Speaker B felt ashamed napping on his office floor when he started his business 19 years ago. He got over it. Now the podcast wants to give you permission to nap too, treating rest as a tool for productivity and creativity.
So I have no shame. I used to feel ashamed when I started my business 19 years ago. I would lay down on the floor of my office and I'd take a little, little nap and I'd feel guilty. I got over that very quickly.
That's great. You know, it's so good. On my podcast, I never know what we're where our path. And this is so great. Like, you write our listeners, our audience now has permission to nap.
Yeah.
It'S okay. If, you know, like on a, if you've got a, if you've got an hourly job, then take your 10 minute break and close your eyes for three of those 10 minutes. Like relax and close your eyes. Give your eyes a break. Creativity is so important. And the neuronal recharge, the, the rebuilding of your neurons during a nap. Huge.
