more.
