In 2012, a company found this suspicious activity on their networks. This company thought that the Chinese were hacking into their company network. But what they found was even more shocking. A man named Bob who was working for the company had actually started outsourcing his own work to some guy in China. Bob was only paying this guy a fifth of his six figure salary and he used his free time to, well, watch YouTube videos, scroll social media and was really living a good life. In fact, the company even praised him for his well written code and good work ethic. Now obviously as a result, when the company found out, the guy was fired. I do believe in outsourcing and building a team, but it's probably not the best thing to just hire employees under you to do your work for you.
