Chapters
I want everyone else to know this. The world is triggering you, to teach you the obstacles are happening, to show you something within you. It's like you're looking through a lens. Like, you have sunglasses on and that lens is not serving you. And the situation is trying to trigger your awareness that you're wearing those sunglasses. Like this lens of, oh, I'm not lovable or I'm not worthy or whatever your lens is. So you're looking at every situation through that lens. And so your reality continues to, like, give the same experience. But that's within you. And you can start to. To release this stuff, because so many of these lenses are things from our past, and they're not serving us. And we're constantly given the opportunity to release them, to recognize what they are, realize they're not serving you, and release it. So then you can decide how you want to interact and be.
