Most people either suppress anger or explode. The middle path is feeling it in your body: notice the tension in your fists, jaw, wherever it lives. That awareness lets the energy move through you instead of getting stuck.
Chapters
I, in my childhood, suppressed anger, right? So that's one way of doing it. We can suppress it. Another way of doing it is expressing. Getting angry with something or someone, expressing it outside. The way to find peace is to actually feel the anger. You're not actually suppressing it, you're not expressing it, you're feeling it. It's the middle road. If you're feeling angry, where are you feeling it? You might feel it in your fists, in your hand, you might feel it in your jaw. Those physical sensations are simply energy that has been stuck inside. And if you feel it, you don't suppress it, you don't express it, you actually just feel it, then it will release. It's really about finding your truth and accepting the truth in each moment and allowing it to release.
