Think about others, what might they need? What if you can anticipate what others might need, you're going to be there in a way that nobody else can be there for them. And from that, I learned some great, kind of great skills, I would say, about perception. What's the other person thinking or feeling? I guess that's that perception is really empathy, to boil it down. Like, I learned to think in terms of empathy. What is that other person thinking or feeling? What are they experiencing? And if they're experiencing that, what might they need? If they're experiencing that, what might they need? And so it's really, it's a couple step process. It's to get out of yourself. It's to step into the other person, and it's to then think about what might they need.
