Dylan Vanas says start with a clear offer and know exactly who it's for before spending on ads. Run a free weekly webinar until you hit 30 attendees and 3-4 sales per session, then scale with paid Facebook ads. Most founders get this backwards.

Got off the phone with a client that's spending about $47,000 a month on Facebook ads, and he asked me, Dylan, if you had to go back and start with nothing, what would you do? I think my answer surprised him. He was expecting me to say, oh, run Facebook ads. But I said the opposite. I said, you got to nail your offer down. If you're just starting out, the most important thing is what do you sell and who do you sell it to? After that, you need one customer acquisition channel, not 5. You don't need this funnel and that funnel. You need one proven funnel. I would personally start with the webinar. I would run a webinar every week organically until I can prove that it converts. So if you can get 30 people on a webinar and at least 3 3 to 4 of them buy your product, okay, I would say it's time to scale. And then at that point you can finally start running ads because you now have something that's at least somewhat proven. Most people do it all wrong. They start with ads, they turn it on, and they try to test something that we don't even know if it's going to work yet. You need to do the opposite, figure out what's working, prove it out, and then use ads to scale.
