Build An 8 Figure Company In 4 Steps

Here's the four things that helped me build an eight figure software company in just a couple of years. First, I saw a problem and I went and created an mvp, a minimal viable product. Something that I was able to put out to the marketplace and test my idea. It was the low risk way to see if people actually wanted my stuff. And then second, I actually built my network. I went out and found people who had audiences of customers that would want to buy my stuff, and I negotiated deals where they would actually send me customers in exchange for revenue on the back end. I, I then, number three, ran these webinars where I would actually do a 45 minute or hour long free training to their audience and I'd get 500 or 1,000 people on these calls and end up signing hundreds of them up. And number four, my product is good. I actually have good fulfillment, unlike a lot of companies out there. And so when people came into my ecosystem, they're like, okay, wow, this stuff's actually pretty cool. And so from there, I'm able to keep my customers on for a long period of time and have really good customer retention.
