I never took responsibility for the mess. I was like, oh, they're picking on me, and, you know, blah, blah, blah. And I would find every excuse that I could find. So I decided I was going to change those three things, and I was going to give myself a year to do it. And I would see if any of that made any difference whatsoever. Like, is there anything to this changing your attitude thing? What were the three things? Act like I love what I do, okay? Job to the best of my ability, and treat everybody with total respect. And I start that process of behaving as if those things were real. And in 30 days, everything changed. My whole life was turned upside down for the better.
